Reviews of Number 90 - Bar & Restaurant

Top little spot along the canal in East London. Was here for a Sunday roast and was not disappointed- wow the servings were fantastic and a great vegetarian option. Yorkshire puddings were top notch. Cool vibe on a sunny day and service was really excellent. Keen to come back with more people next time. Easy connections to hackney wick and can walk to Stratford easily as well.
S.
Located in Hackney Wick, in a very quirky location. Set on the Canal and has seating with a nice view. Good vibes there on a Saturday night, including a live DJ, playing house and funk and there is ofc a dance floor. The burgers were really good! Something different trying the charcoal burger, but it was definitely worth it.
Recommend to anyone looking for a new venue to enjoy.

It was a fun Friday evening, staff was super nice and quick, and they also have a promotion 2 cocktails for one. What is it not to like? :)
I. G.
The location is brilliant. Our table had a lovely view to the river. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The food was great and the prices were normal.
You must try the white sangria jug cause it was super delicious.
I also like the fact that you can book your table on the same day via the website.
We will be back soon!

Being in Hackney Wick and on the canal already makes this a great place for a night out whether you want drinks or dinner. The house lager was really good and well priced. The beef burger was incredible, dare to say one of the best ones I’ve had in London and cheaper than chain fast food restaurants! The mushroom burger also looked really good and juicy even though I didn’t try it myself (see pic). Finally the vibe is great, really liked the chill techno music and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We asked one of the waiters to take a picture of us and he took like 10 and stayed until we made sure we liked one!! For sure recommend and even more sure I’m going back very soon!

This place is INCREDIBLE! All the drinks I had were on point, the food tastes delightful and was visibly appeasing. The staff were friendly, kind, helpful and awesome, special shout out to Ines! Decent price range as well. Loads of outdoor seating with heated lamps and a decent view next to the canal.
Definitely would recommend!

This place is sooo beautiful! I'm definitely returning in Summer. And the food is incredible as well.
Y. C.
Indoor/out door seating available, nice and chill space. Food is standard.
R. S.
Great beer and environment. When it's gold they are just a bit slow getting the heaters on. Good selection of beers and pizza
D. E.
I hasn't been here in years and wow it's changed! Super trendy spot on the canal. The food is really nice but they do seem to struggle with the volume of people.
We waited nearly an hour for our desert. After complaining twice, we were also surprised that it wasn't taken off the bill at the end. But hey ho.
L. S.
Super friendly staff and the food was great! You can change fries for salad, which some places don’t let you do. The burger was 💯💯💯Nice view next to the canal as well.
L.
Lovely vibes but a bit too close to the DJ set so wasn’t able to hear half of the time. Great location and staff were approachable despite little confusion on where to order. But would come back to try the food and at different times.
S. R.
Cool place to hang out in Hackney Wick! The venue is pretty much old school which is making it even better, you can find some art works inside the venue too. Huge terrace is an amazing addition as you can sit by the canal, watch the boats passing by and enjoy the sun. Good weekend vibes with DJ’s as well! Place matches perfectly to the whole artistic area around, glad to explore places like that in London!
Staff was super nice and friendly, prices average, drinks on point.
See you soon ❤️

I really hate leaving a negative review because I know how much it reflects negativity on the premises and how much business need support after covid. Everything was fine until they tried to charge us twice for our bill. We had paid a bill of £265. Then we decided to order another 2rounds of drinks. They decided to charge us the same again for the 3 rounds of drinks which was obviously incorrect. It took a lot of explaining to the people ( who had been serving us all evening) that they have incorrectly changed us. Up until this point I would say me and my friends really enjoyed ourselves. It was disappointing that it took so long to explain to you guys the bill. This was something so obvious because the same server literally took payment for the bill of £265 from 5 people but somehow couldn’t understand that we had already paid and what you were charging was incorrect. It was a huge downer on our night that we had to explain this situation to you? It really wasn’t difficult? Other than that situation it was a good night. The whole situation was common sense and it didn’t even need to be a thing. We’re always happy to pay whatever but when someone is clearly wrong by about £200 then please check your staff. Otherwise great evening. Danny was lovely and very helpful but unfortunately was unavailable for this situation. Danny is the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars. Cheers Danny you are lovely.

We visited Number 90 bar for a Sunday Roast. The staff were very helpful and the social Distancing protocols were also good.
We had a covered table on the Canalside which was useful as it rained quite heavily.
We all had the Beef topside which was okay.
The vegetables were good but sparse consisting of only Carrots, Broccoli, Cabbage and a few courgettes. We were however disappointed with the gravy which was too small and too thin.
The drinks are somewhat overpriced but we enjoyed the location and the friendly staff.
It is a very large location with a lot of outdoor seating.
The view of the canal is perfect.
We shall visit again but perhaps only for drinks.
K.
A really nice pub slash bar that looks out across the canal in Hackney Wick... In the evenings the main room opens out into a dancefloor with a dj and it is a really nice huge open room that looks like the inside of a wooden warehouse...
R. R.
Great location by the canal and the food is always of high quality! They have quite a few different items on the menu which have all tasted good. They have some deals on certain days which are also very nice. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff
Z. K.
Great Sunday (veggie) roast! They even had an awesome jazz band playing on the roof of a canal boat next to the seating area. Ideal Sunday Vibes would recommend to families, chosen or otherwise.
L. L.
The location is location is definitely 5/5. The outdoor shaded area doesn’t get hit by the sun but there are also option without shade if you prefer so I think that’s a great mix and they’re both on the canal side.
The food is 3/5 as it’s fine, nothing outstanding. The chorizo paste on the chicken burger is really good but everything is is just ok. The tempura squid and chorizo is not great though, it’s not really tempura but rather just crumbly batter whereas I’d expect tempura to be a light batter that fully coats the contents.
4/5 for the service. I couldn’t see any faults but I can’t give it a full five since it’s not outstanding. The issue I have is the confusion around covid measures? The staff that ushered to my table mentioned that it’s a one way system so enter through going up the steps and leaving through the ramp. However when I was about to leave the ramp was filled with their staff and was told to use the stairs. Hmm...
I’ve had issues with the toilets too. The disabled toilet was pitch dark when I enter and had to use my phone’s torch. This is unacceptable given it’s a accessible toilet. There was no lock on the door too. Nothing to dry my hands either.
I’d give an overall 3/5 but the made it 4/5 from the responses I see from management on all the other reviews. I can see they do care about their place and hope they’re actually going to improve / maintain on these feedbacks.
