1st time in Slug &Lettuce. It was my partner's children choice for having lunch after we've been with Emirates cable cars. Service was fast and children loved their food, we enjoyed particularly the desserts hence why I gave 4 starts. Nice atmosphere. Good service. We enjoyed it. I probably should mention that were some products missing on the online menu ( e.g. fever tonic water) but were listed on paper one. Also smokey potatoes were fries with something smoked on top, we thought will be smoked/grilled some how potatoes. I heard their cocktails are very nice. We should come back without kids on other occasion;)

Quite good before an event. Lack of seating which you can't book but luckily we got in just before the rush. Food is fairly priced and decent, however they were out of the one platter we wanted. I wouldn't visit here for food only though, it's not much of a restaurant. Overall, good experience.

It was OK. They don't sell Bacardi and have Havana as a substitute. It's not as if bacardi is even expensive to stock. It's a really cheap white rum. Other than that, the venue is nice. Music could've been better. I don't think they play for their crowd. They just play music.

Had a great time here last night before going to a concert. Had a brilliant atmosphere despite being very busy pre concert. The manager (who was wearing a yellow shirt and then a blue one later on) didn't catch his name was very accommodating and went the extra mile for our party. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend x

Nice venue, decent drinks, not too overpriced if one goes during the happy hour 2x1 drinks. I also had a rump steak and it was terrible, cooking-wise it was fine but the amount of nerves and fat just made it very unpleasant.

Cool bar, I would say the best you can get at O2 arena. Shame about their bar service, the boys working behind the bar are a little bit useless, takes them 15 minutes to get you a drink. He kitchen is slow, it will take at least 40 minutes for the food to come to your table, in my case 49 minutes. They refurbished the entire bar and it is looking cool. Again shame about the service, otherwise would be a great place to hangout.

Antom Is an absolute king!!!! Haven't seen any bartender that is so fast and smooth, I was so entertained the whole night he was serving even if it wasn't me! Visited on friday 26th November evening before seeing a gig with some friends. Manager on shift welcoming and was happy to look after a couple of birthday gifts that were given to me behind the bar to collect them after the gig. Went above and beyond to accomodate. Went to see a show and had some dinner at the Slug and Lettuce. I would recommend booking a table as they were booked up when we got there, but they did manage to fit us in as someone cancelled there table. Good food, and the cocktails look and tasted great. Staff are very helpful and always checking you are ok and that everything is to your satisfaction. Would recommend.

I've been at slug last night and it was absolutely rammed , despite that I loved the vibe. I got my drinks throughout the whole night from Antom, that guy is probably an alien, sharp like a kitana and work in a pace that I was struggling to follow him!

A group of 8 of us visited London and the Slug and Lettuce at the O2 on 3rd July. As restrictions are still in place we were given 2 tables of 4 close to each other which was perfect. We were told we could order from the app but if we had problems the bar staff were more than happy to assist which they did. Once we’d ordered our drinks they were with us within minutes Special thanks go to Fredericka who was so lovely and made sure we had an enjoyable time. Despite wearing a mask we could still see that she smiled the whole time and was friendly and polite. We will definitely visit again.

Decent breakfast available for early visitors to the O2 arena which is a shopping mall basically. I think it was the only place open early for breakfast tbh. Staff are very nice and breakfast was nice and hot and quite fast too.

It is always a very good option to go to dinner or just have a drink. Wonderful atmosphere and exquisite customer service. First of all, thank Roman for treating him, that boy is a machine every time we come we see how he does his job well, it shows that he took a hospitality course since he brings so many plates and glasses, incredible people like the name a company.

3 stars.. I loved our waitress. She was sweet and funny. Our food was ok. Both of us ordered the vegan pesto and it came out with parm cheese shredded on the top. (No mention of vegan parm or parm on the menu). It got super busy while we were there and took quite a while to get our check. I'd say go for it and try this place but be specific if you have dietary concerns. 😁

Been here yesterday for Liam Gallagher's concert and the place was packed, I got my drinks from Antom with my friends and we were all stunned from how he works, hes dancing and spinning around so fastly and smoothly that if you blink you will miss something! We don't know how he does that but we were so entertained from the way he works that throughout the night we waited to get served by him all the time even though he's section was the busiest and it was a long wait to get to the bar, we will comeback for sure!

