Such an amazing pub! So cosy, the food is delicious and the staff are so nice and friendly. Definitely in my top 3!

What a special place. I know the owner just bought the pub right before COVID and wow they’ve done an amazing job. Excellent location on a quiet street. Top notch drinks and wonderful food - the spicy bean burger was a favourite ! Service was really friendly and bummed we miss the quiz night but keen to come back

This place is amazing. Clean, great service, high quality food, nice TVs for the sports. I have friends in the neighborhood and The Hanbury helps make every visit just a bit better. Of special note, the Steak and Guinness Pie (pictured).

Recent new management sees a relaxing Irish pub with a great modern food menu and good selection of drinks. Good old school music. They have their own gin too (which is lush I may add.) Dog friendly. Exceptionally friendly and hard working staff. Love the place.

A very special pub. I’ve been three times since they re-opened and every single time has been amazing. Great food (brilliant fish tacos), great live music, sports and most importantly, lovely atmosphere and service… one of the coolest pubs in Islington!

The best fish and chips I've ever had even with it been a takeaway cant wait for the reopening and for a sit down with great staff and atmosphere with a local feel while making all welcome and the rest of the menu is great also. What a big difference has been made by the new owners and staff get yourself there when it reopens after lock down you wont be disappointed. Prices not bad either. Dublin Dave

Really nice pub. Amazing selection of gin's if that is you cup of tea. They have a proper pizza oven which went down very well with our group. Ordering 8 pizzas hit the spot. Also, the bar staff and friendly and cute. 😉

Myself and my friend found this pub while out walking the dog. Have been going at least once a week. Great friendly staff and pizza. Especially as they have vegan. Plus the outdoor space is great for the good weather. My new favourite pub to go.

Of I could put 4.5 I would, so I've rounded up! Our pick of the bunch for pubs round here. Been regular visitors for years now. Excellent fresh pizzas, great staff, just enough interesting beer on rotation. A few more good wines would top it off.

Local pub serving wood fired pizza. Large space with lots of large wooden tables and some armchairs and sofas. Fireplace recently out of order. Lots of events including trivia nights. TV tuned to latest sporting event. No under age after 7pm. Children's music class Tuesday mornings at 11am (Drop-in, £6). There's a large private function room upstairs. Large bathroom. Beautiful Arlington Square park is across the road. Short walk to Regents Canal. This pub is part of a small chain of pubs.

Decent pub for both sport and pizza. There is a good selection of beers and a pizza oven. Have been on a week night and it can be quiet but on the weekends when sport is on it's very lively with a good atmosphere

Visit on and off this "italian pub". Service mixed or indifferent. Never tried the pizzas but they look good - probably the best thing here. Outside seating if football tv annoying. Proper bitter often off (ie not available) or sometimes just a bit off its best - wider problem for pubs as volumes fall you dont turnover enough to keep it fresh.

I really liked this pub, I had my Baby shower in there, and found that it was a grrat place for events like this, or a gatherjng with friends, even Christmas drinks we enjoyed having the space of one side of the pub to ourselves, where we had fun playjng games, eating and drinking, as well as having all the props you might need to host an event of this type. We even had a gender reveal ballon, which the guys from the stablisment kindly allowed me to use. They do lovely pizzas and salad, very happy with the options to have a chance from the typical pub food!

Laid back and quiet neighborhood pub. Friendly staff with great pizzas and pints, with a projector and TVs for sporting events and the like. Highly recommend if you're in the area and feeling thirsty or hungry.
