Reviews of Moto - Japanese Sake Bar, Shop & Eatery
O.
A cool looking and yet cozy and small Japanese Sake bar fitting only 5 tables with seating and 4 high chairs at the bar.
They are known for their unique selections of sakes which comes separately on their sake menu. They also have a cocktail and food too, If you're looking for something small to eat.
Price range I would say is a little expensive but most sake don't come cheap anyways so it is reasonable for their price range.
Recommended if you want some good quality sake and are willing to pay for more for it.

the staffs at the bar were very professional. the sake were amazing and the food was good too.
service can get a little slow when it gets busy, but that's because they take time to introduce the sake.
I might put 4.5 stars if I can since, it is a little pricy. (sake price varies, but for example cocktails are at £15, that's quite a bit more than most places even for London)

This Sake Bar is a beautiful gem in Convent Garden. There was a great variety in Sake with each their individual tastes. There was great vibe and perfect place for one on one drinks. The staff were nice and welcoming, definitely coming back soon!

The cocktails were a bit pricey but I loved them. The staff were friendly too. The only issue was that we went during busy hours and were told they’d call if space became available, but they didn’t - thankfully I went back later to double check if they had seats, otherwise would’ve missed these cocktails!

I enjoyed my sake, but I was disappointed that they had zero food after 10. Like nothing, no pickles or any Japanese snack. So it’s a proper British establishment…could be better done.
My sake was rich and delicious. I read about a special beer they were importing. Unfortunately they do not have it anymore.
I’ll probably go back and give it one more try.

Excellent sake experience for those interested. Miso salmon was delicious and service was fast and friendly. The bar is quite small inside so you may decide to sit outside for more space.

Wonderful selection of Sake. The cocktails are very unique and beautifully presented. Worth the money!

Super great food and service! Very lucky to try out their Mount Fuji cocktail, bento was great- and the sake selection is amazing! Would recommend and will definitely come back again
