Loved every moment here! Staff were super welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We went in the afternoon which was great as it wasn’t busy. The atmosphere and decor is absolutely beautiful 😍 it’s such a little hidden gem over Wandsworth Bridge. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because it’s quite pricey, from paying for entry, food, drinks, and £5 to use the photo booth... everything adds up quickly.

I loved this experience! The venue is beyond original, cosy and fun but also perfect for a romantic date. They have lots of really nice sofas, and different activities like some arcade games and a photo booth. They have these really cool pods in the garden with a view of the Thames, which is an awesome idea. Did I mention they are pet friendly too? :) The food, even if the menu is a little limited on Japanese food options, was really tasty. All the food and drinks we ordered were really nice, brought to us quickly, and good portions as well, perfect for sharing. Service was another highlight. All staff were really nice, but Anna especially always went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and pampered! I would definitely recommend and look forward to my next time there.

A nicely designed Japanese themed venue, really like the neon lights and banners they hang on the ceilings (I must have these!) Staff are all very friendly and service is pretty quick too. Cocktails are nice but a bit pricey. Went during the day but probably would have been even better if we went in the evening. Definitely worth checking out if you are in Wandsworth👌

It's cool inside (very instagrammable)! Good music, food and drinks came quickly (ordering via qr code is really convenient), however it's really expensive. There's a 12.5% service charge per transaction, and the food is just standard. £8 for ONE bao bun, that arrived tepid and didn't taste that great.

A Beautiful flowery venue for all instagramable and photography viewers! I loved how it looked but unfortunately this place is only good for lounging and drinking. I came here for the bottomless brunch which I eventually realised it wasn't your typical brunch you would expect. I was alittle disappointed that it wasn't actually brunch. You pay for the table and bottomless Prosecco only and food is not included, you'll have to order them on their barcodes on the table, there is no brunch menu on their website or barcode menu , it's just their normal menu which they'll tell you to order your food from. Please check before booking to avoid any disappointments. Food weren't as impressive as the venue itself and pricing definitely wasn't worth it. But I still really enjoyed how the venue looked so overall it was a nice visit.

I went to Winterland on a Sunday afternoon. I like the concept. It's nice not to have to fight to be served at the bar. You order online and the drinks/food are brought to your table. The decor and music is very good. The music is a bit loud and you have to shout to your friends across the table. The pizza was tasty. The menu is a bit expensive especially when you consider you have to pay to book a table and a service charge and transaction fees are added at checkout. A good experience overall but I wouldn't go back often.

Wonderful experience, the overall atmosphere is really lovely and authentic with all the decorations that give it a superb touch all-around. The food choice is realistically what forced me to give it only 4 stars: it's not that great, nor does it seem to be filling enough when you're talking about the non-pizza options available, which is quite weird in a place like this. Pizzas were nice but ingredients honestly seemed to be bought from the local Aldi. Bottomless prosecco is nice for brunches and the staff were really wonderful and friendly. Definitely seeing this as a great location for summery meet-ups, particularly outside when it's warmer

Very endearing, decorative spot to hang out with friends and have a drink. Plenty of beautiful photographic floral scenery and perfect for social media selfies and memorable moments. Staff were polite and friendly and allowed us to upgrade our tables. Food is pretty decent but a little pricey. Overall had a good time here and glad I came

From arrival the greeting from security was very pleasant & friendly. The entry to the venue is beautiful, and inside is even more aesthetically pleasing and Instagramable. Amazing selection of choice for food and strong cocktails. DJ had the music vibes on point, a little something for every era. Servers were very hospital and beyond accommodating. The pizzas are the best of a bad bunch. Avoid all the other overpriced food options. 12% service charge on every drinks order is crazy. I'm not returning. Cheers!

I went for my birthday in March and the service was amazing. Anna and the reception team were lit and so accommodating. The food is A1, the drinks are lush and it was so pretty. Many photos were taken. Definitely good way to start or end your night.

