She went completely out of her way to help my friends and I who were in desperate need of clean clothes! lol The pub alone was a GREAT time and an amazing atmosphere but the ownership and the regulars make it a place I will never forget and the next time I am in London, that's the first place I will be! B.My wife and I made a trip to London a few years ago and stayed at a hotel on Lillie Road. I went to The Elm almost every night and had a fantastic time. It's not the largest pub in the area but the people were all friendly and the service was fast and efficient. The décor might need a little updating, but it seemed clean and comfortable. As I was leaving, when I told the barman on my last visit that I had to go home to Canada the next morning EVERYBODY in the pub raised their glasses to me and bid me farewell! How can you beat that? You can't. I'll go back to The Elm in a heartbeat the next time I'm in London.