L. I.
Usually is great and one of my fav places to go to!
Sunday roast can be improved. The music outside is not great especially if you are sat next to speakers apart from that great vibe and awesome drinks ! 🥳
S. P.
Great service, good food and drinks. Music wasn’t to our taste
D. T.
The food here, especially the burger and fries, are delicious and very good value. If you book in advance, you may also get an outdoor table with a view over the canel. However, the service is not so good. We waited for 50 mins for the food after we ordered, even it's non-meal time hours and there weren't a lot of people ordering food. The indoor seating is horrible too. The benches are very unstable and we constantly felt like we're going to fall.
N. G. (.
Great canal view. Cocktails were good. I recommend the hibiscus margarita. Second time around there was no alcohol inside and I think it was way too sweet. The food is sooooo scrumptious.
I recommend! (Took one star off because of the last two Hibiscus Margaritas.)
I. S.
Spacious and airy inside with a lovely deck terrace outside overlooking the canal. Quirky décor, buzzing vibe, good music. Good selection of craft beer and ales. Innovative menu, with good vegetarian and vegan options. Their turmeric burger and sweet potato fries were outstanding!
N.
An average experience. Managed to book a table outside on the boat but wasn't great in high wind. Our waitress asked a member of our party who had just ordered a chicken burger if she was vegan. Quinoa and jackfruit burger had no taste but the sweet potato fries with salsa verde was great.
F. V.
Nice outdoor atmosphere. Had 2 for 1 old fashioned and they were pretty tasty. Unfortunately got kicked out from our outside table as it was apparently reserved but had plenty of space indoors by the bar. Kind service, almost forgot to charge us.
K. S.
Really great time. Last Friday! Good burgers, even better music, DJ was amazing, think his name was Darush? Must visit!
N. G.
Great service, great atmosphere. I booked a table for 15 people which was accepted. I ordered the dirty fries which was delicious. The staff are really friendly; the bar staff make a great cocktail, the food staff are very helpful. A hidden gem of a place, will come again.
T. L.
Went for Sunday roast - food was not too bad but lost our appetite when we found bits of rope (from the meat) in my roast beef which looked a lot like hair.
Service was good at the beginning and we got our mains quickly but we waited 45 minutes for our dessert (Eton mess) because the waiter didn't put in our order and no waiters were checking/passing by us. We then waited 30mins for the bill after. It was difficult to get any waiter's attention and we left after paying the bill after 3 hours! We came before and left after the nearest table to us! It wasn't busy but service was really slow towards the end. We liked the place up until mains which was 1/4 of the time we were at number 90!
G. F.
We had a lovely Sunday roast here on the terrace! Simply a great spot, enjoying the views overlooking the canal, that was just perfect. The food was pretty decent but don't come here for top gastronomy. Atmosphere + location + friendly staff (and kid friendly spaciousness) is what I think N90 is about for lunch :)
C. T.
Okay vibes. Dj music was good, volume was hit and miss without it being a constant volume the whole evening. Cocktails and mixers cheaper but not that tasty
M. K.
Great atmosphere, canal views, nice music and really good service. The food was tasty and generous portion as well.
C. S. G.
Very pretty, nice atmosphere and great beef roast!
J. D.
Great location and lots of outdoor tables. I would echo other comments here re the service being quite slow though. It took about 10/15 mins to get a beer order in and nobody really checked up on me until I decided I had to go to the bathroom (and packed up my personal belongings with me) and a server ran towards me with the bill.
H. J. U.
Amazing staff, nice sitting areas, good price and close to the station. I recommend 100% a visit. 2 drinks for 1 in happy hour, 6-9pm
L. P.
Great place. Great atmosphere. Staff really friendly. Been a few times now. The food has been lovely. Definitely recommend.
J. K.
Will mostly focus on a food there. It was good, but beef was a bit try in a burger. Also tried vegetarian option, which was Jack friut burger, but it was huge dissapointment. It was one of these chap mixed fried patties, which was super dry. No flavour at all. Otherwise place looks good and trendy.
A.
place had a great atmosphere, lovely food and good drinks. staff were friendly except for the assistant manager who was extremely rude to all of us and got upset that people we knew were coming to the bar... you're welcome for the free promo! work on your customer service face because you looked like you'd been sucking on a lemon for the whole night. she sort of ruined the night but the other staff made up for her meab behaviour
C. d. T.
I went couple week ago and had DJ's in the terrace playing great music. It had been long time since I experienced nice music being plaid by dis in such a cool place. I met one of the Dj's and organisers called de la Reeff, he was super cool and treated us very good. I am hoping to come to more events like that. I came again this weekend and I can say that food and cocktails where great too! Will come more for sure!
S. B.
Big space, good vibe. Went here for a late lunch, was disappointed at first that they only had roasts on Sunday, but I didnt need to be! I had vegan roast, my friend had pork. Both were really tasty & the portions were big. Only improvement would be if they did vegan yorkshires. The barman made a decent espresso martini & theres a good selection of beers & wines.
S. S. (.
Very nice place. Decent food. Great service. Fabulous vibe. 👌🏾😍
A. M.
Chloe and Alex really looked after us for our staff party. Food was excellent quality and the service was really friendly. Looking forward to going back.
M. s.
I felt in love with this place ! Live jazz on top of the boat , Delicious roast and really friendly staff.
T. G.
Lovely area to sit outside, stumbled across it by accident but has a good vibe. The sunday roasts looked amazing

Funky spot with nice outdoor area by the water. They have a Funktion1 sound system and cool art around. Food is great too, including their Sunday roast!
It can seem a little dead when it's quiet though as it's a big space. Also, often have pushy bathroom attendants that no one wants...
l.
Great pub with live music. Very big and loads of space. Nice Open area by the canal to enjoy the sunshine. Amazing roast. Only thing is that has London prices even though it's in hackney Wick.
A. A.
I went on a Friday evening with my work colleagues and ordered some drinks and a chicken burger which tasted amazing but took almost 1.5 hours to be served. Now I know it was busy but if it takes that long to serve drinks at a bar then I guess that is just disappointing. We were told that the place is closing soon and had to leave just as we received Round 2 of drinks and expected us to down 3 bottles of wine in 5 mins. I am still giving it 3 stars as the atmosphere was great and the burger also tasted good but god was the service sooo slow
S. S.
The best place for veggie, vegan burgers and often have good deals. New mushroom and goats cheese burger is my new favourite burger. Perfect sweetness of onion and chilly jam, garlicy portabello mushroom and runny goats cheese, perfection.
