This place is an unbelievably friendly pub with lots of punters sitting outside with their dogs ..has a large seating area outside.and another pub that supports bands of all genre's..really really worth a visit ...fabulous!!😉

Look at that Sunday Roast! Lamb at the front (with mint sauce offered), beef behind (with mustard and horseradish offered). The beef was beautifully pink in the centre. Can't remember the price but it was v. reasonable. A good variety of beers. The bar is a bit 'dusty', but what do you expect in a listed building! It has a great beer garden out the back, covered in one part, but it was too cold that day to enjoy.

Visited the hall which is on the same site of the pub for a food tasting event. Lovely space, clean, open, great bar lady who's customer service is commendable. Food tasting event was great, good was amazing, beautiful atmosphere, lovely to see people enjoying theirselves after lockdown. Book those caterers again for a Xmas event.

This is a very nice traditional pub located in thr heart of plumstead common. This is next to Plumstead Manor Secondary School and the Plumstead Pantry. Beautiful location. There are a few seats outside an I often enjoy walking around outside with my cider. I usually walk up here on my lunch break and back home. Nice surroundings

Roast beef dinner. 5* Bar service. 5* Bar staff. Claire 5* Les 5* Mandy 0* what an obnoxious, rude, horrible person she is!!! How on earth she is allowed to work with the public astounds me. Will return, when she is not around!!!! Pub deserves a 5 star, but she really brings the place down.

Good old boozer. Had some excellent Sunday roasts here and by excellent we mean MASSIVE! Enjoyed a pint or three indoors and in the garden. Landlord very friendly, live music very loud!

Best pub in and around Winn's Common. By a country mile. Funnily enough, it has the feel of a country pub, not a city pub. Maybe it's the premises, sitting in the shadow of a mill, or maybe it's the absence of televisions, putting the emphasis on conversation to provide the atmosphere. And pretty much guaranteed good tunes from the juke box, from the friendly and music savvy local clientele.

I've been coming to the pub for a few years now and it is the ideal local pub. Andy is a fantastic landlord and the locals are always friendly (even to Northerners). The beers are well kept and Andy always has a great choice of guest ales. The food is pretty good and they serve hearty Sunday lunches. What more do you need for your local?

Friendly local with a decent atmosphere and beer garden. More importantly, the only place you can get a decent selection of real ales for miles around. Had four hand pumps on when we visited, and none of that usual directors / speckled hen / greene King rubbish in sight.

Old school pub. My local. Very friendly. Down to Earth. So casual you could turn up in your pyjamas. No-one'll bat an eyelid. Okay, well maybe someone will. But you need no more than a t-shirt & jeans. Live music acts - mostly guitar based. Serves food and ale. Pool table Beer garden. It's not Paris, it's Plumstead. And it's great.
