Huge selection of beers. A good place to meet and chat with friends

An incredible bar outside Deptford station, the guys that work there deserve a medal, they’re on their feet the whole time and when it’s Friday and Saturday it’s busy! Would heavily recommend- great selection of booze and reasonable prices!

Small bar but cosy with outside seating area (blankets provided). Cocktails are cheap and my friends enjoyed the ales. Only criticism is that took much soda water was used in my aperol spritz, took away from the taste of the other 2 components.

Great staff and amazing choice of different craft beers! The main features are hand-crafted gin and vodka infusions:) They are just delicious and we tried them every time we visit Jars bar.

I loved the place - it’s a hidden gem in the area! I haven’t expected to find a very stylish, loft-like bar in this neighborhood but apparently the whole area is developing fast and getting trendy. The place itself is super cozy, the staff is nice, the snack menu is delicious (pizza is heaven), but what they really specialize in is vodka infusions. The owners are Ukrainian so do try proper authentic drinks that you may have never tried before. The place is also easy to rent for a private party (that’s what we did) and even organize a dj table if needed. They also have outdoor sitting option. Overall - highly recommend!

Cool & trendy bar situated in Deptford Market yard. Stumbled across this place following a meeting in the area with some developers, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the place, nice atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming staff & most importantly good value for money considering the quality of the place. Well done to the owners for making something cool in a very up & coming part of London.

Usually a good margarita is the sign of an excellent bar...but then you haven't tried an El Don at Jar Bar in deptford. Smokey, deep and delicious. Wonderful staff. These guys know their receipes.

Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Deptford. Ask for the parrot-shaped mug (filled with tequila sunrise), rumour has it that some famous people drank from it

Pine nut liquor was also great🙈 I usually try not to drink alcohol and Roman always tried to offer me some alternatives🙏 I highly recommend for company visits and emotional conversations for building trusted relationships!