Visually it looks amazing but drinks and food are massively overpriced in my opinion, you have to order from the app on the table as your not allowed to go to the bar even though it was empty and they put a 12.5% service charge on every order placed

I enjoyed their Beach Club a few years ago, but Little Kyoto felt like an over priced letdown in comparison. It was pretty enough inside (but they let the theme go outside; just igloos on mulch). I'm sure they said they opened at 5 but when we got there at 6 they weren't open, the online order service wasn't working for a bit, and it just seemed a bit of a mess tbh. The tables were cramped very close to one another, couldn't sit comfortably or stand once the table behind us was in use; too close to the table next to us too so we had to be moved over to create walkway space for the staff. The prices were ridiculous even for London (£8 for one steamed bun? One). They made me throw away my water at the door (for use on the tube, as you do) and scanned ID like we were entering Eros in the late 1990s: don't take yourself so seriously. It's unnecessary and kills the mood. We left after one drink and went for Japanese food elsewhere instead.

The venue is currently styled as a beach, but in the winter it's got a winter theme and in the spring and autumn it's Japanese. As people have mentioned, very Instagramable, and lovely place to hang out if the sun's out. Food and drinks are pretty much standard London prices, but the place loses a star due to the extremely slow service behind the main cocktail bar. Stood in a queue for about 20 mins later in the night which barely moved, so we left and went elsewhere.

Aesthetically stunning. Loved the entrance and decor throughout. QR code menu and service which is the norm these days. So can't really comment on the service as those human touches are minimal. The online process automatically puts the tip at 12.5% so we were sure to bring that down everytime. Bringing drinks over to a table doesn't suffice great customer service IMO. I was agast to hear for a booking of 20 that my friend had paid for 2 picnic tables and got nothing for it. Tables which many of us tripped over, they really aren't very health and safety friendly! There seems to be brick blocks protruding which when alcohol is involved isn't great! A fun location which I think my niece's age group (22+) would adore.

Great atmosphere, great DJ however the food needs major improvement! Pizza 🍕 tastes good but it’s a flatbread not pizza, £7 for 5 tiny halloumi fingers which you can’t taste, Greek salad is old looking no presentation. Got back with a stomach ache from having a tequila cocktail. My advice is to definitely fix the menu or get a better chef. Had to remove 2*

A fabulous place for a socially distanced birthday party! The staff is very friendly, the location is fairly easy to get to from Wandsworth Town Station. Even when you're sitting inside, it's such a lovely atmosphere. Plus, the food is absolutely delicious. There's something for everyone, vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian. The reservation fees are rather high, but it may be because there's a lot of maintenance behind it.

Positives: Awesome music, great pizza, really nice decour and fun games. Qualifier: The evening we went there were two very brief power-cuts which messed up their system for a bit, but we gave the benefit of the doubt for a while on missed orders, etc., and I think the below still holds even when we take that into account. Negatives: 1) Expensive (especially when you factor in paying for an area on top this first) - £5.50 for a small bottle of Peroni, and £9 for a single shot hot toddy. 2) Music is REALLY loud, even early on, so lots of shouting in order to have a conversation. 3) Even after the power-cuts were done and dusted, drinks took between 40 mins and an hour to arrive and when you went up to the bar there was a queue of people waiting to complain which just made everything feel chaotic and didn't set the right tone. Maybe this was all the after-effect of the power-cut but didn't seem so. 4) The heaters near us went bust after the power-cut (understandable) but then there was no active apology even after we reported it, offer of compensation, and no attempt to source more heaters. Overall: A lot of potential and lovely spot, and maybe our night was coloured by some issues that wouldn't be repeated, but it still comes with downsides.

