Reviews of The Edinboro Castle
P. M.
Made a booking for a large group which was super easy and we even got our own little area. Good drink selection and food was pretty decent. Nice big space inside and lovely beer garden outside. Great place to bring a group or team.

Nice pub generally, staff nice. the person with the colourful dungarees working there is lovely. Beware tho ..the security staff are slightly eager to finish up and once last orders are rung the doorman will try and make you leave and make you drink your drinks fast or leave them, they won't even give you a cup to take away and not waste your drink :/ - thats the only gripe otherwise nice place.
N. W.
Good big beer garden and decent size inside. Can't go to the bar to order...table service like almost everywhere now. Have to order through a QR code on the menu. Pretty quick service mostly considering how busy it was but they had a load of staff on that day for the football. We didn't book a table but turned up early and managed to nab a booth. Decent selection of food and drink too.

Edinboro Castle is a local institution known for its proximity to Regents Park, Camden and a large outside area with tables and food service. While a major destination during the summer it is a cozy venue for winter.
The food menu is extensive including starters such as crispy squid (£7.00), mains including a tasty crispy pork belly (£16.50) and dessert including a pretty good sticky toffee pudding (£6.50) On offer is also a sandwich and a drink (175ml glass of wine or a pint of beer) special for £12. There are six sandwiches on offer including a french dip steak sandwich and a Korean style fried chicken wrap. The service is efficient and warm. Highly recommended for groups - lunch or evening.

We went on q pub quiz night. Not busy and we were enjoying our selves but the other 2 teams were serious. Good fun pub quizzes especially after qcouple of drinks
S. K.
The food was lovely and a good range of drinks selection.

Visited today for the first time. Had a Sunday roast which was delicious! Huge portion of chicken with lots of veg and Yorkshire pudding. Staff were very efficient, attentive and courteous. Would definitely recommend the pub for a nice place to meet friends and eat some great food.

Pub garden is great place to hang out with friends, even if a bit chilly. The heaters will keep you warm. Always have a good time here, foods tasty, drinks welcomed
T. B.
Great pub, met up with 14 friends, pub set aside an area outside for us. All under cover, with heaters. Decent choice of beers and spirits, very good food and friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
N. F.
Great food (was a delay as it was crazy busy, totally acceptable and in prompted the waitress possibly landlady gave us a free pint each to say sorry for the wait). Beers are great, good range multiple guest ales as well as Camden brewery regulars. Food was tasty and the large garden space is excellent in the summer. Interior well designed and good pub feels. Would highly recommend.
N. C.
Always come here every Sunday after playing football in Regents Park. Food is great and pints are on point, Not really sure about all the food as we always have roasts but they have always been properly cooked and well juicy.
Staff is friendly and fast even on sunny Sunday afternoon when the place is packed they have good pace,
Will def recommend. Both the inside and outside are very spacious
I. G.
Consistently very good across their menu. The place is very clean and tidy and benefits from an amazing outdoor area enveloped in "fairy" lights and heat lamps - particularly atmospheric in the evenings. The staff are out in numbers, so attentiveness to service is also another win.
D. H.
Really nice cosy local pub in Camden/Regents Park with a good selection of lunch options including delicious sandwiches and great desserts - all with superb, very friendly service.
Highly recommended

❤️ So the Mrs wakes up one Sunday morning and says ”What shall we do for Sunday lunch”? After a bit of tooing and frowing, we decided on going for a few beers around Camden and then settled on lunch at the @edinborocastlepub . The pub is just a short walk from either Camden Town or Mornington Crescent Tube and lies off the beaten track and hustle and bustle of Camden High Street. As you enter the pub you walk through a good sized beer garden which has a mixture of benches, booths and poser tables and it’s a great place to perch yourself on a sunny afternoon. It was a bit chilly when we visited, so we decided to go inside and find a nice spot to sit .The decor here is traditional with a splash of colour on the walls, some lovely lighting and a nice sized bar. The atmosphere was very relaxed on this Sunday afternoon with a mixture of punters enjoying lunch and putting the world to rights over a few drinks. The service was spot on and the staff were really friendly and eager to help. We both ordered a roast dinner and it was amazing, really juicy meat and loads of veg and well worth the £15 price tag.
.
There are loads of pubs in Camden offering various experiences but if you want to find an oasis of pub pleasure, then Edinboro Castle will be right up your street.

Great atmosphere, welcoming staff and delicious food / drinks. The Sunday roast is really our favorite.
J. H.
Lovely pub in Camden! Nice atmosphere and large outdoor area kitted out with heaters! Would recommend!
A. M.
Great pub and really good beer. Food is good too. Really helpful staff when booking a table.
K. A.
Good pub food, could be better service. Guy at reception left me standing at the door while on the phone for about 5mins without so much as an "I'll be with you soon" signal. Otherwise, okay.
P. F.
Amazing staff and food. Quick pint or a meal, you're in for a treat.
M. J.
Nice pub and great staff, loved sitting in the garden on a really hot day 31/07/2020.Disapointed there was no ale available. Good choice of other drinks.
W. S.
3 stars might be harsh as the staff, especially the lovely guy on the door were 10/10 - drinks were also nice. But the food price, quantity and quality were not worth returning for. Especially the £10.50 nachos which were honestly an absolute rip off. Cheese was so minimal you couldn't see it let alone taste it, and with it essentially being toasted tortilla I assume to make it cheaper you'd expect it to be half the price. I will still return but would never order food again.
S. L.
Really nice atmosphere with a big indoor and outdoor space, good food and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
K. T.
A fantastic pub with a HUGE outdoor area just off Regent's Park. Have ended many a softball league game here with pints in the sun. The place is quite busy outside, especially in COVID times, so it can be take a while to get served - but it is worth it for the location. Food is decent, and selection of drinks quite broad.
P. S. (.
A great outdoor space, easy to use website to order, quick service and good drink selection. The only thing which let it down was the table times and booking arrangements. There were probably more than 10 tables which were not filled from parties who did not show up and instead of offering us a new table or an extension until the next party arrived we were asked to leave.
h.
Great outdoor pub with a lot of space, they have comfy outdoor seats with pillows. Its the perfect spot for summer beers with a great atmosphere and vibe. The staff are friendly, food service can be VERY slow doing peak periods (lunch/dinner). The food itself is hit and miss sometimes its very nice other times it can be off.
I have a good time here every time I go for drinks!
K. P.
Went there for a works Christmas do. The Food and drink was very good and the bar and restaurant staff were great
F. V.
I was there last night for a large celebration with friends and family. The covered area assigned to us was not amazing, and could use some better lighting.
