We have yet again had one of the best meals. The food was exceptional. The only problem is is that they have spoiled us for going anywhere else !!! Staff are always welcoming and helpful, we always feel at home. Such a lovely Pub Restaurant on our doorstep.

The food was good, and i really enjoyed the petting zoo, the place looks lovely too.. however the atmosphere ruined it. It was just me and one friend, we had pre booked. Walked in and the waiter just stared in our faces as if to say why are you here?- with no smile. It felt so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. After this we had one young English boy who served us, that was very positive and had fantastic customer, he was definitely the highlight. As all the rest of the staff just looked grumpy and unhelpful. One of them even told me not to feed the cat- (pet friendly pub- which I liked). Why allow cats to be inside if you want us to ignore them? Me and my friend are people of colour, and were the only non white people in there. There were points where it felt like we weren't wanted.

It was a lovely experience, the atmosphere was Christmasy and the staff attentive. They even put the cats away when we told them of our allergies. Couldn't have had a better Christmas pub dinner bearing in mind we went with teenage-adults. Everyone enjoyed the meal, so would recommend it for Christmas dinner.

Sadly apple crumble wasn't to a good standard of what one should be. Apples were mushy like baby food and crumble was thick and somehow raw and doughy on the bottom layer. No apology from manager, along with denial about the quality of it. Friendly waitress, adorable cats and the mains were delicious, thankyou.

Great pub hidden away, but well worth a visit! Great beers, with Captain Bob very tasty (if you like bitters). And if you have children with you, then a visit to the petting zoo to the rear of the pub is a must! The animals appear well cared for and happy....sheep, goats, wee piggies, rabbits and a whopping great big iguana as well! Didn't eat here on this visit, but will defo be back for some more marvellous beer and something to eat.....and nice outside seating areas to both front and rear of pub!

Well managed pub, tentative staff, great chefs therefore top quality food. Indoor & Outdoor dining/drinks. Entertainment, be it a band, Quiz Night, Open Mike or Talent Competition, there's always something going on. Games like Pool, Darts etc available. Bathroom facilities above average. Apparently the Publican - Glen, is said to consider, that when patrons step inside the pub, they are guests in his front sitting room and you certainly feel this with the warm welcome given. Definitely a true community pub - loved it❣️

The customer service was poor. Got seated at the door, drafty... Had to walk out to get clothing. The manager didn't try, he saw a folk drop and didn't replace place it. Seemed very neglectful. The other who served us was better along with the blond girl, but the other with glasses same attitude as the manager. The food was decent, nice roast. Would have given a higher mark if there service was better. We live in a new day and age, please level up.

Went to the Beehive for family lunchtime meet up. Good menue, decent selection we all had different meals and all were of good quality well presented and plentiful. We will be meeting up again soon to repeat . I could recommend the food in this Pub.

Excellent Sunday Lunch Went to The Beehive for Sunday Lunch and we ordered the following; 1 x beef, 1 x turkey, 3 x lamb and a nut roast, followed by 4 x cheesecake and 2 x bread and butter pudding plus drinks. So apart from the lovely company everyone really enjoyed their roasts especially the roast Potatoes they are excellent and almost as good as our mum’s! Great homemade food with lovely friendly service, and some animals out the back that you can pet. A lovely family pub.

Calm atmosphere. Great cocktails and food. They also have a zoo with pygmy lambs, a micro pig, an iguana, geese, meerkats, a cow and parrots. Great for adults and children. Very friendly staff and a great landlord where nothing is too much trouble.

Lovely time spent at The Beehive this evening. Their young, attentive staff looked after us as well as our dog who was given a bowl of water :) We ordered a mushroom pizza, chips with cheese and chicken goujons which were delicious! Definitely homemade with thighs rather than chicken breast. Taking off one star as the rose wine I ordered was too sweet. Only realised it was dessert wine when we receive the bill. Perhaps The Beehive is a place for a good pint rather than wine as my boyfriend enjoyed his Amstel beer. Looking forward to returning.

I can only really comment on the beehive for its daytime / family focus. It is a lovely friendly pub, the food is really good, especially the Sunday Roast which is very good indeed. I have also been for Saturday breakfast which was very good value. This is such a lovely family focused pub that does great kids meals, has the wonderful mini zoo out the back and has just put on a lovely Santa's grotto with real live reindeer.

