I'm giving 4 stars because it smelled unpleasant around the toilets. Apart from that it's food was quite nice. Tried the steak and ale pudding with mash, the only disappointment was that the mash wasn't made from real potatoes and had that artificial flavour to it. Atmosphere was nice and ladies working there were lovely. When there about 5 o'clock on Monday and wasn't busy at all.

bright and airy pub a stone's throw away from earl's court tube station. roast chicken was cooked to perfection, steak and ale was delicious, the meal we had were definitely excellent value for money. apart from the enjoyable meal, what really caught our attention was the energetic staff who looked after the till, cleaned tables, served food, checked on their customers, dealt with enquiries / minor mishaps from other customers & waved us goodbye on our way out ... if i am going to have a nice experience and relaxing meal, i will not have any second thoughts coming here at the first instance. for guests wanting to experience the great british pub, this is the one for Earls Court area. superb throughout!

Plenty of other things to eat and drink as well. Clearly geared up for the start of the SIX NATIONS Rugby, way to go.

We went for lunch and the place was moderately occupied. We ordered a fish&chips and a BBQ pulled pork burrito. As I had to go to the bar to order, I had a little misunderstanding with the bartender and, 10 minutes later, he got us the fish&chips and some nachos. I told him that I've ordered something else and he went on and changed my dish. The manager came out several times to apologise and to ask how was everything. The fish was great and flaky, the chips were huge and delicious and the burrito that my friend got in about 5 minutes was delicious. For the gesture of changing a dish and not charging extra, for the food, the apologising and the extra care, this place deserves its 5 stars. Great job!!

Took my family for a lovely meal out in Courtfield Pub today. Even though it was very hectic due to the football, the wonderful man behind the bar Luca, gave us plenty of attention and an exceptional customer experience! Will definitely be coming here again :D .

We pay visit on Sunday afternoon last week. The place is a classic old British boozer, of how there aren't any more or hardly any around. A totally new experience for my husband and I (on vacation from the US). The value for money is excellent. For just over £ 5 you can have a great beer craft by the house. Our host was nothing short of exceptional. His hospitality and his smile (and his intriguing accent) accompanied us throughout the evening. One of the most uplifting experiences ever! As true people from the north, we could only expect an equally warm welcome from another northerner. Luke is fantastic, we have been here for the weekend and he has always been kind and caring to us, his personality is predominant and his talent, and attention to others, is something that is really hard to find in a cities like London. Booked the upstairs function room on 30 September 2020 for a wake. We arrived earlier than planned and were warmly welcomed by Francesca and her team. Nothing was too much trouble and even with all of the restrictions COVID imposed they made us comfortable and looked after us incredibly well. The service was excellent as was the quality of the food. On a sad occasion the staff made the event as seamless as possible. Would highly recommend.

The beer and service were good. We had dinner here, but I wouldn't eat here again. The food wasn't great, but I'd go back for drinks. I had sausage and mash - the gravy and mash tasted good but the sausage wasn't for me. The fish and chips looked good; although nobody in our group got it.

We went there to get our first Full English Breakfast. Generally, we had a good experience and the food was alright. What bothered us, maybe because we’re used to German standards, were dirty dishes where we’ve been told that they simply “look” dirty, the bathroom was not very clean either and on top we had company of a big bug in the bathroom.

Popped in for a quick pint of Guinness whilst waiting for a friend to arrive before heading off to our destination, hung out at the bar, friendly chatty Italian staff paid me some lovely compliments that really brightened up my day. Due to its location opposite Earls Court station it draws a mixed tourist/local/passerby crowd. I didn't eat, but it's a Green King chain pub so presumably of standard quality. Will pop by again when passing through next time!

The Courtfield pub in Earl's Court is a real treat for all! The food is outstanding and excellent: the English Breakfast filled me up for one entire day, the fish and chips were spectacular the next day, and the pancakes were just as good the following day. The people are very courteous and friendly. A definite recommend - you will love this pub!

The Courtfield is a decent traditional pub, located diagonally from Earl's Court Underground station. It offers the usual solid pub food (including various breakfast options) and a better-than-average selection of alcoholic beverages, including some real ales. Atmosphere is nice, staff usually friendly and helpful. One of the more stylish options in the area décor-wise. Beers don't come cheap though, and if Chelsea have a home game, beer will be served from plastic cups. Recommended.

Had breakfast in here this morning. Asked for our bacon to be well done (we're funny like that, but we're paying enough to ask for the bacon to be kept on the grill a bit longer) guy at bar was quite rude and said 'it always comes well done' well my bacon may as well of still been a live, half of it was fat and had to leave it. The actual look of my breakfast was fine and the rest tasted ok. Probably won't cone back. Atmosphere again was ok.

Disappointing. Had reserved a table for 11.30 and when I spoke to a member of staff re reservation she informed me that this could not be true as they don't serve food at 11.30. I had an email confirming this reservation. Once table cleared we ordered drinks which took 30mins to arrive. We ordered lunch at 12.30 and it was poor value for money, small in size. Pub very busy prior to 11.30 serving bfast however much quieter at lunchtime. It would be beneficial to serve all day bfast as better value for money. Would not rush back as overall service, visit and food poor standard.

The Courtfield has become my go to pub in London for a casual evening or to watch a game. It's an easy-going atmosphere and does not get too rowdy. The location is across from the Earl's Court Underground, so if you decide to continue on your night out, it is easy to access the rest of the city. The food here is pretty standard, so if you're hungry you can eat without fear of disappointment.

A decent enough pub on the Earls Court Road, overpriced in my opinion but when frequenting any drinking establishment in the royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea this is to be expected! A good pint of Stella Artoi was had and the fish and chips were pretty good but at £15, i thought it was a little on the expensive side. A mixture of regulars and tourists make it a lively enough place. There's an upstairs bar where there are a few pool tables to be found, in the summer months there are a few tables set outside to sit and watch the sometimes frenetic pace of the everyday life of the Earls Court Road. I used to frequent this place 20 years ago when Pat and Evelyn used to manage it and apart from a lick of paint here and there the bar really hasn't changed much at all. Recomend it for a swift pint before catching the tube which is right opposite.

The manager is extremely rude. There's a sign showing the way upstairs to the washroom and the manager intersected me as I came down and queried me. Then he gave a pretty disturbing stern stare at me while he left. Wtf, it still haunts me and guess what, I hate to be demoralised as such. It's pretty hard to catch what the European staffs are talking. You get pretty the same drinks from adjacent pubs, so why should anyone go in by 11.30pm?

Be very careful of the gents toilet door , it has a closing mechanism that does not work, it hits you in the face or the back of the head , depending if you’re going in or out . It’s very dangerous and should be rectified Otherwise staff are very prompt and mindful