It is a very nice pub, however everyone agreed that the overzealous and rude security person ruined the end of the night. This was a quiet night, no one was creating problems and we always were polite to him; but he came many times to tell us off about not being exactly where we were supposed to be, as if he wanted us all lined up like bunch of animals. We were doing our best to not be in anyone's way, but as the beer garden was closed by then, space inside was limited. I recommend that person to either enter the police force or to take a serious chill pill. We wont be back because of that.
P. R.
Brilliant beer garden, great atmosphere, full table service needs working on but that's because the beer garden is big. Requires booking, great food.
K. J. (.
Lovely place to drink and eat. Moderatly priced and a lovely aesthetic. Beer garden could be improved a tiny bit, also staff here are great.
M. H.
Good local pub. The vegan lasagne is nice (if you are non vegan you can have cheese added on top). Has a selection of board games at the pub as well. Outside is really nice when the sun shines.
T. A.
Lovely beer garden and very friendly staff, great service and a good menu. Highly recommended.
A. G.
Great Korean style Chicken 🐔.
Nice for a bit of P&Q ⛽❄🌬🌀🕊🕊🕊.
Lovely skylight and lighting arrangements. ✨
Worth a pilgrimage. AG
S. T.
Food is fine, nothing high end but fills you up. Service was very good as staff were friendly and professional. Pub has a massive garden that is covered
N. A.
Friendly staff and a comfortable beer garden (with some heaters). Vegan options on the menu
N. W.
Really lost its way of late. Bad beer selection, rushed food, focus on outdoor dining and uncomfortable highly gastro indoors. Not the kind of place you feel comfortable popping in for a pint sadly.
N. O.
The service here was fantastic, but in all honesty considering it was the first time I’d met up with and been out with friends following over five months of lockdown, I’d have appreciated any service really. Great atmosphere, following a day of great weather, and the clientele were fantastic too. Let’s just hope we’re allowed to book tables all the time from now on. Would recommend this place to anyone!
C. G.
Well organised with measures in place for safety for Covid-19. Even if you book, you should still join the queue to enter, as they only allow one group or person to check in at a time. Plenty of sanitiser, rules for socialising & movement within pub clearly displayed. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The outdoor seating was enclosed and looked impressive to me, some time has been taken with thought of comfort and design. Toilets very clean and regularly checked. Tables are all serviced by waiting staff who come back & check on your table regularly. Food is as great as ever. Try the nachos, they are handmade on premises and melt in your mouth. Must say, they are the best Nacho's I've ever had anywhere - ever!! Very good selection of drinks available. Thoroughly good evening out enjoyed by our group!
E. D.
Great pub with a lovely beer garden. It was super busy when we went, but it still felt safe covid wise, the service was fast and it didn't feel too claustrophobic. Members of staff were professional and nice. The pub had good covid measures in place (eg one way system, staff wearing masks, hand sanitisers etc). The food was very good too (we got three burgers). It was a bit pricey, but you would probably expect it given the location. Would go back.
S. G.
Great pub. Amazing outdoor space. Staff are generally nice and friendly. Lacking in vegetarian options during the week. However their nut roast on a Sunday is fab.
S. G.
Afternoon drinks on a summer Sunday several years ago turned into evening drinks on a summer Sunday several years ago. Must have been a pretty good pub.
Nice outdoor seating, I think.
A solid choice if you’re around Regents Park.
D. S.
Hung out with a friend of mine at the Edinboro. Service was fantastic! We had the Chorizo starter which was delicious. Merlin really took care of us. We had such a great time!
T. B.
The food and beer were good. The outside seating area is very nice.
A. A.
A camden classic. Good selection of drinks and a sick outdoor area. Book if a big group
G. J.
Great outdoors area and impressive pub inside
A. D. (.
if you need a pub in summer I can highly recommend this place it got tons of out door seating. Staff extremely friendly and help the last time I was there.
A. C.
Had a wonderful Sunday roast here today. Staff were incredibly efficient considering the current guidelines. The entire team were incredibly accommodating. Absolutely would recommend. Going above and beyond considering the difficulties that hospitality are experiencing in these tough times.
T.
Great outdoor space & fantastic service. The team there are so lovely & funny. We shared with our (many) drinks a few snacks, & would definitely recommend a few portions of halloumi fries. The nachos were also pretty decent.
V. C.
Previously a favourite place for me to drink at, especially in their massive beer garden in the summer. The food is sooooo mediocre, especially when between 3 of us we spent £150 (including alcohol). It was so bland and I ended up getting stomach pain the next day.
For those who are going to buy their pitcher beer deal, it is £25 per pitcher. They should probably make that clear at the beginning. But the biggest shock of all - a mulled wine is £6.50..... I was asked if i wanted rum, whiskey or gin in it. I have had this a few times in other places and thought it was a delicious edition. Who knew only when I paid at the end as again, I wasn't informed it was extra, I was paying for £6.50 (mulled wine) + £3 (shot of rum) WOWWWWW.
The prices are quite shocking. Used to be quite a favourite and always recommended people coming here. Maybe for me, only for the summer and not ordering food.
R. E.
Just had the sexiest steak sandwich and pint of Neck Oil here. Steak was beautifully cooked, and the beer was lovely. The service was friendly, quick, and importantly very safe. I will be back soon to take advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out discount here again. Highly recommended.
R. M.
Really good pub, I've only got two minor issues.
People had reserved tables, however, they were made to wait in the queue even as their booking was being missed.
They also burnt the pigs in blankets which obviously made us sad.
Other than that, beers were reasonably priced, service was quite good and the other food items were great.
M. M.
Great pub with lovely beer garden. Had many a fun night here
C. h.
we had our first covid drinks for our company which was brilliant , great food,
great rose and very professional executed, good value for money and out in the garden so no covid fears we had such a good time

Friendly staff. Good food and choice of drinks.
S. M.
On a really hot day in July passing the castle fancied a cool drink , had a refreshing cold drink staff were lovely very enjoyable food was available but on that day too hot to eat.
S. H.
Excellent place, massive beer garden. I think the menu has been somewhat reduced recently, but this was midweek the weekend menu may be different.
M. A.
Cool pub, good outdoors space, was a bit anxious as it was very very busy and doors were closed etc - made me slightly uncomfortable, despite lifting of COVID restrictions
G. S. d. O. B.
Lovely place and a great drink & food!
R. O.
Excellent eatery and the staff could not be more helpful nor nicer. The only dampner was a very over zealous security guard who frankly was point blank rude. In spite of this, I would highly recommend the Edinboro Castle.
