Nice little Gastro Pub tucked away behind Hammersmith Station. The staff were friendly and attentive. The portion sizes were good and reasonably priced. Good selection of beers and wines. Food was nice and the menu had something for everyone to choose from. Inside is a bit snug but it still keeps its charm as an old pub.

We visited Dartmouth Castle for Christmas lunch. Everything food-wise, from starters to desserts, was exquisite. If you fancy great gastropub, this is definitely place for you. Wine list is long and diverse. Service was quick and efficient.

Cosy pub, friendly welcome, lots of books you can borrow and Tribute is a nice beer. I had the ravioli, a bit overpriced at £17 given there was nothing with it, and the sauce was a little watery, but service was excellent and the chap brought me some bread when I asked (and didn't charge me for it)

Revisited after gap of seven years in the new delightful company of local regulars. Gorgeous horticultural ambience in the shape of abundantly planted high hanging baskets. Joanne should be commended on her choice of double ( and triple?) peonies. Cordyline in containers are also nicely framed. How about the giant spider plants inside holding pride of place on the windowsill. I'm waxing lyrical and l haven't even got to the food or the beer ! Menu isnt over fussy and complicated. Something for everyone if our table is typical. Affordable ribeye steak, burger well garnished, calimari, brusettas, chicken n chorizo croquettes with rocket, frizzy lettuce on the side. Why therefore is there only a photo of my friends crumble pudding. Honestly too busy eating and talking .. having a good time. My ale shandy ( Camden pride) not shabby either. Service was prompt, polite, and obvious staff care about getting repeat customers. Well worth dropping by any time of the week or weekend. Etched glass and ceramic pumps things of beauty we should never surrender. Decor counts !!!!!

Had the Saturday special 28 day T-bone steak to share for £50. It came with chips and a rocket salad. The T-bone was good, the chips not great(although my daughter thinks they were not so bad!) as they seemed old and the rocket salad was plentiful. I'm not sure if I would order it again but there are many more options on the menu I would like to try.

Traditional pub with wooden floors but offers good quality food and has a good wine menu. The pub is clever in that if you are going for a beer or want a full blown meal you do not feel that you are in a restaurant or a pub. They have also got the social distancing spot on and staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

Sat outside and had a meal here the other day, food was quite pricey for a pub apart from the steak which was about what I'd expect. That being said, the steak was very nice! A friend had the burger which while it was pricey, I must admit it did look rather tasty.

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Absolutely delicious food with a good menu! Great selection of drinks. Rather expensive for a pub lunch but it is certainly a case of you get what you pay for. I wouldnt visit for a few beers but would definitely return for food, very good! Will definitely be back. All is table served and service charge is added to the bill.

The only thing I did not like was service charge on each round of drinks as it was table service....6 of paying for a round....6 lots of service charges....when I asked for service charge to be removed waiting staff not very happy...kept asking if there was something wrong with service....answer no but not willing to pay a charge for each round... Been there two times now. Food is excellent and staff is great. It's quite crowded so you basically have to shout across the table when talking to each other. This gives it nevertheless a great atmosphere, especially if you are there with a larger group.

Really nice pub, just a short walk from the station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are exactly what you'd expect for London, but I wouldn't say they are over the top. Patio heaters outside are a very welcome touch. The place has good vibes and plenty of space for numerous people

Very nice and coazy place. The staff is really friendly and nice and you can even play some games. You can both eat and drink, I get a IPA from Camden brewery not bad, and the dishes that I saw were really good looking and worth for the price with honest portions (average 6-7£)! Defently recommended!

Excellent Venue! Arrived in London after 27 hours in transit, and this was our first stop for a quick meal and a pint. Food portions where massive, and value for money can't be beat. Most of the bar staff where Aussies, and were more than happy to pitch in on the local knowledge. Cheers!

We've been only once, but I loved it. Food was delicious, the ales were top notch. The staff were very friendly and quick. They have a second floor, too, which we didn't explore and I noticed a collection of board games. I'll definitely go back for a pint and a game of scrabble.

One of the best pubs in Hammersmith. Menu is mainly English but with a few insertions from Italy and Spain. I was surprised to find out that the chef is not Italian, given how well cooked was my pasta! Definitely going again.

I worked at the darty for about 8months while on a working holiday in England. It is owned by two brother who are the nicest people to work for. A lot of emphasis on customer service and excellent training. I took a lot of pride in making sure the ales were the best in London during my time there and the food the kitchen staff made was second to none.

This place is always heaving and has lovely food. The menu is fab and when I ate here I wished it could go on. A gastro pub right next to my office and I get to go here all the time. The bar staff can be a it scattered but they are lovely and the food, while not superfast, it perfectly cooked. It was so yummy. When you go here I think it was at table service so they will come to the table and take your order but don’t be shy about popping up to the bar and ordering there. There are a number of tables so just sit wherever you want but if you’re a big party ring ahead and reserve the table.

Love the Dartmouth so much I wish it was my local. It's the food that brings me back - penne with Italian sausage ragu (I'd have it everyday) with a lovely calbuco. All the food is lovely and the wine list is nicely chosen. It's generally nice and quiet on the weekends.