M. s.
I felt in love with this place ! Live jazz on top of the boat , Delicious roast and really friendly staff.
P. B.
Not large selection of beers. Burgers were alright, but not amazing, buffalo wings were pretty good, but beef brisket fries definitely not worth it.
When it comes to service, after being sat, it took long time for staff to take our first order. As the evening progressed, service seemed to somewhat improve (maybe they needed some time to wake up).
Z. N.
Been here a few times and I can tell you, this place just got better. Great setup by the river,
Delicious food but bit overpriced on drinks.
Friendly staff good service.
Weekends are very busy!
I. B.
Really cool outdoor spot with great vibes. Great service and friendly attentive waiters. A couple negatives; our table wasn't ready as other diners were still at our table so we were stuck all the way down the end with no heaters which we were quite gutted about. The other negative was that we went on a Sunday and didn't realise their normal menu wasn't being served and only their Sunday menu which was disappointing as we were looking forward to trying their normal menu and this wasn't advertised on their website. Roasts were a little underwhelming.
F. C. H.
My visit was really gratifying and nice! Staff was really helpful and friendly. The food was simply delicious. Good quality and detailed! I love the burrata and tomatoes salad. So far the most tasty tomatoes I have ever tried in London restaurants.
Well done to your chef.
I will go back for sure!
P. S.
Had a couple beers (lager). There were some other Styles as well (Camden brewery).
Enjoyed burger as well (with a Charcoal bun).
London, so prices are not cheap. However, nice quality.
s. h.
The burgers here are really very good. The activated charcoal bun is just right and the overall composition of cheese, patty and pickles just right. Good fries as well. Buzzing location and nice range of drinks
N. B.
Popped in on Sunday, absolutely great atmosphere, decent roast for the price, cocktails and service great. Would love a larger beer selection but beggars can’t be choosers. Great music, dog friendly, they loved my little doxie.
K. G.
Really lovely indoor and outdoor place. Friendly staff and chilled music. The Sunday roast was on point 👌🏽
B. T. L.
The best venue in east London. I had visited twice in the past weeks and can't wait to go again. The team is super welcoming and drinks and food are excellent. Not many places in London are like this where you can relax having a drink alongside the canal . Book on Fridays to get the amazing 2-4-1 on cocktails !
J. C.
I can only share my experience of the food and not the bar at Number 90 and to be honest, I wasn't super impressed. I went for a TNG burger which although looked like it had a lot of potential, it was let down by a strong taste of charcoal which cut through all the flavours. Also, at £9.50 for a burger and £4.50 for plain fries I'd expect to taste as good as patty and bun but unfortunately it didn't. Inc. service and drinks you'll end up paying quite a bit if you're heading there for lunch.
L. H.
Never been to this area before and was recommended to come to Number 90. Loved the area, staff were really nice and friendly. The only trouble is going on a Friday night where they have 2 for 1 cocktails. Got there at 8.30pm for our booking and only had one cocktail till 10pm despite ordering other drinks. There’s obviously a lot of demand for the cocktail offer and they just can’t seem to cope with it. Either having a better process of ordering through an app would help or have more bar staff to help with the demand or maybe not offer 2 for 1 cocktails if they can’t cope with the demand. What you need to do is order your next drink as soon as you get the first drink and so on, so less time waiting for the next one. Unfortunately our drinks still didn’t turn up so we had to leave and made us miss our train home! Great venue, lovely staff but slow service.
D. S.
Come here and chill by the canal and enjoy a lovely cocktail. 90 ways of happiness highly recommended! Great for a Saturday afternoon break.
G. S.
Really nice to be back and having lunch at a pub. The dinning here is outside by the canal which is a lovely setting. The food was good and reasonably priced and the service was good also. We had 4 meals and 3 drinks each including cocktails and final bill with tip was around £120.
C. S.
My favorite spot in East London. Great DJs and vibe, I simply love the bar menu and 241 cocktails on Friday!
T. G.
Lovely area to sit outside, stumbled across it by accident but has a good vibe. The sunday roasts looked amazing
D. C.
Nice outside terrace area with covid safe tables. Outside area is covered with overhead heaters at most tables. Plenty of friendly staff to help serve drinks and food. Burgers were good and water provided at your table when you arrive. Really enjoyable afternoon even with the rain.
S. E.
Fave bar, great vibe with great food. Staff are nice also.
G. H.
First time I had been here and loved it. The food options were really good and a nice selection of drinks. Sat outside with a group of 6 of us next to the canal - was really nice. Waiting staff were really attentive and polite, even letting us extend the booking. Social distancing measures are good and upheld. Would highly recommend
h. g.
Great atmosphere, love the 2-4-1 cocktails on a Friday! Can’t wait to experience this place as a club. Been twice since outdoor hospitality opened and going again this Friday. Great service, don’t have to wait long for drinks to arrive or to order them!
A. S.
The staff here are always so accommodating, from the door staff to the bar staff. The setting is amazing and my friends and I often come for a few on the covered terrace. Great location. Great vibes and good food and drink. Chose to spend my birthday here this year and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful - we had a few issues with their deliveroo ordering system and they were quick to rectify it and ensure we all got our order. A great establishment - always a good night.
S. S. (.
Very nice place. Decent food. Great service. Fabulous vibe. 👌🏾😍
A. R.
Number 90 Bar was an amazing time! Me and my group of friends had such a fun time. Cool and quirky, the outside covered terrace was decorated so nicely and the food was out of this world delicious! The burgers will honestly change your life and you can claim one free drink on arrival which was a great bonus. After our booking reservation expired, they went out of their way to accommodate us elsewhere in the venue and very much outstayed our welcome which we were super thrilled and impressed with. The staff were overall a good laugh, attentive and the service was very quick. The security on the door were also very welcoming and good fun. I will definitely be booking again in the future
D. F.
Number 90 is a really cool place to hang out with your friends and have a few drinks and eats. Located next to the canal with a nice view of the Olympic Park it has a really good atmosphere and vibe. My favorite is the food and drinks.
J. M.
Was a little chilly out on the balcony as the lights/heaters weren't working, but amazing food and good beer
D. L.
Decent spot for drinks and food. Sizeable with lots of outdoor seats
P. M.
Great burgers and staff was super accomodating, specially Chloe!
A.
More trendy crowd it seems this year than perhaps the last two years. Not necessarily a bad thing if you're easy going and don't mind the change in music and perhaps atmosphere. Still, a decent venue that is a must at least once during the London summer
s. r.
View is a lot better than anything else, food is great standard bar food.