L. B.
Lovely place with the best staff, Hiva and James are great hosts
A. N.
One of the best beer gardens in London when the sun is out! Good grub too.
S. A.
Great pub with a fantastic sized garden. Service much improved now that there is an app.
P. A.
What a gem of a pub! Good beer selection, really good food menu. The portions are good and the food is tasty. Loads of large tables inside for groups. A massive beer garden with weekend BBQ and covered seating. Staff is friendly and attentive. Bartender turned me on to a fantastic strawberry lager from Camden.
J. B.
Great weather, good food and good beer. I have driven past this pub on multiple occasions, but I actually managed to visit there on Sunday. There was good vibes great company, and good drinks. Everyone here looked like they were having a good time, when the weather is nice I would recommend sitting outside it's very nice. I would recommend this to all even families, the only reason for the 4 star is the staff were rushed and could not find any crayons to colour in the kids menu. But apart from that it was great.
R. D.
Booked to go with friends found the staff very acomodating. Just one thing baffled me was manager said no funny business what ever that meant . Cancelled due to rain did ask if we could go inside as did not want any funny business from the manager. Lol
I hope the pub business gets all the help they need .
Z. P.
Great food, nice selection of drinks. Big garden area also a plus
B. A.
Really nice pub with a very spacious and trendy beer garden. The only possible negative is because it's so nice it gets quite busy so the queue for the bars can get quite long. But the food is also really good and the fact they have a couple of stalls in the garden is a positive. Would definitely recommend it during the summer. But also worth noting they close the garden surprisingly early, around 10pm
J. W.
Nice pub with a great outdoor area with booths.
W. y. C.
Nice outdoor space with heaters but they got the food order wrong, twice.
T. C.
The nicest pub in Camden by a mile. Been to many of the high street and this one, slightly off the main touristy strip, is worth a few minutes extra walk. Beer selection great and the beer garden is one of my favourites I've ever been too, great for the summer.
Prices for food and drinks are expensive but no worse then others in the area (unless you go to a spoons). The only downside is the staff who are unfriendly and incredibly slow to serve.
One particular security guard on the door was very aggressive and not polite at all, not what you expect from front door staff at such a good pub.
M. T.
Tasty Sunday lunch variety, spacious, plays all major sports matches... I’ve only visited in winter so can only imagine that throwing their beer garden into the mix makes for a pretty special experience.
K. R.
Lovely pub, great food, welcoming and warm staff. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great craft beer choice, such a large selection to choose from. Further more would like to mention Finn as a great bar member and can find the right drink for you.
K. S.
Nice big garden area, good selection of food and drinks. Perfect for a casual drinks/dinner or catch up with friends
I. P.
Have been quite a few times to this pub, normally I have a nice experience. It’s a nice pub with a nice beer garden and good food and drinks.
Today I went for a quiet drink , but had an unpleasant experience. The lady on the bar (seemed like the manager) was very unprofessional and a bit rude.
Overall it’s a nice pub, but felt very unpleasant and unwelcoming.
R. F.
Very nice pub! Well decorated and very pleasant place. Good pub food as well.
The Beer garden is incredible nice during summer.
If going with large groups, make sure to reserve a table at the beer garden to be sure that you are going to have a place to seat as it can get quite crowded.
I really recommend this pub.
C. P.
Great lovely chill place, cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Music was great. Service excellet and the staff were friendly. Great selection of drinks, all is on a reasonable price.
J. L.
Cozy and food is great. Staff are friendly and I love their back garden area.
O. T.
Nice pub, bit pricey (inflation), over £6 a beer
D. W.
The inside and outside are relaxing areas and staff are friendly. Music was a bit loud for a Sunday, staff struggled to hear orders and struggled to talk to each other. Sunday lunch came quickly and tasted nice but meat (pork) was a little dry.
F. S.
One of the best pubs in Camden. Lovely outdoor area when the weather is nice, great selection of craft and non craft beers. Very pleasant staff as well
A.
Amazing garden for spring and summer times! Very busy but this kind of adds to the affect. No loud music so a great place to catch up with friends without feeling like you have to shout! Food is pretty good to, but the BBQ options are small and prices quite high hence the 4 stars for now.
J. N.
Friendly and approachable staff. Good service. Pleasant garden. Good selection of drinks.
M. J.
Banging outdoor seating area. But they sold out of gin when I went, please stock back up!! Otherwise, loved the place.
D. L.
Visited this pub every time after our softball matches in Regents Park. Love the outside area, it can fit so many people. The atmosphere during spring, with all the softball teams hanging out and having a good time is just the best. The staff is very friendly. You'd definitely have a great experience
I. Y.
A very lively pub, the food was surprisingly good. My partner had the fried chicken and I had the calamari and both dishes were great. They have a good selection of beers and ciders of witch we partook.
Hifghly recommended
J. k.
Good beer garden, didn't try the food. Right on the edge of regents park just off Camden high St.
G. Q.
Great place for a sunny day pint. Loads of food stalls in the garden area, so try not to sit at the tables near them or you might get choked our by the BBQ smoke. Bar tender started pouring my pint, had to go change the barrel, charged me and then disappeared for ages. Had to get one of the other bar ladies to finish pouring my pint. Found the bartender in the garden! Otherwise, love this pub.
C.
Really lovely venue which is perfect for summer drinks outside or events
J. D.
Atmosphere is great, loads of people and loads of seating in and out. I ordered fish and chips which arrived within 15 minutes which was tasty. However I ordered chicken as well, lets just say you get 4 wings (KFC size wings) for around £6-£7 and I had to ask a waitress 3 times how long it will take and it arrived after 40 minutes.. That is appalling! Drinks wise, it did take quite a while to get served at the bar and it has a standard range, not well known brands but own brands of beer & ale.
S. k.
Really nice place. Unlike the typical British pubs which are always crowded, this place wasn't that bad. Good for birthday parties and get together when you want to have conversation with other guests. Better sit outside, but in order to get a confirmed place, book in advance.
A. N.
Nice out door area with a Camden Hells shed. Good food menu, lovely interior.
A. S.
Amazing outdoor area and roasts on a Sunday, would go out of my way for one. Great IPA selection. Shame they discontinued fruili on tap but never mind. Great pub all round and much better than most.
W. M.
Great place with a huge garden perfect for a bigger garden party. Big selection of beer, wine, alcohol in general. Standard food menu with average prices. Cod with chips was good, big fish, nice and crispy. Unfortunately I could find salt anywhere, anyway go and check it 😁
K.
