I've been a couple of times now and like the relaxed atmosphere, the food is good, the set meals are good value. Great for a group or couple. There's a connected bar next door, outside seating too.

Excellent bar with large outdoor area, roof, heaters, large projector screen. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Thank you.

I love this place, can't fault any part of it. Really friendly staff, great food good selection of drinks and whenever you arrive at the bar you are always made to feel welcome. Also like the fact that the boss is always visible in the bar

I booked here for my 24th birthday and I cannot put into words the way I feel about this place. Service amazing, food impeccable, staff so friendly. My best friend they made an entire area for her after I had asked five other restaurants to do the same. The nicest people in the world. If 10 stars existed I would give them.

Cannot recommend this place enough!! Friendliest staff, amazing food (particularly the calamari and Rose sauce wow) and a great selection of beers, I rely on on eV for every occasion. The staff are always incredible and accommodating. Tucked behind Southwark Station amongst flowers its such a beautiful setting too.

Office Party. We had a set meal with choices. They coped with my allergy very well and I was brought my own mezze plate. The fish casserole (prawns) was delicious. Sorry no photos...

Fantastic bar hidden away underneath the railway arches, just alongside the Ev Restaurant which occupies the neighbouring two arches. Relaxed and classy atmosphere, never too crowded and friendly service - a great spot for a drink when in the Waterloo/Southwark area. You could walk along The Cut a hundred times and never know that you are just a few metres away from these hidden venues.

Provided great service during the Euros. We booked every game with them!

EV BAR. NOTE- it is not a pub. It’s a bar. Let me be very clear about that, as they themselves are, this is a bar. With that cones everything you can dream of. Forget stilted ales and sticky carpets, we’re talking the next generation of drinking establishment. Music that goes doosh. Low amp filament bulbs Table tennis. Table tennis. In a bar!? Yep. You better get used to it sister. Far better than the bar next door!