V. c.
I love the vegan burger and cocktails ! I was amazed with all the art around and all the wood around . Love the vibe by the canal !
R. G.
House lager very nice. Good spot by the canal (better with the right table)
M. A.
The vibe here is awesome, definitely a place to bring visitors and guests to ldn. Nice to sit by the water with a meal. I had wings to start, vegan burger for main, and a brownie for desert - I can't fault the food at all. It was gorgeous.
My only critique is, we've booked online both times we went, asking specifically for a waterside seat, however, we've always been taken to bad seats not by the water.
After asking to be moved the staff have happily accommodated us, but if it had bee. Busy and not possible we would have been disappointed and the rating would not be so high.
B.
One of our favourite places to go locally for drinks and such. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, just be prepared for disappointment regarding the Sunday roast, kitchen is always out.
A. N.
Great spot by the river. Great 2 for 1 burger deals too.
S. D.
Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff who made us feel comfortable. Nice menu.
j. w.
Nice atmosphere and music. If you like burgers it's a good place to check out
N. H.
Nice atmosphere around the canal and quick service. Cool music and a nice place to go. However, it was disappointing that to restaurant run out of orange juice or bread which are very basic dishes/ingredients to have. The service was not aware of any dishes that were no longer available and could only confirm that after we have ordered, not before. Would come back for some drinks on a summer night, not sure about eating.
E. “. P.
delicious juicy burgers and even more delicious parties! I come here a lot and it never dissapoints.
E. T.
Always have a sick DJ on weekends so music is ✌️. Great venue on the canal, good drinks and dece food menu
K. A.
Love this bar especially the Strawberry Spritz cocktail.. soo yummy! Defo be back for that.
C. A.
Great food, great staff. Lovely covered, heated outside area.
C. M.
Very nice for a beer with friends on a Sunday afternoon, good live music 🎶
P. G.
Nice bar, music was a tad loud so couldn't hear everyone from my group but otherwise it was fine and prices were reasonable
T. A.
Great location and music is on point. Had a really great time and Jurgita took care of us really well.
H. S.
This is a trendy, industrial setting for a restaurant. It's quite spacious inside of you wish to listen to the DJ or band or you can sit outside with s stunning view of the canal and any passing water traffic. I visited on a Sunday and found the menu a little limited, I believe they keep to roasts to aid any soakage needed from the previous night, but usually the food options look great. We ordered the three starters that were available and all of them were very tasty and cooked to a high standard. I'll definitely be returning to sample the full menu
M. _.
The overall customer service was very poor. There’s no communication, waited 50 mins for a drink. I’d a shame coz it such a nice venue, the views are 10/10, but customer service let them down.
D. B.
Very impressed with the location, design, food and staff. The intimacy of the place is what we been looking for. Good people, tasty food and drinks, good music. Just a chill atmosphere. I really recommend the place. For sure we ll be back!!!
U. Y.
First came here with a friend during the day. It has a lovely open feel to it. Great selection of food for all and drinks. I guess if you have kids they don't get under people's feet either because of the space. Bench seating and tables with a lovely long bar. At night the vibe is very different. Party atmosphere. In between a bar and a night club. Warehouse party vibe, only with a mix of people from all over the place and all walks of life. Security is friendly and the music is DJ so varies. As for the staff, they're off the wall supper active super efficient and so accommodating. A fun night out! ✌❤
F. H.
Very nice! We went for Sunday roast and were not disappointed ! I took the pork!
Definitely recommend this place.
M. V.
As I saw this place flourishing with a heavy heart I have to say our experience for a Sunday lunch wasn t the best so just leaving here an hopefully constructive review.
Starting from the menu that it is on digital,
the manager and hostesses were constantly repeating to look into the menu, without telling us that on a sunday, the only thing you are able to order, it is exclusively a sunday roast.
Nothing else litterally.
We took our toddler with us, even if I could immagine the place isnt the most child friendly around, as usually frequented by trendy youngsters, and it is a bar on its main function,
I couldn't believe, they could not be able to offer even a portion of chips or smaller portions to feed a child.
We had ice cream in the end and that saved the day.
After a long wait to get somebody's attention , as everybody seams pretty disinterested in there, took our order and all settled for the chicken option, in the end we got served turkey..
saying that was the replacement.
No apologises.
Roast itself was ok but....
Better management/service
nicer decor and a slightly cleaner toilet might help if you want to call yourself a Restaurant too.
Massive room for emprovements.
M. O.
Lovely spot with a terrace overlooking the canal, have been with the kids a couple of times for Sunday lunch. Portions are generous and the chicken and beef are firm favourites. Nice atmosphere, good music playing, and attentive service. There’s now also a games room next door to keep the kids (and big kids) happy. Would recommend.
E. K.
Loved it. It's on the canal. There's a dj on weekends. Good food, good atmosphere.
T. R.
Good food, We had the Sunday Roast of Pork Belly with potatoes and a burger with gravy, try the Leffe Blonde Ale.
M. A.
Cool location on the canal. Two for one burger deal on Thursdays. Good choice of beers.
A. N.
Friendly, efficient, largely COVID-secure staff and decent burgers albeit on tiny plates. Is the charcoal bun a gimmick? I don't know. It does look as good in person as in the pictures though so, Instagram up. Be great when this venue is allowed to breathe again though..
M. H.
Lovely venue near Hackney Wick. Has a covered outdoor terrace with heaters and when booking online it is easy to choose an outdoor table, important for these Covid times if you’re meeting other households! Great food although a number of menu items sold out, and felt very hygienic and safe, all staff wearing masks etc.
V. B.
NO.1 PUB/VENUE IN LONDON. Had an amazing time each time i visited. I had one of the best burgers ever, and cocktails are just outstanding. I absolutely recommend a visit.
P. B.
Great service, nice ambience and good food selection
P. B.
I went last week and sat on on the really cool outside terrace area, which is directly next to the canal. This is definitely my new favourite drinking spot for the summer - staff were super friendly and helpful, and the DJ playing as the sun went down created a really nice vibe. The burger I ate was genuinely one of the best I've had in London, very reasonably priced too. It's hard to reconcile my experience with some of the negative reviews I've read below, as I have only positives to say about my experience.
T. C.
Such a good venue. Great outdoor space on the canal and great events on all the time
C. W.
We had a lovely evening on our revisit to Number 90 on Tuesday evening. The food was excellent, the service was quick and the staff were extremely and polite attentive - will definitely be coming back.
It was especially nice to speak to the owner at the end who you can tell is a really nice and down to earth guy who wants the best for his customers.