Good vibe but had to wait upto an hour for our food at lunchtime not ideal if you have only an hour lunch break in the first place. However when the food did arrive ot was delicious. This pub is known for its wait at the bar due to not enough staff so be aware.
C. C.
In a very trendy area and its self is very trendy! This pub has a huge beer garden and is pretty much the focal area of the pub. It has a barbeque area within the beer garden and inside the pub there is a kitchen which serves up very good quality food. Prices are kind of on the pricey side but you can't knock the lively and friendly atmosphere.
A.
Huge outside area with a QR code menu so you can order from your table
J. S.
Lovely bar with an incredible outdoor area.
Drinks trendy and up to date.
Only issue was with the food..
Mains came along the same time as starters, not normally an issue except for the main courses going back and sitting under a heat lamp until we were ready.
Was then told the plates where fresh when they where not.. given away by the knife marks made on the food before sending back..
Needless to say the food arrived along later..cold..limp and inedible, strangely tasteless for a Sunday roast...
No table check backs or updates either.
Kind of sad.. kind of really sad..
A. s.
The beer garden is the best feature of the Edinboro Castle. Sitting out on a hot sunny day, sipping a beer in a shaded booth is a delight. The food is very good. Can be busy during the week as it's a favoured spot for local employees in the area
A. S.
Buzzing pub. Excellent fish n' chips (although charging £2 for mushy peas on top of a £14 dish is a bit rich). You will love it if you are part of the hipster crowd. If you are after a quiet/cosy/romantic meal/time, go elsewhere as the place can get very noisy.
C. C.
Lively and homey atmosphere. Great selection of drinks and loads of character.
Great menu with loads to choose from. Great range from meats to vegan meals. Very impressed and will be going regularly.
Keep it up!!
W. F.
Came with party recently, service could not have been better. We organised with Ella in advance, so friendly & very professional. Great food and Ella made sure everything ran smooth on the day. Will be back.
A. P. M. -. H. m. o. S.
Classy joint and the food was excellent.
A. S. (.
One of the few pubs in London with a spacious beer garden, The Edinboro Castle offers various selections of beer featuring the camden brewery. Apart from the pricey beers, it's a great experience for a big party or just a wind down. They're always busy so expect queue times but very great staff onboard.
K. R.
Lots of character, proper chunky wooden tables and alcoves to sit and chat. The beer garden is really big and spacious. The drinks selection is quite substantial. The only thing stopping this place getting a 4 or a 5 are the queues at the bar. I have never seen such slow service. The elephants in the nearby zoo could serve me quicker than these guys.
C. B.
One of my favourite pubs. Great beer selection, tasty food (although it sometimes takes time tonarrive). The recent renovations to the outdoor seating area have made it a very stylish, comfortable place to go. Good prices too.
S.
Tons of beer on tap here. Came here for roast on Sunday. The food is pretty good as well. They have a large outside seating/standing area that is great to chat with your friends as well. The booths were nice to sit around and chat.
D. S. (. D.
Nice pub with tasty barbecues in the summer, and live music in the evenings. The pub has a very nice outdoor seating area, which is very nice on a hot summers day. Drinks are also reasonably priced, and food is very tasty! Highly recommended!
S. J.
Nice pub, went for Sunday lunch.
Well managed under the coronavirus restrictions. Staff friendly and efficient.
Food very good.
S. L.
Good garden with a mix of tables and booths. Very busy. Could do with a few more glass collectors on sunny days but still one of the better beer gardens in Camden.
D. G.
We had such a lovely time over the easter Bank Holiday weekend. The place gets pretty crowed but there always space to accommodate more people. The only minus was the vegetarian options not enough choice to my taste.
K. G.
We just went there once, could be a bit busy during peak times. Can book a seat over the phone. They do have an open space to seat. During winters they turn it into heating pods so you can still seat outside bearing the cold weather. A nice hangout. Preferably sit outside.
S. D.
One of my locals although I'm not a regular. On a recent visit I asked for a pint of Doombar, and was served a tepid beer that looked like the bottom of a pond. I pointed this pot to the bar person who said, 'it's always like that', which surprised me, but she was very friendly and readily changed it for something, which was better, but by no means pristine like it should be. I did years of bar work so I know what a real ale should look and feel like in the glass. I get served so much bad beer especially in off peak times, I've almost stopped drinking it, as it's a lottery, due mainly to poorly trained staff. They are better off sticking to keg beers which don't much looking after.
The USP of this pub, is, it has the biggest outside beer garden in the area. This also means that it gets rammed, and can take a very long time to get served, although the staff try hard.
D. J.
Great beer garden but the inside of the pub smells funny, the bar gets very crowded and it's quite pricey. Not many better outdoor areas in London for daytime sunshine drinking though, hence 5 stars.
R. Z. F.
Great service!! The food was good but we pointed out it being too hot when that wasn't described on the menu and they gave us a complimentary dessert. Thank you everyone, specially Louise, who was very kind and sympathetic! We'll be back!
A. B.
Love this place, food, music, drinks and atmosphere is the best. They have a large beer garden with individual booths woth heaters. However, it's SUPER popular and can get very overcrowded when busy, had to leave last time.
A. H.
Great place. Was a bit too crowded when we were there, but there might have been a birthday party there or something. Hard to find a place to sit and hard to buy a drink. If there are less people when you check it out, it's definitely worth a visit.

Huge beer garden but overtaken with smokers and an out of control garden BBQ! They have a quiet zone order so at 10pm everyone is herded inside. Small but interesting IPA selection.
A. C.
Great pub with an excellent outdoor space, probably one of the best outdoor spaces in Camden, it really is generous. Keep in mind, it is very popular. On a hot day, you will find it hard to get a seat, but that is a reflection on how good this place really is. The roast was...okay. A lot if places are replacing the pork belly roast for a different cut which is a shame, but in honesty, I have had better roasts for better prices. Not saying that it isn't good though, you won't be disappointed! Do you have some out-of-towners visiting? You have to bring then here!
C. U.
Great food for a decent price(for London) . Wish there were more items on the menu. They sell beyond meat burgers so if you're vegan or curious that's an option.
O. B.
Fantastic and cosy neighborhood pub, with what is possibly the largest walled beer garden in North London (closes at 10 for obvious reasons). Comprehensive selection of Camden Brewery (and beyond) beers on tap. Chargrilled burger is highly recommended.
L. H.
Very Good food apart from the sausage roll. Was so hard and dry that couldn't eat it, or even cut it very easily. Very lively pub and outside area very busy in good weather.
