p.Lovely, kind staff. Absolutely delicious wings on wings Wednesday deal. Great choice of beers. Went on a Fulham match night but well staffed, friendly and quickly served
J. C.Good spot for a quick bevvy. We fancied something to eat and the menu consists of pub grub and comfort food.
Rather an odd layout and a lot of space that seems to go to waste.
If you're after a quick pint then this pub will serve you well. Better options in Fulham but this does what it says on the tin.
K. K.Nice corner pub on Fulham Road, providing indoor seating and a small courtyard at the front. Lots of TVs throughout for watching sports, including a large screen in the front area. Staff were helpful too, with a nice atmosphere when I visited in December 2021. Worth checking out sometime if you are close by.

E. J.The vegan roast was lovely. Nothing beats that and a big glass of red. Unfortunately they were understaffed, as a result we had our meals and no cutlery.
The pub covers football and rugby incredibly well with a screen in each booth...not sure if you can request this to be turned off if you're not into that sort of thing. We sat at the back in a large room, the football was on a projector screen but it wasn't imposingly loud.

j. n.I like the Durrell, it can seem a little pricey (midrange not cheapest) probably usual for this neck of the woods. they were happy to cater for a tea drinker, that was very reasonably priced.

N. Y.I seldom write reviews but on this occasion it was definitely worth doing. My son and I popped in here after watching Chelsea play as a present for his 18th birthday. Right from the start the vibe was great and the staff friendly. Lots of screens so you can’t miss any of the action and the selection of alcohol was great. Safe to say my lad got rather sozzled but the staff couldn’t do enough to help us making sure he was ok. Special mention to “ the blonde bar maid” for her hospitality, the door staff for the care and attention they paid to my worse for wear son , and to the bar manager who made sure we made it back to our hotel safely. They went above and beyond for us and the service they all provided was exceptional , easily the best I’ve seen and we’ll will definitely return on the next occasion we are in London. Thank you all so much 👌

D. S.The pub is big and Spacious, if you want to watch a bit of sports they have tonnes of televisions and projector. also been on a night with a live band, there is a nice dance floor that opens up for those who want to dance. do love to go there of pints and some sport.

S. B.Went here for a Sunday roast and it was nice enough. I had the pork, which tasted good. My best friend/running partner had the beef, which he proclaimed was a "tad fatty". Only fault would be that the bar was freezing. Not sure if the heating wasn't working/switched on. My best friend/running partner even had to put his jacket on at one point and he is normally as tough as old boots, it was very surreal to see him in such a vulnerable state.
G. Y.Nice bar, live music on a Friday and a good function room at the back that can be booked out for events. Drinks are decently priced and there seems to be plenty of space for people. Nice area out front too, if only it wasn't so far to get to from where I live!

S. P.Spacious pub in Fulham. Traditional wooden interior, a place to talk and not be overwhelmed by screens or music. My reservation concerned the ales one of which was too old to sell. I had to take it back and it was replaced without comment which is good but I'd have preferred a good beer first time.
D. J. Y.Great spot for a night with friends. It's a lively crowd of mostly 20-30 somethings. Live music in the back and dance music in the front. Bartenders are attentive and accommodating. Definitely recommend checking it out the next time you're in Fulham.
S. J.Sunday roast was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Nice environment and not too busy for a Sunday. Only downside was that all afternoon there was no soap in the bathrooms, and when the bar staff were told it still was not refilled. Otherwise, it was a lovely afternoon :)

W. P.Popular local pub that always seems to have a fun atmosphere. Particularly good for watching sports with several TVs spaced around as well as a dedicated backroom with a pull down screen. They also host live music on weekend nights.
Recently refurbished so expect an extra 20p on your pint.

S. G.Festive ambient! Very friendly stuff. There is live music every single Saturday winch is good if you want just to share some drinks with your friends and have fun. It's also a good place to watch your sport matches – in addition of the big screen, they are having individual screens on each table to create a very comfortable experience.

T. N.Your rating just went up one star for getting back, thanks. The main reason for the 2 star rating was the lack of interest from the staff. I used to work in the Durrell 15 odd years ago, so when coming back I did a thorough walk through of it, taking pictures and filming everywhere. Many staff members saw me but couldn't care less why someone would act in quite a weird way. A number of reasons should spark an interest from the staff if someone is taking loads of photos of the bar interior when there is like 15 guests, I could be a reviewer, mystery guest or anything like that for one. Then again, there were not many smiling faces, so perhaps it's a "thing".

S. H.The roast are absolutely to die for ! Also my favourite IPA is always on draft (Beavertown neck oil). The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel super comfortable. I would recommend to friends and family 100 times over.

S. F.Only ever been there on a weeknight when it is quiet. Always somewhere to sit especially down the back in the 'restaurant area'. Bar is sometimes understaffed but if you approach the bar someone nearly always leaps of a nearby seat to serve you.
T. C.A very nice and cosy place. Its perfect for a business meeting. The atmosphere is nice, its quiet which means that you wont have your lunch spoiled by running kids, noise customers etc. The food is tasty and surprisingly not overpriced. The service is nice, but it could be a bit faster, the staff is friendly and polite. The decor is nice and stylish which improves the atmosphere.

K.We reserved a booth for watching the 6 nations rugby for which this pub is renowned for. £200 for the booth which included a private screen and 2 buckets of beer (16 in each) plus 6 plates of finger food which was delicious. Between 8 of us, it was worth it. Toilets however left a lot to be desired. No handsoap or any signs of cleaning at all throughout the day. Not very Fulham! Full of well to do types, rugby boys and girls dressed up to the nines looking for rugby boys!

Chicken burger was good and big, my friend says, but.... we specifically booked a big 8 person table in front of the large screen and upon arrival were sat in a 6 people cabin with small tv with no sound. G. A.I'd love to give you a comprehensive review of The Durell Arms, which seems a spacious, well-laid out cosy pub with plenty of space for a quiet pint or even to watch the sport (you could quite easily be in a different part of the pub without getting distracted by the game).
I'd love to tell you about how well they keep the great selection of ales and beers behind the bar and the prices and I'd love to have spent some time studying the food menu.
Sadly, I can tell you none of these things as, despite waiting 20 minutes at a quietish bar, the bar staff pointedly ignored every single one of our party who tried to get served - and before we left, made a point of acknowledging and ignoring us. Why, I've no idea. Perhaps the well-wrapped up just-been-for-a-bracing-walk look doesn't sit well with image of the place. Who knows? I can tell you it's quite easy to get in and out of the bar though.
In search of a second opinion, I asked my friend who lives nearby and has regularly frequented the place and the response was: "It's quite nice, bit expensive, decent for a quick pint, slightly stand-offish bar staff."
Note to self: Perfect the Made In Chelsea look before next attempting to get served in here.