J. V.
Lovely little venue. Good roast, generous portions. Excellent whisky. One issue was the seating - the benches could be a bit wider to be more comfortable. I get what you're going for but they were a bit rickety and after a while my back hurt. Really nice otherwise, though - will definitely be back, although will probably try to sit over in the corner in the regular chairs!
R. G.
Not too bad though I wouldn't say the food was value for money.TNG burger with activated charcoal bun was not as tasty as I thought.Hardly any gluten free options.Menu online is not the same as menu you got in real life.Prices were more expensive.
Seats were plain benches backing onto each other,so you kept getting elbows in your back.Need to space the tables a little more.
On the plus side, music was good (Saturday night) and games room great fun.
l. O. D.
I went here recently for the cinema night, and it was amazing! The staff are great, the food was really tasty and they put on a super fun night! The cinema meal deal is amazing, highly recommend that. Reallt want to retuen, and it is so nice sitting out by the water. 10/10 love it
T. E.
Booked a table online, arrived and staff were friendly and helpful. We'd booked a canal-side table, but hadn't been told these were in the smoking area, luckily there was nobody smoking nearby us while we were there but that's quite a big thing not to mention. Our food took nearly an hour to arrive, some of it was luke warm, some was actually cold, when we complained there was an apology but nothing else done. Burger was very low quality, sweet potato fries were super oily.
Covid measures were quite random, one server made us take the food from the tray, another handed it straight to us, toilet had hand sanitiser but no soap.
At the end someone came over to tell us we only had 15 minutes left before we had to leave, we told them that it took an hour to receive our food, to which they replied 'that's fine' as if we were apologising to him? Overall a bad experience, wouldn't come back.
H.
great music, drinks, vibes. love the outdoor patio
M. D.
We had a great night here. Excellent food. Friendly and very efficient service - thanks so much.
C. D.
Nice space and lovely location.
Food is ok.
Hi Ben - can't work out how to reply to you, so am editing my review in response...
I think I just ordered the wrong thing. I got the poached chicken salad and I was disappointed in there only being two pieces of beetroot in it and it was a very "normal" chicken salad. Whereas your burgers look excellent and the courghette fries were lovely, so as I said, I think I just ordered the wrong thing. Hope that's ok. Best wishes.
d.
Nice atmosphere and location on the canal; fits the Hackney image very well. Food looks very nice but the taste doesn't quite match the looks
O. W.
Adequate Sunday roast but the flavour was really plain. Could do with a few spices.
M. P.
Really nice location next to the canal and food was yummy got 2 for 1 on burgers and drinks were good too.
J. P.
A nice venue for a chilled out Sunday afternoon... Sunday lunch and a few cocktails severed by friendly staff.
s. w.
Great vibe, amazing food! I've been to number 90 several times in the past but recently visited for food again during the day - such a nice little menu and staff were great helping me choose gluten free options! A must visit and will be back always :)
J. K.
Good food. Decent selection of beers.
R. P.
Regular customers, always great fun, came a little too late for some of the Sunday roast menu, but still had a great time
F. V.
One of the best places in Hackney Wick. Worth paying a visit during the day as well as in the evening. Pro tip: order the Angus Beef Brisket Dirty Fries. Finger-licking good!
L. H.
Venue looks good and had reasonable cocktails (especially as they were 2 for 1!) but had a toilet attendant at 6pm- rarely a good sign and really uncomfortable due to the toilet layout. Music choice was really odd for the time of day- really heavy EDM at 6pm?? Bit of a strange atmosphere in there, signs telling customers not to flick cigarette butts in the canal- no other venue along that stretch needs to do that. Fine but wouldn't rush back.
K. C.
Super food great view and super Staff.
v. s.
Recommend for 2 for 1 burgers on Thursdays
O. B.
One of the best place in Hackney Wick. Pizzas are so good and the crate beer is even better!
H. W.
Their burgers are unbelievable. Lovely hidden bar along the canal with friendly staff.
L. H.
TNG Burger tasted great (though no idea if charcoal is more than a gimmick 🤷♂️), the flavours mixing will. Service was quick and very friendly. Would be happy to eat here if in the area again.
T. J.
Elliot kindly looked after me and Rose a couple of Thursdays back and made our evening! Great place for food and drink.
A. S.
Number 90 is a gamble in terms of food: sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s uneatable and I’m talking of the same dishes. The beef burger is 10/10 and I was never disappointed. Veggie one is a joke 2/10. With french fries you gotta be lucky and make sure you ask for sauce if you take away as they won’t ask or add anything, not even a napkin. Churros are amazing if they’re done right. If not they are soo bad you can only bin them. Very disappointing sometimes.
A. S.
Great views, decent range of drinks, tasty, reasonably priced food and friendly attentive staff. Very spacious with plenty of seating, stylish fun decor (wallpapered toilets...!) and an easy booking system. The vibe and surrounding venues are total hipster and it's a great part of London to visit, especially overlooking the canal in summer.
K. B.
Very good atmosphere, just right on the canal waterfront..
J. M.
Interesting place with a good atmosphere. Food was tasty but portions were small. Service was also extremely slow. It was really busy and the kitchen was overwhelmed and could not cope with large amount of people so we had a long wait between courses which was a shame because it spoilt the evening. In the end we didn't even get our dessert and gave up waiting.
The drinks menu and choice of cocktails was vast and the bar staff certainly worked hard to make the cocktails and they were certainly tasty.
Worth a visit but if it's busy be prepared to wait.
A. G.
Cool place to have some drinks. We didn't go for the food but it did look pretty awesome.
They have a big screen to broadcast football matches (worldcup at the time) and a great terrace by the river!!
There was a band playing too, which made everything more lively
K. G.
Pretty cool place, service is good.
M. S.
Very nice and alternative place but...
Food: 4 stars
There are 5 burgers: 3 vegan, 1 with chicken and 1 with beef (I have tried this and it's good), then there are share plates and some sides dishes...
Drinks: 4 stars
There are available many kind of beers (drafts beer and bottles), wines and spirits but nothing so special
Place: 4 stars
Nice place during the afternoon and sunset because it's on the river, but it's situated in a residential area and poor of transport
Service: 4.5 stars
The waitresses are very fast and very kind.
I don't give 5 stars only because we have wait 10/15 mins before to be served from the bartenders, they saw us but continued to be on their station... and then only a small girl served us
Sound/music: 3.5 stars
Nice music but too strong... it's really hard to talk when we are inside the place, we had to shout
N. M.
Great atmosphere, solid selection of beers and a perfect spot for people watching along the canal.
