Reviews of Enderby House
T. H.
Location was incredibly nice with comfortable furniture and indoor and outdoor seating. Views were also amazing being on the side of the Thames.
Food was tasty and well portioned, only downside was that they got our drinks order wrong a couple of times. We had a really long time there which was great for a sunny Sunday lunchtime but good that we weren't in a hurry
Staff were friendly and happy to allow our dog in and provide him with water and attention.
Overall... Loved it

A superb restoration/reclamation of an old pilots house on the river. Just to the east of Greenwich proper. Well worth the walk though. Plenty of beer on tap, both keg and cask. A cold beer or two by the river is always welcome. Staff are most pleasant, attentive and welcoming. The building itself is a veritable 'rabbit warren' if a place with rooms upstairs, downstairs and all over. A roof terrace, open in good weather, a patio are at ground level. This is a lovely addition to the Riverside here. A great place to visit if you're close to Greenwich!

Excellent Sunday lunch. We were a family of four with a baby in tow and the staff were attentive and patient as the little guy explored. The food is very good, with the beef roast a particular highlight. We were sat in the Garden room which is lovely and tastefully decorated. The whole restaurant is fantastic with a variety of seating options and some great views of the river. Overall definitely recommend for a family leisurely lunch.

Came for an anniversary meal. Food nice, but the website seemed to have automatically booked us onto the outdoor terrace (during major storms) so we had to sit right next to the front door, which wasn't great. Staff were really fantastic though and the building is gorgeous and very nicely done. Will be back to sit on that lovely terrace during better weather!!

I really like this place! The vibe is very casual yet chic, it’s never too busy, and the food is really very tasty. Thursday eves have live music, which is a nice touch.
Yesterday the service was not as good as usual, the main dishes arrived 20mins apart after a couple reminders, which wasn’t ideal.
But I’ll be going back and can’t wait to use the terrace when the days get longer!

This pub is so lovely. Beautiful building and the service was unreal. Everyone was so welcoming and lovely - I brought in a birthday cake for my partner and they made such an effort to bring it out at the right time and help me with the candles (shout out to Bella, so incredibly attentive.)

Came here on opening night and had an amazing time. The views over the river are gorgeous while the sun sets and there are heaters to keep you warm. The food is all delicious, and despite it being literally the very first night the place has ever been open, the staff were all very friendly and capable. I won’t hesitate to come back!

Lovely location, lovely atmosphere, lovely food. It’s on the pricier side, but really not much more than the other riverside pubs in this area and the quality is higher. I’m glad it’s my local and looking forward to trying more things from the menu.
I. C.
Lovely place, staff friendly very good food.
There were some small issues but overall first time there and will go again.

One of the best roof terraces on the peninsula. Great diverse and exciting menu, with great service from the team. Our new favourite local!

Great views!
This is a lovely spot in Greenwich to enjoy a sneaky drink and take in a spectacular view. Noting the the prior google reviews, I did have my hesitation on the food prior to arriving. Sadly, I am afraid I have to agree.
The attached platter was £16 and was okay; however when weighing up the quality of the ingredients, quantity and cost I can't say I can justify the value at its current standpoint.
I would gladly return for a beverage, however I am undecided if I would try the food again - I will keep an eye on the reviews!

The location by the Thames is just as brilliant as the food and staff, and we love that dogs are welcome with their well behaved humans! Third visit (first for a business dinner, second for Sunday roast with photography clients living nearby, third for lunch with friends and their baby) after it was recommended by friends and certainly not the last. Thank you to everyone in the team for a fabulous Sunday!
E. N.
Slow service but great location and outdoor seating. Very chaotic and stressed service on the Sunday that I visited - clearly the place was impacted by staff shortages. Lots of customers waiting for stuff. When it did come - food was nice. Had the halloumi skewers and mac and cheese.

