S. M. A.Popped in spoons on a Wednesday afternoon for a beer or three . Four of us managed to get a table to sit at . We did not bother with food as it was rammed and we noticed tables not being cleaned after previous customers had left . We saw one couple eating meal with previous customers dirty plates left on table . Not good . They seemed to have plenty of staff but no work ethic. Couple of staff members stood up by the open kitchen talking and drinking juice while tables dirty. Saying that we used the spoons app to order our drinks ask the waitress to wipe our table and we was all happy. Nice pub after shopping trip . Maybe staff and managers need a little more training. 🥂🍺🍺🥂❤️
G.Over various days, I found the service to differ and also the quality of the same meal ordered. All days were at roughly the same time and all were week days.
Staff try really hard and are mostly pleasant.
Disabled access was good and more than adequate for a wheelchair user.
V. H.Was there yesterday and our food sat at the pass for absolutely ages before anybody decided to bring it over to our table. There were plenty staff, but not clearing tables or delivering food when ready. I did mention when food was eventually delivered that l wasn't happy it was sat out for so long and the answer l got was....if your food is cold we will replace it for you....really.
Please look after your customers. This is not good enough.
k. b. b.Excellent meal well presented at a cheap price. The staff were friendly, well trained and helpful. Wide range of cheap beer and drinks.
R. C.My wife had the chicken which was covered in a batter, there was plenty of batter but very little chicken plus the batter was over done ,just a bit too hard. I had a burger which tasted like it came out of a can, a bit rubbery, but in saying that the place was packed so someone must like their food.
M. T.Good prices. Perfect for a family dinner or small gathering. Has a pleasant atmosphere and not overly noisy.
