As a local this is my first time here (it was opened during the pandemic). We pretty much ordered most of the things on the menu (90%) between the three of us and we managed to eat it all and walked out super super full including three different cocktails per person and the magnificent dessert (soooooo good)! The service was great, the music selection was good but it got progressively loud (music, the bass and the people) and very busy! We had booked the earliest dinner table so we walked out just as it was really kicking. A really great night out. Our waiter was awesome and was super on it. Thank-you!

Great place for a drink and snack. The cocktail menu is outstanding. I tried 3 cocktails and they were all done to perfection. They were unique and tasty. We also ordered food to go with it which was fine. I don't think it was exceptional. There were a few dishes like the rice and prawn skewers which were delicious but e.g. bao's were so so. I think you can get better ones in Amazing Grace or Bao. Overall, I think this place is a 5 for its purpose which is mostly a cocktail bar. I would also love to go again during a live concert. I think that could be an exceptional experience - good cocktail and live music, maybe a snack. If that's what you are searching for tonight then The Last Talisman is certainly your go to.

Our first night in London to watch Argyle play Wimbledon. We always stay in Bermondsey and spotted this place which used to be Village East. Its smart, very friendly and they do tapas which is our favourite. It was busy but they found an area which suited us by the window ( good for people watching)!! We had a few snacks earlier so we didn't have too many dishes but what we had was good....expensive but good. We had a nice bottle of red and enjoyed the good atmosphere.....we will be back for more.

It’s a really nice place with a rustic vibe. Millie and Alex were great staff, very welcoming host and a skilled bartender they were super hospitable and were really attentive, the experience was truly made better by them. I really recommend the cocktails. It’s too bad the table behind us full of rude gossiping housewives and were so disrespectful to the young staff members and sending back finished drinks to get free ones by complaining.

Loved this bar! We had a private event in one of the rooms and it was amazing - very cozy room enough for 15 people, beautifully decorated! They had a nice wine list and the service was outstanding - really attentive and amazing!!

Staff are friendly and accomodating. The decor is beautiful, the way they have worked with the space. The food is super tasty the cocktails are an enjoyable experience. They have private function. Love the atmosphere, cocktails are good. Food is nice. Service at the table could have been better, the waiter has misunderstood order a couple of times. But overall it was a nice brunch and I guess it should be even better during evenings

We were walking past and heard an incredible brass band play 90s dance classics so immediately came in and had 2 of the best cocktails we've ever had. The brunch menu looked incredible and we can't wait to check it out again when we've got some more time. Awesome vibes too, the staff genuinely seemed like they loved their jobs and loved working there, it was great fun.

Cool place to have a cocktail. Didn't try but also serving Asian grill bites. Opened Tuesdays to Sundays for lunch, bottomles brunch, dinner and drinks. Just a 5 min walk from London Bridge Station and Borough Market. We've popped in one Saturday for a drink. Very nice Ghost Negroni and Cardinal Sin. Looking forward to come back to try the food!

Came here for a bite to eat while visiting London, the food portions are small but ordering a few plates allows you to taste lots of different flavours and fills you up. I had the Bellini cocktail £9.50 and the the chicken skewers, lamb skewers, tempura prawns, squid skewers and some dirty rice. The cost for me my husband 2 cocktails and service charge for 6 dishes was £80. The atmosphere was nice and the service was quick.

Fantastic experience today. We used the private area. Clean, tastefully decorated, own bar and toilets. Service was excellent, food tasty and well presented. Polite, friendly and professional staff. The venue was perfect for my daughter’s pre- wedding function.

I hired the Mala Madre Bar for my 30th. The venue is AMAZING and minimum spend behind the bar is really fair. Incredible staff that made the night so special. They were constantly checking on me and making sure my guests were happy. Bar was awesome too. I had such a good night and would definitely recommend this venue.

My friend and I did not have a booking however the manger was very pleasant and allowed us in. The bar tender April was very friendly and made the best cocktails. Overall the vibe was great and the staff were lovely. The drinks were very nice and affordable I would definitely go back!

Great atmosphere, delicious food and quirky cocktail menu. We were there celebrating my friends birthday. Our server Stevie was lovely and friendly and gave great recommendations. Towards the end of our evening Stevie surprised my friend with a delicious brownie cake with berries and a sparkler in it for her birthday, even catering for our food intolerance which was incredibly thoughtful and really made our evening. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Perhaps for the 20s crowd. Our server seemed to be learning on the job. Not a place for a chat over dinner with grown-ups. Piped horribly loud, music and quality and content was well below par. To be fair they turned it down when asked. The menu was very challenging Korean combo..... The only decent plate was the Tofu that seemed to be described as rice. Shockingly had to return damp washed out unseasoned calamari/ squid tempura what-not, to be fair was deducted from the bill. Was not asked if a replacement dish would be needed, so left hungry. It was my first and last vist.

Lovely lovely welcoming place. Nadiat, Omari and Bob all recommended fabulous stuff to eat and drink. Was alone but felt super comfortable lunching alone. Go to this welcoming place when you’re in the area! Food amazing and ask for one of their special Bloody Marys!

Popped in for a beer, stayed for a bite and was blown away by the quality of the food. We shared a couple of plates, which is something I rarely do. We had the Asian rice dish, tender stem broccoli, chicken and beef skewers… wow! Everything was beyond expectation! The fragrance, and flavour of every dish was exceptional. Both the beef and the chicken were cooked perfectly and served with a paste/sauce that amplified the experience. Highly recommended!

