Loved our visit... first time here... nothing too much trouble and a fantastic recommended by the the waiter... absolutely delicious.

The staff, they make this place! So friendly and welcoming. The food is good too, we popped in ar happy hour so got two drinks for the price of one or something like that. They have a nice selection of vegan meals too. I'll be returning.

Usually a massive fan of Las Iguanas, but was a disappointing visit for me. The doors wouldn’t open and staff kept walking past without paying any attention. 4 sets of people tried to get in and the door wasn’t working. We eventually had to call to see if they were actually open (despite seeing people dining in). They said the door was just heavy. We went back and saw others struggling to open the door and then eventually we got in. The service was really slow and there didn’t really seem to be much staff and those working weren’t very attentive. We couldn’t have our preferred drinks as they were missing an ingredient used in a lot of the drinks. Once food arrived, my nachos were almost cold which was sad as I usually love them with no faults. It was hard to get a waiter’s attention to order more drinks as nobody was visible most of the time. When we went to pay, our server highlighted that service charge was optional, but kept going on about how we should help him by paying it because he’s going through problems and proceeded to tell us about his personal life. It didn’t feel optional to pay at that point, more so coerced. But we paid nonetheless. It wasn’t a great visit but was probably just an off day.

The staff are all super nice and the food is good, great atmosphere too! I had a large booking made for 12 people at no point did we feel like service might have been an issue, all of the food came out in good time, staff members kept coming over to ask if we needed anything else and when taking orders they were engaging in conversation which was actually nice. Thanks for making my visit pleasant.

For the first time I have been given glasses which weren't dried. When I commented about it, the waiter just said they were hot, so bar staff put ice in it to make them cool (but didn't bother to dry). Also no potato chips were available and we weren't big funs of sweet potato chips as a replacement. My son ordered coleslaw which never arrived. But for was pretty good. If they sort out the above I will score higher

Still got a table even though it was a Saturday night which was very surprising! Staff was extremely friendly, and the 2 for 1 cocktails is a must if you want to get tipsyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Me and my partner played it safe and got a steak but highly regretted because there was so many delicious options to try. So explore the horizons when you come here!!

The food was Great. Would recommend you trying. The burger was not dry and was packed with flavour. Also we had a fun time making our own wraps. They had amazing flavour something you always look for in small foods. The drinks were refreshing but got bitter at the end so couldn't finish it. Overall I liked the atmosphere.

The service and food was of a standard I'd become used to in my local branch of this chain restaurant. What did stand out was how my waiter politely informed me he was taking a break and then pointed out the waiter who would be taking over from him. Both waiters performed an excellent job. We grabbed some dinner before a concert. Although we were told the queue was a 30 minute wait we were sat down at out table in about 10 mins - more than enough time to get a drink from the bar. The menu is good and the food is great. Even though the turn around is really quick the service was excellent and we didn't feel rushed.

I came here a couple months ago with my family. Food was quite good, I usually don't eat Latin American food but I enjoyed it. Very helpful staff, polite. Most of the food arrived on time, one (small) dish arrived late so they made up for it by not charging and giving out an extra free chicken wing. Understandable that it was late, since there was a lot of people there. Music was good, and not loud so you could easily have a conversation. Very clean place. One critique: it felt a bit cramped, the design has groups of 2 in mind I think, and staff would frequently walk by right next to where we were sitting. Overall, had a great time, would recommend.

Ok branch of the chain. Staff are friendly but too thinly spread leading to lot of waiting times. Took longer waiting to order or pay the bill than it did for food to be prepared! Portion sizes are good and prices are fairly standard for a chain restaurant in London. 2 for 1 cocktails is also pretty good, though as others have noted the drinks are over iced meaning you don't get perhaps as much as you really should!

The 3 stars is for the burger we had. 2 of us opted for the fully loaded burger which for the price was terrible! The bun was slightly stale and the burger dry, so sad as we were really looking forward to some good food here. It was so below average compared to a lot of the other burgers available at the O2, I just felt I had to leave this review. The staff though were awesome, so no complaints there.