C. B.
Nice pub, nice food and they've done a good job with Covid. Taking precautions seriously, plenty of heated outdoor seating screened off from other tables etc.
H. B.
Great beer garden, good choice of Sunday Roast or the BBQ on Sunday. Roasts slightly smaller than expected but still good. Sadly awkward to order main food to go with the BBQ burgers as you need to go inside! Otherwise great atmosphere for a sunny afternoon.
N.
Nice pub and garden but not the best food
R. C. H.
Lovey old pub building though needs a lot of freshening up. Great large beer garden with heaters surrounded by foliage with fairy-lights up.
Not great selection of whiskey's. Terrible service. Very slow. Far few bar tenders when busy. Young barstaff more interested in chatting-up hot young girls than serving.
A. S.
Decent food, good drink options, perhaps a couple more outdoor TVs for the sports would be nicer
C. J.
Great beer garden when it's warm. Nice beers on draught and plenty of other drinks options. On Mondays, all tap beers are for sale at a £1 discount, which is nice. Food is generally great. When busy the queuing time can be a bit long, which is a shame.
S. D.
It's a good pub, hidden just a few minutes away from Camden Town and Mornington Crescent, nice wide terrace... unfortunately it closes TOO early. I've been there to watch a World Cup game, and even before the end of the game they turned off all the TVs and invited people to leave! Drinks and prices are in the average... the coolest thing of this place is the terrace, so if the weather allows it, give it a go!
C. S.
I've only been in here for drinks on a cold, snowy day and it was like walking into a different world! Loved the homey decor with leather sofas, armchairs, cozy lamps and a functional fireplace! Also was very pleased to see they were still serving warm winter drinks like mulled wine, spiced cider and winter pimms! They also serve a good variety of tab beers, including a few Belgian ones.
Haven't tried the food or the service.
A. S.
Good sized pub/restaurant with beer garden. Reasonable selection of beers including craft beers. Food was mediocre - overpriced for what it was. Bar staff were very inexperienced - not sure how to pour a pint of stout or what to do when chillers weren't working.
G.
Always heaving, takes ages to get served. Staff not very friendly, mainly because they are so busy. It's possible to reserve an outside table in advance. Typical London drink prices so v expensive. Food is ok.
C. W.
Was there for our company barbecue party, didn't wait too long for my drinks to come and was served quickly. The area was nice on a August night, with the outing area for lots of people to chill and just relax after work. Would definitely visit again since its in Camden.
O. Z.
Although Camden doesn't lack good pubs, I like Edinboro Castle for its homely feeling. It does attract crowds sometimes, especially when there are big sport event, but most of the time you can sit there and have conversation not deafened by the music and the humming of other people voices. The selection of beer is nice, the gin one is really great and there are also good wine options(for a pub, don't expect anything exceptional). There is a big outside area with high and low tables and also some diner booths for small companies.
S. H.
Great outside area. Food is standard pub food. We had the chicken Katsu burger which was great! Normal priced for a London pub in terms of drinks. The outdoor area is the main reason for the 4/5!
K. P. (.
Considering all the reviews I did not come here with high hopes. The first round I ordered did take 10 minutes to get in, despite there being 3 barmen, 2 people in the queue ahead of me and only 1 of them being served. (How that works is beyond me, because they could have served each of us at once.) However, while the following rounds were much, much faster (it was a Sunday night so the bar was emptying out), it still took about 5 minutes for a barman to stop his/her conversation with the other barmen before they’d take the order. They do have a decent amount of drinks on tap, and the prices are average for Camden, so if it wasn’t for the birthday drinks I was there for I’d have finished the night elsewhere.
A. H.
This is one of Camdens most popular off high-street pubs. Good food and a plentiful beer choice. Good atmosphere and gets very busy especially in the summer, one of the closest pubs to the park.
The only thing that let's it down is the ridiculous price of the beer - £5.50 for an IPA is an insult. I know it is popular but that is still taking the micky.
I have drunk in this pub on and off for 30 years and it has always been popular but I will probably drink in here less and less.
B. W.
Fabulous food. Nice friendly staff xxxxx
A. A.
The smell of the toilets was overwhelmingly strong whilst seated inside. Outside is lovely
S. L.
Great outdoor space, nice enough beer. Don't expect food in a hurry come summertime as the kitchen gets stacked pretty quickly over weekends.
Z. H.
One of my favourite summer pubs. It has a very large (tarmac) beer garden, the staff are friendly, the beer selection is good, the standard pub cocktails are well done, the food is great and the clientèle all seem like a good punch of chatterboxes.
J. S.
The garden was great, if a little crowded. I must say, the pub was great, lively, friendly, jovial...unfortunately, my friends are dreadfully boring...and hideously ugly. While the clientele in this establishment are, in the main, beautiful, my acquaintances managed to repulse all comers with their repulsive looks and dull chat. A must visit...if my friends aren't there
J. M.
nice beer garden and nice "bite snacks" shuts early though so watch out
C. L.
This was my favorite beer garden this summer. Quite spacious with lots of seating and even booths with heaters for the chillier nights. Perfect place to bring a large group as there is plenty of space and you can grab some pitchers. Their mac and cheese is quite tasty but their desserts were really our favorite. The ooey, gooey brownie with vanilla ice cream was soooo good! This is one of the places I miss most since leaving London.
M. W.
Plenty of nice outdoor sitting space. Many amaturer sports teams chilling out there as it's just 3 minutes walk from Regent park. Good selection of drinks and not much a queue.
V. R.
Nice pub located close to Camden Town and Mornington Crescent. Good selection of beer. There is a large garden where to stay both in spring/summer but also when it's colf thanks to the heaters.
M. B.
Pretty decent. Good food, and a really good range, including Canadian delicacy, Poutine! They made a mistake with our food order, but took agreeable steps to make up for it. Also good atmosphere, good drinks, and good beer garden.
E. S.
If weather allows it is amazing outside at the courtyard
M. S.
One of the best bars in Camden with a huge selection of drinks, too class food and smashing staff, with a massive beer garden that soaks up the evening sun in summer The Edinboro is plain great. Accessible too if you are a wheelchair user, with level access and an accessible toilet. Result.
T. W.
Popular boozer with busy outside seating area. Does good food and wine. Ususaly very busy in the evenings but nice and quiet at lunch I found. My local white wine pit stop in Camden 😀
R. H.
I've been twice now, both times were amazing. A good selection of drinks and possibly the nicest fish and chips I've had since I moved to London.
