If there was an extra star I'd give this pace a 6 rating. I dont say this often but when an establishment gets this kind of rating from me it means they have exceeded all my expectations and thats no easy task. I would recommend this bar to all becuae it caters to all sections of life from young and old and all those in between. The manager was a star who made us feel comfortable and spent the evening looking after our group. We support Julia. Assange and we're soooo delighted to see Green King are thinking the same way with bar mats expressing their support. I'm definetly returning to make sure my gratitude is known in person and online. In a busy bar we felt like we were the only people there. Thanks guys for your kind hospitality from doorman to mananger. It doesn't go unnoticed what a great job you guys do. 110%

What a little gem, from outside look like a classic old fashioned pub but as soon as you walk in then wow factor...beautiful, cosy amazing pub, I didn't tried the food but looked really good so I will give a try next time for sure. Amazing service, incredible food with a extremely understanding head chef to my fussy food choices ( I have to have everything seperate on my plate and not touching) normally it's a problem but the head chef was lovely and completely accommodated to my needs. This pub let us in to a table that was reserved 45 minutes later..... we had a lovely couple of drinks with an awesome bar manager who was so friendly. Then we left and didn't realise we left our bags from harrods behind. Came back the next morning before opening time and our bags had been put to one side and held for us. We didn't expect this in such a busy and demanding place you guys were absolutely top drawer and will help us have very fond memories of our trip to London

Was here briefly before going somewhere else close by. Not sure how often they have Lilley’s Bee Sting but if you like cider, wow! This was such a delicious brew!! Sweet but not too sweet. Worth trying though careful if you’re not much of a beer/ale/cider drinker 6.8% ABV and it’s really easy to drink!! It took a little while for the veggie scotch egg to arrive, but have to say that I very much enjoyed that too 🤤

There are countless pubs in London, all of a certain degree in quality and hospitality. The Garrick is one of the finest, a happy discovery on walking past, the food is exceptional, beers plentiful and delicious and the staff are wonderful. Definitely recommend

Had the best time watching the euros (Semi and finals) here! we were a group of girls and felt so safe with all covid regulations followed and the manager ensuring it didnt get rowdy. Went here for Sunday lunch with family. It was quiet in the pub but due to a mix up with orders we had a very long wait for our food (over an hour) however the staff were very good and gave us some free drinks and dessert to make up for it. The food was excellent when it arrived, generous portions and freshly cooked, a really excellent roast dinner, best we've had in a pub and proven by two kids under 5 eating it all too!

Oldie worldly pub the building built over a hundred years ago. Lots of space on my visit, just opened at lunchtime. Staff friendly, the manager even shook my hand on his way out on business. Real Ale and ciders sold as well as a gin presentation due soon. Price for a real ale was £4.75ish, which is on par with Manchester standards. Well worth a visit.

Could Pub. Always crowded and in a central position to enjoy the nightlife of London or to prepare for a good dinner or to wait for your reservation in a restaurant around the corner. Staff could be more friendly and helpful but it was OK. Great to give the opportunity to pay by card. Unfortunately not every beer was available what was disappointing. But this is a good pub for tourists to start the evening or to end it.

Greene King pub so has the usual fare but also carries beavertown on tap which is a plus for me. Gin could've used a bit more garnish. Lots of seating but of course very busy due to location. Toilets are downstairs and seemed clean. Prices were as expected in central London.

An elusive crowd of Waiths and Strays, are often in attendance here. The place is better of for it too. The carpets could do. With a massive deep clean and. It's slightly annoying that the toilets are up..n..down on such a steep stair case. Otherwise though. It's Great. I love the layout. I love the look of the bar and the Quirky interior. The booths are cool. The Food always looks and smells Primo*. I haven't eaten here for a good while. I remember it was some tasty fuel for the Fire though. Think I had one of there Array of Burgers. Very good. Just a little upturn in the attentive attitude of the bar staff when busy, would be a plus. Although the food service staff, were On Top of their Game in a big way, especially the little French lady. She glided through the bar with the ease of a Ballerina,as she delivered each playful. That I saw of. Overall good. Could be cleaner and therefore it would look great to the tourist and local alike. Rating -Solid*

Busy west end pub. Good crowd, very friendly helpful staff, eventually, after waiting an age and a day to be served. But it was quite busy. Yeah, its OK, worth a visit but try a quieter time like maybe mid afternoon if you want to relax and chat.

I was disappointed they didn't have the baked sweet potato, but the bean burger was tasty, and the roast dinner my family had looked like the best pub roast I've ever seen, the vegetables were well seasoned and cooked rather than just a sloppy boiled mess. All in all it was great!

A very pleasant pub opposite Leicester Square, and a good option for a pub meal in the West End, especially a Sunday roast. Contrary to reviews which have said this place has gone downhill under new management, and the staff are unhelpful, I went in here recently with a group including two vegetarians, and although there was no vegetarian Sunday roast option, the staff went out of their way to create a bespoke alternative - and said they would look at adding an option in future. Great personal service, and overall a very enjoyable experience.

The Garrick Arms is a good English pub to eat fish and chips. Their English fish and chips are excellent! The atmosphere of the pub itself is great thanks to that old English decor. The staff is efficient and professional but could be friendlier. The food and drinks are not too expansive, especially for a pub close to some key places for tourists.

There is a lack of communication with the kitchen so it always happens that you order and then they come back to tell you that you need to change order as it is not available anymore.