Super pre show meal. Had a little wait for a table but they take your mobile number and call when a table becomes free, only about 15 mins wait for us, but sat in the bar and had a cheeky cocktail to fill the time!!Extensive menu, I chose the chicken Fajitas and they were so nice. The Las Iguanas happy hour is always reliable as it's on all the time, I tried out a new drink which starts with Iggy which was underwhelming, the Mango Collins was nice, my main knock is that the cocktails feel light on the alcohol

I love having new experiences and dining at different restaurants, and luckily this one did not disappoint. The menu gives you a good choice amongst some of the different South American cuisines and the staff were friendly and attentive. Both the cocktails and mocktails are two for one, so it is a great place to grab a drink. In regards to the food, I ordered the spicy honey jerk chicken with sweet potato fries and a side of fried plantain. The chicken was that perfect blend of sweet and spicy, but not for the faint heart. The plantain, on the other hand, was sadly the worst I've ever had. It was raw, clearly cut too thick to be cooked through without burning on the outside. The nachos were a really nice starter though. All in all, it was a great meal, the drinks were gorgeous and the service was amazing so it's a 5/5 from me

The fact we were only allowed to choose from the event menu and had to have 2 courses was very annoying even though we weren't going to the event and the event must have started by the time we got there. Apart from this the food was quite good and the cocktails were also very good.

Attentive staff even during a fairly busy visit to the O2. Our food came very quickly and was all very well seasoned, including the sides. For the price of the cocktails we found them weak and annoyingly mostly ice. Also, a Mexican restaurant that doesn't serve fresh avocado in the guacamole makes me sad. However, the range of tequila and cachaça shots was great and the desserts, especially banana empanadas- superb.

Everyone in my party enjoyed all of their meals. They have a wide variety of choices even for the vegetarian and vegans in our group. I had their truffle mac and cheese which I highly recommend to anyone who likes a rich taste. The customer service especially was great, we were seated and served really quick. Had a lovely bottomless brunch today at Las Iguanas with the most attentive and friendly waiter called Markos. He was fantastic and we would return just because of him and the lovely food and drinks of course. The hostess Hiba on the other hand was less accommodating when calling to request a delay in our arrival and our bottomless booking to be change to a later arrival. She needs to considering being more customer oriented. Our overall experience was rectified due to the amazing welcome, experience and service from Markos. The industry needs more people like you. .

Food was good However the service on the day was not great. Had different servers over the time we were there. Leaving it confusing to who was actually helping us. One waiter actually forgot about us and came back 20 minutes later. You would raise awareness with anyone and still had to wait. Ordered dessert and the bill at the same time to help cut down wait. Nice space and as all restuarants in the O2, it is always packed so waiting time for food arrival can be long however, staff do try their best to get orders in on time and always check that you are ok while you waiting. I haven't visited Las Iguanas for a while and was pleasantly surprised by the improvement. There are lots of dishes for vegetarians, I was spoilt for choice. 2 for 1 on any cocktails which is always a great start. There was a fantastic kids menu and kids eat free which is great. There was also the option of getting a half portion of any adult mains within the kids menu which was great. My son loved the mac n cheese. The food is very filling and I was quite disappointed that I didn't have room for the Mexican Mess... which looked tasty to say the least. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Once we received the bill we were able to review our service and meal on a tablet which was great. I will definitely be back again.

Went to this restaurant with my friend and sister who is autistic. Didn't even have to tell staff she was autistic for them to know exactly what to do in terms of where to put the plates and cutlery and offering a plastic plate for her. Staff also moved another table closer so we could be more spread out and make it more comfortable for us. Another member of staff even took us up and down the lift to ensure we were okay. I am so happy with this experience and could not recommend it enough as they are so understanding and really helpful! Will definitely be coming back!

The only down side is the adding of optional services charges to the bill. Nice restaurant with decent food, however I feel the 2 for 1 deals are a bit of a con. Cocktails are expensive to begin with so even a 2 for one deal doesn't help. Also it has to be 2 of the same. Thay may as well just make them half price, at least then you could mix the cocktails. On the good side though the food is delicious and the cocktails are well made. Staff did a great job and the place was clean/professional.

