Green King IPA flipping lovely!!! The barmaids were lovely and friendly too! Ordered a Chicken Platter, brill! Chips skinny ones which I don't normally like but they were lovely and crispy! Had a pint of Progress! Not bad, but no where near as nice as the IPA! Some nice memorabilia around the place. The only thing missing...the Ying Tong Song playing in the background!!! What time is it Eccles?

I've not been in here for sometime, but as soon as I walked in, the bar staff gave me a warm welcome and knew my drink, that's the sign of a good well run pub. Update: I've been in a few more times and it's so nice and warm, and the staff are really lovely people, 5 stars everytime..

After a visit to Westminster Abbey, Strutton Ground seemed like a good place to find lunch and the first place we stopped at was this pub. NIce atmosphere, friendly bar staff/waitrss with a combination of open tables and small nooks for food and drink. Food was freshly cooked - my chicken was nice and moist, my wife's fish very good. The "Lunch Club" menu of main dish, side (salad or chips etc) plus a drink for under £10 was reasonable value.

Reasonably spacious pub with various books and crannies. Good range of real ale from the Greene King stable. Nice selection of food, our party was taken by the lunchtime special of open sandwich a sundry and a drink for £7.99.

3rd time here and just as good as the first two times. Beer really well kept, staff friendly and efficient and clientele all seem friendly and welcoming. Food good also, try the burger its really good!

I recall this pub every time I think about my trip to London. Best place with best food and people. I struggled to find out this place on Google maps because I forgot the name. But with huge determination and after searching area with looking at the photos of other pubs luckily I found it. I'll come back as soon as I visit England.

I used to live here when I was eight my da took over as landlord when Mr Grafton sold the pub to the brewery. Went back a few time's when I was old enough to drink, it hadn't changed a bit still had the sawdust on the floor and by the photos it's still the same.

It's a Greene King pub, but it was a nice spot to sit and eat something. The decor is a bit the same as all the others Greene King pubs. Prices are reasonable. Spotlessly clean. Only the staff was a bit unfriendly at the beginning, afterall we had some good service.The drinks are limited, but they have some good IPA, worth a try. The food was delicious.

OK as a pub but nothing that special. Wine selection was pretty indifferent but the white was cold and so fine. The nachos are good with reasonably spicy salsa. It gets busy and the staff can be a touch slow to serve and a bit fast to clear food that is being slowly shared. But for a pub in a touristy area you can do far worse.

Food was pretty good and reasonably priced. No servers on hand so you had to order food and drinks from the bartender. Chips were very good and fish was a good sized tasty piece but oil was not fresh. I would go back but am not going out of my way to do so.

What a brilliant little pub this place is! We were in London at the weekend and planed to go for bbq while in Westminster. Like the city at the weekend, pretty much everywhere (except chain places) was shut 😕 we found the grafton arms and I'm glad we did. A good selection of beers and the food was lovely. I can definitely recommend it.

Loved this pub! We were there for lunch recently, and the special was a cheeseburger (no chips) for 2 quid. A pint of Guinness and a pint of Carlsburg set us back a VERY petite 5 pounds 75. Clientele was mostly folks on their lunch hours. Service was efficient and pleasant. Sports on TV, no hassles, not a lot of tourists. Not a fancy "ye olde" place with lots of gold trim and velvet. Nice basic clean friendly pub. Excellent pint. And there's history. Turns out the Goons wrote scripts upstairs! Recommended.

A Taylor Walker pub, like most of them, quite clean, nicely arranged inside, with lots of tables laid out in smaller and larger spaces. Easy to have a more intimate meeting. Looks well taken care of and not as shabby as most pubs like to be. The bar offers a large selection of beers, including a few bottled craft ones, ie. from Brewdog. Be careful with your choice of food. Most of the items on the menu have between 1,000-1,800kcal! Add a beer and you have your daily needs covered with a single dish.

Situated between Westminster Abbey and Westminster Cathedral in Strutton Grounds , actually a small cobblestone street near Forseferry Road. It's main claim too fame is that it Hosted the famous "Goons" Comedians; and the open air food marketplace situated outside is a place too take lunch for Office workers and those visiting the Capitol.

(Translated) We really liked the site. We were looking for something central that was not a fast food franchise and we found the Grafton Arms by chance. Typical pub, very rich food, beers to choose of course. Good attention. They have enough tables with sofa in a mini reserved decorated until the decorative paper of the wall (of stamps of the queen) is not appreciated. Furniture and everything clean, but not upholstered again for a century (surely), which contributes to the typical gloomy and sordid atmosphere of pubs of this type. We ate in one of them, very comfortable and repeatable. recommendable (Original) Nos gustó mucho el sitio. Íbamos buscando algo céntrico que no fuera una franquicia de comida rápida y dimos con el Grafton Arms por casualidad. Típico pub, la comida muy rica, cervezas a elegir por supuesto. La atención buena. Tienen bastantes mesas con sofá en unos mini reservados decorados hasta que no se aprecie el papel decorativo de la pared (de sellos de la reina). Los muebles y todo limpio, pero sin tapizar nuevamente desde hace un siglo (seguramente), lo que contribuye al típico ambiente lúgubre y sórdido de los pubs de este tipo. Comimos en uno de ellos, muy agusto y repetible. Recomendable
