It's a super friendly micro pub that always has a good choice of cask ales on offer and a couple of craft keg thrown in too. There's the usual kind of snacks and some better than usual ones too. Also great pork pies and scotch eggs are normally available. Special event evenings are held quite often - worth checking the web site to find out what's coming up.

Very small but nice for a quiet drink. You can get a take away and eat it there so that's a bonus. Drinks very expensive £7.50 for a rum and coke! Beer was usual pub price I believe.

One of those places where you go back in time. You can bring or order your own food. They have food events. Pale ales, fee tables. Very intimate yet relaxed atmosphere. Loved it.

The Dodo Micropub is a genuine gem. Unique. People, rightly, come from both the local area and much further afield to enjoy the rotation of spectacular cask beers served here, as well as the multitude of craft bottles & cans, ciders and wines. Recently, keg beer has been added to the rotation alongside the ambers, pales, stouts and porters, and it's always top drawer. Whatever your favourite type of beer, you'll be sorted. Brewers choose to drink here ffs I have enjoyed both quiet pints by myself and longer, more sociable sessions at the Dodo. It's fantastic for both, no matter your usual vibe. You'll be made to feel welcome whether you've been there before or not, just like I was Prices are really good, especially for the quality of the beer you're getting. The pub itself looks great, the owner has a deft eye for the little details. There are tap takeovers and silent discos. Free cheese Sundays once a month - I mean who does that?! There are also often gorgeous dogs milling around for you to coo over It's the best pub going and we should be grateful that people are willing to work hard and take a gamble so we have places like this so let's be sure to use it

Small and cozy place, with a great selection of craft beers on tap as well as in bottles, including some from local breweries like Weird Beard. The bartender was very nice and knew a lot about the beers we were trying. We'll be back for sure :)

Absolutely wonderful place. As the name suggests it is very small, but that is what brings the charm. The staff are very friendly and will often take orders at the table for drinks, which makes sense given they have to walk out the back to the cellar to pour them anyway 😀 Make sure to get some food from the local fish and chip shop (totally allowed) or have some of the cold offerings available too.

The Dodo pub is probably one of the best kept secrets in London. If you live west London it is a *must* visit! The Dodo is very community focused and runs lots of interesting events. Free cheese Sundays, Doodle at the Dodo, Roti night and beer and cheese tasting are just a few examples. The Dodo has won many awards and even has its own Dodo Beer through a collaboration with Weird Beard. My one recommendation would be to follow the Instagram or Twitter for updates and you will be first to know about the events at the Dodo! 👍 🔥

Since the first moment I stepped into the Dodo I have felt right at home. Not only are the beers fresh and of a high quality, they are very well priced. The atmosphere is very relaxed even on busy days/special events/cheese board Sunday, etc. If you are looking for amazing craft beer and equally superb staff then you have found the right place.

Fantastic beer, with a great selection of new beers every week. Normally a good mix of hoppy and malty beers from all over Britain. As a dog owner I enjoy coming here after a long walk, as I can enjoy a nice pint as my dog gets fussed over.

Visited friends in Hanwell this weekend and we dropped in out of curiosity. It was a good decision! The atmosphere is lovely, friendly and welcoming, the bar snacks are next-level and I can't praise the beer selection highly enough! We absolutely loved this place and if you're in Hanwell, definitely go, you won't be disappointed!

If your idea of a perfect pub includes the words cozy, friendly, and craft, then friend, look no further. The Dodo is a wonderful little gem of a pub in London's Western reaches. Excellent service combined with a fantastic rotating selection of craft beers. The only downside is that I wish this could be our local.

When in Hanwell the best place to be. Happy 3 Years guys. Independent little pub made with lots of love. Great beer selection and Sunday's they have a cheese board yumm. On the top of this you meet lovely locals and the two cutest dogs in the world Bunty and Bo' if you've lucky.

Superb micropub, serving an excellent selection of real ales straight from the cask. Lucy is a lovely host who is always welcoming. The beer is well priced for the quality and is brought to your table (there is no bar as such). You can bring-in fish and chips from The Golden Chip.

Fantastic microbrewery pub. It's like a bar in the front room of a house. Owner has no problem eating your own food whilst drinking his beer. When one of the best fish and chips shops is across the road it is very seducing!

Having bought a narrowboat in Daventry I washed up on the towpath at Hanwell after a long gruelling journey south towards the Thames. Not knowing quite where I was, a google search flagged up a micropub close by. Having visited one in Deal in Kent I was pleasantly surprised to hear of one close by. Its a great place to have a pint. Really social place where you can find yourself sharing a table with people and chatting over very well kept beer. I went in on my own and found it such a welcoming place that I bring people in as often as I can.