J. J.
A cool big spot by the canal with music and lots of sitting options especially in the summer
B. T.
Great space, love the decor and in summer the terrace on the River Lea is just the best to enjoy a cold beer and one of their lovely dishes. It's great spot for a chilled out meal for a couple but perfect for big groups. Since its very spacious and the music is relaxed I always see a lot of mums with buggies in the daytime.
J. R.
Great location, delicious food, very spacious and trendy place. Recommend to visit.
D. J. M. L.
Love this place! Huge dinning room and cosy at the same time, with a terrace to the channel. On Thursdays they have 2x1 hamburgers!! The gluten free brownie is delicious and the latte is very good! Super nice people
K. E.
So much potential but just falls short. Service is a mess, at 7pm were out of many food items and prosecco. The tables were all full but the service simply can't handle it. Clear need for better management. If trying to get a drink at the bar, don't come thirsty. Great venue, location, and music.
S. S. (.
£21 for a round of 4 beers, reasonable laid back atmosphere, quirky decor and outside covered terrace overlooking the canal, bit hit and miss for nights out.. sometimes tables are cleared away to make space for the dance floor, othertimes left there.. so expect more a bar restaurant sound quality experience due to its loftyness. Also gets quite warm due to the open kitchen, even after food service stops.
Toilets are a disgrace, leaking ceilings in the ladies from the men’s above! Pretty grim.
W. B.
The staff were very friendly, the cider on tap was great and the food was good. I liked the mixed crowd as well. I'll definitely come back. Was lovely to eat outside on such a sunny day beside the canal.
S. P.
Food looks amazing but doesn't taste great. It's cool outside in summer
J. d.
Definitely the place to go after such a long lockdown. Great vibes, drinks food and service. We sat next to the canal, listening their DJ's set and had a great time. I would 100% recomend it and I will be going really often!
m. w.
This place is alright and generally speaking good sound, together with nice canal view and a lot of space. The chefs are able to cook something nice practically always and the prices are not crazy neither.
The only thing that sucks is they need a better sound engineer when a dj is on deck, or the potential of the structure go wasted.
A. D.
A nice spot with good ambience for a drink. Ordered three roasts, 2X Pork which were sufficient enough but nothing special. 1X vegetarian for my partner. My partner had asked for an alternative to the mushroom roast (or something?) they were doing and was assured the chef would improvise. The end result was £11 for a plate of roast potatoes and steamed vegetables with gravy. Needless to say I would have been a bit too embarrassed serving that if I were the chef. In any case the waiter (or chef) had plenty of opportunity to tell us that infact there was no suitable replacement for whatever the mushroom dish was or atleast offer a discount. This kind of service to vegetarians would be expected in an "old man" style pub in the middle of nowhere, but given this was in Hackney it was a highly disappointing end to a pleasant birthday day.
D. S.
Burgers were great, but drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive (we ended up ordering our own at the bar), and when the food came one burger had been forgotten and the salad wasn't prepared correctly. The staff were pretty understanding and willing to help out, but experience wasn't without issue!
D. O.
Great service, really tasty food, delicious drinks.... all served under heaters on a terrace by the canal. Can't go wrong! We stayed all evening....
B. R. C.
The vegetarian burger is AMAZING! Worth going on Thursdays, 2 burgers for the price of one.
M. B.
Great drinks, great location. Not sure about having a toilet attendant during a pandemic - might want to rethink that #nospraynolay
S. K.
Wonderful location on the canal, delicious cocktails and generous food portions, great vibe with DJ playing music all afternoon!
J. S.
Nice setting by the river, waited 50 mins for a cocktail at my last visit Food is ok.
A. R.
Was a very busy Saturday night, booked an early table with friends and were clearly told we only had it for two hours - not unusual for a Saturday dinner service. Luckily the staff possessed excellent communication skills and were accommodating enough to split a nearby table to allow us enjoy ourselves into the later hours of the evening. Fantastic food, fantastic service. What a fantastic night at number 90!!
P. D.
Food and music are good. It is although very expensive, a burger a beer and fries £21. (£6 fries? Really?)
They also ask you to pay as you order.
The toilets stinks soo bad and it’s been like this for a while, maybe they need fixing?
M. Z.
Quirky place by the river, nice chilled atmosphere.
Poor beer selection but awesome burger and fries. The coleslaw was without any sauce,, more like a salad.
Overall a good experience!
I. B.
Absolutely incredible bar, amazing food. Lydia provided amazing service, unbelievable credit to the company
W. H.
Amazing Sunday lunch and cocktails
M. L. P.
We went for a Sunday roast and it was really really good. Delicious food, great vibe, wonderful staff!!
S. R.
Tammy was a great help and dined myself and my friends accordingly. The kitchen had run out of ingredients but Tammy let us know before hand anf the wait was less than 10 mins. When the food was ready, absolutely swift service, food prepared to us was fresh, hot and delicious. The drinks are awesome too! Great food, great service, great vibes. The best summer chill along the canal of Hackney Wick A+++
B. C.
A great space on the canal looking out to the Olympic Park. A big seating / dining / dancing area depending how the space is configured, with a double height ceiling in the main space and huge windows.
A pontoon / deck connects the space to the water which is really great, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful in my experience.
Hackney Wick is not to all tastes and I wouldn't bring my mum as she would not like the grafitti, the rough & ready styling and the loos, but I think it's great!
A.
Nice vibe but the food was lacking in flavour. Great place for drinks
J. G.
Sit on the Canal eating Nice Food.
Well Located in The Wick, with its vibrant street art.
Reasonably Priced, but marked up on some cocktails.
E. c.
Great all rounder, with a huge Canal side terrace, in Hackney Wick! Perfect for a chilled weeknight beer, Sunday roast with friends or a night of dancing to D.Js at the weekends! They have regular events too!
E. K.
Lovely chilled and yummy 2-4-1 burgers on Thursdays
A.
The black burger is absolutely great and really tasty cocktails 😋
Sweet potatoes fries are the best!!!
J. S.
Great atmosphere & good selection of 2 for 1 cocktails. Really good night out
a. L.
Really nice place on the wick. Really good food, good veggie options, staff are really attentive and friendly. Nice location right on the canal as well. Top stuff.
C. S.
Very average burger but good value for London. Lovely cocktails!
