Brilliant! Good food, decent prices, Guinness & top rate service. What more could you want from an Irish pub in London? I think we've found our local!

had the beef burger with chips and added onion rings, bacon and cheese. was a very sizeable portion, and i couldn’t finish it. the meal itself was superb. beautifully crisp chips on the outside and so fluffy they were almost creamy on the inside! partner had the roast chicken and wasn’t overly impressed. but the service was fast, environment was lovely and food was tasty. not really any parking though.

I have been here several times, on work functions, Christmas parties, for dinner or just watching the football or even the cricket. In some cases I have even turned it into the office as I fancied a change of scenery. The pub itself has that authentic pub feel with a modern interior. The atmosphere jas always been pleasant. Even when the football has been on it's still a great pub to go to and have dinner. The pub has a menu, with a wide variety of choice for vegetarians and vegans. The staff are super friendly, polite and accommodating.

The roast was ok, but, honestly, I can’t understand how they justify £20. I’ve not paid that anywhere in Hampstead where I usually get a top quality roast with proper medium rare cuts. Also, it felt a bit like sitting in a disco in the middle of the day trying to eat a roast. Maybe just not my cup of tea. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

Got taken for Father's Day yesterday. Even though we booked still had to wait over an hour for food. But to be expected as it was so busy. The excellent and super polite staff more than made up for the wait and the icing on the cake was the absolutely fantastic food. They had run out of roast beef which is clearly a favourite but we all had the roast lamb and all went home absolutely stuffed. Very clean, restaurant, bar and especially toilets. Obviously a lot been spent on the décor and seating both inside and out. Definitely a venue we would visit again and certainly not going to wait until next Father's Day. Thank you to the owner, management and staff for a wonderful day.

Absolutely amazing place to drink. The staff were so nice and we got a table straight away even during covid. The new outside sitting area is perfect, it has outside heaters, tv's , electronic roofs so your covered from the rain and cool LED changing lights. Was ran really well, tables were a little crammed so not convinced full social distance could be achieved. That said everyone is tempature checked and the service was very fast. We had chicken burgers which were really tasty! Would have given 5 stars if the heat lamps covered the entire table so we had to take in turns to sit in the cold spot.

Claddagh ring is a really cool place in Hendon. The Irish breakfast is really good and the portions are huge. In the night it transforms into a night club, usually with live bands. Check it out if you are in the area

Nice pub with friendly staff. Would have given 4 stars except there was no service to the tables and therefore, no one was cleaning the sticky tables as people came and went. I came there to watch football in a typical English pub, a must when coming from The Bahamas. The screen was large enough if one sat up front but, I would recommend upgrading the surround sound so one can hear the commentators. All in all, a great drinking hole, great bartender and great atmosphere. I hear the food is good.

Wonderful pub! We popped in here for a couple of drinks before the Saracens match as they are open nice and early. The staff were so lovely and friendly, a few of the other pub visitors also spoke to us so we felt very welcome here. The pub had a lovely atmosphere. There are lots of TVs, they were showing RWC matches when we were there. They have a massive selection of lagers and the prices are reasonable too. We really enjoyed our time here. We look forward to next time Sarries are at home so we can visit again!

This is probably the most happening pub in Hendon, apart from The Hendon. I feel like because so many pubs in the local area have closed down over the last 10 years it may well be because of this beast of a pub. The location is great, especially for students at the uni, it regularly has events going on, sports or quizzes etc. The upper rooms are hire-able and the place is very large. At night time they clear the floor of tables and it becomes a full on nightclub - I've no idea how the residents stand this thing, but it's still standing so I guess no one ever complaints, but it's jumping! There is a queue out the door most weekends, and it does charge for entry after about 9pm/10pm, but the numbers don't lie, it's proper popular. The food is hearty pub fare, nothing amazing, but it's filling. The drinks are a bit higher than you'd expect but they aren't too bad. The interior and overall feel of it tries to replicate that of an Irish pub, and I mean the staff are Irish so that's a bonus, but man it feels corporate and nothing like a quaint Irish place you'd hope for. It's definitely a functional, versatile place, from eating/drinking areas out front where you can have a Sunday roast to a nightclub at night, or a stag do or wedding reception or others upstairs. The owners of this place know how to utilize it, and that's probably why it's survived whilst all its competitors have slowly closed down. To be fair it probably supports all the fried chicken shops in the local area, the one opposite must rake it in, as does the off licence also. Are there better pubs? Absolutely, this isn't a destination, but if you're passing by and just want a pub, go to this giant. If you want a pub with soul and unique charm and character, try the Greyhound behind, that's a proper classic pub with charm - plus it isn't on the main road so it's nice and quiet when you're outside. If the Claddagh had a nice beer garden in the back and the front was a car park - I'd love it.

My late husband & I visited the Claddagh over numerous years & I intend to for many more. Also, for many years we've enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere in the Function Hall upstairs when 'Celebrating Christmas' with our 'Senior Friends,' made so Special by Geraldine, Finbar & their Staff. The Claddagh Ring is a Irish pub in Hendon, the travel to get to the ring does require a bit of a walk via the bus as the closest train station is not that close. The decor is very modern as the pub was recently refurbished, the bar staff are friendly and more than capable of handling the customers during peak times. I would say the service out of ours is very good, though I don't know about the food service. The people are all very friendly, and the bathrooms are well kept even during busy periods. All in all I would recommend the pub for evening drinks with company.

I have debated many a time whether I should rate it at 5 stars or 4. The beer collection is great. The food is very Irish. Ham and cabbage is awesome and so is the Irish Stew. If for nothing else you should go there for the Ham and cabbage. Nowhere in London have I had better ham and cabbage - and that includes my Irish mates. The only let down is the lack of car parking around. There is some on street parking opposite which can be busy during evening hours.