This place never fails to exceed our expectations! It's got great beer, excellent food, the staff are really friendly and the doorman is the best in town! We will keep going back again and again, so lucky to have this nearby. Thanks.

Although the ambience is lovely, the food was disappointing. A pale imitation (although they tried to "refine" it) of the actual renditions in Singapore/Indonesia. Cocktails were nothing much to shout about either.

Bottomless brunch, Asian inclusion. Food was delicious 😋 Micheal, our bar tender, worked really hard on his own for the first hour and had we were there. The cocktais were superb 👌🏼 really enjoyed everything about our afternoon at the talisman.

What a blast we have had at The Last Talisman last night! We went out for my best friends birthday! Team is what makes this place wonderful! Staff made our night extremely special. At midnight they came over singing happy birthday and brought over a cake with candle in it! What a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the food, especially the tempura cauliflower and prawns! Strongly recommend trying their wine selection too we went for Portuguese wine at only £25 for the bottle! Absolute bargain! We will visit again! Cannot wait to see everyone for brunch this weekend!

Not my most favourite cocktail bar to be honest. Music was up way too loud and was banging beats and didn't suit the vibe of the bar. The cocktails on the menu were average (overly complex, garish colours blue/green etc) and you couldn't order off menu as the bartender's were too inexperienced (their words but mine).

Food is served in skewers so you have to order a few. Food is tasty but they put other people orders on the same plate so unless you knew only 1 skewers is yours you might end up eating other peoples food

We came for the Vinyl Music Sunday Brunch and it was amazing! Food was delicious and so creative I loved the Asian twist on the classic brunch dishes. I mean you can't go wrong with bottomless cocktails for 1 hour and 30 minutes and a main dish for just £35!! But the standard of both food and cocktails really was 5 star, cocktails were made to such a high standard presented beautifully and also really strong - you have to try the Talisman Mule! The staff were all incredibly friendly and more than happy to help, all wearing masks and going out of their way to keep the venue clean and covid safe while making sure you had the best time. The Last Talisman really is an amazing new addition to Bermondsey Street - definitely recommend! x

The Last Talisman... Well deserved addition to Bermondsey street. We visited last Sunday for brunch and food was perfect to our taste. Exceptional brunch dishes and so perfect for sharing. Something very different to any other brunch I have ever been to. Relaxed atmosphere and great staff who looked after us and ensured our afternoon was smooth sailing. I highly recommend their brunch deal - £35 for bottomless cocktails and brunch dish. We tried Egg and Bacon Bao as well as eggs and soldiers. This place not only exceeded our expectations but also went above and beyond! Thank you Talisman!

STUNNING! I fell in love with this place the minute I walked in! Head spinning atmosphere starting with music and finishing up with smell of incense. We popped in for 'just one drink' and ended up staying at The Last Talisman for entire evening! Not even one bad thing to say! Service - on point, food - perfection, drinks - to die for! This is now my favourite place on Bermondsey Street. Thank you to all for making our experience so perfect.

An interesting new addition to B Street. One gets the general sense that they are trying very hard but not quite nailing it (yet; they may once bedded in). A few issues with the food - one dish was incorrectly explained by the staff and another didn't arrive until after our plates were cleared and we enquired about it. Quality was fine; Ultimately this place is never going to have the best food on the street. Rather, the selling point seems to be a certain ambience which was arguably lacking in the vicinity. Drinks are the star attraction and the cocktails were really quite good and at about the right price. This location has not brought good luck to its previous occupants and I wish the Last Talisman all the best in bending that curve.

Very nice place and great cocktails! However we had to wait 30mins before anyone came to take our order. Then our bill came and the cocktails were priced more money on our receipt than what is shown on the website and the menu at the venue. When we asked why this happens we were given two different reasons and the manager was not apologetic. It came across as though they were aware they had been overcharging people and were annoyed that we noticed this. Had a nice time but unfortunately this soured our experience.

Delicious. food . Bad services mistakes on food deliver to our table! Be careful with the bill. We were double charged . we need to explain twice what went went wrong in the restaurant. When we order the food the first time and they feint deliver some plates. They reordered them and charged us . It took us 1 hour to explain what went wrong and in the mid time they made us felt like thieves . At the end the context the bill but didn’t offer any real apology. Very disappointed on the customer service by the shirt manager

Best food and drink, great atmosphere we shared some dishes and tried many cocktails from Mala Madre menu! Our favourite was bao buns and the mala chips. I highly recomend trying the last punch and nemesis margarita if you can ha dle the spice! Thank you Artemis for serving us and looking after us we will be back soon!

This is a new stylish east Asian cuisine, super cosy and lush all at the same time interior is incredible. Cocktails are are super unique the last punch has to be my favourite, food is out of this world best crispy squid in London bridge area, would recommend the dirty rice as this would be my fav also

I recently ordered 10 home mojito making kits for a lockdown work function online. The team gave me great service in helping to organise the large order and the boxes were sent out really swiftly. My colleagues and I were all really impressed with the contents too. The main reason I chose this company was because they sent EVERYTHING you need (like mint and limes) so we didn't need to buy anything in advance for ourselves. The ingredients were delicious and I have to say I was really impressed with how delicious my own cocktails were. Would not say they are my forte. I made 2 and have plenty to make 2 more. Great service, great quality and great convenience. Thank you