Booked ahead for a birthday group of 14. Was told that we could only have table for 2 hours from 4-6pm - fair enough I thought. Unfortunately some of the group was delayed in arriving but the majority arrived on time but they were told that they'd have to leave if the rest of the 4 people didn't show soon. This was for one quite rude and unfair because there wasn't any bookings after us or any big queues waiting outside plus we were within the allocated booking time. Anyway we decided to order before the rest arrived to keep the table. The table was positioned right next to the entrance door and everyone said they were cold. Interior wasn't as nice as pictures promoted and it had a "pound shop" look halloween theme going on. On a positive note the food IS really good full of flavour and arrived without delay there is a lot of choice. Most importantly it was filling so we all felt satisfied. Staff assigned to our table were friendly and helpful. We ended up staying past 6pm to have birthday cake which was nice. I didn't really get the fuss around us leaving before 6pm because they were hardly full or busy when we arrived and departed. My mum is in a wheelchair and we couldn't find a toilet on ground floor (correct me if I'm wrong) the toilets are up two flights of steps and no lift.

The cocktails are very good too especially when it's Happy Hour. I once ate there on my own armed with a book and a cocktail and it was a great experience. One of my 'go to' places.

Visited Las Iguanas restaurant in the O2 arena. It was rammed due to early diners for the Take That concert. We were seated quickly and handled by friendly helpful staff who whilst moving swiftly seemed to have time for us. Food was great especially the slightly unusual Brazilian food. Been here 3 times now. Nice simple menu with great choice. Love the 2 for 1 cocktails (if you like rum, I recommend the Bananarama). Was really busy when I went but the staff are completely on it: fast and friendly service and the food delivered really quickly. The beef nachos, though won't win any prizes for presentation, were really tasty and pretty big for a starter! Main course fish dish (soz can't remember the name) with spring onion was very very nice!

Organised a group dinner for work. The team at las iguanas was incredibly accommodating and flexible, even when I was changing numbers and menu choices on the night. Our group of 20 was all served quickly, drinks were excellent and the food was tasty. Nico in particular was really lovely and helped to make the evening stress free and really good. One of the best place I've been recently to. Has a great atmosphere with amazing decoration. Food being cooked in old school methods, a wide variety of dishes and drinks in a nicely design menu. Staff being polite, smiley and welcoming, making sure you enjoy your stay and of course the low prices which make you even more happy. All of this gathered in one place perfect for socialising with friends, having a business lunch/dinner or just going there with the family for some quality time. Excellent selection of Latin inspired food, this chain is a favourite of mine and the O2 branch is no exception. Quick service, extensive menu and good cocktails although not the cheapest - go during happy hour for the best deals. Nice vibe too with Latin music and nice decor.

I know this is a chain - but I did expect better. Service was prompt and good. The espresso martinis are VERY sweet here which is bad. I had a dish called Xinxim which was supposedly chicken and crayfish in a sauce with rice - the chicken was overcooked and rubbery and there were 5 tiny bits of crayfish sat on the top. Seemed like the elements were just slammed together on the plate and heated in the microwave (as the crayfish wasn't hot, but the sauce was piping hot and it all came out after just 5 mins wait)

A group of us came here for dinner, before the Kevin Hart show and it was surprisingly good. Some of their meat is halal which is really great because we were struggling to find a restaurant with a varied halal menu in the area. Anyway, I got the cheese and mango empanadas AND OMG. LITERALLY THE BEST COMBINATION OF FLAVOURS I HAVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH. I also got the blazing bird and the chicken was FALLING OFF THE DAMN BONE. I really enjoyed dining La Iguanas, have been to The O2 branch and the Stratford Westfield one. Excellent food and great service. I really like their happy hour too, you get two of the same cocktails for the price of one, I like the Margarita cocktail. So even worth coming here just for the cocktails. As a mains I had the XINXIM a classic recipe from North Brazil. Chicken and crayfish in a creamy lime and peanut sauce with spring onion rice, fine green beans, coconut farofa and sweet plantain. It was really satisfying, I'd highly recommend it.
