Big portion of food. Nice clean place lots of space even if you come with baby. As I was growing close to Lithuania board that was remaining me my childhood where we ate lots of cepelinai and potato bake. All fresh. And delicious. High recommended. Only service ( one waitress) was little too kind. Came many times to our table asking "how was food and do you need something" it was too much from her side. She was quite "annoyed. Definitely I will back to this restaurant 😊

My boyfriend and I found this place by chance on a Tuesday night and what a find. The food was absolutely beautiful, delicious, fresh authentic stuff. The service - faultless. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening, we were brilliantly looked after with great menu recommendations. Again, can’t fault it!!

Visited Berneliu Uzeiga in Leytonstone today for the first time, and loved it: huge portions (we do not get such big portions in Lithuania), a wide choice of very good quality food, and they had non alcohol beer and sparkling wine choices! Well done! We were in search for good cepelinai, and theirs were very good. The staff were very polite, attentive and friendly, and spoke Lithuanian, English and Russian, which is rare among the younger generation. We will be back; lesson learned - will order less!

One of the unique and hidden gem restaurants in East London - Stratford area around Leytonstone road. The restaurant deco and ambience are amazing. Being an adventure foodie, I love different cuisine and culture and I love some Traditional Lithuanian 🇱🇹cuisine. The chicken grill was delicious and complimented with some lovely salads. Reasonable price for such a beautiful restaurant and thanks to the owner for giving some discount on the final bill. I would recommend anyone who wants to try some authentic Lithuanian dish in London.

We came here to celebrate mother's day and the staff could not be more accommodating, if you live in the leytonstone area and haven't tried this place. Definitely give it a go! The restaurant is very homely and the beer is the best i have had in London!

Interesting Lithuanian food, soups are very good, beetroot and mushroom was a winner. Mains ranged in quality, sausages were English style, stuffed prunes I loved, but sickly after a while. The dumplings were deep fried and unimpressive. My guest felt the use of palm oil in the cooking effected the taste. Beers where the highlight, the unfiltered was fantastic. Bit cold inside but we were sitting near an air vent. Staff, fantastic. Overall an interesting experience but not fantastic.

Did our after Christening party there. 10adults and 5 kids. Starters were amazing, hot dishes after were great, we just couldn't finish it all. Staff was just amazing, we were looked after very well. Traditional dishes at their best. Just by chance party was on Saturday, they had life music from 8pm, atmosphere was brilliant! All our guests were very pleased and enjoyed and had good time. 10 minutes walk from Leytonstone station. Easy to find parking on the side roads. Traditional Lithuanian food and beverages. We go there for dinner with my family every so often, generous portions of dishes, but food is not always very fresh. Weekends restaurant have small local bands entertaining guests who are encouraged to 'wiggle' and move little on mini 'dance floor'. My Mom loves this restaurant and my husband appreciates food.

This place is a hidden gem. So many times I was passing by this place, but I couldn't imagine that this is Lithuanian-style pub. They serve all traditional Lithuanian food, they have live music or just music for your wish. They are friendly for big groups. Inside is very stylish design. But one thing - i am not sure about day time, but in evening you'll need your id. Will visit again!

Food was real good I must say, thank you for the chefs, we really enjoyed it. On the other hand was very disappointed with the service: very slow, had to go to find a waiter to ask to bring us second drink even though we spent like 1.5hours in the restaurant. I asked for table by the window, was dirty at that time and they said it's best we sit in the front because they do not know when they will be able to clean it for us. I was pleased when I was given a tulip as a gift as it was international women's day, however very embarrassed when my friend from Romania was not offered one. You could clearly sence that the service for Lithuanian people is very different then fro people from different countries. Such a shame that such a good food experience was ruined by the service. I wouldn't like to make the assumption but it really felt like foreigners are not welcome there. It's a shame as I chose this restaurant to invite my fri to show off good food and hospitality of our culture

first off let me say, if you have not tried Lithuanian food, it is mainly comprised of chicken, carbs (potatoes), cream/ cheese and/or chicken. With that said, if you are not a vegetarian and very much enjoy pork and large portions, this is the place for you. A word of caution: the chicken kyiv is not good - my friend ordered it and said it was completely cold. The dumpling portions are very large, and you will not need to order starters and mains unless you are getting 1/2 portions or can really eat. Although the food is mixed, it makes up for it in entertainment if you come at night - Lithuanian karaoke which, for us, featured Christmas songs in Lithuanian. Service can be slow, but friendly.

I checked quite a few dishes from that place and some were very good. I especially liked prunes dish from starters. Also this crunchy and cheesey garlic bread was good. Being Polish I know some dishes from Lithuanian cuisine that are similar in Poland like Lithuanian beetroot chlodnik soup and they do it very well too. They also serve very good Lithuanian black bread with some dishes. This bread is very unique and I don't know where to get it elsewhere in London. They must bake it themselves? The restaurant looks like it used to be an English pub before they took over. Staff is very helpful and fast. Prices are reasonable. I like the menu that shows photos of all dishes. It's helpful for people who are not familiar with Lithuanian cuisine. I will go there again to try out the remaining dishes. 5 stars from me.

First of all i have to admit am a very fussy customer & why shouldn’t I be if am paying my hard earned money for a service in these pandemic times & am not the type to leave reviews unless am more then satisfied especially with 3 main things☝🏽 1 FOOD QUALITY 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 PRICE as I had few bad experiences with restaurants in the area “ no names mentioned “ but the manager “ mr big V “ was very kind , generous & accommodating which forced me to leave these lovely ppl a review at midnight once am lying in bed feeling all stuffed up with the amazing food I had 😊👌🏽🥘 💫 been living in the area for the last 4 years and didn’t even know about this amazing place till my work colleagues mentioned & recommended it plus I got a nice discount and an extra side for free “ what else can you ask for ( an asset to Leytonstone ) see you guys at the end of the month once I get my pay check from work 😁👍🏽

Presentation and taste was very good. I have ordered "cepelimu sure mesa" will suggest increase meat portion in the food. I believe it will be more value for money. Actually love this place. I'm not Lithuanian but I go with the Lithuanian side of the family. That's always a good start when actual Lithuanian people eat there! You have to start with the fried bread and cheese... I've had so many dishes and there's nothing that wasn't great. The greek salad, the hot and spicy pork... make sure you go with an appetite and if you go with Lithuanians be prepared to drink! Lol ...also the menu is in English as well as Lithuanian and the staff all seem to speak English. Enjoy!
