I was lucky enough to meet friends here for Sunday Roast and I had a great time! The food was yummy and the space gave a chill/cool vibe, definitely recommend this place! I’d like to go back when it’s warm to enjoy the outdoor areas more.

Possibly one of the best pubs in uk but definitely in Hackney. It’s a great pub all year round but especially in the summer, Where you can enjoy a cold drink on the terrace while overlooking the londonfields park. And there are tables outside too. Always trendy and busy especially weekends. Food is really good with great vegan offerings.

The Sunday roast dinners are always special in this establishment. Worth getting a spot outside with a heater if you don't like sports on TVs around the bar. Plenty of space. Great staff. Wonderful location and friendly atmosphere.

Had an absolutely delightful Christmas meal with my team here last Friday and have only good words to say! The service was so lovely, the food had huge portions and was proper tastey and the manager on the night really reminded me of Sir Davos from Game of Thrones and I felt like I could trust him with my life. Nice pub that gets extremely busy on a Friday and Saturday. Get there early or phone in advance to book a table, as there were lots of tables pre-booked and had to sit outside in the side alley area near the park. Prices are reasonably priced, Nachos with pulled pork was very nice, and it's a large enough portion to share with friends. And the sweet potato fries are lovely as well.

I went to Pub on the Park to hang out with friends on a Thursday night. The pub has a nice atmosphere and pleasant decor; with a lot of tables and a good size yard with additional outside space. Had a few drinks and some finger food, everything was nice, maybe not outstanding but great to accompany with a few pints.

Loved this pub great atmosphere and cool outside area, normal selection of beers and big screen TVs for the football. It was absolutely packed when I went and had to stand, but it was worth it to see Liverpool loose.

Great place, great environment and staff are really friendly and helpful. Currently you need to book, and with the restrictions in place, it's super easy, you just order from your table with your phone, and the drinks appear moments later. Heaters are available as well, in case it gets a bit nippy. Out door tvs for the sports. Vegan and Vegetarian friendly menu. Suitable for small and large groups. If you can get a booking, you won't be disappointed.

The pub is in a great location which is its main draw, but as many of you have mentioned......I have been double and triple charged by the app now. Once using Monzo, once using HSBC. I went in to get a refund the following week and was told to write an email with times and dates etc....I will do this, but that's time out if my day and quite a pain. They owe me £30, so not nothing and I will not be visiting again until that has been refunded. It's definitely taken the fun out of visiting my local pub :( Just a word of warning to check your bank balance if you visit here.

Nice big pub located at London Fields. The interior is spacious. There is seating at the bar and a good few tables within. There is outdoor seating and can accommodate a good crowd. There is also a bear cave which can be hired out for private functions. It is roomy and has it's own outdoor area that leads into the park. Staff are helpful. Would recommend for big groups. Great place. Loads of outdoor seating which is great in the warmer weather. They also have covers and heaters out there so it's great even when it isn't warm out (the indoor seating is good too). Really good vibes. Definitely one of my favourite pubs, if not my favourite.

Booked the upstairs room for a reunion with friends and we had an amazing time, felt very welcome by the staff. They were totally cool to host 30 people, a baby, a toddler, a massive greyhound, and a surprise helium canister for balloons. Food is delicious, drinks are reasonably priced, but it’s really the staff who made it so great. It’s also a good pub to just pop into for a drink or burger, the vibe is always good.

Decent now they have furnished the lavatories. Massive summer pub gets very busy. Burger was disappointing but you wouldn’t be too displeased if you were hungry. Better at the £8 12-4 pm price. Not usual to get a mention but the post mix Cola used to wash down the burger was quite possible the worst tasting cola I have ever had. We asked the bar girl what was going on because it tasted like detergent. The reply was it’s just cola, “ I don’t think Coca Cola do it on tap” very amusing. Get in the garden and get some friends out for a decent boozy summer afternoon. New downstairs space could be cool for a private party.