Homemade Spam
Spam. Mystery meat. No thanks. Nasty. Who eats that stuff? I wanted nothing to do with Spam. I didn’t even know what Spam was – only that it was something to be avoided at all costs. I heard that it was popular in Hawaii and that there, people eat Spam on their sushi. Really?? Then, Heidi Berger posted several times on my Facebook page about Spam cupcakes. “Trust me when I say Spam cupcakes are NOT gross ;-),” she insisted
I didn’t trust Heidi. I *knew* that Spam cupcakes would be gross because Spam is disgusting – meat in a can just isn’t right (I blindly thought, having never ingested it). Would homemade Spam be better? What gives Spam its flavor, and could I make a version myself that I would feel comfortable eating? Would my homemade version of Spam then make for a tasty cupcake flavor? I had to find out.
What Is Spam?
As many of you know, Spam stands for spiced ham. It’s made with pork shoulder and ham. The ingredient list is actually quite small and contains nothing too scary: Pork with Ham, Salt, Water, Modified Potato Starch, Sugar, Sodium Nitrite. Before I made my homemade Spam, I had to buy a can to see what it tasted like.
I found that Spam tastes like salty ham – very, very salty ham. It wasn’t nearly as bad as legend had it. If I ever bought Spam again, I would definitely buy the low-sodium version.
How Did Homemade Spam Compare to the Can O’ Spam?
I made homemade Spam using pork shoulder,
a couple cloves of garlic, and Morton’s Tender Quick (salt used for curing meat that also gives the homemade Spam its pink color).
The end result tasted pretty close to Spam. It was just about the right color, the texture was similar (not quite as slimy as the original), and the taste was the same, although significantly less salty.
Why Bother Making Homemade Spam?
The best reason for making homemade Spam or homemade anything is that when you make it yourself, you know exactly what is going into it. Homemade Spam is decidedly not mystery meat. It’s just plain old pork and ham. Mix it with greens and black eyed peas for a rich and flavorful casserole (don’t add any extra salt to the mixture as there’s more than enough salt in the Spam), use it on Sushi (I’m still a little skeptical about that one, Hawaii), and save some for homemade Spam cupcakes (the surprisingly good recipe is coming soon).

We were a table of five diners at lunchtime for a birthday celebration and our experience at Enderby was superb. We were all very pleased with our choice of dishes and drinks. The service was very attentive and efficient and Enderby is an extremely pleasant environment to be in. Thank you to everybody for making our visit, once again, a very enjoyable one.

Great venue - they’ve done a really good job on the building and decor. The terrace is lovely. Roof terrace also very nice but needs umbrellas. It was way too hot to eat up there this weekend without shade. The food is also good and what you’d expect from a youngs pub. I’ve marked down really just because they really need to sort their staffing out. I’ve been twice now and both times it was the same. Not enough staff to serve at the bar, take orders, serve food, clear tables. No one explains whether you’re meant to order at the bar, on the app or if it’s table service. We waited ages for menus. Tables around us were full of empty plates etc that hadn’t been cleared. The staff are all friendly and probably trying their best but there’s not enough of them and no sign of any management or people who know what’s going on.

We had pre-booked as a party of 16 for an evening dinner with friends from work and were allocated the Octopus room downstairs to which we were shown on arrival. It was perfect for a largish group meal and good conversation especially during a dark winter's evening as no windows; one huge table, with fixed benches & cushions round 3 sides of the outside of the room and 2 chairs. Moving around wasn't so easy but this did not seem to be an issue for our group. Other very good points were adjustable music volume within the room, toilets on same level nearby, lift available to upper floors if needed, coat stand provided by the staff. The food was also slightly unusual and very tasty with good vegetarian options which was much appreciated; good wine and cocktail options. Service was excellent, sufficiently attentive and fun but not at all overbearing. Couldn't have asked for anything better, and it was a great experience for my first visit to Enderby House. Definitely intending to return with other friends in smaller groups to explore more areas of this beautiful, quirky gastro pub. Many thanks to the staff for coping so well with our large group!
V. S.
We had a private room booked for work dinner and the Enderby team were extremely understanding and accommodating with any last minute adjustments and requests. Great service and delicious food, great atmosphere. Thanks to all at Enderby!
K. S.
I’ve been wanting to visit Enderby for a while now because it always looks lovely everytime I walk past. I finally came and had dinner there last night. Amazing weather coupled with amazing views, great food and really friendly staff. It was a wonderful evening, Thankyou.

