Bit of a piss poor performance on this occasion unfortunately. Ordered 2 main meals and a kids meal. 1 main was perfect (fish and chips)where the other (hunters chicken) was very chewy and chips were cold. Kids meal looked very unappealing and the veg sticks were not really suitable for a child (massive chunky things), with the rice mixed with something that may have been carrot and was very bland. We did receive a refund for 1 meal (as my partner was put off and didn't want a replacement). The staff were great and very apologetic.

Quality place this, staff have always been great with us, nice atmosphere very welcoming. Lots of seating inside and out, nothing better than a cold drink out the back in the summer. Typical hungry horse menu but feel like they go the extra mile to present the meals well, prices/deals very good. You definitely need to try a Dark Fruits slush in the sun too if you haven't already!

I popped in this morning for a cup of tea. The place had obviously recently been cleaned to a very high standard. The music that was playing was suitable for the time of day (0830) and the venue was sparkling. I didn't wait at all for service. The venue is very large and seems to be in sections allowing for large groups to take individual sections. The toilets are very clean and well maintained.

Food has been lovely on last few visits. Staff couldn't be more helpful. I am disabled and the lovely manageress couldn't do enough me. As a fairly new wheelchair user she made me feel so at ease. Will definitely be back with my family xx

Midweek Afternoon visit. Quiet. Quick friendly service. 1 steak was rare but ordered medium rare an one came medium rare but was ordered well done. Staff were helpful and whole meals replaced. Food was nice.

Like other Greene King - Hungry Horse pubs nothing special. Food only fair no personal attention or service to speak of. Drinks rather expensive. Probably OK for families and those who don’t mind it noisy but not really that relaxing a place. Only pub in the area so usually busy

Booked by app due to present situation cov 19. Staff very nice and welcoming. Had lunch with my daughter to remember my father on his birthday. As my daughter and I are both Vegan we had the vegan fish.... this is the only place vegan fish tastes and looks like fish! I would suggest more options and availability of vegan foods. Our waitress Mary or Marie was lovely, very helpful. Deffinately recommended and we will Deffinately be returning.

Not been before my Son booked it as a BIRTHDAY Treat enjoyed the meal service was quite good did not wait long a bit noisy with it being family oriented. They had live sports on so enjoyed the match would recommend it to anyone with children as they were all enjoying themselves.

It was OK for the price. Definitely one for families with young children and not the place for a quiet meal as its very noisy. Prices are good but this is reflected in the food quality which I would put as average. Would I go again, yes but at dinnertime when I think it would be quieter particularly at the beginning of the week.

Good night. Food good. Only problem was an older waitress who was not nice. We rang to book a table cs we are 3 disabled people. Told we had table 20. When we arrived told by this waitress that we were sitting in far corner and to ignore what we were told on phone cs seats are booked months in advance and we were lucky to get a table at all. Another waitress came over and gave us no 21 which had a reserved label on. The rest of the night went great.

Has been my go to restaurant for years with it being conveniently close to home. I've never had any bad experiences with The Netherton, neither food or drink has ever given me reason to complain. It's a nice open spaced restaurant with a rather large beer garden and play area at the back. The food is always amazing!

Arrived when very busy, managed to find a table but it had rubbish on it, started to clear it for us then took us to a reserved table, let us have it, untill a certain time, ordered the food no problem at the bar, 4 main meals 2 children's, 6 cokes £48 bargain Food arrived in about 15 minutes, no complaints very nice, will be back 😃😁😁