B. M.
Decent food, decent service. Gets quite busy though so good idea to book if u know you're going, especially in winter as its too cold to use the outside seating
S. J.
The Edinboro Castle is one of my (work) locals and is slightly off the beaten track but worth the short walk from Camden high street. Because it's a bit out of the way it doesn't get quite as busy as other Camden pubs but it has a great ambience and in the summer a great outdoor area which means it is never really empty of punters. The inside has plenty of space but is cosy too with a few nooks. There is a broad(ish) selection of beers and wines better than some other Camden pubs but not up to Brew Dog standards. I've not eaten here apart from BBQ in the summer but the menu looks reasonable for Camden.
C. C.
Nice pub with a good choice of ale and beer. Great location near the park and a really nice (but quite a loud and busy beer garden). Food could be better hence I've removed one star
T. W.
Wonderful garden. Great location, Camden and regents park minutes away. Good drink selection. Would be 5* if not for the slowest staff I've ever witnessed. Every single time.
J. G.
Sunday roast beef portion way too small. And 17.50. Otherwise pub is just fine wth nice big garden. No table service
R. B.
This place has so much potential but is constantly let down by a lack of staff. I have been going here on and off for about 10 years and I've not seen an improvement. On a Friday night it gets very busy so you expect to wait a while to get served, but I really think they should employ at least one more person to serve. But there can be no excuses for when I went one lunchtime. The place was almost empty but there was about 6-8 people waiting to get served. This didn't seem to be a problem because there was about 4-5 people serving. I honestly stood there for 5 minutes and didn't see one person walk away from the bar with a drink. In fact it was quite eerie, I didn't see anyone move at all. It was like being in a time warp. We gave up after another minute of non-activity.
A. F.
Great pub with a massive and very interesting beer garden. Great grub too with efficient, if very busy, staff. Nice range of ales.
R. O.
Alright pub nice beer garden. But 2019 London is full of absolute melts and that is the clientele. Also me and the boys getting 4 wings for £9 yeah?
A. M.
Great outdoor area that has heaters too! Nice staff and the bar bites are nice. Cheese platter isn’t great and comes with a heap of butter.
S. S.
Nice and spacious garden good spot for summer
J. H.
Nice pub garden, though expect it to get very crowded in the summer months. Toilets are very small and like a sauna inside. Good pub for small groups or celebrations.
M. B.
Went here for our work summer party that I helped organise. I thought there was a good selection of beer, food was pretty nice and the outside area is really great. Loads of seating, booths, under cover bits.
B. S.
Looks good this pub, good decor, clean and the outside is big with lots of places to sit in the sun. However, the drink is way too expensive and the bar staff all seem young and inexperienced, leading to a long wait for a pint.
A.
Lovely bar with fantastic beer garden well worth seeing! Some outdoor heaters not working. Staff very friendly considering so busy!
T. U. l. c.
Very slow serving food up to an hour wait garden is nice with tents they stopped serving food st 8pm food is not cheap either
M. C.
Decent pub with a good selection of real ales and beers. Doombar and London Pride on tap.
A. B.
nice pub, great garden! Vicki and Ella looked after our big group and were super friendly and accommodating - thanks guys !
D. W.
The occasion was a office Christmas lunch. Low expectations to start with, which was just as well. Sliced supermarket bread for the starters - really? On the upside, the staff were great and for that I probably should give an extra star. Done.
p. c.
Very noisy inside, my starter and mains came at the same time which was a bit annoying. The food was very nice.
L.
Great place. We were there for a birthday party. The place accepts kids and even dogs. We specifically chose this place because some of our friends have young kids.
It also has a big outdoor area.
P. S.
Amazing pub and food!
H. C.
Best pub in north London friendly staff nothing is too much effort and despite being rushed off their feet were cool as a cucumber well worth a visit
O. P.
Old school pub with massive outside seating area including cosy booths, decent drinks menu but a bit overpriced food. Amiable staff and a good ambiance, good for a few pints.
J. O.
Great atmosphere - lovely staff
M. A.
Nice beer garden
C. D.
A very nice outside space and really good burgers. I realise it's almost certainly not the bar's fault (residential area) but the outside space is cut off quite early and without much warning.
J. A.
I have mixed feelings about this pub:
Good
-Some of the staff are lovely
-It has a huge, lively beer garden
-It has a good range of beers and gins
-I once left my wallet here, and it was found and I got it back
Bad
-Some staff are rude
-Service can be very slow
-There is a 'tap takeover' by Sierra Nevada at the moment, and you get a stamp for each beer you buy (7th is free). Only staff rarely stamp it, and on a recent visit 'the pumps weren't working' so you couldn't get any. Bought alternative beers and staff refused to stamp the card despite fully intending to buy the Sierra Nevada beers in the first place
J. A.
Fantastic place for a night out. Delicious food. great choice of beers staff so friendly and welcoming definitely come again
S. “. T.
We REALLY enjoyed the Aperol spritz's.
M. T.
One of the best pubs in Camden, especially in summertime as they have a huge outside area with seating for at least a hundred people! The range of draughts is decent and the food is pretty good too.
T. G.
amazing pub with a hughe outside aerea and lots of huts and heaters. the food is delicious and drinks and service ia great. its good for both - if you fancy a chilled after work drink or if you want a 'big one' :)
M. R.
Nice pub on the periphery of Camden, one of the original Castles (along with the Windsor, Pembroke and Dublin Castle). Nice beer garden / bbq area in summer but can get very busy at peak times..
M. P.
Beer garden is lovely. Acoustics are actually terrible though on a busy day.
Also why do they close the beer garden so early on a sunny day?
I. B.
Good beer selection on tap, really nice Sunday roasts and food outdoor seating space are a big plus points for the edinboro castle but on a Sunday afternoon queues at the bar are long so expect waits.
J. M.
Lovely roasts and absolutely fantastic service today from the 2 boys that looked after us (didn’t catch their name sorry!) from the minute they greeted us throughout our meal - even when our toddler repeatedly threw up on the floor (don’t let this put you off - we’re not regulars! 😂🤢)
B. A.
Great pub, decent range of beer, fish chips reaaly good, light crispy batter on succulent fish, best I've had for a whie, over all: excelled expections with a good garden to boot !
N. R. (.
Nice pub. Beer not too pricey, the garden is quite nice, and it is far enough away from the busy Camden High Street that it has a relatively mellow atmosphere (bearing in mind that it still gets busy).