A unique dining experience. Akin to dining aboard a sailing vessel from the 1700's. The food was unusual and tasty.i enjoyed the finger food the best. Served by a head waiter with character.
A. C.
Superb pub with great views of the river. Friendly staff, excellent food. AND... They do Hepcat on draft, amazing beer!
S. N.
Such a lovely Riverside addition in Greenwich. Gorgeous heated seating outside with River views. Comfortable and stylish inside. Great Sunday roast. Lovely friendly service.

great little find, cold beers, great location and a nice atmosphere. went on friday (10/9/21) and didnt know much about the place. friend was running past the new blocks and recommended this hidden gem. has a really nice feel and looks great from outside all the way to the toilets. wont be disappointed. i did however try and book a table the day after around 2pm by calling but noone answered the phone and it just rang, i appreciate it might have been late notice but on the friday we went, it wasnt super packed, plenty of tables and there was two hosts, so i thought i would have been able to speak to someone. i didnt go on the saturday as i didnt want to risk not being seated and went elsewhere. the staff were all friendly and smiley when serving which is always nice to see.
L. L.
The pub is great with a beautiful view. Service is okay and friendly but whoever welcomes you at the door and shows you to your seat is not. Three times we went there and they were annoyed every time. Though they have a good children's menu, it's not very child friendly. We were always served before the kids and one time even finished our meal before theirs came. It's a shame because it's great pub, with good food and a very nice ambiente.
J. C.
Cracking pub nice beer great service and views
J. T.
23 of us went to Enderby house for food and drinks and everybody had a great evening! Food/drink, service and venue were all superb! Thanks again to Johanna and the team! Great job!
S. A.
Food was AMAZING!! This pub is so beautiful, great rooms, comfy seating lovely views. Staff are lovely (especially Aaron) gave us some great food recommendations and was just genuinely lovely. Can’t wait to back.
J. R. G.
The roof top has really nice views and is a quiet area for dinning. The sunday road is eelicious, maybe one of the best I ever had; good quality, good test, good portion size. Staff are super nice and professional. I would definitely recommend it.
J. G.
Amazing pub/restaurant with a fantastic outside sitting area with outstanding views over the river Thames. Food is high quality (loved the mussels). If you enjoy photography, you can get great shots at the end of the afternoon as the sunset from the terrace is just phenomenal. Highly recommended...