B. A.
Decent bar. The organisation of the night out wasn't the best though. Staff at the door weren't sure which entrance to shepherd the people queuing to. Was at the front of the queue and when we got in to pay it took a while because the till wasn't working (they hadn't realised it wasn't plugged in - I swear you can't make this up). But once in the night was ok, nothing spectacular. It does have some nice views of the river in the smoking area though
C. G.
Laid back, comfortable, earthy and yet, sophisticated and urban in it's art choices and ambiance. Try the wings, it totally fits the description just given. You can be in comfy jeans or a 3piece suit; either way, you will be comfortable enjoying a fantastic meal.
R. A.
Great place and service in particular from Jurgita, she was great!
J.
Great drink selection, great food as well! It's on the canal so combined with fairy lights and fabulous music you get the best East London experience.
R. B.
90 is the jewel in the crown of Hackney Wick nightlife. It’s selection of craft beers recently refurbished is delicious and the new TNG insanity burger really hit the spot. Best night out in a while. Love this place!!
S. L.
Great Sunday roasts; the Drag Queen bingo on Wednesdays are super fun; not the cheapest place, and the music can be a little too loud for someone wanting to have a chat with their friends; but it is unique, has a graet spot by the canal, and the staff is really friendly
1.
Nice views and good drinks selection. Bit pricey but that's Hackney.
F. M. L.
Great place for drinks and 2 burgers for 1 on a Thursday!! Soo good!!
C. G. J.
Very cool and roomy bar, there was even a photobooth the last time I went!
Z.
Good food. Good cocktails. Lovely location. It's next to other bars if you get bored. Nice atmosphere.
S. S.
Literally one of my top 5 bars in London. Relaxed warehouse lounge complete with riverside terrace and views across the Lea to the Olympic Park. Catch the tube to Tottenham Hale on a sunny day and enjoy one of the best inner city walks in London along the River Lea... after a two hour stroll past houseboats, parks and a nature reserve, you'll arrive here having really earned that drink and a tasty lunch. Food service is a bit slow, but then you didn't come here in a rush.
A. J. G.
Really like this bar. Good tunes, good vibes, sadly not a great selection of beer (the craft stuff they sell just down the canal at Crate is better) but still a 5 star venue.
A. M.
Great atmosphere and great location. In the summer they have hot tub running outside where you can get really pissed ;) Sunday lunch food is great a bit let down from the slow service, but is not a deal breaker.
D. M.
Great food, great atmosphere.
F. B.
Nice location by the canal. Very nice staff and decent selection oif beers. Squid over cooked and very ordinary.
G. S.
Beautiful large indoor space as well as the terrace. Chilled environment, not too busy in the afternoon. Interesting yet tasty menu and good service.
R. S.
Great Sunday roast, great service!
P. C.
Really nice canal-side terrace. Excellent Sunday roast. Somewhat confusing food ordering process (you have to find a waiter), but staff were really friendly and efficient.
N. K.
Really nice and interesting place with lots of details and nice food.
P. L.
Another great addition to Hackney Wick. Right on the canal, it has a great outdoor area over looking the Olympic park. Tasty food and cocktails, plus live music most weekends. My only criticism is I wished it had a late license - things finish up at 11.45. Fantastic for a daytime visit though.
F. P.
Great place to spend a couple of hours with your friends drinking and listening a good selection of house music.
The river side is just amazing especially in summer.
Perhaps the best place in Hackney.
M.
Had great meals and great parties at the venue. Once I heard Dyed Soundoroom there, one of the best party I ever had. Dancing and fried cips. Yeah!
C. R.
A decent bar but has some issues. The bar staff are slow, many Pints poured looked flat (gas set wrong??) and the cookers filled the place with smoke
r. g. m.
Great customer service . The location was not easy to find but the views from the terrace was amazing .
Hamburgers are outstanding
G. D. R.
Cool place , good food and music
m.
I appreciated that the protocol of the covid situation is taken seriously in this establishment. However it was lacking of a nice atmosphere and both outside and inside area were unheated.
C. V.
Great bar fantastic staff great location super friendly
P. S.
Nice place by the canal. With nice food and DJ. Nice environment
A. K.
Nice cosy bar food is nice
I. W. V.
One of my favourites bars in London! Great vibe, artsy wall grafity/drawings, and outside area by the canal with fairy lights. They always have great djs playing. Check out their facebook page for particular events.
M. S.
Extremely nice terrace on the canal, great courgette fries
A. B.
A great venue by a canal. Perfect for any season with outdoor heating on the terrace or stay warm inside.
B. S.
A gem of hackney wick - makes me reminisce of Berlin adventures, mixed with on the canal chilled London vibes
L. K.
Came here on a really busy Saturday- service was still quick and staff were lovely
W. T. S. T.
Very attentive and lovely staff. I always go there for a drink or two with friends. My favorite drink is the chilli one. So good! I recommend anyone to try!
B. A.
Great bar doing their best under the current guidlines. The music and vibe was spot on and will definiely be going back soon
A. P.
Good and efficient service. And safe, as per the new normal :/ Burger and fries were nice and hibiscus margarita was delicious.
S. H.
Friendly, good energy, great food. The kind of place you stay all night
A. C.
Tom Goodman's favourite haunt, can't complain
M. M.
Good food and customer service!!!
L. N.
Is a Riverside bar with a really nice atmosphere
J. M.
Good place to come when it's a hot day. Service took a while but besides that it's a nice place to come during the day for Lunch. The Chicken burger is particularly nice.
S. M.
Good beer selection but food is really over the top and was a bit cold
W. O.
Half decent bar and kitchen in the middle of nowhere, amazing concept.
T. O.
Fun riverside bar in hackney wick. Very good service from all but especially a tall hot french chap called Loic.
A. R.
Good Food nice atmosphere...
S. G.
Warehouse bar and arts venue on the canal near the Olympic Park.
Having visited many times I've come to know the staff are always overwhelmed, confused and not helpful (although probably not through cause of their own).
It's a cool venue that spills into a canal-side open space.
Loads of interesting events are held here so it's worth checking out under the right circumstances.
A. H.
Really friendly staff and absolutely delicious food. Especially the halloumi, fries (with duck confit woWahweewah!) And lots of choice craft beers on the menu
R. S.
Great views, nice food and cocktails
S.
Nice bar in Hackney Wick, only place open past 11 in the area so worth heading to for a post pub drink. Has a DJ and dance floor area.
P. H. S.
Very good atmosphere but all staff we to be tainted
D. M.
Great place just sitting on the canal and a brilliant atmosphere for chilling out with a number of drinks. They have a great selection of beers and the tunes are always good!
D. P.
Great location overlooking the River Lea, great vibe. Good place to hang out for evening drinks.
