Had a great time at core bar. The staff were really friendly and had plenty of time to talk to you. When the food came out I was expecting standard grub, but it looked amazing and tasted even better!! I he happy hour prices between 5-7 are well worth hitting up, needless to say I had a fair few. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it’s a little bit of peace when wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of London life.

A casual Friday night out with friends and colleagues turned out to be one of the best choice we made in a while. "Core" had a great atmosphere, the music was oldies but goldies with a touch of modern orientated, we danced and felt great and oh boy, we drank like there was no tomorrow because we work a lot and time off is a luxury we rarely afford to spend. Definitely we will come back for more "Core".

First thing’s first, the food tastes good. Ok - that’s out of the way. Ordered a wrap with onion rings which was too complicated for the staff so received salad and onion rings (paid for both...) salad is lazy: shredded lettuce with a few cherry tomatoes and onions put on top. My 3 pound onions rings only came with 5. That’s right... 75p per onion ring... Drinks didn’t fare much better. A double gin and tonic came out watery with a suspect lime shoved in. Ultimately the place looks nice, it wants to be good, and for grabbing a pint it might very well be. But don’t order anything that is different from the menu and stick to beer.

It is a really convenient venue for a birthday party. I had a booking for 20 people in the cocktail room area. Not the best place for chill-out drinks, but it is a good bar&club combo. The staff were nice and helped me with all my enquiries.

It's a relatively nice bar and in a very central location. You'll find all the usual hits there including a 2 4 1 happy hour. However as one of the bartenders dismay like making cocktails he kept telling people happy hour was just for beer. Despite the fact it very much isn't and the bartender next to him was serving the full happy hour options.

Nice little place. Gets very busy late in the evening but is nice for a quiet early evening drink, especially at happy hour (5-7) when cocktails are 4.50. The cocktails aren't brilliant so it may not be worth full price compared to something like Brown's but at happy hour they're a steal.

We visited as part of a private party and it's a massive space with a mixture of seating options and a massive dance floor. The bar tenders are super quick and really friendly - the only downside is that they would run out of glasses and then have to serve you drinks in glasses straight out of the dishwasher. Not a huge issue but a hot glass for a gin and tonic isn't ideal. The DJ they had there was pretty good, playing a mix of house and cheese. Coat check is exceptionally slow and there's no phone reception at all downstairs.

Definitely a busy city bar, very loud and hectic and not a place for talking. Not a negative, but you have to understand what you want - quiet place to talk to mates? This isn't it. Had a table booked so we got that quickly thanks to the helpful hosts. Good decor, dark like most bar/clubs and music was commercial chart stuff tilting towards R n B. Good place.

Core has a very good club bar mix. The top floor is more of a sit down bar vibe with the lower lever doubling as a club and bar mix. There is ample seating and places to leave costs etc. The space is well maintained and clean. The staff are efficient with service and there is a good variety of drinks.

I can only speak for the party option here and not for the food. The place looks first small and not too special on the ground floor but downstairs will change your mind, pretty nice crowd when I was there. Good old dance music and a nice mix in general. Will go there on the next trip to London again for some pre-drinks or to have a nice evening.

I got invited here for a friend's birthday. We booked a table as there were quite a few of us but when we arrived it wasn't very busy. You would easily have gotten a table for about 7 people. We were able to use their 50% off offer, which made the drinks and food quite affordable.

Aesthetically this isn’t the nicest bar in the city but it does sort the boys out with a very good happy hour relative to anything bar Spoons. For that reason alone this place deserves 5*. The staff are also very canny!

Ushered in the new year here with a party. It was beautifully decorated as theme was winter glam. There was a wide variety of drinks to choose from. I particularly like the tables enclosed within the wall, great spot for a romantic night out.

Just wanted to express my infinite gratitud towards the staff at Core bar. Last Friday I made many mistakes, but it can be summarised at me missbehaving and loosing track of a bag full of expensive assets that I rejected to store in Core's cloackroom Without any hope of getting it back, this morning (2 days after) I passed by the Core and asked to their manager who to my surprise found it and brought it back to me. The bag and everything inside was intact. It contained expensive, appealing, easy to sell assets So I can't really review their vibe, drinks or food quality because I remember little, but what I can absolutely say is that their ethic code and respect for their customers is OUTSTANDING

I organised my boyfriends 30th birthday at CORE Bar last week and we all had an awesome time. We enquired and received a quick response from the events team within minutes. I wanted to arrange something exclusive so we were offered the CLUB Room at a minimum spend. While communicating with the team they dealt with my requests and offered me great drink packages. The highlight of the night was seeing my boyfriend and all our guest enjoying themselves. We had Beer Pong Tables, a DJ and an amazing team of staff who made the evening more pleasant. It took the stress of me as organising things, you tend to have high expectations, but all of these were met and everything was pretty much left in their hands. So thank you to all the CORE Team I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.