Last Thursday we enjoyed the Youngs 190th birthday celebrations at Enderby. A fantastic bar, renovated really well and the staff were excellent, so lovely. The highlight of the celebrations, without doubt, was the live guitarist who was playing some great songs out on the terrace until 8.30. He had everyone up singing and the atmosphere was great. We didn't want him to end! A really great evening and my wife and I are looking forward to coming back. Please let us know when you have the guitarist back, hoping he'll be a regular fixture!!
T. N.
Amazing place! Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. Service was great and speedily. The food tasted amazing and overall we had an amazing time. Definitely will be back here. What a gem.
H. M.
Lovely youngs pub on the river Thames with a large outside seating area. Drinks were reasonably priced.
J. S.
Loved this place. Staff are lovely, food is fabulous and terrific views of the Thames. Felt so comfortable and relaxed. Definitely go back when I return to Greenwich.
J. C.
I have been to Enderby House multiple times, after work drinks, or weekend meals. It always is great service. But I have to particularly mention last night 3rd of July. We were quite large party, for a birthday, the staff was accommodating all the way through. They make the order through the tap system work at its best, even when there are technical issues. Would 100% recommend this pub for casual drinks to events. Amazing staff and great food!
K. D.
Great location with a good menu.
We returned here at the invitation of management and they offered to cover a main course and a drink for us as we had a conversation about my original review.
As before, the staff were lovely and the location is amazing. We made excellent choices for both courses with my wife having Dorset Crab with dill for her entree and I had the scallops with capers and shrimps on a bedbod turmeric mayo for entrees; both of which were delicious.
But the star was the main; we both ordered the Dorset Crab and crayfish burger with crispy sea salt fries which was absolutely stunning, a true flavour explosion.
We washed this down with a crisp Italian.Gavi as we watched the sky pass through the shades of sunset to a crystal clear moonrise.
I definitely recommend booking the roof terrace as it is a great way to enjoy sun setting over the Thames.
Thank you to management and staff for a truly memorable dining experience
R. S.
Stunning little place. Grab the mateys, take the bikes and come here for a glass of whispering angel and titillating views of the sun setting over the capitalist hellscape of Canary Wharf
G.
The decor is amazing, great atmosphere and fab food. Drinks are a bit on the dear side though.
A. D.
Overall experience ok. Was not fully aware that it was a dog friendly establishment. More suited to others. Also some staff distributed the drinks by holding the glass directly rather than on a tray maybe problematic if it's a smaller glass than a pint as your fingers are likely touching the mouth drinking area.
E. H.
We took our laptops and worked here yesterday and absolutely loved it. Service was incredible, genuinely such nice people working here. The views are obviously amazing and the pub itself has been done really well. Also very speedy wifi which was appreciated!
L. H. M.
This place is great ! Go try it out. Highly recommended!
D. T.
Waited so long for this pub to open! Now that it’s finally here I must say it did not disappoint. They serve what probably is the best steak in Greenwich!
L. L.
Fantastic views and a lovely vibe. Super friendly staff. Veggie food was frankly a bit odd, flavour and texture wise, so will come back for drinks 👍
A. B.
Lovely setting, great view and location. The interior is beautiful. Staff is really nice too. They have blankets if you get cold being seated outside.
This place is great for drinks but I wouldn’t recommend the food.
Most of the items on the menu wasn’t available on the app. Had a sample of starters which was really basic and not worth the money. As a main we had the lobster and crab burger. For £19 you should expect something decent. Unfortunately it was tiny and you couldn’t taste much as the bun just overpowered everything. The seaweed fries were just normal fries.
Happy to come for drinks and the sunset but I’ll eat somewhere else.
I. V.
Really nice Valentine’s dinner. Good food and amazing service by Luciano.
T.
Only had a drink on this occasion but the place looks really good. All interaction with three members of staff was excellent. Will book to eat soon.
S. T.
a lovely pub with a good selection of food and drinks. Great setting on the river.
However, it's so hard to get to by public transport! But maybe this is a good thing?
J. D.
Had a fantastic night out here on Thursday. Food was delicious, service was friendly, guitar player outside was excellent. Atmosphere was great
C. E.
Really fascinating layout of rooms, staff were friendly and attentive, while the food was scrumptious.
Highly recommended.