Fun and Happy Saturday at this special venue next to the river with its own Sandy beach. Friendly staff made our party feel very welcome. Live guy on saxophone was cool and played for us. This place was fun but the manager in the blue and white striped shirt w dark hair was so rude to my friend (whose birthday it was!). We got seated 30 minutes late and the woman shouted at her, tried to make us leave and when we moved tables, no one even went to sit where we were sat. The drinks were pricey but ok, was a bit of a novelty, most likely wouldn’t go again. The woman who was rude was the manager but clearly needs to learn how to respect customers, especially those that had spent a lot of money.

We were then very kindly offered a free upgrade from the tent to an igloo, which we gladly accepted. We stayed for around 4 hours and would definitely come again!

Zero social distancing in place, the table next to us was less than a metre away, people were up and walking around without masks or distance at all. Several groups of 30+ people. The few staff that were wearing masks, had them round their chins. The music was so loud my partner and I had to shout into eachothers ears. Food was lovely and very quick. There wasn't really anything to do to fill the 3 hour slot we paid for, unless we were just going to drink the whole time.

In winter, this place becomes Winterland!! The tickets are available online (5£). You can bring your favourite drinks inside and I really recommend this option as the bar inside is very expensive (7-8£ for mulled wine). There’s the possibility to pay for a tennis table, mini golf or igloo to share. Pizza and raclette are the food options. Toilets inside.

It was ok. Would I go back again? Probably not. If you’re happy to sit at a table and wait to be served your next bottomless drink, then it’s fine. Trying to get the staff’s attention to be served was difficult. Time flew and although we tried to put out final order in on time, they stopped serving promptly.

I have to say the venue was absolutely amazing...a magical Christmas winterland with pods, cabins and hot tubes to entertain your guests. An arcade area which keeps the kids entertained at £10 for x amount of tokens. Food and drinks was really nice but pricey. Pro: Friendly staff and a free photo booth with props, you can email you pictures and print. Con: They ran out of hot chocolate which was quiet disappointing and lack of food choice.

We went for my birthday and while we had lots of fun it was incredibly hot under the plastic roof bit, the staff were a bit disorganised and thought was a bit rubbish you had to pay for ping pong etc on top of the entry you've paid. A quirky bar which makes clever use of a scrap of land between a bridge and a gas works! In summer it’s decked out like a beach bar and in winter it’s transformed into Winterland with a ski lodge vibe with cabins, igloos and a fire pit. It was mid January so it was very quiet. I imagine there’s more of a buzz before Christmas. The overly loud, commercial R&B and auto tuned dance music wasn’t to my taste but I guess the place is aimed at a younger crowd than my group! My main criticism is the £10.00 entry fee. It’s just a bar, not a late night club so how can they justify charging an entry fee and £50-£200 for the cabins and lodges? There are other bars which have similar cabins which don’t charge. You don’t get anything thrown in for the price so I’m not sure what the charge is for. On the plus side, they allow dogs.

We had no idea where to sit, where to get our free drinks nor where or what we got as part of our brunch. We booked a couple of activities also which were ok but again we weren’t given any direction whatsoever and the whole place lacked atmosphere. We did go on a Sunday afternoon so I appreciate it’s going to be a little more relaxed however not that relaxed! I’d have been more than happy to pay an extra fiver or so per head to get a bit more service! All in all a good afternoon just would have been nice to have been blown away with “fun” like it’s advertised!

