Nice situation by the river, if you can get an outside table and the weather is good this is a nice all rounder. Especially nice for drinkies… good choice for a chain. Post covid easy to order and pay at the table through the app, so no scrum needed at the bar these days. Win win!😉

Food was good, cocktails a little over priced. Customer service made Garry the Snail look like Speedy Gonzales. We got seated and the staff just waltzed off and nothing for about 20 minutes never said if we should use the app or if they will be taking orders etc.

Nicely furnished, very spacious and well decorated, the bar is in a very nice location. Food is well prepared, and the Vegan options are many and incredibly close to their meaty equivalents. The hamburger looked, felt and tasted great. Desserts are delicious. Service was very kind and swift. Prices are very reasonable, considered the location and the quality. Will come back for sure

Very nice staff members, you can order at the bar or via QR code for service at the table. There is a seating outdoors with heated lamps or plenty of space indoors. Outside has a nice view of Tower Bridge. Drinks price are approx the same as everywhere in central London . Really nice place to go out if you want to sit with the view of one of most iconic places of London! I was ordering cocktails on Friday evening and would say that they were served quick enough for ordering via QR code! Pleasantly happy with the service! :)

Drinks were lovely, as was the meal. Only downside was some of the food wasn’t available on the app that we were looking to order for side dishes. Other than that, great experience and staff were very friendly.

Went here for drinks on my 31st and found it cosy and friendly on a windy, wet February evening. Staff were warm and inviting upon arrival and everything was clean and fresh. Great way to end a nice day out in London!

Fresh cooked food (for what we ordered). The fish is hake for the fish and chips just in case anyone is wondering. The pad thai includes a long prawn cracker instead of the individual ones but its tasty so not the typical chinese takeaway ones

Where do I begin... Impeccable experience. It's true what they say, the people really do make the place and not the other way around. I guess cliche's exist for a reason. Enjoyed an immaculate night with my friends and I think the two servers Beth & Ruby had a big part to play in it, thank you guys for really adding the cherry on top. Top top staff.

What a lovely bar, it feels like being in a ship's galley, long and a bit narrow. Great beer and wines at great price. Pleasant and welcoming staff. I enjoyed my rainy winter's lunchtime visit, watching the 'cold' world go by. Thank you ABO for a most pleasant visit. I shall return!

This is a perfect bar to meet friends or just for the occasional drinks. They have a wide selection of alcohol, food to choose from at reasonable prices. There's also a great, large terrace with magnificent views of the Tower Bridge and the Thames. The bar staff are helpful, polite with no attitude. The best pub/restaurant in London and that's no exagerration!

The location can't be faulted with big sky and views of the river just far enough from the South Bank hordes to give a sense of peace and calm. Really friendly staff. The kitchen though has serious issues even when the place is quiet. Long, long, long waits for food and between courses. Decent small plates but I have never on my life seen my daughter not finish a burger. I couldn't finish mine either. It was stone cold and had the texture of All Bran soaked in a couple of spoons of gravy. Apart from the inevitable Long Island Iced Tea (five different alcohols always seems a bit OTT) there's only one other long cocktail on offer, a Saucy Sailor I think. Luckily it was amazing and retrieved the burger and the wait.

Had drinks last Friday night and sat out against the backdrop of the Thames as the weather was great for the time of year and we also had the heaters on if required, I would give it a 10 just for the views at night but again very lively which is what we wanted before our meal.

It goes without saying that the location is top notch with absolutely amazing views. The underwhelming part really was the food. When I'm paying £15 for a burger and chips I expect something really good and unfortunately, it was just a nice burger. And there's not much that annoys me more than a stingey portion of chips. I mean how much does a portion of chips really cost? The chip pot should be brimming! All in all a nice experience, but nothing more than that.

I would strongly recommend All Bar One Butlers Wharf to organise a company's party. I have organised my company's Christmas Party in December 2021 and I was not disappointed. The managers especially Gabi and Ana were extremely helpful in organising the event and all members of staff were professional and friendly. The party food was great. A lovely place to hangout and relax. Beers on tap available are Corona, California IPA, Camden, Meantime, Asahi, Guiness along with a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, wines, and more. The music was a bit loud for my liking but still manageable.There is seating outside which does make up for it. Best part is the lovely view of Tower Bridge and also that its pretty huge, so highly likely you will get a place with not much of a wait even during peak times. The food menu also seemed decently priced considering its prime location.

