Located in the heart of Soho on Wardour street it is a bar spread over two floors with bars on both floors. The staff were welcoming and efficient. They have good Covid regulations in place and you need to show both a domestic Covid Pass and your ID for access. A very nice ambiance.

Bar/Dancefloor. Our party booked a reservation for the downstairs area which turns into a pretty active dancefloor around 23:00. A great place to meet with friends or socialise with others. If you are looking for a mellow evening with the flexibility to casually chat with your party, I would recommend a reservation for the upstairs bar room. Employees were kind though one/two may have come across as a bit sour. Music was on par 👌🏽

Good atmosphere, good music, cocktails are decent. Awesome place to go with friends or as tourists. Has 3 different vibes depending on which floor you're on. Top floor is chill lounge with seats, ground floor is nice dancing space, a few seats to sit in if you're in a group, basement is more of a club/rave vibe. Entry fee is £10pp, the usual for the area. Good for large or small groups, not ideal for individuals.

The staff were really nice. We arrived for a night cap and have a couple of drinks. The alcohol in the cocktails were not premium liquor but were still tasty. The setting was quite chill, but it was great to just watch the world go by and have a catch up with friends

Very welcome place, staff and manager are kind and give very good advices. I really recommend the cocktails because they are amazing and the prices are ok ( £12 per cocktails). The bad thing in this place are the security who are a bit rude at the entrance, but I promise that once you are inside you can have fun.

Great bar. Stopped randomly after a reservation at another venue had been cancelled due to a covid spread. Very reasonable prices during happy hour. Nice vibe & good music. Staff were pleasant enough.

Great atmosphere, amazing cocktails! Service was quite slow with drinks as there was only one bartender on the cocktail lounge... food came pretty quick and was really good as well! Music as also good, not too loud and allowed for conversation, the basement club was quite loud but perfect for dancing after a few cocktails 😁

Fun place most nights and always open late. Much funner when all floors are open. There's 3 I would suggest the bottom is funnest if you want to party, top just to drink and middle for a balance. Be prepared to pay a bit extra

It's okay, would have got a 5 if they treated my colleague more appropriately. My colleague was about order drinks but she was ignored and the bartender served a gentlemen who arrived much later than her. However the bartender, who served us when we was on the top floor was great!

We had an amazing private event up on the 1st floor cocktail lounge. From the booking communication to the food and drink to the service, it was all fantastic and made it a really enjoyable night. Shoutout to the team including Rebecca, Dan, Tom, Kat and the phenomenal Chef who created the divine canapés and bowl food. The cocktail lounge is a perfectly designed space with its own toilets and bar. Fantastic experience and hope to have more events there in the future.

Visited Soho Residence for a stag, and we had excellent service, felt very welcomed by all the staff especially with a large group of 11 men. Doriana was very attentive, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Recommend going to Soho Residence for any event, as they are very accommodating.

Great little bar hidden in the heart of Soho. They have a good range of drinks, which are reasonably priced. You can walk in or pre-book a table. They have great happy hour deals all week aswell, definitely worth checking out.

Popped in on the way to catch the tube home- one of the rare places in soho that has both a happy hour and great cocktails! They had a small side of tacos and sliders available - we got the tacos and they tasted so good. Will definitely be back- only criticism is that the music is a bit too vibey for a Wednesday evening but the clientele seem to be that sort!

I reserved a table for me & my girlfriends & we had such a lovely experience. I made a couple of errors when booking online so when I called up & spoke to Rebecca she was so helpful & patient & sorted out my mistake (sorry again Rebecca). When we arrived the hostess was very welcoming, took me straight to the table (after the necessary Covid checks). Our waiter was very attentive, constantly topping up our glasses with Prosecco throughout the night & the cocktails were delicious as well. We ordered a few bar snacks which came quite quickly considering how busy they were on a bank holiday Friday night in London. All in all a very lovely experience & would happily go there again.

This used to be O Bar, a bar I never remotely consisted a destination but after a night out at this place I think they've turned it right around. Arguably lost a little personality for the efficiency of A Modern Bar but a few hanging plants do a bit to make up for that and it's a fun, if basic, Friday night. So fair play to it.

