What an incredibly warm welcome we received at the Angerstein Hotel yesterday! The staff were so friendly, and the free buffet put on for away fans was excellent! We were so impressed we returned for a few drinks after the game too, and will definitely be back next time we're in the area. Cheers!

Argyle fan, went to the Valley to see Charlton v Argyle. Come across this pub and what a great welcome from the landlord and staff, they gave us free hot and cold buffet. Drinks at a reasonable price. With a great playlist of music Thank you landlord and staff again, would definitely recommend this place for away supporters.

Comfortable and spotless! Staff made us feel so welcome and we rang prior to our visit; Let's say the manager was more than helpful with our individual needs. And a bonus there's a bar downstairs. Even gave us great directions for the buses x

Visited as an away fan and was made to feel welcome, good selection of beers and quick service and friendly staff, big screen to watch the early kick off too.

Apparently this place is handy, for an overnight stay, if you're going to the O2... I wouldn't, if I were you... Go to the Millennium Dome, that is, which I've touched upon elsewhere. This place, however, I can't recommend highly enough, as an outsider, dipping a toe in London's septic tank, this place offers the warmest, friendliest welcome I've ever received within the M25. The staff actually seem pleased to meet you, and I appreciate that. Wish I was more keen on The Valley, or The Millennium Dome, then I could justify going back again, and again, and again... Surely just kidding myself that I won't be there, next time we play Charlton away... See you there?
