A. I.Great wine list we can pick up from cellar at the ground floor.
Every British dishes perfectly match with drinks.
Not so cheap, but satisfied for a special but casual occasion.
S. S.Was invited as a corporate guest for an end of year dinner. We had the 4 course Christmas Menu and a wine tasting.
The food was all very tasty (there was a fish, meat and vegetarian option for starter and main) and well presented. No complaints, in fact Kudos.
The stars of the show though were the wines. Matt offered us an exceptional selection and was extremely well versed in all of them. He was not just a sommelier but a highly skilled bon vivant and very engaging raconteur. We had two wines per course and they were very well matched.
Overall, everyone had a superb time so well done to the entire team at FFW&S.
