Passed by and popped In for pizza and drink. Pizza was amazing! Nice casual and relaxed vibe, bar staff was friendly and warm, but not in your face. Can't wait to return

It's just the best place to visit for miles around. The sourdough pizza is always spectacular, prices are very reasonable and the staff are some of the friendliest in London. The Lord isn't even my local but I love coming here, it's always busy but never uncomfortably overcrowded plus there's always something going on.

Another customer there had said 'best pizza I've ever had'. I can confirm she was not wrong. I got the mama mia and finished it off in no time. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and all together it was a really enjoyable experience. Will definitely be coming back!

A really friendly, cosy pub by Victoria Park. Their pizzas were also really tasty and reasonably priced. Drinks were good too and nice area to play some board games on a quieter day. Great summers day out to chill with friends or for a pint or two with colleagues. Really good little hidden place that we stumbled across.

🍺😁 🍕☹️ Pizza here is great. Though not quite as great as it was many years ago when it very first opened. Fun place though with always lovely staff and a nice selection of beers. There isn't a huge amount of seating, so get here early (or reserve a table) if you're planning on visiting in peak times.

Unbelievably delicious Italian pizza with a huge choice of very well composed toppings and flavours on the menu. Cosy vibe and very nice staff made our visit a very good experience. A Sunday Bingo run by a fabulous and witty Drag Queen also made us smile :) will be definitely coming back either for eat in or take away! Dogs are welcome!

Love this pub, it’s just trendy enough to feel buoyant but not so much so as to make you feel self conscious. Staff are super friendly and engaging, always happy to make you some odd cocktail you’ve never heard of. Good selection of beers etc. Music playlist is eclectic enough to keep you listening. Food is simple but good, the fresh pizzas really are as good as from most higher end pizza places.

Nice pub serving sourdough pizzas and a good selection of beer. They currently have Hackney Brewery Session IPA on tap. Thursday night is quiz night. £2 each for a team of 6 or less. Good mix of questions, not too easy or difficult and a few bonus games. My only issue was how difficult it was to hear people over the music before and after the quiz, though that may be more to do with my hearing rather than the music level. Don't forget to check out the mural on the right hand outside wall!

Fabulous pizzas and a great local pub. We love coming here for a quick drink and chat and pizza nights is a weekly occurrence in our family. Feel lucky to have this on our doorstep!

Great pub, regular hangout, nice selection of beers and wines and lovely soughdough pizza, dough freshly made. Also shows the footy. Good venue if you want to hire half for a party - the manager has been super helpful with my friends birthday offering to hang existing decorations that they have already on site and allowing own playlist even though it's not a whole venue hire.

The beer, atmosphere and pizza was great. The toilets were pretty terrible though, no soap, leaking toilets and a broken hand dryer. This wouldn't be the end of the world, but when you're eating with your hands it's not so nice.

Used to be one of my favourites. It has cosy seating, comforting dim lighting, my favourite whiskies and great pizzas. Unfortunately one of my favourite things used to be the decent music but these days whatever they have playing on a Friday or Saturday night is so terrible I don't want to hang around.

2015: 5 stars - What mike dixson said... 2018: 3 stars - decided to revise my review. As is so common in London, this place seems to have changed for the worse. The previously irresistible pizzas are now average at best. They don’t seem to prioritise sit-in orders over deliveroo (perhaps fair enough), so it can now take 1hr+ to get your food, an hour and a half in the case of our most recent visit. No one seems to care about the place and it is a bit unkempt and shabby - the toilets were a disgrace and needed repairs. Seems that whoever turned this place around a few years ago has moved on.

I am so impressed. I had an issue with my pizza due to a deliveroo order and the manager remade the pizza, and then couldn't get deliveroo to come out again.. so he came down in a taxi!!!! What service... They accepted it wasn't perfect and made it right!