Soho Residence is a very nice place, good drinks! Although I really don't like the selection they do with people. If you go there just show the girls first and they will let you in. That's what happened with me twice already. If me and the girls show first we will go in straight. If one of the guys is with too casual clothes, or if they think is not good enough they will not allow entrance. Be chic and beautiful looool

We had an incredible experience on 8th June. I had my first date with my husband 4 years ago at the same bar. We went out to London as it was my birthday and after the musical Matilda and a restaurant dinner we decided to go to were it all began. Tickets were £10 and to begin with we hesitated. To our surprise the security said I will pay for you this time and I am not sure if he said that coz I am heavily pregnant, but I thought that was so kind. Then went upstairs and our waiter, which I can't remember his name was extremely nice to us and his service was immaculate. He found us a table by the window and the atmosphere, drinks, view everything was amazing. My husband had a bottle of wine and then we went on the basement where there is the club part and stayed until it 3am. My husband enjoyed his cocktails and I enjoyed my pineapple juices. Thank you so much to all Soho Residence staff and specially to the security guy and our waiter upstairs.

Cocktails were okay, have undergone a refurb and the ground floor and first floor rooms are nice. Music and the club wasnt to our taste as we love hip hop rnb and it was predominantly not that. We went on the Friday and the club was quite empty that being said the other 2 floors were very busy. The cocktails were okay.

Great place. Good variety of cocktails and everything we tried was superb. The waitress was really nice and charming. And the interior of the place is amazing. It is great that you have the second floor where it is quiet as well.

Very nice and cheap bar/club avenue. Went with some friends on a Saturday night and he entrance was just £5 and most of drinks were £5 as well, which is very cheap for London's standards. It has 3 floors for different 'vibes': underground - club, ground - pub/club ish, first - pub. Completely recommend it for a good night out!

Pretty nice spot to have a good time for the night. Parking is only for residents almost everywhere around a 1 mile radius. So either use Q park in Chinatown or use the tube. So many gay bars around here so make sure you ask at the door what type of bar it is. Music is ok and the drinks not too expensive so that's a plus. Friendly door men and bar staff.

I'm always a bit unsure what to think of O Bar. It's in the heart of gay Soho but I don't think it's a gay bar... It's nice enough inside and friendly but it always feels very dark. Worth checking out for yourself, it looks pretty popular.

Nice bar that's split into three levels. On the top floor is a chill out space for those that want to sit and talk with some background music, it also has a small bar. The middle floor (entrance) has a DJ box, large bar and a dance floor - although there can be a lot of traffic from people entering and leaving the venue. The bottom floor has a club set-up with limited seating and a much larger dance floor. I went with a group from work and the music was to most people's taste. The staff seemed friendly and weren't quick to kick us out, even when we were sitting around chatting 15 minutes after the end!

The main floor is crowded and filled with people mainly trying to get in and out of the club. The upper floor is a little small but it's a nice place to relax and catch your breath (it was pretty empty while I was there). The lower floor has the most energy but it was also small, and the floor was very sticky. All that being said the overall energy was nice, we met a few nice people, and had a decent time. There was a £5 for my friend's and I (we went on a Saturday) and they didn't allow me to wear a hat, so be prepared for that.

I booked a space here for an event. It took a good 15 minutes from my arriving to getting a space sorted and a round of drinks ordered. I was stood at the bar for 5 minutes whilst two members of staff had a chat. Having said that, once we got the ball rolling we had a great night. They put live singers on which was a great touch and they got involved with us. We ordered a few pizzas to soak up the beer and they went down well. A good bar.

The bar has two floors, downstairs you can dans a bit or stand next to the bar and upstairs you have some tables and chairs, but they are limited so if you go on the weekend you may wanna dans :-). The place is also climated, so it's perfect for hot days. On the weekend they might charge entrance.

I really liked the sit down bar on the second floor, great cocktails too - they did a fab gin cocktail with chambord and Lemon juice. My only issue was that a young couple came in, asked for a chair at our table, then sat down, her on his knee with only two glasses of tap water, and blatantly fondled each other in front of my friend and I - most distasteful but not the fault of the bar, obviously, the staff, ambiance (other than this) drinks and service was great, thanks :)

I finally found the the time to visit the O Bar on a cold ❄ Wednesday evening. What an amazing atmosphere. The bar has three floor and is situated at the corner of Brewer and Wardour Street. I was happily surprised what a lovely place. The Vip lounge on the first floor is absolutley amazing.However I love the basement club is mesmerising the lighting transforms the space from Blue to pink. I am sure it can be booked for private parties. There is lovely live music 🎶 that showcases new music talents. The 🍸 cocktails are amazing and the food is delicious. They have a happy hour that is every evening until 8pm.

The best pornstar martini in London- with a cheeky prosecco chaser. This place gets busy early, so grabbing seats can be difficult and the music is SO LOUD it is not really a great place for conversation. However, the music is also fun and the range of cocktails can prepare you for a night dancing!
