I rented the private room for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. It was a great night! The communication in the run up before was good. We had our own private bar and waiter who was really attentive and friendly, and, the option to plug in your own music too. There were 35 of us and lots of space to dance! Thank you

I never like getting roasts at restaurants because they are always a let down. But this roast was honestly the tastiest thing I’ve eaten in a while! It’s a lovely place with great decor and seating outside for those (rare) hot days. The food was great, the restaurant is easy to get to and the service was impeccable. 10/10!

Great for drinks and wine or starters also amazing decor and vibe. If you like a good roast dinner avoid. Gravy was water, the food was cold and no roasted potatoes, they serve it with fries instead. I almost cried.

Great terrace where you can have lunch or simply enjoy a coffee.Very friendly staff.My recommendation, their egg benedictine, it beats all in the area, the eggs were perfectly cooked and the Hollandaise was delicious, all served on gorgeous bread.A great treat to have again and again.I will revisit.

Great food and atmosphere. We didn't book but they gave us a table for an hour but didn't chase us away when the time was up. Prices are on the high side but good quality food and attentive service. The rhubarb and cream dessert was delicious (see photo) and worth waiting for as it took a while. Good heaters for outside dining too. We will be back!

Cannot recommend enough. Big massive thank you to Sam & Christian, who were so kind and welcoming and gave me a free drink for me having to wait for my table. Gorgeous food, and great outdoor space. Staff were the highlight they cannot do enough for you!

Despite the old we sat outside in the open. Excellent arrangements with gas and electric heaters to beat the chill. The food ws very good. Service too was great.

The food was pretty good (but not mind blowing), really fast service once you get the waiters’ attention.

Have been going here for years and the food is always very good and the service until recently was exceptional. I'm assuming they've got new management as the service here a couple of weeks ago was horrendous. Really disappointing. Seems that the staff are all very young and on work experience. Our waitress got our orders wrong multiple times (we were only a table of 2), we were brought the wrong mains, we were brought the wrong starters, she didn't know what half the dishes were, the wrong food was sent to the wrong tables, the waitress told us they didn't make drinks that were actually on the menu. She even got our cards mixed up when it came to paying the bill. I really like this place but hope they fix their issues.

Warm welcome and great hospitality, just as when a relative of mine was the landlord in World War II and it was a pub called The Goat in Boots. Food is better now, and the cocktails are excellent.

Beautiful venue with lovely outdoor terrace which is perfect for a relaxing coffee or to delve into their great menu featuring 11 different pizzas and some other delicious mains. Can't wait to visit again- a must try in Chelsea!