R. C.
Great local pub with beer garden and a nice menu that is updated regularly, during the summer months they have a bar-b-q in the beer garden
B. P.
A great beer garden, but extremely busy... The selection of Camden beers was good (I loved the Hells) and not too bad price wise... For London anyway
D. C.
Great outdoor space in the summer. Nice lunch specials. Nothing not to like at Edinboro castle. Plenty of pints to choose from and a nice indoor space.
S. M.
London prices, ~£5 for a pint. But a nice pub with an outdoor space. Didn't have food, and I can't speak to atmosphere as I was there on a sleepy Sunday night.
G. T.
It's authentic recreation of old pub with heart ripped out but some old wood remains. So so expensive craft ails but soso good. It will make you guest think you are trendy and like tradition.
S. u.
Very nice place with big outside area and sometimes BBQ. Used to have poor service but that has changed during the last few month. Good beer selection as well.
N. N.
Most M&B pubs tend to be reliable but this one was really nice, had a lot of charm and a nice interior. I went with a large group and there was plenty of sheltered seating outside.
G. F.
Nice venue, however all the ales were out at 6 o'clock!! Only options were poor quality lagers, gawd!!! Avoid if you have any decent beer taste or go for any other drink.
j. h.
Really beautiful pub, it was a wonderful sunny day so we sat outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love that they are dog friendly too.
S. E.
Lovely outdoor space...nice food...I had the squid, padron peppers and some chips ....the first beers we got were off, we then went to the bar and the lovely staff changed it for us.will definitely come back again.
A. F.
Great service, really tasty food, and an amazing beer garden. I would highly recommend the nacho starter, it's a winner!
P. K.
One of my fave pubs in London. I haven't tried the food but there's a great beer garden and there's always been a good atmosphere when I've been
M. I.
Beautiful pub, good food, friendly service. Looking forward to visiting again when it will be possible...
P. G.
Great pub with burguer place on their bet garden which increases your food choice over the summer... Its always a pleasure to visit this pub during summer with large groups as you have plenty of space.... If you are less don't you worry they have tables separated like small outside rooms with eating for winter or shade for summer, drinks choice are also very nice
P. B. (.
Nice big beer garden (though next to a busy road), friendly staff and good selection of drinks. Didn't try the food but looked pretty good!
R. K.
The Edinboro Castle is a cosy stylish family friendly place. It serves a great variety of foods, beers and wines to suit everyone's pallet. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.
I. G.
Nice pub but overpriced.
1 mile from Camden Town station.
D. S.
The food is relatively pricey compared with other pubs/ restaurants in Camden, on the plus side The Edinboro Castle has a lot of outdoor space, ideal for a group meet ups in the summer.
G. Y.
Lovely spacious bar with an outdoor marquee area that can be hired out. Drinks are reasonably priced for London and they have a great range of beers.
N. P.
Large and lively spot for them Camden folks! Huge garden can fit a bigger group of people. Insides look very classy and food is great!
T.
Big outside area but slow service. Beer selection was good, and atmosphere nice. A lot of families/children in the beer garden but great for a sunny day. Bar staff seemed inexperienced or just unmotivated.
M. H.
Delicious food, and a beautiful outside area with isolated tables for each group. Very convenient in Corona times! :D
S. P.
Really nice venue, particularly in the summer with its large outdoor seating area.
Good selection of drinks at decent price.
Can get busy, reservation advisable.
M. P.
Reasonable beer selection. Nice outdoor seating area. Service was a bit slow. Food didn't live up to the menu description.
S. W.
It could be better, it suffers from getting really busy, which leads to quite in your face security trying to keep the noise down for the neighbors. I am sure this is needed but it does detract a bit.
Y. T.
Very nice beer garden with shiny lights and lots of space. Food is decent too as well as having friendly staff.
B. T.
Nice pub with a great garden, you can sit outside or inside the pub and that's is great for the people who smokes, the pint there is a little expensive but they have good beers:)
G.
Good beer selection and probably the best and biggest beer garden around Camden town.
H. T.
Talking strictly about the space as didn't order food or drinks, but good atmosphere with big, inviting beer garden. Seemed to have the usual affairs at standard prices for beers.
R. G.
Very popular and a very good selection of beer especially the Tim Taylor landlord pint, the girl behind the bar was very proud of the quality of that pint and she was right.
A. C.
Great in the sun if you can get a spot in the beer garden. A little overpriced, about £5 a pint, but one of the best pubs in Camden to sit in the sun.
C. F.
Great service, food and atmosphere!
J. D.
Great beer garden, fast service and friendly staff
Z. M.
Nice pub for groups, good atmosphere, friendly staff, good beer. Def visiting again. Recommended
V. I.
Nice pub with good beer variety. There's a wonderful garden, making this a great choice for nice summer days.
D. W.
The terrace was very busy when we visited as the weather was very nice. Decent place for a few drinks, prices as you'd expect for this part of London.
A.
Excellent food and service. However it was very cold in the evening and sadly the heaters didn’t work!
A. C.
O my gosh what an Amaizing time I had at this pub, we had service with a smile in abundance and we had an amazing DJ he was so good he should be in a top club or a festival I got his instergram it's DJ_SPIDEE
And we also had some great singers it was like clubbing outside in the sun it's my new most favourite place
N. H.
One of best pubs in Camden with great outside area. Can get long queues at the bar in Summer in particular. Service at bar can be slow.
A. E.
Great terrace and good beer selection. Food is something they really need to improve. Terrible burger last weekend
P. O.
Lovely pub with a spacious outdoor area, perfect for drinks and food when the weather is nice. Quality of food, nice staff and quick service.
J. W.
Great music! Springsteen's 'For You' even came on at one point. Not too busy for Camden due to the off-High St location, and plenty of seating.
M. T.
Nice pub with a lovely outside sitting area. Food is not too bad however the customer service has alot of room for improvement
J. S.
Good for families with small children
L. W.
The Edinboro Castle is spacey, never rammed but never empty - and always a good spot to meet up with friends for a drink or dessert. A family friendly pub.
N. C.
Lovely big terrace, spacious inside, food is good, range of beers is okay. Bar service tends to be slow but table service for organised events is good.
R. F.
This pub is great! Celebrated 2 birthdays there. Their garden is lovely and the food is good.
J. M.
Good ambience gastro pub
M. S.
The pub itself is good, plenty of space and a decent garden but the food is pretty dire.
N. B.
Great spot and I've had a hell of a time finding any beer in London over 5% abv and they had a 6.2% red ale that was delicious. I did not try the food.
M. Y.
Great food, super friendly staff, and huge outdoor terrace. Book a table if you want to sit in one of the booths outside!
