K. D. S.Never had a bad night here! Live music means it's always a party, but equally great for a chilled drinks and pizza. Staff are great and quick service even when it's busy. Top spot for a night out in Clapham Junction!
S. K.Sat down outside and guy came to take our order. Asked if he could return in a couple of minutes as we hadn't decided. We waited and waited and waited, so in the end went elsewhere. I'm sure there was a very good reason but we hadn't had a drink since we left the previous establishment and were very thirsty 😂

B.Had come to Northcote Records earlier this year and not had the best experience (mainly because of one member of doorstaff) but was invited back and I’m glad to say the experience was a millions times better. The new doorstaff (he mentioned that he’d only been working there a couple of weeks) was so friendly and probably one of the nicest doormen I’ve ever interacted with. The manager and all the staff were so friendly and attentive, the drinks were flowing and the live music was the cherry on the cake! Will definitely be back!
A. F.The atmosphere was nice and the 80s band was awesome. We had a great time! Reflection for the security team that should be more professional and involved. Plus, I was nearly denied entry due to reaching max capacity while my friends were in and they've already secured a place for me too. Thanks to the management it got sorted out.
S. K.Sat outside on a cold Saturday night and enjoyed two delicious glasses of mulled wine - it was so lovely I felt the need for a second helping. The staff were upbeat and very efficient. I am always on the Northcote Road but have never visited here as I thought it was more for a 'younger' crowd. Nice to know that everyone is welcome.

Can take a long time to get a drink though as the bar gets really crowded and there's 2/3 bar staff serving drinks. Bar staff are very nice though!
One other gripe is the music was way too loud, should have been 20% lower in volume, we couldn't hear each other even when shouting, which isn't really great!
T. T.My favourite place on a Fri/Sat night when I want to stay local. Good vibes & friendly staff. Come earlier if you want to avoid a long wait in a queue
c. 6.Good venue. Only thing that brought this down from 5 stars was the table service. Didn't get our drinks order for almost an hour after we had already paid. The guy doing the table service was on his phone for over an hour and hadn't submitted the order. When asked to correct his mistake he essentially just laughed at us and said it had only been 20 minutes. No apology. Great bar but the service could use improvement.

Most Cocktails around £9.5. They also serve pizzas.
Nothing extraordinary though.
The day we visited they had live music which was nice but around 10 all stools and high tables were removed , which gives space for dancing , but people have nowhere to put their coats , bags and drinks. So you end up with piles of coats in the middle of the floor and around them people dancing.
That’s a downside as well , if you wear high heels 👠 !!
A. M.Brick walls wooden floors and LP's with a nice vibe with some loud music which varies. 2-4-1 cocktails between 5-8 pm every day providing live music every day at various times.
Corner location with plenty of outdoor seating on 2 corners. A mixed young crowd with fantastic bar staff to deal with the crowd. Pizza served between £7 to £9. Just had the spiced barcadi and coke. The place for cocktails, wine or spirits there being no draught beer only bottles
There is another bar opposite to make it 2-4-1. Not far from Clapham Junction.
T. H.The rosé was bad and the selection of beers were poor, but the staff were good and there's lots of outdoor tables. Think if I was to come back it'd be in the evening to party with less requirement for good drinks.
R. W.The venue is very good, gets a bit crowded which is fine as it's a good place to go in Clapham Junction. Prices of drinks are steep, but that's to be expected for the area.

C. C.I'll be honest I can't stand Clapham full of try hards but.... Northcote records is sick massive outside space, speedy service friendly staff and when the sun goes down the music is decent inside aswell. First time in there and I doubt it'll be my last either 👌🏾
A. H.Margherita pizza with no basil on it, orange juice that tastes like that vitamin capsule your ma gave you as a kid to drop in a glass of water and it fizzes, flat beer, wrong drink order but at least the staff were amazing so the stars go to them.

A. T.The place is usually not crowded during the week and that's definitely a good point. Cocktails are on the "very good" side of things, reasonably priced during happy hours. I never tried their food but pizzas look yummy. Staff is great, often order from your table. Music is very loud as you can barely discuss with friends. Still a very good place for cocktails with friends!
M. W.This place has a great atmosphere. There are great cocktail specials at happy hour as well as pizza deals. The cocktails are generally sweet but tasty. Open Mic night on Wednesday is fun and on weekends it turns into an almost club like environment with a great selection of music.

E. P.A more soulful and 'vibey' nightlife location and reasonable alternative to the much noted Infernos nightclub which is a hotpot of the Clapham night life scene. Not particularly big on the inside, but definitely quite cool in terms of decor and there is live music. It does shut quite early though for a London bar, so you should factor that in if you're planning on staying our late! Drinks I recall seemed reasonably priced
M. L. S.Spent my birthday here last year in November with friends. We had pizza and lots of alcohol! !!! I loved the live band and recommend this venue as it's very cool and hip. The staff are always friendly and professional and I am looking forward to going to Northcote Records on Sunday.

C. L.I have been here a few times now (always on Friday night) and it never disappoints! The staff is friendly and the drinks are reasonable but the main reason I go to this bar is the live band. They do cover songs that will surely bring out your inner teenager!
F. L.Great bar which turns into a club later on. They play really fun music and it has a great atmosphere - it gets absolutely rammed! I booked an area for my birthday and they were really great at getting back to me with any questions I had. It was also a no fuss booking policy with just a £20 refundable deposit to secure the booking.

C. H.Great vibe, great music! Plenty of room and so many drink options! They even make a mean Walking dead cocktail in a nifty porcelain tiki cup! Even if they don't have the cocktail you're looking for they'll try their best to make it for you. Masters of their craft and very friendly.

Tend to not spend too much here either as the music is too good to leave the dance floor / there is no room to move. Female toilet is the worst though. So tricky to get up and down the stairs even when sober.

M. H.My husband and I had our joint birthday at Northcote records this weekend. It was just perfect and everyone had the best time. The pizzas we ordered were great and the live band was fab.
S. P.Great bar with lots going on. If you join the northcote 'club' online you can get great deals on drinks and food here! The pizzas were really good and drinks are standard price for clapham! The bar is small though so be prepared to stand even though there is lots of seating available... it is popular so fills up fast!

A.Some staff so nice and some are a bit rude, let 1 of the girls know that there was broken glass at top of stairs going into bathroom and she shouted at me "I'M DOING IT". Although guy serving drinks and the guy that had to move us (as area booked for 9.30)were really cool. Music is awesome too and actually a really good vibe in general, so will give a good rating based on that 😁
