Fantastic family orientated pub with children's playground, helpful and attentive staff and good drinks selection. Menu interesting and food always consistently good. Highly recommended.

Stopped here for a Sunday Carvery lunch. Food was fabulous and plentiful. Service was timely and friendly. Garden to rear with kids play area. Nice bar area. Green to front to walk or play on. Will return.

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend for great pub food, there was a specials menu too with some things that aren’t common on most pub menus, however they were delicious! Will be back very soon.

This is a lovely pub good drink selection with beer garden at the packet with excellent kids play area. Thay also have a tea room in the beer garden that can be hired out for private functions. It is also a dog friendly pub so ideal place to visit after a nice walk. It also has live music and other events including a dog walking group on a Sunday plus all the staff are extremely friendly and a joy to have a chat with

So pleased with our Sunday lunch today. Food was lovely, our roast dinner came out quickly. Staff were so friendly making sure we always had drinks and came to our table to take our order. They made w huge fuss over our puppy which is always very warm and welcoming in my eyes. Definitely recommend.

Great staff who ate genuinely friendly and helpful with menu selections. Foods was very good full of flavours and cooked well and of reasonable size portions. Best value sausage and onion baguette, BBQ Chicken(hunters chicken) worth a try. Toilets clean and well kept. Reccomend giving this place a try, if passing near by you will wonder why you didn't try it before.

An English pub in a beautiful location. A lot of outdoor seating available with rustic wooden benches, the place has a countryside look. The variety of the beers on tap are good. You should visit this place if you are in Bromley.

Like this pub. I haven't got a dog but it's really dog friendly. Loads of patio heaters and places to sit outside and smoke. You can get a plastic glass and sit on the common in the summer. I'm told the food is good too. A bit cramped inside could do with doing something with the tea room in the garden.

We popped here as it was the closest pub serving food after we went go karting. The atmosphere was good as they were showing rugby. The food menu was fairly extensive for a community pub. Pricing was amazing and when the food came it was really well cooked and there was plenty of it. Thrre were 5 of us and we were all well satisfied here!

Good garden with climbing frame, swings and other bits for kids. Pet friendly so don't be surprised by a lot of dogs of all shapes and sizes. Food is pretty good, and a reasonable beer selection with friendly staff. Car parking available for pub users.

Great pub with a friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed by a wide variety of people. A decent choice of well-kept ales, food until 9pm. Large garden space with plenty of outdoor seating and over-looking Keston Common. Staff are all very pleasant, apart from Dave the Landlord (only joking).

Very dog friendly, with an area for those who are less enthusiastic. We have had several good meals there after a walk on the adjacent common. Just one disappointing meal, so a solid 4 star performance. One star knocked because of hostile and pointless comments about Remainers in the pub leaflet on the tables. The Brexiteers won and are the establishment now, so time to stop spreading hate.

What can one say about this aptly named pub on Keston common? Well, it's certainly dog friendly as you'd expect. and has all the traits of a good old-fashioned country pub, from a cup of coffee to a full Sunday lunch. There is also an excellent and varied social calendar, published quarterly by the Landlord. Put this on your list of places to visit!

Went here today with the family and dog for lunch, as a dog friendly pub it was fine for all, the bar staff were friendly enough with a wide selection of drinks available including doggie beer & pawseco for the dog. Down side was from ordering food to actually eating was just over an hour and a half with two visits inside (55mins & 75mins) to enquire when our food would be ready, the 1st time I was told “ours would be next” the next time 20minutes later it was “on its way” also when it did finally arrive it wasn’t exactly as ordered (wrong dressing, salad missing altogether etc) and it was plonked on our table with barely a mumbled apology as if we were being unreasonable for asking twice how long it would be, so all in all not a great visit which I doubt will be repeated.

Lovely family pub with small childrens area. Nice for a cold drink after a stroll around keston. Food quality wasn't great though, burnt (completely black) halloumi, dry off tasting salmon and sadly my 3 year old had a belly ache the day after eating fish fingers, chips and beans kids meal. I don't feel great myself, I had some of my daughter's food because my own food didn't taste right.

The place is the posher of the 2 Wetherspoons in Bromley, attracting lots of families for lunches. The real ales are down the far end of the bar and it's easy to get served, the staff go out of their way to be helpful. There is a large family section at the far end, toilets are spotless, food can be variable, I think the kitchen is under pressure to get it out as fast as possible. Near the main road is the heavy drinkers and DSS brigade, but deeper inside the atmosphere gets much better. The 2 managers are excellent and maintain an excellent ambiance.