N. L.
Lovely outside garden area but closed quite early (assuming they are being nice and respecting of their neighbours). Beer but no cocktails sadly.
B. S.
Great pub, decent food, nice service, lots of outdoor space. A great segway from Camden.
C. H.
Great pub with a huge beer garden and loads of craft beers on tap. We had a couple of starters and a few beers outside in the sun and it was GLORIOUS!
L. C.
Fantastic service on what is probably the hottest Saturday of the year. Yummy food and Camden on tap. Sat in the Beer Garden, definitely recommend.
A. B.
Huge beer garden. Good selection of drinks
G. Q.
Good place. A bit slow at the bar. But the garden is great if you want to stay out.
S. V.
Nice pub with a large beer garden, although got very packed and service became very slow, beer garden closed v. early and became unbearably hot inside, then closed at 11pm on a Friday, a bit early IMHO.
F. K. (. M.
Love it. Highly recommended. So much so that I was there again today (4 years on) and ordered the same 🍔
Brilliant place. Luv the staff 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
T. C.
Pub with a great beer garden which is perfect in the summer. The beer garden closes a bit early and beer is on the pricey side but it doesn't detract.
M. W.
Great beer selection, very good menu, outstanding service and very popular, really enjoyed ourselves.
D. S.
Good pub with a nice selection of drinks. Lots of space. Nice for a Sunday afternoon.
C. P.
I was at this pub the day before the royal wedding, I was only passing on a visit to London but walked in because of the music
On entering this pub through a side entrance I was met with an outside bar the smell of food and a tall dreadlocks person bouncing up and down to the music he was playing
So we just had to stay the music was varied and brilliant the staff were friendly and helpful and this all went towards making me feel very at home
S. M.
Garden was full. But inside was cool on this hot day. Enjoyed the sandwiches and chips. Very tasty and a reasonable price
J. S.
It's ok. The beer garden is nice, but the tables and chairs did not feel steady to sit on which led to a number of people spilling their drinks or breaking their glasses whilst I was there.
S. B.
Good well organised and large beer garden that has bbq in the summer months. Decent if not uninspired beer choice.
B. J.
Had lunch, great outside space, advise to make reservation
F. B.
Superb pub. Excellent ambience, beers and food. Particularly strong for post match pints
J. D. V.
Nice outdoor area, only downside that all tables are booked from 7. 30. Got there at 4 but no more tables later so had to leave.
D. S.
Lovely pub, great indoors and out (including covered areas. Good range of beers.
L. H.
Great place, great drinks and has an out door bar as well occasionally but closes the outside too early
G. P.
Great pub with a great selection of beer and food. A little pricey but a lovely place to go every so often
L. H.
Great atmosphere, wide selection of drinks but the bbq burger was burnt and very dry.
T. A.
Very pleasant pub with outdoor space.. unfortunately ,two people jumped me to get served with the help of the .barmaid
v. c.
Lovely chilled bar, with trendy sunny garden with good food!!
B. H.
Lovely decor and amazing beer garden. However, the food is very disappointing and drinks are very expensive.
B. E.
Good service but indifferent burgers
D. R.
Nice pub with a great outdoor space. Food was nice but nothing special.
F. B.
Amazing pub, good selection of drinks and great outdoor area
P. H.
I managed to get a seat in the garden and it was pretty great until my friends arrived they're the worst. Pub is good though burgers tasty etc etc
R. L.
Great terrace and fantastic staff
J. M.
Great pub with inside and outdoor seating (large garden is great on a sunny day) Good food, at the pricier end of pub grub.
O. S.
Expensive but great beer, food and polite staff
C. W.
Well located for post-Regents Park beers.
£11 burger + beer combo on Wednesdays is a winner.
Lots of space to park a bicycle outside.
I. V.
excellent selection of local beers.
R. V.
Great outdoor area. Food is fine, nothing special. Service especially outside can be hit or miss
S. W.
Good beer selection and great atmosphere for a week night. Toilets were clean too.
J. T.
Great pub. Unfortunate bar queues and the beer garden is only a smokers paradise.
E. J.
Lovely pub, great food, excellent staff 😁
C. W.
Lovely staff and good
J. J.
Great pub been going here for years.
J. B.
This place has really invested in the xmas spirit. Great atmosphere, terrific menu and lovely service by cheerful young bar staff.

Good food.
Good layout.
Friendly staff.
Good vibe.
J. C.
Bust bustling pub with an unique great outdoor area. Friendly staff. Good food.
J. W.
Good food, service & atmosphere in the garden
N. T.
Decent location for a drink, can get rammed as hell and unfortunately the beer garden closes super early which means inside the pub gets more busy than Oxford Circus during Christmas
K. C.
Great food, especially bbq, lovely garden with covered areas, I recommend booking for weekends
S. P.
Great outside space with outside bar and food stalls available. Booths and long tables available. Great for groups of all sizes.
S. C.
It served beer and the atmosphere was convivial but didn't try the food or stay for long so wouldn't call it anything special
S. E.
Really nice beer garden where you can sit out in most weather. Good pub food.
N. H.
This place is always pack on a Wednesday evening with people who have come from the park sports events. Would recommend but expect to wait for a drink
D. S.
Amazing beer garden for the area but the bar is often very busy and service can be slow
A.
Good staff, good food. Gets too crowded at the bar and you end up waiting 15mins at least
S. A.
Great pub with a huge garden, but never enough people serving in busy times.
j. k.
Friendly staff. Good range of beers. Good location. Nice outdoor area
A. W.
Good food, great atmosphere, nice location right next to Regent's Park. A little pricey if you're not used to London prices.
D. D.
What a really nice pub, quietly tucked away round the corner from camden tube. Had a nice Sunday afternoon drinking cider here. Has a garden and does food
C. J.
Good food and a large outdoor garden a short walk from Camden tube station, a great pub to visit in the summer
W. W.
Good selection of ale and good food
P. K. (.
Came here for a work drink has lovely food and an amazing outside garden which is wonderful in the sun, good food too which is always a plus
L. N.
Great vibe and outdoor space. Gets really busy so be prepared to wait for drinks at the bar.
N. H.
Loads of different beers to choose from, good food and a lively atmosphere. A great night out!
V. W.
Lovely place which I wish we could've enjoyed a bit longer (we only arrived an hour before closing)! Will definitely come back here soon!
S. H.
Great venue for large groups. Poor service at the bar but a great selection of drinks
G. G.
Fab spot for the summer as they have a massive garden, but be warned it can get massively busy Thurs/Friday and you might be queuing at the bar for a while to get your drink
