The best pub grub on our London visit. Great ambience, good food and great portion sizes as well.We had a kilo of chicken wings, large fish and chips and hunter's chicken. All the dishes tasted great and came with the right sides. Service was great- will recommend!

I had best fish and chips over here! Perfectly cooked, crispy, fresh, just delicious. Staff was very friendly and polite and even through busy evening, everything was ready very fast. I will happily come back over here.

Can't give them more than 3 stars because we went there for dinner and turned out they don't serve food due to some problems with the chef. Bummer, I read such a great reviews and was really looking forward to it after a long day. Would've been nice if they mentioned it before we sat down. Overall nice cozy, traditional atmosphere, the staff wasn't really bothered if there will be any customers or not.

Fantastic experience, the staff is super helpful while we are struggling on the internet n try to order on the app. The food exceed my expectation, the roasted half chicken is very good! Crispy chicken skin with tender meat, the French fries are full of butter favor, the salad in right portion! You expect nothing but you get everything. Will definitely come again

Pritty basic English new sports bar style pub. Food is basic burger menus with some sandwich and English dishes. Tried the 8oz Rump steak, medium cooked. Got a lot smaller piece of thin meat, coocked dead and almost destroyed, not tender at all, just like shoe leather. If you want burgers, fish 'n' chips, Steak & Puddles Ale pie, it is good tho'. Desent selection of beers, cool staff. A bit noisy due to music an loud talking People. A lot noisy when football/soccer is on, but that is the thing with live sports.

Decent average pub in my opinion, nothing bad or great really. It was clean and not that noisey which are good, was able to sit and chat and not have to shout. Drinks took a long time to arrive, ordered via their app and took nearly 15 minutes. We thought we'd ordered for the wrong pub it took that long. Which was odd considering it was really quite or "As busy as it gets" according to Google. Staff were nice, but very clumsy. We were there about an hour and they'd dropped 4 different glasses, which was quite amusing. Some of the people here were really nice too, which was unexpected. We were trying to take a picture and a guy on his own enjoying a beer, saw us struggling, so he offered to take one for us (thank you)! Either way, nice quiet pub to enjoy a drink. Would probably go again for a nice relaxed evening.

I decided to pop into this pub as it was on the way to station from a job interview. I walked in the bar man and standing waiting due to the fact that he was outside that it was a hot day and I could blame him. Had a good conversation with the manager/barman called vino, he was very knowledgeable about all things pub and this made the experience of the pub even better for me as you can I should be told I enjoy a good pub, I had two beers the first was a Green King IPA very nice simple, and The second was a have an ice breaker pale ale, a new one to me, well it’s cold crisp fruity flavours it was fantastic on a beautiful hot day! I would highly recommend this pub if you’re ever in the Earls Court area as the food looks fantastic even though I didn’t try it and the staff are very good!

Very disappointed and I’ll tell you why. First, but to that I understood, the tavern did not have any fish, so when the waitress gave me that information I asked if they had the beyond beef which she responded affirmatively. So, I ordered two beyond burgers and grabbed two Budweisers and returned to my table. Two minutes after telling me that they had the beyond burger, the waitress came to my table telling me that she didn’t have any vegan option after all. So, I had already paid the beyond burgers and the Budweisers, which I had already drunk a sip, only to realise that I had to make another order. Of course I wanted to leave, but I was already drinking the Budweisers, which were 5£ each, so I got stuck to that. I ended up ordering the katsu chicken burger which was another disappointment. In the menu there is a picture of that precise burger with some lettuce leaves and a tomato. When the burger came to my table, there was no tomate and only a single leaf. The burger per se was not that bad, but it was a bad and misleading advertisement. I will not return to this tavern.

I feel compelled to give this 5-stars as it was the very first tavern I went in during my first trip to London. It was busy and I sat at the bar and ordered a couple of appetizers and a hard cider. Food was British and warm, and the cider was nice and cold. Very friendly bartender. Great place near to many popular tourist attractions. Get there early and make a reservation.

What a great experience. I got the fish and chips and it was one of the best fish 'n' chips I got the whole trip, Their local beers were outstanding and the service was incredible. The waitresses were attentive and they even went above and beyond to help us figure out a route to our bus the next day.

Very close to some nice restaurants, so a great place to meet up before going somewhere else. It's large enough to meet in big groups here. As with most pubs around this area they accept cash, cards and contactless payments.

Good location with a varied selection of drinks but a bit pricy! Two pints of ale will cost over £10 but that is probably consistent with other establishments in the area. A decent menu for a snack or proper meal.

After visiting this tavern a second time we had to leave disappointed. Only two waitresses working at a full tavern serving customers at the bar, picking up orders and looking after the guests is simply not enough. First the staff wouldn't notice us entering, and after going to the bar to make our order we were denied to even make our order because the kitchen was busy. The staff was acting rude. I was however satisfied with my hamburger whilst my girlfriend was not too happy with her Fish & Chips.

Me and my wife Julie were in London from Wales over last weekend. This place was too local to our hotel to be ignored. It has noise and it was busy. Just like we would enjoy...and it didn`t disappoint. Great people in there The locals were superb. I know they see lots of people passing through, who they are likely not to see ever again. This must be a problem for them...but we had two great nights from all people we encountered. A Finnish guy, Two guys from Iraq and a Swiss guy as well. Some local Londeners also. Fantastic mix of people all friendly, but somebody has to initiate conversation...That`s me!! They could have served a little bit longer though.

After a not very pleasant visit to The Blackbird pub on Earl’s Court Road that I have also reviewed I felt it only fair to review The Earls Court Tavern that we visited the next night. The place was clean looked clean and felt clean the food was 100% better than The Blackbird and slightly cheaper, the cutlery and condiments on the table were also kept clean. The staff were cheerful helpful and had people skills that I consider to be important especially in catering. I would have awarded 5 stars but it was the World Cup on tv so it got a bit noisy,if it had been 60s music 🎵 well now than would have been a different story.😀🎸.

Ordered a Sunday roast with the half chicken and it was absolutely fantastic. The chicken was cooked beautifully and all of the sides were equally enjoyable. The staff was very kind and helped with a good beverage pairing for the meal. We went back a few days later and the chicken platter appetizer was wonderful for the price and we still had amazing service even when the pub was more busy. Definitely check this place out!

Very quiet.... Back in the day, backpackers ruled the roost in this area with Aussies/Kiwis and South African students putting all three flags in Earl's Court sand. The 2008 recession and the proposed demolition of The Exhibition Centre has changed this area irreversibly and not for the better. Consequently.. Empty bars along a busy West London thoroughfare. Madness. Lord forgive them...they know not what they do.

I ve been there a couple of times with my friends and the bartenders are a bit grumpy and feels like they don’t want us to be there, I met a blonde girl who I forgot to ask the name, and she was very bubbly and fun, and spoke Spanish with us, and allow me to try some beers before I choose one... and made my friends and me feel welcomed, also they have a nice TV so you can watch the matches but the music on back ground bothers a little bit.
