I had such a wonderful time in Maya Lounge yesterday. I took my friend out for her birthday. The place is absolutely stunning! Their customers service was 10/10! The staff members were all super friendly and very helpful! I would like to thank you all for making our night special! Momen ,Mahmod & Kimberly you were all amazing!!

Personally, we loved this place.. the doorman was great, polite and took some cool pics, after being shown our table the waiter was very knowledgeable, from drinks omg, yes... shisa' and the food. Everything for us was perfect. I think All the staff were fantastic, they made us feel very very welcome and had laughs, recommendations. I think if you get good service it's only fair to pay for it. But that's my personal take on it. Ain't got no problem with my experience. They made my Birthday special. Yes we will be going back. It was a Monday night maybe we will try the weekend and keep ya'll posted.

Greeting at door was friendly and professional. Waiting staff were very polite and helpful although as it got busier, it was harder to get their attention. Shisha was good and very sanitary with the use of disposable pipes. Belly dancer was amazing, really got the crowd involved and was good fun! Food was average and the watermelon juice I received was awful, mushy and completely out of season which is the only thing preventing me from a 5 star review.

Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience Maya offers. A sexy ambiance in a spacious yet cosy environment. Nice entertaining belly dancer nut not pushy, delicious food and great hospitable staff that were welcoming, attentive and very friendly to all customers. Great customer service observed across the board. Prices are a tad on the steep side however worth the experience and atmosphere. Great selection of food and shisha equally. Highly recommend.

Create customer service, they were fast, friendly and efficient the food was good and the shisha was on point. Although a bit busy so took sometime to get a seat I will recommend booking prior to going to ensure you don't spend time wasting. I will definitely return there again.

Me and my friend went last night after meeting the owner Fadi on a job told me to come down as I love my shisha. I got to say what an amazing place, staff were amazing and professional, great vibe, shisha was spot on. My friend whose never gone to a shisha place he loved it and wants to come back again shows how amazing the place is and the vibes. He ordered some food which he loved and again he loved the shisha good recommendation from the staff Fadi looked after us really well making sure we were okay and gave us complimentary drinks as our first visit thanks :) Just shows what amazing customer service you get at Maya lounge and thats what you looking for in a shisha place. GREAT PLACE. Defo recommend. The outside starts a story, once you go inside your reading the story. Authentic set up, one of a kind in London. The atmosphere is amazing. Food is delicious and pricing is fair. BIG SCREENS through out the venue, friendly staff, good bar and the management is superb. This place has it all! Defo check it out if you haven't been.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but I’m so glad I went to experience it for myself. The service, food and entertainment was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to our needs and I couldn’t have been happier! The shisha was absolute quality and I loved that they changed the coal frequently ensuring the flavour didn’t fade quickly. I honestly could not have been more pleased and I can’t wait to go back!

Lovely food, £25 per head and u can stay as long as you want. Happy to cater to large group, dancer was pretty good, inclusive, drinks as in cocktails weren't that strong had to ask for more and was definitely charged accordingly. £5 a bottle of water is a little steep also. Other than that a pretty good night out.

The place is magnificent. Well done, great job! This is the gem of Whetstone. Finally something different was added to the area. Everything looked the same and boring before. The Service is exceptional and I love it seeing familiar faces every time. The beautiful girl in the entrance is always welcoming us in a great smile and make us feel comfortable every time. The waiter who makes the cocktails too is absolutely fantastic as well. The place is ticking all the boxes. Everyone is polite and hospitable. The quality of the drinks is absolutely top and they take care of you constantly with the shisha and anything else you need. It feels like home finally. Anywhere else in London you will usually get average service, awful food and bad drinks that contain 1ml of alcohol. It’s like drinking an overpriced orange juice. Their shisha is great and the ventilation of the place is impressive. You leave without having a headache, which is not the case for most shisha lounges. The entertainment is of good quality. Their food however is disappointing, there were three of us and we order three different meals. I didn’t enjoy either one. Will definitley return for the shisha, drinks and entertainment.

Wow. I don’t even know where to start, after taking this recommendation from a friend this is by far the BEST shisha lounge that I have ever visited. Let’s start from the beginning... The door staff absolutely lovely! They opened the door, welcomed us and the gentleman walked me into this beautiful almost desert like underground tunnels where it led to the main room. A room where you are able to move without side stepping on anyone’s toes, we were seated almost immediately, waiters came to take our orders with a pleasant smile, they had brought out the shisha pipe within minutes! The coal was regularly changed without being told. Overall: this place is quick, simple and efficient! Music wasn’t too loud, instead of having naked woman on tvs, violence on screens they simply had the Birdseye view of London, sky scrappers, beautiful scenery videos. The atmosphere was great, parking wasn’t an issue as you could find off road parking over the road, And not forget the milkshakes were tasty!!! We had an amazing experience! This is THE shisha place to go too!

The price for the shisha and drinks is reasonable considering it is no different to other shisha places in North London. The service is excellent. literally needed a place like this in the area! The customer service given was amazing bare in mind it was on a saturday. There was a belly dancer to entertain the customers. while smoking shisha. The atmosphere is was so bubbly and nice. however when it does get too busy, the staff sometimes do forget to bring your orders, which is reasonable. You get greeted at the door all the way to your allocated seat. overall this place is perfect for events or even a nightout with friends. recommended!

Trendy shisha lounge with great food. Went there first time a few weeks ago. The ‘fatoush’ salad was fresh and crisp and the chicken wings or ‘Jawaneh’ were really juicy, tender and and cooked perfectly. Theres was great music and Belly Dancing creating a Happy atmosphere. Lots of space for everyone to sit down even though it was pretty full. The service was pretty good once we ordered. Overall a good experience.

Having been to many Lebanese Restaurants in central London, this is by far the best I've visited. The staff are friendly and the food is superb. If you want a unique experience, you have to visit. I felt like I was on holiday for the night, truely exotic. Be sure to pre-book as this is a true hidden place in Whetstone. My family and I enjoyed the food and experience thoroughly. Very pricey for what it is, £5 for a fanta doesn't make sense. Food is bad Shawarma came out looking sad, flat and empty. Although staff are polite and attentive. You're paying for the venue and any entertainment they might have on the night.

What can I say. It’s a magical retreat where there’s belly dancers, incredible food, an utter legend of a boss and an incredible atmosphere filled with incredible sheesha and the worlds most comfortable sofas to sit and chill on. It’s become a weekly thing for me and the lads to wind down after a horrendous day at work. The food is so dam good I’m always eating myself into a food coma! One word. I had a magical experience last night. Excellent Lebanese food and wine with very courteous waiters and waitresses all around and extremely responsive. I was there on Friday night and a belly dancer was dancing to Om Kalthoum Enta Omri classic song. We topped our dining with some extremely good Masaya Lebanese Arak. Lots of well-dressed crowd coupled with a dream-like ambience, it is a perfect place to enjoy a drink and have good entertainment plus good, healthy Lebanese food.

Great new venue in Whetstone, use to vist when they had a restaurant in another area and still visit despite the distance, the shisha is good and the food is lovely! They also have entertainment (Belly dancers) Thusday-Sunday, always suggest to all my friends.

Food was great, we didn't have a booking and the restaurant was quiet busy however staff were able to seat us and were very polite and helpful. Food and drinks were great, especially the HUGE prawns. If shisha is your thing, this is definitely a good place to be, music was good and it was a nice crowd and good vibe all round.
