Popped in on a Saturday afternoon for some food and drinks. Food was served really quickly nice and hot too by the lovely Harry. We got a bit drunk and had a laugh with Harry & Paris who are a credit to the company. Great laughs and a great time. The garden is a really nice relaxing place to eat and drink.

This is my favourite Wetherspoons. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Well kept beer and the food is always well prepared. The pub has the feel of a local rather than a high street pub and this is reflected in the number of regulars. This pub is a credit to the management and I'd be happy to employ anyone of the friendly and capable staff. Very clean and comfy Wetherspoons. Nice friendly staff. Only had coffee and toast in this one so far but very impressed. Only downside is parking. Other than that very good

Used to have an Eastern European shift manager who I think is now At Stepney Green who was mental and used to scream regularly at punters No real issues . Drinking here for a number of years, good place to use as a catch up with friends Main issue lack of plugs that aren’t being used for fruities to use to charge phone!

Went in to the Hudson Bay for a couple of drinks and some food with some friends. Really good service from the bar, recommended some local ales to try out. Gave us tasters. Grabbed a cheap meal, which meant the pint was free. Can't really beat that. Atmosphere was good, the place was lively but not overly noisy and we still enjoyed a good conversation. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

I had a problem with finding one specific beer on an app of wetherspoon and duty manager (don’t remember her name - Rosemary ?) spent with me couple of minutes to solve a problem and find solution how to place an order by using app. That’s really kind and showing that everything customer matters. Good place to eat and drink after work, or just to meet up with friends, they do lots of 2 meals with a discount, children are welcome, nice secluded garden. Nice for conversion, as no loud music. They have a curry night, and you can get a starter, main and dessert. Restrooms clean regularly. Recommended.

A Weatherspoon's unlike any other, been drinking in there since I was a was a wee lad bout 14 I guess and can is say its magnificent, ales from the finest kegs, ciders from the finest boxes... Ohh yes and fake Jagermeister really gets the party going. The food is microwaved to perfection. Not a bad word to say.

One of the better Spoons. Food is average, beer selection is good (and priced really well). It does have a decent beer garden (some actual plants and all), and is big enough so you can usual get a seat. Word of warning, while West Ham played at Upton Park, the pub could get very busy after home games. This might no longer be the case now they are moving to the Olympic stadium, but worth considering.

A great place for a drink in Newham, as it's not as expensive as the 'hipster' pubs and doesn't have the 'someone might ram a broken bottle in your face' vibe of everywhere else. The food is the standard Wetherspoon's stuff, but it's reasonably priced and safe to eat. The beer range is (normally) excellent for this area and also well kept.

A reception was held for guests after the burial of my late husband on 4/4/18 at Hudson Bay, it was so unique, the staff were polite, and their food and drink reasonable. I Thank staff, and management of this Pub for making the occasions memorable, though it was sad to loose loved one suddenly, as I did my husband.

Perhaps not the smartest Weatherspoon out there.....beer often off. But the limited number of staff do there best. My two daughters were asked to leave as they are 14 and 16....we were sat outside in the garden at 9-20pm. Apparently it's a Weatherspoon rule. We had not long finished eating. This is not a legal requirement and it spoilt our evening as it made my girls feel bad. Change this rule please Tim Martin !!

It's a wetherspoons, so you kinda know what you're getting - cheap, okay food (excluding the Christmas meal which is truly awful), a handful of decent cheap ales, and a noisy packed experience. The worst thing at the moment is having to put up with the owners political rantings displayed on numerous posters and leaflets - it does remind you of the sort of person whose pockets you're lining, which is a bit off putting.

Bought a pitcher to drown my sorrows because Karen left me again. This time she took the kids so I sacked my lawyer so I get to see them at the weekend and will likely bring them here for the lively Saturday night atmosphere of the social approve. Don't worry though, I'll get them a pitcher each too. Staff are always on hand when you need a shoulder to cry on. It's the most human contact I've had since Heathrow security when I won a trip to Malaga with The Sun raffle.

Considering how crazy Newham can be and the hustle and bustle of Woodgrange Road and Upton Lane, this is a little oasis. It’s still a Wetherspoons but clean, has calm atmosphere and usually with an older quieter crowd which is nice and relaxed. Perfect for an after work pint.
