C. B.Popped in here by the off chance! So glad we did! It was Thursday steak night, and what a delicious steak it was! Cooked exactly to my liking! My husband had the huge fish, scampi and chips and having pinched a bit of fish to taste, i can honestly say it could give any fish & chip shop a run for its money! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Rhiann who recommended a lovely wine, and even had us interested in the Thursday night quiz, but honestly all the staff and manageress were lovely, a lovely friendly atmosphere in this place! We will definitely be back 😁
C. T.Nice little evening meal out with family ( it's their local ) & dinner was on them so can't comment on prices, lol. Your standard pub grub menu really ( I enjoyed the company more than the food to be honest ) Nothing negative to say about it, at the same time, nothing fancy to shout about either.

M.My wife and myself called into the standard in West derby for our tea, we were taken to ur seat, I approached the bar and was served by a really nice guy called David, more than helpful, our food was served and the girl called nicola was lovely and friendly, food was spot on. Really tasty mixed grill., we will be calling in again soon,

J. R.Went to the royal standard for my sons 14th birthday there was 7 in our party? Food was fantastic very fresh snd delicious? Service was great and staff were lovely and friendly 10 out of 10 will definitely be back