I go here with my son all the time. He absolutely loves it. Excellent service. Beautiful freshly cooked food at a fantastic low price. Animals to interact with which is fantastic for the kids. Highly recommend it. Came back here today for the first time since lockdown has been eased and its even better. More animals, and a one way system around the restaurant and bar to help with social distancing etc. 5 stars out of 5. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just had Sunday roast which we picked up from the pub, as we're outside the delivery zone. It was really delicious and so much food! Lots of lovely vegs, Yorkshire's, stuffing and even some pork crackling. One of us pork and chicken, the other had beef. Horseradish, apple sauce and cranberry sauce included.

Went here today for our first family meal out since lockdown. Great organisation by the staff, we felt very safe. A new app is available so you can order from your table and not have to wander around, this worked really well. The kids enjoyed the new animals and the food was delicious as well!

I noticed a post on Facebook talking about the BeeHive to order a Sunday Roast to be delivered at home so I decided to give it a go and add some apple crumbles. My partner and I loved our meal which was delivered right on time, we had a large quantity for a reasonable price and delicious. We cannot wait ot be able to eat-in and add some wine or just enjoy some beers and test other types of food there.

This was a new venue for me The tables were well spaced and all very clean. We had lunch and chose the dish of the day Pork chop on a bed of delicious pureed potatoes and wonderful gravy ir Juis perhaps! My one criticism was there were no other vegetables served. The outside space is lovely but too hot for us to sit out I would go again

Had steak and chips.. Really really good both in quality and portion size.. For quality in was really surprising how much it cost. Not expensive. They take covid precautions very seriously here as well which is good.. Great service and clearly very well managed establishment.

They were very busy but still managed to fit us in without a reservation. Food was very quick and they even did sausages and chips for my son in food time. Bit pricier than local places to us but this is London so was expected. Good portions, meat was cooked a little more than my preferences but was really tasty. Veg was lovely too. Staff were really friendly and attentative. All the staff came and asked if we needed more gravy and if it was OK. Really nice place :)

Nice pub, out of the way so no loud drunken idiots. They have farm animals in pens in the beer garden so alot of people with young children out there. Not for you if you want a quiet drink in a nice garden...(I'm blaming the parents there, not the pub). The food is very nice, generous portions.....it's rather pricey although you get what you pay for, also kitchen now closes between 3pm and 5pm. We have been there several times and will go back but will be later in the day.

Love this pub. Clean and comfortable with really good food. We go regularly and play bridge there and they go out of their way to make sure table are set up.as we normally eat first. Good Salsa band the other night and we were all dancing away. Great fun and look forward to next one.

Good range of beers on tap and nice wines. I recommend booking a table in advance if you plan on going for Sunday lunch. We went on a busy Sunday at 1pm but they just managed to squeeze us in for 1 hour, before turning away other people after us. The food is good pub grub, and reasonably priced - standard roast is about £10 and a large roast dinner is around £13. The nut toast was nice by all accounts, and also on the menu was a beef casserole and cod in a butter sauce with new potatoes, peas and cauliflower chese and veg. We didn't stay for pudding as we had to leave for the reserved table, but they did look very nice. I'd eat here again.

We had a wake in The Beehive yesterday. Glenn arranged the spread, tea and coffee. He also catered for our vegan and gluten free guest. We where very happy with everything, very attentive and topped up the spread when it run low, and all at a reasonable price. Thank you Glenn and team.

Had Sunday lunch here. Hadn't booked and managed to get the last un-reserved table (I'd recommend reserving if you're more than just a couple going). The service was good, food fast and generous portions. There's a mini farm out the back too! Goats, pig, chickens, all sorts!

A good pub for a cheeky pint. It's odd that they've adopted a Peaky Blinders theme though. Not entirely sure it works with their NEXT store interior styling. Maybe sticking to the namesake of the actual pub would be a better approach. Nice old pub cat. Drop in for a drink!

Very nice community pub which has varied and interesting evening events and entertainment. The food is pretty good too. They have a little petting zoo at the back. The kids would love to see Harry the Shetland pony and Charles the lamb.

It's a warm, friendly pub for all. There's only one major downside.... bloody cat constantly walking round and brushing against you under the tables. Maybe if you're a cat lover, that's a winner. I can take them or leave them. Didn't like it at all!!! Get rid of the cat.
