100% recommend. Very friendly & helpfull in here. Even sorted out taxi ride to the airport for us as we sere pushed for time after a match. Great atmosphere & great quality drink.

Why o why have we never stayed here before. So close to Liverpool fc Anfield. On road parking outside pub. So so friendly. The Room was just how we liked it (basic). It was one of the smaller rooms which had 3 single beds which might I had were very comfortable. The Room was clean smelt nice. It was warm and cosy. You really got the feel off Anfield and could here the chanting from downstairs pub but it won't effect your sleeping. This was not ensuite but again it didn't effect the stay as bathroom was just outside the door. With plenty of clean towels and a lovely hot shower. Tea and coffee provided outside your room on the shelve. I loved this room I loved my stay plain and simple. Cost was also far better than the other rip offs on match day. Be back in a couple of weeks. Thankyou so much

Myself and some mates stayed here while in Liverpool for a stag do. Let's be honest, this isn't the Ritz! However, we all had a bed, we all got a decent night's (well, morning's) kip, and we all got a shower when we got up. For our needs, it was ideal. We also had a few drinks in the bar and struck up some great banter with the bar staff. Parking is restricted nearby when matches are on at Anfield, so be aware of that. However, there were no matches on when we were there, so we had no bother.

Stayed for one night before moving further into Liverpool. Room was comfortable and the bar staff and locals were extremely friendly. In the morning we had an incident that was out of the owners (Robbie & Paula) hands. This did not stop them from going above and beyond helping myself and my partner continue our stay in Liverpool. If it hadn't been for their help our long weekend would have been a disaster and we are forever grateful. Thank you Robbie and Paula.

A pre-eminent pre Liverpool match boozer. Zero airs and graces. You may even feel like your catching a disease by being in there...but if you want an authentic nuts and bolts Liverpool FC boozer then look no further. £3:30 a pint of fosters

Great place to stay would recommend it to everyone. Amazing hospitality and some of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on. I also left a hoody and the guy who owns the place has wrapped it up and sent it in the post to my address. Just brilliant!

Went here to watch the Liverpool Vs spurs game being close to anfield it had a good crowd in singing songs during the game and after. The service was excellent with the barmaid remembering my drinks when i went i returned to the bar. The Guinness was very good and I enjoyed a few pints.