10/10 Best service I've ever got from the friendliest staff yesterday night. They haven't just got superb views over the river and brilliant function rooms, they have a good selection of drinks and an amazing kitchen too. Food was on another level than in any other pubs I've been to. The staff is also super nice and attentive. Overall, I was just blown away by the quality of the place. Special thanks to Connor and Marcus
M. M.
Great roast & private rooms
H. B.
Warm friendly welcome, and nice decor inside. We ate outside as that's all that was open. Food was decent for a pub but a little overpriced. We had fish & chips and also a burger. Little under-seasoned but not bad, and service was fairly quick. Think things will improve over the next few months - they had only been open 4 days when we visited.
D. W.
Great to have a drink with fellow humans! This place looks like it's going to be great. Will look forward to it being rammed. I expected it to feel more momentous. But perhaps we are more adaptable than we think. Staff were great. The real proof will be the bar service when it's rammed. Maybe they will show the Euros in the summer??? Bring it on.
R. G.
Really enjoyed the location and atmosphere when we visited in early June for a staff day. We sat outside and enjoyed good food and drink under the large canopy. The staff were very busy but were always polite and friendly - not an easy task when faced with a large table of people with different expectations and demands.
F. M.
Me and my wife decided to give it a try after we saw the place while strolling by the Thames path. It is newly renovated and smells nice, with awesome rooms in different levels, and some with great river views. We went for a simple meal of calamari as a starter and sandwiches for main; how tasty for a sandwich: nice filling and crusty brown bread, served with proper chips. We will be back.
I. L.
Good food large eating area go again.
Only parking but this is not Enderby fault just Greenwich as with all councils ..
R. K.
Living next door, we've been looking forward to this place opening for ages. Standard Greenwich affair when it comes to views and ambience but I doubt we will eat here again. Food was distinctly average. Over-priced food in Greenwich is acceptable but £6 for a slice of toast with chicken-flavor butter was taking the wee. We'll come back for drinks at some point but there are better eateries nearby. Service was average but they were very busy in their defense.
O. M.
Loved it great service and meals, right on the river. Lovely views.
S. E.
New place by river. Good selection of beers, owned by Young's Brewery. Food of a good standard with reasonable level of service, although v quiet as first night after lockdown. Will be great in summer as has good space outdoors and terrace with views of river.
N. B.
We went for Sunday lunch with some friends. Food was delicious. Even though the weather wasn’t great the atmosphere was lovely, the staff very attentive, and the interior design has been very well done. A great addition to the local area.
J. B.
I had an excellent meal with view in the Octogen room. The food was good, particularly the Trout starter and the service friendly
T. K.
New and pleasant place to stop by on the walk along the river. Can be busy at lunch time on weekends.
As for now they serve drinks and food in the outdoor space with nice views over the river. If I remember correctly, they are one of the Young's pub, so if you are familiar with it, you know what to expect food and price wise.
K. Y.
Beautiful views, lovely staff. Terrible dessert! I stopped by just for a dessert whilst out for walk, and it's the first time in years I haven't been able to finish a dessert! The chocolate ganache was plastic-y and half defrosted. The dark chocolate coating peeled off like the cover of a babybel. Tasteless and the opposite of what I was expecting given the good reviews and newness of the restaurant. A shame as I'd hoped for a lot better quality.

I've been to Enderby House a few times since the lockdown easing in April and May. I was there last night to watch England's historic win over Germany in the Euros. The initial spot I was offered was right next to the front door but when I asked for an alternative the staff were very helpful and led me to a lively downstairs room. The TV was quite small but the atmosphere was fantastic. I had a spot of bother ordering my ales though as I'd spotted at the bar that one of my favourite ales, Proper Job, was on. But there was no option on the app to choose simply 'pint of Proper Job.' I ended up with two Proper Job Tops - lemonade had been added. Anyone who thinks this is a good idea should find another tipple. Anyway, the staff member, Luciano, was extremely helpful and swapped the 'tops' for some 'proper Proper Jobs.' The barman even delivered one of the pints himself - I think he was called Marco. He apologised and agreed with me that it's totally wrong to add lemonade to real ale! Anyway, the goals rolled in, the beers flowed, the punters roared! I've lived in Greenwich 20 years and have lots of favourite pubs but I think some of the riverside pubs have changed quite a bit and not necessarily in a way that suits me. However, Enderby House looks like it will be my new favourite. I'm a bit gutted that I can't get a table for England's quarter final on Saturday but glad they are fully booked as the pub sector has had such a tough 18 months. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Greenwich and I think it will also prove to be an excellent winter pub with its really beautifully restored rooms and bar spaces! Unforgettable night. Well kept ale. Excellent customer service. Excellent pub!

