Reviews of Ashburnham Arms

A most pleasant hostelry, hidden away in the depths of Greenwich ( In reality, only a couple of minutes from the train and for station on High rd). Absolutely wonderful staff with excellent service. There is a simple but fine looking menu in case you are feeling hungry. Great beer on offer. Well worth a visit, only the garden and front patio for now, still lovely as long as the weather holds!

Great local pub with amazing food. Nice quiet location and the Sunday roast is so so good. Quiz nights on Tuesdays and if you are lucky you may win. Board games, fire and nice big garden for summer. The staff are hard working and friendly. You may need to book for a roast as it can be busy.

Such a lovely little local pub. Nice drinks, the server was really nice, and it felt very relaxed. Looking forward to giving the pub quiz a go and trying some food in the future.

A great local pub with a front and back garden. Friendly and chill. Serves Sunday roast.

Cosy and relaxed pub. Burgers were excellent. Good (and great value) wine selection. Service was friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything.

Popped in as part of a group as we were in the area. Friendly, helpful staff although our waitress could have done with a better knowledge of the available drinks (if the cider was sweet/dry, etc.) Portion size of chips seemed a bit random but not enough to complain about. Overall a good experience and nice place with room to catch up with friends.

Pepina and her team run a truly great local pub experience. The roast was brilliant, the garden is a gorgeous space, and the pub itself is cosy and eclectic. There's always a private corner somewhere to spend a few hours. I love it here.

Hidden away in a more residential area of Greenwich we found the Ashburnham Arms. It is decorated to a high standard as you would expect from a Shepherd Neame pub and it had a good selection of tasty beers.
The staff were super nice and helped us with our food order. We opted for a mixture of Greek dishes and the food was very tasty.
The pub also has a decent beer garden and is less expensive than most of the pubs in the area.
We really enjoyed our evening there and agreed that if we had lived nearby then it would definitely be our local!

Lovely side street pub, the staff are fantastic, the food, beer and wine excellent. A little gem.

Lovely cosy little pub tucked away in a quiet residential area. Used to live close by, and had to come for a quick visit. Really great spot.
