A classic Greene King pub situated in Knightsbridge right by the station but away from the busyness of the high Street. We found our own table as no one was by the door but staff were very friendly. The app was not great at all, definitely recommend just ordering in person (ended up cheaper than the app too?!) Drinks were great, can't complain. Saw alot of people ordering food and it looked very good. Would come again for a quick pint but very dark inside. Thoroughly enjoyable lunch here before heading on up to the Royal Albert Hall for Cirque du Soliel. Food was scummy drinks great. Nice ambience, would visit again for sure.

The pub is more than 100 years old and its beautiful interior still has many original features. The standard, reasonably tasty, Greene King pub menu is on offer and is good value. Staff are friendly and efficient, and you can order from your table directly with them or via the app. Worth dropping in for a pint if you're in the area and in need of refreshment.

Staff were very efficicient and friendly and the food was tasty - plenty of it and if anything, far too much. A lovely lunch and a chance to rest. Both myself and my daughter enjoyed our stop here 🙂

An old fashioned English pub. Part of the Green King chain, offering good food and drinks. The atmosphere was relaxed and I enjoyed the fried halloumi and chips. The staff are excellent. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Worth a visit.

Great, traditional wood panelled and engraved mirrors kind of pub. Very friendly with great staff and good beer + rugby world cup on television, all is well with the world. Very cosy busy serving up loads of traditional pub grub, looks good. Definitely worth a visit if you are anywhere near Hyde Park Corner, pop in and enjoy! There is also a great cellar bar with more screens to watch the rugby, just gets better and better.

A proper British pub located amongst so many fancy bars and restaurants! Definitely recommend if you want a reality check after visiting Harrods! Didn’t eat but the food looks decent.

We always come here after Winter Wonderland, this year was no different. Not always a ton of space but the drinks are a reasonable price, especially considering the area. Unfortunately closes much earlier than many pubs around London.

I went for a drink on Tuesday. It was very quite but nonetheless service was brilliant.. Greeted at the door by a young lady very smart -dressed who explained all the new Covid rules very clearly.. then she showed me to my table and after a couple of seconds another staff member came to take my order and delivered it straight away.. Really nice interior, staff very friendly, affordable prices.. Would come back!

17th century tradition pub with wood panelling. The beautiful etched mirrors reflect the natural light streaming through the large windows. The whole place sparkles!!! Green King branded but great selection of ales and craft beers. Friendly staff too. Would recommend if you’re looking for a ‘proper pub’ in Knightsbridge.

Visited the pub on Sunday with my friends, was very busy because of the London Marathon but we managed to find a table and had a brilliant time. The bar staff, mixed race guy with long hair, served us and and helped us choosing the beer we were looking for and it was really friendly. Would come back for sure!

Come here for work drinks quite regularly. There are a few members of staff who are lovely and friendly. However, there are also a couple who are quite rude and get drinks wrong on a regular basis. The music can be really loud sometimes which doesn't fit with the old man style pub. The food is average and on some occasions below par.

In a nutshell - “sports bar with typical English style decor, lip smacking finger food and fish & chips is also available “ Plenty of tables available in the pub it’s a nice place to hangout with a huge group. The prices are decent for the given location and the food. Chicken wings and barbecue sauce - chicken wings was fried very well and I am not a great fan of barbecue sauce but I liked it here. Even my friends on the table liked it too. Hence the verdict is barbecue sauce rocks here. Chicken platter - was served with onion rings, chips, chicken nugget and chicken wings, the portion was good and it was filling for two ladies. Around this locality if some one looking out to hangout it’s certainly a good choice. At the counter service has lot of potential to be improved.

Beautiful pub with a very long history. Multiple stories. We sat in the ground-floor bar. Good selection of beers and very nice food. Order food and drink at the bar and pay there as well. Of the two IPAs we tried, the Brew Dog tasted more like a US IPA and was very nice. On Sundays they have a choice of roasts. The chicken roast very nice.

Good environment, nice staff. I suppose what I appreciate the most was the honesty from the staff. The kitchen was a bit behind, so the bar tender was upfront about it and let us know it may take a while. Most other places would likely just make you wait without any warning.

Lots of selection on tap. The mango cider tasted amazing, basically refreshing juice with some alcohol in it. Main floor was busy, but didn't have to wait long for drinks. We ended up on the floor below, which also has a bar, but I imagine only has bartenders when it's super busy.

It's the perfect place to have some drinks after work . I love the fact that animals are allowed, that's always a plus ! Staff members are really nice and even if they're sometimes overwhelmed, they keep their smiles on . Also , Karaoke nights are the best .

Paxton's is the best in the micro region around Knightsbridge Station, notoriously poor on the pub side of things. It improved over the years and now offers a pretty good beer selection and decent pub food. I recommend the burritos! Staff is really nice and I go there a fair bit.

They have quite nice interior decor, the place seems rather cosy on any given night out. Their drinks are a little pricey but it's still a fair deal when the area is taken into account. (Translated) Super cozy, original pub. Food took a while, but the friendly service made up for it. It tasted good, portions were completely ok. Live football created a good atmosphere and a full pub! (Original) Super gemütlicher, urischer Pub. Essen hat ein wenig gedauert, aber die freundliche Bedienung hat es wieder wett gemacht. Geschmeckt hat es gut, Portionen waren völlig ok. Live Fußball sorgte für gute Stimmung und ein volles Pub!