Had a birthday party here on Saturday. Having booked at another All Bar One in error both bars were really helpful in rebooking, organising and reassuring me. I dealt with Anna, Alice and Jamie at All Bar One, Tower of London. On the evening the staff were so helpful and accommodating, particularly Geroge and Kostas. Great location, good wines. Got less food then expected with the charcuterie and cheese. Not enough bread. Cheese got cold very fast. Not much meat and had to ask for the olives that should be included. Had to asked for the water we ordered. Wine came later then the food. Nobody asked if everything was ok. I had my leaving drinks at ABO Butler's Wharf and it was amazing. The staff was great in helping me organize the event, especially Kinga and Alice - dealing with my many questions to meeting my various requests when it came to food, drinks and payment. We were able to use the Camden mobile beer cart with a keg, which was great. Everything was ready as planned on the day, and Souma was outstanding as our waiter. Big smile, great service and made us laugh throughout the evening.

Easy to get a table & order using the QR code. Gin arrived with the whole bottle of lemon tonic already poured, but I would only want half. Couldn't therefore taste the gin so it became an expensive lemon soda. Not sure there was any gin in it at all. Smokers lit up on next table so asked to move & were helped to a different table where another couple then started to smoke. Had to finish up and leave due to my intolerances. I thought smoking was no longer permitted at tables serving food whether inside or out?. Please enlighten me as it spoiled our experience.

Quite a romantic as well as happening bar in London, with breathtaking views of majestic Tower Bridge. The service is superb, bar has extensive variety of liquor and not very expensive. They have indoor and outdoor canopy seating with heaters which is just amazing, you can enjoy fresh air and Tower Bridge views even in winters. It's a hidden gem in London. Great place to go to with friends.

Following a response from the property management asking what could be improved; there are a few problems for me, the service can be very slow even though there are plenty of people working behind the bar. The location is amazing and I feel that the atmosphere for the bar is a bit sterile and just shouts at being a chain without character. Its good to have a brand image but the internals are looking tired and need an upgrade. Our company do go here frequently but it is because it's close by, big enough to accommodate a large group and they sell alcohol. It would be good if we all wanted to go there because it is a nice place to drink and socialise. Trust this is constructive enough.

This was a great place. With a wonderful view of Tower Bridge when sitting outside. The cocktails after 5pm are only £4.75, and the bartender pours double shots into the cocktails (saw with my own two eyes). The variety was great and the taste equally nice. Sorry, forgot to take pictures.

Great location on the River Thames with an amazing view of Tower Bridge. Also, not to mention the cute walk to get there on the Shad Thames cobbles. As expected, based on other All Bar One visits, the service was fantastic due to the attentive staff and management of the bar. What made my visit at All Bar One Butler's Wharf was the amazing VEGAN menu. Without a doubt, the vegan lasagne is the best I've ever tried. I'll definitely be going back for more!

Response to owner: We have been visiting during gaming event and we have been staying at All Bar One twice, for few hours to have some food and drinks - unfortunately both times (although it was not the busiest), we had problem to find clean table and glasses were piling up when we were drinking with no one in sight to pick these up. BUT I really like the place anyway! Good choice of drinks, really tasty food and beautiful view, especially in the evening. I do appreciate that it was not the most busy time, so maybe you were understaffed? I want to emphasize that I would recommend All One Bar and I will go back, being next time in London.

Difficult to review. We had a selection of small plates. The recipes were really good, but the execution was very hit and miss. The tempura mushrooms were delicious for example, but there were only a few in a plate of mostly bits of batter. Similar problems with other dishes. Really good menu let down by lack of care and perhaps corner cutting. We'll try again sometime to see if we were just unlucky

My friends and I ordered drinks; they have a great selection of ciders and beers, as well as cocktails, wines, and fizz. We also ordered food; whilst the menu is big and choice of burger in particular - vast - they only cook them well-done, which when ordering the Wagyu burger is disappointing, as you can hardly taste the superiority of the meat. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and although the outside area filled soon after we arrived, we were not distracted by the on-going conversations nearby. Price is reasonable - would recommend at visit.

I was introduced to All Bar One when one of the regular photowalks that I join in ended up here. This particular branch (apparently there are All Bar One's all over London) has a very nice atmosphere to it, many thanks to the River Thames just outside! A great place to sample London's ales. I'm finding myself going back here to have a pint (or usually two) as it's a comfortable place to enjoy your drink. Service is not bad, but it can get crazy, and by that I mean you may find having to battle for the waitresses/bartenders attention. I highly recommend bringing friends along especially on a summer evening. It's a great place to drink, make great conversation, and potentially meet a few new people as well. Oh and when you get the chance, their Fish and Chips are delish!