Averagey House
Been looking forward to the opening of Enderby House but upon visiting on 18th April was left a bit disappointed.
On the plus side, the interior looks incredible & will be amazing when they are allowed to open inside. The outside seating was also excellent with excellent views of The Thames.
Our booked arrival time was pushed back slightly to allow for a more staggered arrival which is totally understandable. When we arrived the front of house person was super flustered & basically stared at her screen for a few minutes before deciding we could be seated.
The prices are standard Young's fare. A bit pricey for a "local" but you know that before you go.
Food from an understandably reduced menu was really average. The app did have all the options that the menu had which for us meant we could not use it. We sampled a decent selection including starters of squid, trout & garlic bread, mains of Sunday roast, burgers, fish & chips and puddings of lemon drizzle & cheesecake. Bizarrely we were told that they do not stock vinegar - in an English pub serving fish & chips??
A very pleasant lady introduced herself to us and mentioned that if we needed anything we only had to ask her. Sadly, we did not see her for the next 3 hours. We ordered our food & drink from the other staff serving the food.
Personally, I would say go for drinks. Good selection, beautiful setting but do not get involved with the food.
It has not been open for long at all so I hope our visit just encountered teething issues. I am sure they will do incredibly well purely off the back of the setting.
Good luck - we will go again but just for drinks.
a. p.
Very welcoming bar/restaurant with pleasant and polite staff.food was also very nice.
G. J.
We visited today for the first time and it was lovely in every way - the food, decor, atmosphere and service. A great addition to the local area and we look forward to returning.
T. O.
Thoroughly enjoyed the private dining room experience! Had a great intimate 30th birthday! 💃🏾🥳🎁🎉🥂✨
J. H.
As it's right on the river, an amazing place to sit and catch up with mates. It's definitely less touristy than other pubs along the river as it's that bit further out of the centre of Greenwich.
K. H.
Great food. Exciting menu and chef. Gorgeous decor. Shame that there is no longer table service. It really let's the experience down.
L. D.
Been here a couple of times now and I love it. The view over the Thames is amazing as is the food. I went for Sunday roast and also Saturday evening meal.
L. K. R.
Wow, a new pub in Greenwich. What can I say about this new pub, with its beautiful internal and external style and it’s classic pub bar, but the biggest thing about this pub is it’s fantastic outdoor dining area.
This pub has not one but two outdoor areas which gives you some of the best views in London from a pub.
Well it’s great range of beers and fantastic food you won’t be disappointed if you try this pub any night of the week!
s. s.
👌 first impressions are good. Will be going back to try out their cocktails and food soon
H. R.
Visited first time on Friday. Good service, good food. Liked our table for six. Nice decor, good toilets etc will come again. Will interesting to see what it's like in non covid days!
G. W.
Fantastic outside terrace, a wonderful building with a warren of beautiful rooms across multiple floors, good beers, great food and lovely, friendly staff. And a great location right on the river. What more do you need?
J. P.
Dog friendly, kind staff, nice decoration, wide relax chairs. Cheers 🍺
A. H.
Absolutely stunning venue and right on the river, came for some drinks and food, the wine selection was really good, I tried the pinot noir rose which was delicious and matched with the vibe of the pub, the atmosphere was relaxing and the service was great, Connor the manager was amazing and looked after us and touched all the tables in the garden great to see a manager really owning his pub, Brummy Joe was amazing and very attentive, he went out of his way to make sure we had a good night. The food was great and they had a good selection of seafood, all very fresh and tasty, the cured pork loin is out of this world I would recommend this dish every time. I will definitely be returning, thanks guys!
H. L.
I had a great time here. Conor Doyle introduced me to the menu (crab burger 10:/10) and was really helpful on the ales and local beers. Thank you to all the local staff, was an amazing experience!
V. J.
Gorgeous new pub on the river. Lovely view, great food and service (able to order through Youngs on Tap app) and absolutely lovely inside as well. Very much looking forward to going back soon!
L. C.
Great staff, great service. Great selection of rooms for private events. Highly recommended 👌🏾
V. G.
Sadly, the lack of staff makes this beautiful place less attractive for regular customers. Food is good, the atmosphere is very nice and the terrace is stunning.
Just needs more good arms.
E. W.
Great location, sumptuously decorated and a beautiful view. The food didn't disappoint either - we enjoyed the imaginative vegan options.
G. C.
Beautiful gastro pub on the Thames, like the TARDIS, so many different rooms to dine in, great food and good range of beers.
K. S.
A gem in the river. Great place to visit and enjoy some drinks and dinner. It is also larger than it looks.
N. W.
10/10 - I enjoyed the view and the crab burger. Waitress Talia was insane and later on Conor Doyle spent time to sit with us and tell us the history of the area- I can’t wait to come back with the rest of my family
A. S.
The best pub I've been to this year. Spectacular river views and great service. The inside looks great too so I will be a regular visitor all year round.
N. P.
Great pub, right on the river Thames good selection of beers, i did not eat there only have a drink but the food looks very nice.
Worth checking it out you won't be disappointed
G. A.
Great spot especially for sunset. Attentive staff, good beer selection and decent food. Looking forward to seeing the themed indoor rooms soon!
R. G.
A fabulous location for a relaxing drink or superb food with a varied and innovative menu. Staff were efficient and friendly. A place I shall definitely be going to again in the future.
D. S.
Didn't eat here only drinks with my visiting Bristolian eldest son. Not quite as stylish as I expected hence no 5 stars, but an ok and much needed addition to entertainment facilities along a stretch getting busier and busier, with ever rising towers of flats, some needing new cladding already! Flats (sorry, ...apartments, in designer speak😊) are not within purchase price range of many local young sadly, starting at £500K for one bedroom, though more desirable to the young than the more mature. There was a better selection of bottled and draught beers where we ate just prior to our visit,a little further along riverside twds Greenwich centre. Young's need to up their game with craft beers and wider choices, and maybe third pints too, now popular in craft beer establishments. Understand a micro brewery/pub coming soon close by which will present desirable competition for Young's. Keep them on their toes, though in such an increasingly popular location now they'll do ok anyway I'm sure.
C. H.
Possibly the best Young's pub I've ever been to - friendly, welcoming, capable staff, great quality provisions, and really clean and fresh - lovely stuff!

