D. T.An enjoyable pint in a lovely pub situated on the corner of Earls Court Road and Pembroke Square. Plenty of choice for keg beers, only Doombar for the cask fans though, London Pride looks like it is normally on though. Lively atmosphere with many in for the football. Outside seating available on Pembroke Square. Staff are lovely and attentive. A good stop for a pint (or three).

M. R.Nice place to eat, a bit confusing as there are three different names to this place however the staff are very friendly and the food is nice.
Our experience was very good and the food was delicious. The only thing I would note, there was Golf playing on the screens for some reason aswel as a random choice of music but all in all I do recommend visiting this place if you are in the vicinity.

Italian menu is really not very tasty, my Italian gf was not impressed. We waited quite a long time for food despite barely any tables eating. I’d happily come back for a summer drink on their terrace but not for their food.

My friend is a local and was really impressed with her chicken version of the Sunday roast and also cleaned her plate. Highly recommend. The customer service was excellent as well. Nice friendly and attentive.

M. M.If you’re looking for an intimate experience, great atmosphere, great service this is the place to come.
I was there with 5 other friends, we played games, ate and drank till the wee morning hours. We had Evelina and another Irish geezer serving us, they were both super helpful in making sure we were always topped up & gave recommendations on drinks & games.
In terms of food, we were fed but If I had any criticism it would be on food, could be better but wasn’t bad.
If you’re trying to avoid chain pubs and crowds - this is going to be your new local!

A. P.Surprisingly good. The service was great, lovely lady from Lithuania was really helpful, allowed us to tweak our roast dinner, and was very friendly. I had very good belly pork, with great roasties and superb gravy. Would have liked to have some pork crackling, and that's my only criticism, not enough to warrant dropping a star. Will be back if I need a good roast dinner on a Sunday.

M. D.Delicious food and a fine range of ales. I had a great meat pie and some home made mash. Easy access from Earls Court or High St Ken tube. Staff are the stars of the show - the whole place has a welcoming feel to it. Big screens for all your live sports, i can imagine this place will be awesome during the World Cup.
J. P.Following the latest change in management, the beer has improved, the decor has become more boring, the food more expensive and the ambience, most importantly seems to have survived.
This is still the best pub in the area by a margin, and the genuinely decent beer selection is welcome. Staff are friendly, and the clientele are a nice mixture. A pub where you can still have a pint on your own in peace.
The food is good but has edged towards the small portions and expensive side. £13 for a delicious but not very filling fishcake on a little tower of spinach and poached egg isn't exactly hearty simple pub food. But the menus isn't interesting enough to be restaurant food.
The other downside is the bland, fairly quiet music, which is noticeably worse than the old approach of no music at all. And I don't think the horse racing will be on any more, either...
It still gets 5 stars for being a real, and very pleasant, pub in an area that has rather few. Worth a visit.

C. S.I wrote a review previously and tagged it to the Devonshire by mistake - it's actually a really nice bar with an extensive menus. The Hansom has a limited menu but food was tasty and hot. A few ales were off and the ones I tried weren't to my personal taste but that's just bad luck. Good but not great.

E. B.Amazing Sunday roast. Portion size is great, especially the beef which was cooked exactly as requested. Garlic and herbs compliment the veg and it's all served on warm plates which shows a level of consideration for their patrons. Beer selection is also awesome. Eat here, you won't regret it.
j. w.Very nice old authentic London pub that welcomes you in and wont let you go . It felt like i had entered the tardis and was wormholed back in 30-40 years and it felt rather nice . The young people behind the bar were extremely kind , courteous and good natured however the drinks dug quite a hole in me pocket . The mixed bag of punters all enjoying the footy on the telly did ease my pocket lining ever so slightly. and the stairs to the loo were not that bad really !.......... Jim says Give It a go

J. A.Since the recent refurbishment, this pub really excels (and it was great before). Great selection of beers, friendly and competent staff (who are dog friendly) and an excellent menu, be it Lobster Mac n Cheese or Chipotle Rib starters, or the Confit Pork Belly and Black Pudding or Venison Pie mains. Superb.
D. C.The ubiquitous tourist destination found everywhere in Earls Court. The decor feels clean and fresh and the staff appear friendly. Whilst I cannot comment on the food, the menu would appear to be 'traditional pub fare'.
D.Was one of a couple of hundred who overwhelmed the pub for a leaving do and the staff were fantastic throughout. Had the pleasure of speaking to one of them near the end and what was remarkable was fact that there we see just three of them (was supposed to be two but one stayed on). Can't speak highly enough about how well they worked under extreme pressure. Drinks wise the pub seemed to have everything and the food was top notch too.

P. F.Wonderful pub and restaurant off the Kensington area, easily walkable from bus stops nearby. Unexpected table service was delightful, but the real star was the food. One of the best Sunday roasts ever is served here, and the follow-up desserts are exceptional. All at very reasonable prices, especially for the location. If you're into art, you might like to visit the Leighton House which is roughly a 15 minute walk away, to see Flaming June and others of Leighton's beautiful works. Beyond that, several great beers on pulls as well as the standard taps. When back in London, I plan to make a point of visiting the Hansom Cab again.

I. M.All round brillant pub. Best Wagyu burger (they mince their own beef on sight) with spicey French fries. The new makeover is sympathetic to the character of the pub - very pleasant and inviting. ALL staff supremely friendly, helpful and professional.
Definitely going back and looking forward to trying some of the other delicious dishes on the menu.

T. U.My friends and I saw this sign outside the pub and we thought why not, 1 drink before going to the other pub for roast. We were not in this pub for long but it's a local pub with a lot of character. Best part it's next to a garden centre ;)
The staff was friendly and attentive.
I'll be sure to come back again for food after I've been to the garden centre.