Amazing for the rugby. Incredible atmosphere with plenty of screens that are well positioned to not break up the room but fully visible for the majority. Good choice of beer and really nice food. A bit pricey but that's to be expected in this part of town.

Nice to go during the summer but remember to book in advance. It gets very busy on sunny days! Food is good but not exeptional, let's say you go for the drinks and good company first! It's right at the entrance of the park so perfect if you wanna lay down onto the grass after you meal.

This is a funky spacious and popular pub right on the northern edge of London Fields. It had plenty of outdoor seating, including a covered section that is shielded even further in the winter and has space heaters. I often came here with my son when he was younger as it is situated right next to a well equipped playground and the outdoor seating area allowed a perfect view. My son loved it too as the ability to sit and have a pint meant he (or more accurately, I) would stay much longer than the usual half an hour to an hour. Inside there is a small seating area with another chill out room downstairs. This has a side room with table tennis comfortable seats and access to music. Access is through the unisex toilets which are also rather plush. The pub serves a good selection of craft beer, ales and the usual Guinness and lagers. Reasonably priced food with generous portions is also available. The food is unpretentious but good. All in all a very cool pub with a great atmosphere.

Very average pub, in my opinion. We had the Sunday roast and it was very, very average. Music way too loud and they basically serve only beer (I love beer, but sometimes I want to drink something different), as I asked for an old fashioned, they could not make it, Baileys and Jameson, they did not had Baileys. I ended up having Jameson's single. I'm probably not coming back.

A stalwart of the Hackney pub circuit, I've been drinking at the Pub on The Park since the 1990s and it is still one of my favourite pubs. An ideal summer drinking spot, with its massive veranda overlooking the park. It can get SUPER busy on a hot sunny day, but they always have a legion of staff to deal with the thronging crowds. I no longer live locally, but when I visit I nearly always pop in for a beer or two.

Nice pub to go to for a night out where you, your friends, and everyone around you will be very drunk on the patio. If you sit outside, try to get a spot deeper in on the patio as they close off the left hand side (as you walk into the pub) around 10ish and make everyone move in. Good loud fun.

If the park toilets are too far away, or you can't reach them soon enough, you'll be able to walk into this place without being stopped. It's got a nice vibe, the drinks are expensive, but it's got a big screen outside to watch the football so all in all its a good pub.

Had my leaving do here on a Friday night during the world cup. They were happy to reserve me a large area in front of the outside TV. Food and drinks were very good (as usual) and the only thing I can complain about was the sloe service at the bar. The reason for this is the pub is quite small inside but with huge outdoor area so whenever the weather is nice gets very busy, so ratio of customers to bar area and staff is way off. Definitely wouldn't stop me returning though...

Great venue and vibe, however the food was not good. I tried to enjoy some barely cooked potatoes and tough duck breast, while my friend had to force down the tasteless spinach strudel. Also I had booked a table for 20 but it turned out to fit barely 16 so some of my friends had to sit somewhere else. Maybe this one just for casual drinks!

Great concept for watching football matches outside while still being in a pub. The -1 star is for it being extremely busy! By the way, when it becomes overly busy, you can still sort of watch the match from the grass field outside the pub.

If you want to be engulfed in a miasma of existential crises, this place is for you. Everybody left somewhere to go somewhere else to find themselves. Apparently all those people ended up here, paying £5 for a pint of red stripe in a plastic pint 'glass' . Great location (please see above for review on everything else).

One of my locals from when I used to work for Hackney council. Back in the day this place was (and still is popular) mainly for the outside drinking area, actually has good views of the London Fields. Service was shocking, 2 or 3 people behind the bar and only one of them was actually serving and they only took cash. Now it has massively improved, yes they now take card!! Oh and the service has improved, On a busy night I can get served within 10mins where as before, let just say you would have had a very long wait. Best time to go is now, summer time.
