l. l.Staff are friendly, not the best burger, but good portion size, nice atmosphere and good value with groupon voucher.
s. s.Pub seemed nice but barman openly pointed out he was thinking to close early, this was roughly 8.30 on a Saturday night. Toilets were dirty and no toilet roll
P. S.Lovely little pub. Staff were very friendly even the chef came out and spoke to us. Food was gorgeous and great value. 2x beers and burgers for £15 with the deal found on Groupon. It was £8.40 for two bottles of Corona most places in the area were charging £10.

Food was served quickly, had delicious blue cheese burger, tasty chips and home made sauces. Also had outside seating. Nice atmosphere, authentic interior, nice place where to enjoy a meal.

G. F.Great place to relax and have a quiet pint. It is not as busy as other nearby pubs. Floor is not sticky and the smell of human decay is surprisingly absent. A nice place for young professionals to enjoy an after work beverage or some pub food. Bonus points for the big gorilla hanging out next to the wall.

C. T.A cute bar that makes a lovely alternative from station pubs (it's worth the short trot from the station). Can get fairly busy and is pretty small but on the whole it's fairly cute (though this could simply be that it's dimply lit) with a nice selection of beers. Good atmosphere.

It could never be my local whereas in earlier years under the guise of The Lord Burleigh it was, but now it does as a venue to meet at twice a year before going to El Portico for a great lunch

Great pub for a few after work bevvies. I didn't eat but the burgers looked really nice.

S.GREAT PUB! Had a 30th bday party here on a Saturday night and could not fault the Brass Monkey. Fit 50ppl really nicely, food platters were delicious, manager arranged a drink deal for some shots for the night and manager checked up several times throughout the night to check all was going well. Highly recommend this place for a private function!! 👌🏽
