Great, mostly outside venue with gigs almost every day. Super cheap, very filling food. Amazing brunch.

Visited on a Thursday night to enjoy some jazz music. The place is ok. Offers table service. Staff are friendly, prices are average.

Beautiful location right on the canal makes this the perfect location for an afternoon session. They also do great food at reasonable prices.
There is an app for table service which is great. In general it worked well, although we did need to remind them for 1 of our orders.
Only issue is potentially the selection of drinks. Some are straight out of cans but there are some draft drinks, including some really fruity options!
The highlight for me was the relaxed vibe, atmosphere and the djembe/bongo percussionist, drumming along to the latin style music. Really good fun and perfect background music for conversation.

Good canalside venue. The concept itself is impressive and it was what drew me here. I went during a not so busy day so it felt like a desolate place. The staff couldn't be bothered much. Food was OK (I had the chicken gyro). The organic aperol didn't taste good. Overall, it has a lot of potential but they have got to improve to encourage customers to return.

A quirky little bar, hidden away in this part of town (I wouldn’t have found the entrance without being told where it is). Definitely more shabby than chic, and definitely sit along the waterfront.
Serves all the usual drinks and cocktail. Good to come during a sunny afternoon.
When I visited, there was live drumming. Not sure how much it added to the music, but it’s certainly a fun atmosphere.

Had a delicious meal here. The staff were very friendly and the food was really lovely and reasonably priced. The location was lovely next to the river. Definitely recommend.

Very nice atmosphere, I’d recommend even better for warm weather so sit outside next to the canal.

Was disappointed with this considering how well it's reviewed. The location by the canal was nice, but that was sadly the best part of the experience.
In our group of 6, everyone's food was either undercooked or lukewarm. We were told that it was the chef's first week on the job but I don't feel this really made up for the poor quality of the food.
The service was also a bit lacking, with simple things like cutlery repeatedly being forgotten.
Clearly, Grow is all about its ethical/communal ethos - which is great - but it needs the food and drink to back this up.

Great canal side bar/restaurant. Really yum food options including lots of vegan choices, great prices
