Well made Gin and tonics! Friendly staff, serving some authentic Thai food. Sat outside under the awning. Comfortable atmosphere as they provided some outdoor heating. Some dishes were delayed, so couldn't eat everything together. The staff were very apologetic. Overall good experience.

What an amazing local gem of a place! This pub must be the cutest and coolest one I have been to in a long time! Love the theme of rusty bikes. Really cool decor inside. Cosy and rustic. Large and spacious. Menu is delicious. Tried the red curry and pad Thai. A separate vegan menu available too! It was so hard to choose what to eat! Excellent customer service too. Can’t wait to come back already!

Nice pub with nice Thai food. Need more choice of dumplings with meat. It can get packed when football is on. Some of the seats aren’t that comfortable to sit on for long period of time. Great and lovely atmosphere, quick and good service. A fairly standard pub from the outside but the interior is super cool, especially the basement! Food is really good! Definitely recommend getting some of the Thai food! Only downside is sometimes they play the less big games on screen.

Wonderful take away experience at Rusty Bike! I ordered a glorious Thai meal, including prawn on toast, duck curry with pineapple 🍍 and peppers, lamb stir fry and veggies. The Rusty Bike is great. Friendly staff, good food and they play lots of live matches. We booked ahead for a Wednesday night with the Champions League showing, staff showed us to our table quickly. Lots of dividers on tables and the staff have massively reduced the number of tables inside which is great for diners. Food was great, as ever and they have some decent beers on tap. Would recommend, it's right near the station and a fantastic pub.

Good location, next to Mile End station but with a nice relaxed atmosphere inside. They have options of Thai or Japanese foods, but I'd definitely recommend the Thai food more. Delicious creamy Thai curries are my favourites here. Obviously it's still pub food so nothing fancy but decent food at a reasonable price. There are board games available to play as well which can be a bit of fun, but you'll have to provide a £5 deposit to get all the pieces to play.

Charming pub/bar full of character with quirky decor! Decent selection of drinks & food, including sharing options like squid & sweet potato chips. They even have some classic board games for customers... Food cost has recently gone up in price by about a pound (& their website menu still has not been updated). They also have some Japanese dishes available now in addition to the Thai menu. Playing Jenga while drinking beers with friends has certainly made our visit fun & memorable 😁 Free secure WiFi is also available. Dogs friendly. There are a few docking spaces for bikes on top of the fence, this make the place look even more special when those docs are in use 🚲

This pub has an amazing atmosphere with great Thai Food too! In the warmer months you can sit outside and in the winter there a heated outdoor patio out back. Lots of screens to watch any sporting event and the staff are very friendly. The food selection is wide and has wonderful options for those who have food sensitivities too. Every time I go to this pub it’s clean, staff at bar serve quickly, Food is always yummy! Overall I am happy to bring my family and friends to this establishment 👌🏽

The concept of the pub is great. I am not the biggest bike person out here but, I think they nailed it when it when it comes to creating a vibe. They also have their own homebrew on tap and it tastes pretty good. The only thing that I would complain is the location, if you are sitting outside you are right in front of one of the busiest roads in town so get ready for the occasional horn orchestra or siren breaking up your conversation.

My favorite bar in London. I lived very close to the bar, and every time I went the service was excellent. The order arrives extremely fast, and always of good quality. Absolutely amazing Thai food. Popped in with the Mrs for a cheeky dinner, obviously taking advantage of the EOTHO scheme. Could not fault the experience. We did have to give our table up after 2 hours which is reasonable and within government guidelines. Me and the Mrs don’t get to see each other too often because we work in the same industry and the lovely blond lady (her name I did not get) was kind enough to give us a sofa out back just so we could enjoy one last beer. Great service (socially distant) great food and great beer. Rusty bike Mile End will always be a firm favourite of me and the Mrs.

Visited on a bit of a whim thanks to the EOTHO scheme, and really impressed. I've not had Basil Chicken since a visit to Thailand last year, and it was as close to authentic as I could possibly expect outside of Thailand. My gf had the Massaman and that was delicious too. One of my favorite places this side of London. Love the atmosphere, both during the day and night. You can watch some games, drink some good beer and enjoy some great food! I do recommend! The place always has people which is dead giveaway about it's importance to London's bar stage.