Very, very nice. Went here for the first time at the weekend and couldn't fault the place. The crayfish and crab burger is highly recommended!

Very nice pub right on the river. Inside a bit of a maze (!) but very spacious. Can recommend the Roast Pork on a Sunday
D. R.
This is a new pub. Good food and beer in a nice setting. A lot of competition close by so has to be on its toes. Good facilities inside and out

Great location along the river in the Thames walk between Greenwich and the O2. Generally busy, so book ahead to secure an outside table

What a surprise to find this place on the Thames. Architecturally it's bonkers. The interior design is 👌. As a pub it's fine.
J. S.
A joyous place to eat, drink, and take in the wonderful view of the Thames.
J. D.
Good and friendly service, nice outdoor tables, but watch out for the prices. Paid over eleven quid for a glass of wine.
J. W.

Fabulous place, nice view of the river, good service
E. P.
Food was OK but seriously understaffed, hence long waits. Still taking walk ups. Staff need training in customer relations. Delays were not their fault, but nredd to keep customers informed.

Nice and friendly service, but food dissapointing (I know it's just a pub and didn't expect fireworks, but burgers were massively overdone and dry)

Updated my review for March 22.
Staff are settled in their roles and Johanna and Bella are lovely. They have a lovely pub with sumptuous rooms to hire. Food is top notch and service is quick. I like going their Sunday at 12 as its just getting the sun. If you go at the weekend book a table and check the weather as it gets afternoon sun from around 2pm onwards. Sit outside if you can. It's rapidly become one of my favourites.
Previous review. 4stars just because service was a bit slow. New Grade 2 listed pub with fabulous views of The Thames looking west along the river. Defo book as it was busy as its the best pub in the area. Worth it for the views. Very Good fish menu. Beers around 6 quid a pint. Back to the service bit. Just got busy and it's table service so staff are run off their feet. Will come back for sure.
H. W.
Huge pub with loos that seem to be situated the other side of the river. Lovely views, good beer and a reasonable menu
B. F.
A great riverside pub with a modern design built into an historic building, finished with old-world deco. It has a range of private rooms, great for small parties and events. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food and drink are typical Youngs Pub offerings and prices are in line with other Greenwich pubs in the area.
