I give this place 5 stars because of the great food and drinks. Some of the staff wasn't as friendly as the others which was a pity. Also probably don't come here on Monday. They were out of all chicken dishes and a lot of their draft beers and soft drinks. The woman who helped us wasn't even sorry for it and didn't give us any alternatives to be helpful. We had the Big Fish and chips which is a great platter to share and the beef pie which was delicious. These were both firsts for us so we don't have much reference material but it both tasted great!

We come here quite often, I must admit the bar staff are especially accommodating when we choose to stay late. Enthusiasm commended, although when the day starts it's like any old pub. Maybe they get happy when the night is near or the night staff are perky. If you're lucky, you may catch a cheeky small sample of food when they promote. Staff are great and cheerful, and not fussed if everyone in your little group who walks buy also wants a taste. Continue the good work!

The staffing here are amazing! They are all very friendly and accommodating and the general feel of the place is the same. The serving as well, they continued to make sure everything was alright and was fast with delivering and serving drinks. Overall great experience and will be coming back.

This pub is brilliant, I went there with a friend today as we settled in for Sunday roast, my friend realised his phone was missing, o rang the phone and the guys behind the till told me the phone was with the phone had been discovered by a staff member called Paige who handed it in this kind act saved my friend tremendous anguish! To add their Sunday roast was top notch And please management give Paige a pay rise please. Lovely place, I will highly recommend it, last but least I watched the Saudi F1 Grand Prix there, nice atmosphere an all rounder. 10/10

Short walk from Harrods. Not many reasonably priced places to eat nearby so this is always a welcome sight. Typical traditional English pub grub. I had the chicken and mushroom pie. It looked great but was pretty dry. The mash was small in portion size and dry too. Fortunately the additional gravy helped loosen things up. Chips were very good though. Overall good with great staff and service, although a little slow with food when things get busy.

A lovely tavern near Harrods. I ordered a sirloin steak with fries and onion rings which was delicious.the cider was outstanding. The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience to have a lunch in a real British style tavern.totally recommend.

Nothing better than finding a warm friendly pub when trying to escape the rain. Came in with a party of 6 in the middle of the day. Ordering was a breeze and the bartenders were pleasant, knowledgeable, and checked in on us. Food was delicious and warm. The ciders weren't bad either ;)

We had a great evening meeting up with old work colleagues. The food was great and not bad value as well. We went there for drinks but ended up sharing few tapas too. The food is not extraordinary but it was decently priced, quickly served and the waitress was nice. Located in Knightsbridge, easy to find from the local stations. Quite a decent sized pub. A good number of seating for diners and high stool / tables within. Nicely decorated. Toilets are well maintained and clean. Seems to be a popular venue amongst tourists. Bar staff are friendly, however unsure on pricing. I paid two different prices for the same drink (cranberry and orange mix). A lot of customers were ordering food, seemed to be quite decent portions sizes but cannot comment on price or quality. If its warm and you are on the top deck this place is great, but if you are downstairs then it is very stuffy and stale smelling. The setting is beautiful and has some great views, though sadly not much of the boat has windows down it, so make sure you get somewhere with a window. Decor inside is an old-man-pub with lots of mahogany, which is quite deceiving since it makes you feel like it should be stationary while the pub/boat does move as other boats go past. Fun venue for sure!

Crowded at 8.30pm and difficult to find a table where I could eat my food. Hunter's Chicken was tasty but has to be the smallest portion of Chicken Breast & Bacon I have ever seen. More like a Pigeons Breast tbh. I looked carefully to check it wasn't a thigh but it WAS breast meat. The serving was made to look larger by having the chicken in a separate dish (to facilitate reheating I suppose ) and the coleslaw in a small dish too (for refrigeration presumably) The salad garnish was nicely chopped and well dressed too which is unusual in these types of pub. Chips were good. All-in-all a good mid-range hostelry in an otherwise very expensive area.