A lovely pub with a bit of a refreshing clean edge. As well as a nice interior it boasts a open seating out front and a heated undercover den at the back, right next to Mike End station. It has an impressively extensive Thai and Sushi menu for a pub and I can really recommend the Thai curries. The Pad Thai is good but a bit plain and the mixed vegetable platter starter is just greasy deep fried vegetables. Other than that I always enjoy a visit to this one and the staff are lovely. A nice sports bar often showing a few sports at a time including lesser televised ones eg women’s football, NFL etc. Be warned though, on match days it is absolutely packed and you have no chance of finding a table.

Decent pub, nice atmosphere. Even though the beer garden's on the main road, it's a nice place to sit out and enjoy a cold beer. The Thai kitchen serves great food, only comment would be that having to order your food from a different place than your drink is a bit clunky, particularly considering everyone who eats will almost certainly be drinking as well. I'm sure there's a reason of seperate ownership behind it, but it's worth reviewing by the pub as it'd make for a much smoother service.

Probably the best pub in the area. Has got great drinks, nice Thai food and a really helpful and funny staff! Two outside areas, one at the front and the other at the back. They've got plenty of table games and show lots of live matches, from football to tennis to F1 grand prix. Absolutely recommended if you're in the Mile End area. Is just 1 minute by walk from the station. Forgot to mention that they've got Deliveroo too, so if you like their food just order it from home. You all should go there at least once, trust me

Visited the Rusty Bike on a few occasions first on a lunch date and during the Football Worldcup....everytime I've gone to Thai venue it's been great. The food is great and teh ambiance is nice. There's seating inside and outside and a lovely bar with drinks on tap. I've had the Thai Green Curry and Coconut Rice everytime and it never gets old, the dish has been done just right everytime so much so it's become my favourite place to enjoy it!

Tasty Thai food and good value for money - a main here is less than £10 which is increasingly hard to find, even in a London pub. Good selection of beers too including one of my favourites Blue Moon. Came here for a catch up dinner and drinks with friends, rather than the sports being shown on big screens. It’s got a slightly noisy, excitable atmosphere which is certain fun but not to everyone’s tastes. They have board games too.

This place is cool, if you like football and is fan of Thai food and good price so... This is the place, man. The place is a bit tiny then you need get there earlier in order to find the best tables. In my opinion the best are outside.

My flatmate and I have stumbled in here many a time, when we've been completely baked and also had a few beers, nearer down Grove Road by Victoria Park. There are always enough people in here to chat to, making it lively and not chavvy and not necessarily full of Italians (which are the general preconceptions I had of it, in the early days). Although the real eyeopener was the excellent South East Asian pub menu, spicy Singapore noodles, salt and pepper squid, duck curry, deep fried chicken wings, dim sum and when I asked for some chilli sauce they gave me a bottle of Sriracha AND some chilli oil, as I was being served another beer. I don’t think you can get much better than that, especially when you’ve totally got the munchies. We took some special fried rice back home for later, that time anyway.

Not sure what to think of this place, as it seems to straddle many lines. At first glance it appears to be a hipster haven, aided somewhat by bike-themed decorations and trendy tunes. On closer inspection you'll find not much more than you would expect from a British pub, as far as beer selection is concerned. Screens adorn the walls and often feature key football matches and sporting events, further working against the hipster vibe. To top it off, the menu offers some of the area's best Thai fare. The Rusty Bike is a tough pub to pin down, but it's definitely worth your patronage.

One of those "50p charge under £10 if you pay by card" places. It's probably an okay pub/restaurant if you're a local but it's definitely not a place you'd travel for. Beer selection is commercial and average so if you're looking for craft beers you'll have to settle for a Sierra Nevada pale ale, which isn't a bad choice to be honest. Food is average, which won't be an issue if you're hangry, but don't expect to compare this to a middle class gastropub.