My friend and I went for bottomless brunch and our experience was amazing. I had the American pancakes and they were delicious and all the staff were so friendly attentive. I had an amazing experience here, I was served by the waitress named Jade, she has made my and my team of employees feel so welcome, while wearing her mask, she has perfectly showed us the S&L favourites on today’s menu while showing us what we could all order individually. ALSO adhering to all our dietary needs. This service was amazing. A credit to the slug and lettuce company and especially this O2 branch Also the atomsphere, here is very stylish and modern, a lot more more sleek than any wetherspoons I have been too. The FOOD. Very decent, great presentation and delivery of it all. From the share platers, the burgers and wings ordered. We were all loving it. The cocktails 2 for 1. WHAT A WIN. A perfect way to celebrate new goal within company! ALSO. THE BAR STAFF! Working so hard! We paid attention to how they cranked out 100’s of drinks a top quality and speed. Thank you. Me and my mates were regular customer of this place, we knew all the Albanians bartender , and they were fantastic and friendly with us. So when I came back we were a bit upset. Now there is this dude with the bandana that I've seen last year as well, making drinks like an actual machine and this other lil guy that took care of us with the food , very fast. Seems like they competing between each other on who is the fastest, props to them, well trained and very hardworking. The pub is still in good hands. Definitely going to come back soon.

I've been here quite a lot of times in the last few months, since you guys started the 50% off on food, the service wasn't great to be honest but the staff always try their best to make sure everything it's fine. I personally think the management of the pub should do something to be more organized. There is this guy with long black wavy hair, I'm not sure abt his name, I think its Antom (?), he is fantastic and lovely, all the time I was there he is literally everywhere, we had a problem with our cocktails and food and he sorted out everything so quickly, he made by himself again the cocktails and me and my friends could tell the difference immediately. This Wednesday i was at Slug with my mates and the place got full around six and there was just Antom (?) making the drinks for the whole place , for 4 hours we've seen him making cocktails like a machine, nonstop, always on point, it was quite busy but we didn't had to wait more than 5 minutes to get our drinks. I can tell he works on a complete different pace from any other staff member I've seen. 5 stars for him, definitely going to come back.

Our experience on the 25/08/2018 was brilliant. The restaurant was full and extremely busy and we hadn't made a reservation, however, we were seated within 5 minutes. Even though we were sat at a slightly cramped two-seat table, we had ordered within 5 minutes and food was on the table 10 minutes later (the staff were great, polite and efficient). This is easily the fastest we have ever been served before and the food itself, was delicious. Based on our experience, would definitely recommend a meal here.

Not very busy today, ordered the vegan burger... once it came it was burnt... although I know that if it was cooked well it would have been fantastic. I took it to the bar and was offered another one or a refund which was great. When I visit again I will ask for it medium rare. I also ordered the apple mockhito which was absolutely fantastic... buy 1 get 1 free which was even better. They had no fries which was weird... the chips were dry. We ordered the vegan tart which looked absolutely scrumptious... wasn't offered a bite which I assume is because of how much it was being enjoyed but that will be on my 'must have' list.

Excellent service over a five day period whilst a delegate at the Salvation Army International Congress. The company were aware of the event and gave 25% discount to all delegates. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to serve customers well. Good menu and well prepared and presented food. Staff worked extra hard when restaurant was packed with customers. Gorgeous cocktails but not much choice for food if you only want something light. Nice pub set in the O2 arena. Very busy, however it was a nice atmosphere and the prices for drinks were quite reasonable. With the added bonus of being right next to the arena (inside the dome), it's great for pre or post show drinks.

This place is always busy due to its great location next to the concert venue at the o2. I went in expecting or prebooked table to be ready and to have some delay on food. 40 minutes is not a disaster especially when told well in advance, but the was no excuse for half the food to come out cold. Popped in here for brunch with the kids on Sunday 12th Aug. Really quite disappointed. Service made us feel rushed, which there was no excuse for as they were barely any customers. Sooo many things were not available, leaving choices difficult. They only had brown sugar sachets which are revolting with tea, and no sweeteners either. The fish and chips my son and husband ordered were greasy and tasted of old cooking oil. The wrap that was meant to come with my daughter's food didn't arrive and I actually had to prove to the waitress that we were meant to have one. Overall I would totally avoid this branch in future and it has put me off the chain all together.

Been in the slug O2 many times and alway had very nice food and cocktails, we could not see a seat inside last time we visited so got a cocktail and sat outside we soon realised how cold it was. One of the bar staff came outside to ask us to come inside as there was a table available that we had not seen they didn’t have to do this and we were very grateful to be more comfortable needless to say we then stayed for a few more drinks so job well done to the member of staff with what I think was a slight Liverpool accent 🙂

We visited the slug for happy hour, drawn in by the promise of two for one cocktails. The decor is plush, with smartly dressed staff and a decent atmosphere but they weren't particularly helpful nor were the drinks any good. Extremely weak for both myself and my guest, which was very unfortunate. We quickly made our excuses and left, there are far better choices for nice drinks in the O2 despite the pretty set dressing.