J. V.
Amazing burgers tbh, funny staff around came with my friends and had a good time, definitely be back
W. O.
Good veggie Sunday roast. Enjoyed as usual
F. G. U.
Drinks and service were good. Atmosphere is not my type but I'm sure it will be awesome for younger people, therefore, 5 stars
F. P.
Really nice place, good food and coffee, and the perfect place to have a party and drinks during the night or daytime as well.
Definitely worth a visit
D. F.
A great space with a lot of potential, however, the one bar they have simply isn't big enough to serve the crowd. Plan for a 45 minute wait at the bar and order two drinks.
K. F.
Food was ok but not outstanding. It's a great location and a wonderful place to go drink with friends in the sunshine. Music was great.
C. O.
Great space. Average food. Good for kids lunch when less crowded and acceptable service. Love the crisp sweet potato chips.
O. M.
Generally great bar. Burger was slightly over done. Rebecca the waitress is awesome, shame that the bartender (in the cap) is a douchebag!!
R. S.
Great space indoors & out, friendly staff.
J. J.
Charcoal Burger, ask for a plate so it juices doesn't drip
K. S.
Nice bar with friendly bartenders. Good atmosphere and nice terras. There's no. Music on the terras. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
T. J.
Had a lovely vegan burger here! Went there on Friday afternoon and the place was quite empty but really cosy with lovely views over the canal.
J. A.
Cheap drinks and good music
N. E. L.
Nice outdoor seating area! Staff also very kind!
S. M.
Nice spot on canal, friendly staff, great music, food well priced, fairly decent except for rubber band found in my chorizo burger on last visit (no explanation or apology) Don't expect fast bar service when mildly busy.
M. A.
Wonderful atmosphere. Located on the river. Great food. Reasonably priced. Dog and child friendly.
K. D.
Obviously once upon a time it should be a great place. Is not bad, is just to thin the that separes the underground with just a filthy diying place. The sound must be better. Is it better as a restaurant?
R. T.
Very clean, good beer and food. Staff took the covid19 precautions very seriously which is good to know.
P. L.
Nice music, a bit overpriced and the service is very slow. The barman is not very polite and he priorities ladies over other men. The queue is not important at all
E. B.
Friendly service,. Possible to sit outside, but not on the sunny side sadly. The Sunday roast for sharing was good and value for money
M. S.
Great staff, great atmosphere! Super friendly and professional! Love two for one burgers on Thursday!
L. J.
Opening its doors to the trendy set of Hackney Wick in 2014, Number 90 is a canal-side bar and kitchen on the fringes of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The décor is ramshackle, industrial and quirky- basically it's an East London archetype- and the spacious interior (think converted warehouse floor)
K. R.
A really cool place to have lunch in and it also has a lot of bands coming in the evening. Never been in the evening for party but looks like a great venue.
A. d.
Really nice bar with plenty of space and a gorgeous terrace along the river. They also have a decent beer selection.
S. C.
Cool and quirky, the outside covered terrace was decorated so nicely and the food was out of this world delicious!
G. C.
Great place to eat and relax, but the food menu could cater for more choices.
A. T.
good concept, but stay away from their burgers though, I recieved a burnt outside and raw inside burger, and was supposed to be well done.
J. N.
Cool industrial style bar by the river...great outlook and perfect for getting off Overground for a pint before a short walk to Olympic Stadium to watch the footy.
C. B.
Such a great pub on the canal. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating great on such s beautiful day.
M. H.
Good music nights, nice news, haven’t tried the food
P. M.
Amazing food and great beer. The staff were lovely and coped very well with the pre-football rush.
M. S.
Please looks just amazing and service is super friendly and fast. Love the outside area, perfect space for summer chill out. Will be coming back!
A. P.
Waiters really friendly, usually just come for half baked. Enjoyed atmosphere and staff were very friendly, wings were great.
f.
Great venue with some delicious food! The outside section situated near the canal stinks and is the reason for missing a star.
P. O.
Food was really good, we had the chicken and beef burgers on Thursday and it was 241. Really good value, good vibes.
R. M.
Good food and vegan options available. Staff are friendly.Nice place by the canal.
J. H.
Kitchen was slow and chip portion with burger is tiny. Was very tasty, however.
W. K. M.
Pretty basic menu with limited food options, but interesting design and friendly staff
K. O.
A bit disorganised - the menus weren't going spare and the bar was super busy and oddly tall - I'm tall and I had to stand on tip toes to see over!
J. D.
Wicked bar by the canals in Hackney. Great crowd. Half baked events here are awesome. Drinks are expensive though.
R. B.
Super cool place and great atmosphere. Also great food options. Really enjoyed my time here
P. S.
Fantastic place, lovely food located right on the canal. Couldn't fault it
B. P.
Brilliant service. Genuine friendly staff and couldn't fault the food. Will visit again for sure.
R. P.
Very relaxing environment. Great service.
K. L.
What a wonderful place! The decor, location and food all just fantastic. And very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
D. P.
Good busy bar, excellent Djs,food was above average, decent drinks...but really really bad toilets!!
C. L.
Very nice! 5 stars for staff, bike parking outside and just how pretty and good vibe this place is!
B. C.
Yummy food & cocktails , friendly staff & best spot by the canal in Hackney
M. J.
Good atmosphere and decent food. The table service is a little confusing though!
A. P.
Nice space, amazing food and conveniently close to the tube Station. Prices are average for that type of place in London
A. G.
Amazing evening spot just over the canal at Hackney Wick. Be sure to be aware of the events as some evenings the place can go nuts.
M. T.
Arty youth ex industrial Riverside venue, food reasonable but could certainly be improved
A. O. C.
Elliot, best server out there. Service with a smile X
N. B.
Good atmosphere, great staff, fast service for how busy it was and the DJ was dropping some fun selections
S. D. A.
Love the outdoors space that they have! Good music too.
J. A.
Always a fun faveourite place to go over the weekend for a party or to have a roast on the sunday and get some work done before the week starts!
C. M.
Love this place. Good video, good crowd and decent food and drink. Cool DJs in the evening too
L. C.
Friendly, buzzy and fun. Great waterside venue.. food fab...love this place.
C. H.
A bit quiet but a nice bar with a great location. They do a decent burger.
L. S.
Nice and relaxed place with great choice of beers and cocktails.
However food prices are little too high.

If they could update their bar prices on their website to match what they really are. For me it's a bit pricey. Other than that, it's OK.

Not for me. Basically a big dance club with sofas and the slowest bar service I've seen. Never going back.