To say I was nervous of how Winterland would go down with my company was an understatement, however on the night I had a number of people approach me to tell me that this was the best Christmas party they have had since the one that was arranged a number of years previous. The night was a great success for me, the venue was beautiful, the staff on site were supportive, friendly and the extra of touch of sending one of your colleagues to meet me and know me by my first name was a great touch. It really felt personal and not like a business arrangement. Every detail to the location of where my party was position was faultless and it was great to see my business have an amazing time. I ordered a whole bucket load of extra food instead of doing drinks, it was a risky move made by me but one that did pay off. The variety of extra food that could be ordered was prefect and it covered all types of people with different food preferences. I would say if I had just stuck with what was offered on the food package this wouldn’t have been enough or sufficient for the party. The chicken wings in my view were the best to the point I had one tray just placed at where I was sitting so I could just eat those. The free games that was offered for 90 minutes for me was a great touch to the package and this had been explained to all on the night how this works, what was even better on the night was that it was told that it was free for everyone for the whole night. I am unsure of why this was but this small change was a massive impact for party and think this was the reason of the successes of the night for them. The photobooth was also a great added touch as I thought this was an added extra that required to be paid for and I have some great photos of me in my team from being in there. I also had a number of people getting there faces glittered up again something that I thought was an added extra but was being offered to all. The music was on point all night and catered for all tastes of music, the location of the dance floor was positioned well and even better that it was by the bar to grab a drink after shaking a tall feather. So I can only rate the actual night as an amazing success and I wouldn’t think twice to rebook and come again this year if the business wanted to do a repeat. I will however be happy to come down there my friends as part of my Christmas great together. On a personal note that is separate from the actual night, I contacted you very late in the day to arrange the party, I gave you what I had as date options as well as my budget, you made this process so easy breezy I was waiting for something to go wrong BUT it never did. I bombarded you with emails with questions and you was also quick to responded and even gave me a heads up when you was on annual leave so I didn’t panic if you didn’t reply. You understood I had a difficult group to appease and was supportive of my special requests, for all your support I can only say thank you. Your faultless and first class service was the best and you really took the stress off me and delivered a great Christmas event.

Must say the place looks much better and they must have changed management as it's much more organised. Happy to see security is not so rude and very dog friendly! Unfortunately, we had a not so positive experience yesterday as we ordered some food (4 people) and it was given to the wrong table! It'd probably be a good idea to add table numbers to avoid any confusion. The staff was nice enough to re-open the kitchen for us and offer a round of beers on them but the food was rushed, pizzas were tiny (everyone was still hungry) and halloumi burger was just one slice of tomato, one mushroom and a tiny bit of halloumi! If you do order food, make sure they know where's your table!

My friend booked Neverland as a surprise for my 35th birthday. I was totally blown away by how gorgeous and stunning the whole place was. It was like a mini holiday break after all of the madness of 2020. The staff we so lovely and helpful, the food was delicious and the cocktails were heavenly. One of my friends is gluten intolerant and they helped talk her through the menu, one of my other friends bought along her 17week old cockapoo who was a hit with all the staff! They even bought her over a bowl of water. The music was great and just the right volume for you to party but also have a laugh with your friends. After missing out celebrating last year this was the perfect way to make up for it and I'm sure we'll be back again soon! Thanks to all at Neverland London ❤

Really nice setting where you can BYOB and chill in a beach themed area with other people with access to food and a bar should you need. Great if you're wanting a party setting to bring a big group of friends without spending stupid prices buying a round of drinks since everyone can just bring their own. Loses a star just because entry fee is a bit expensive for what it is and the beach huts aren't really worth the crazy prices that they are. Still it can end up working out to be cheap for a night out since you don't have to spend loads buying drinks- just bring a bottle of wine and you're set.

As a pop up, they did a great job with the decor and setup. Really pretty and I liked the beach theme. They had some games such as croquet, ping pong etc but it was a bit expensive. I feel that's why the games were not very popular with the crowd, especially that you have to pay an entrance fee plus F&B prices were not the cheapest. There were very long queues at the bar to get drinks, eventually after being there for a few hours we got a bit fed up with the queues and decided to go somewhere else. The food is very well priced - you can eat for about a tenner and there are 4 or 5 different little stalls. in stark contrast the drink prices are ridiculous. It's BYOB because they Neverland dont have a liquor license so they let you bring in your own drinks and sell mixers. a Gin cocktail mixer is the low low price of £20 for a pitcher of mostly ice. The good thing is however despite the BYOB limits there is re-entry and you can get more booze if you want.
