I went to the Lost Hours for a hen do last weekend, hiring the 'bar upstairs'. It was such a good venue! Really nice space and great cocktails and pizzas. Everyone really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and helped us with all our queries.

Great beer garden to soak up the sunshine (when there is sun), inside is quite nice too. BBQ menu is delicious, cocktail list is also very good. Staff are awesome.

This place serves £8 Tesco prosecco for £35!
The service fast and maybe too efficient (one waitress kept taking half finished glasses from the tables, and even asked if I’d finished with my food as I was eating it!)
Nice garden at the back.
Tip: bring your own Tesco Prosecco 😁😁

Food: 5 stars
Service: 4 stars
Prosecco selection: 2 stars
The pork belly, rice, coleslaw, tomato salad served for the event was delicious. Service was attentive. However, the bottle of prosecco served was disappointing! TESCO FINEST for £35??

A big plus is the huge outside area, which you rarely see in a pub in the Chelsea/Fulham area. In terms of food, portions are huge and this definitely adds to the attractiveness. Having said that, this pub, despite of very traditional looks inside, has a very thin selection of beers, which is a disappointment, and is more an institution for wine drinkers.

Really nice backyard with a grill bar. Good food and nice staff.

Edit: This review was for a Caribbean restaurant that was there previously, not sure if it’s the same place with a new name.
Went here for a after work dinner, the starters were actually really tasty and well seasoned. Unfortunately the mains let the whole thing down, I asked the waitress at least 3 times if the mac was soupy or cheesy, she said it has 4 types of cheese and not soupy. It was super soupy, like eat with a spoon soupy so I couldn't eat it. The fried chicken was okay but definitely NOT mama's fried chicken, more overdone boss man chicken shop. To top it all off we had ants on the table helping to carry the crumbs off the table. Won't be going back, maybe for happy hour....

Good service very busy before and after football games

Love this place as its local and an easy after work choice. Good value food (even better value if you sign up to the free Jam Tree loyalty card), all the usual drinks and some cool cocktails. Nice outdoor area that does a cracking BBQ, but it does get busy quickly. Wouldn't travel to go here, but if it's local or you're around definitely worth a visit.

Amazing roast and good drinks. The staff was very attentive too!

So much fun! It can get packed on a sunny weekend and then service gets understandably slow, but the vibe at this pub is always fun and the staff always in good spirits. Great terrace, even if it’s jam packed with benches (necessary for all the folks who want a drink and a seat at this fun pub)

Friends 40th birthday private party was held at this venue with the whole upper floor reserved for/ dedicated to party guests and cordoned off from regular patrons.
Private bar with eclectic cocktails and tasty food.
Fab location in London. Fun night with DJ mixing on that specific Saturday. Will gladly go again.

The place in itself is great. They have a back garden that you can book and reserve in advance (one of the few places we found in London that you could do this) and they have a barbecue in summer in the garden. We were unlucky with the weather a little bit and had to keep moving but other than that it was a great experience. The staff were very accomodating and the food was great. The drinks selection and the outside bar was perfect for a nice afternoon out

Great little bar. We ordered espresso martinis and were informed by the bar staff that they couldn't serve them in glass as a football match had been on so we had them served in enamel coffee mugs, so ironic! Very friendly staff all round, would recommend!

We hired the private room out for our engagement party. The atmosphere was great and we had great service from the team at Jam tree on the day. Communication before and after the day is very frustrating however, as Amber takes very long to respond to emails or phone calls, if at all. Before the event we had to book various back up venues because we did not hear back from Amber to confirm our booking. Now we are still trying to resolve an billing issue where we were double charged and after emailing her twice, we still have no response. The venue and food itself would be five stars, but Amber's customer service is definitely a one star experience.

Sunday dinner was reasonable. They were out of roast chicken early so had the roast sirloin. The slices were quite thin, virtually impossible to have cooked medium or less. Service was friendly and the patio was as nice as wood picnic tables get. More of a party patio than sit and converse with friends.

Carrie is a fab best bar woman !
M. J.
A pleasant pub with good food to be eaten outside or inside. Good option upstairs for private hire or to watch one of England better performance. The crowd was great. BBQ available on special evening of the month. Live DJ. Recommended.
A.
Wonderful friendly staff, lovely food, made a great day even better!
R. F.
Great Chelsea bar. Service was good and even during the busiest times this weekend it was a good raucous atmosphere that welcomed the warm weather and the outside patio area is great to get to know people and have a refreshing pint and maybe some nibbles. Also nice beer selection.

Great place for food and drinks. Plus amazing staff

I was here on a work function, and found it to be a nice pub with a cozy upstairs area for private functions. Personally reminded me a little of a pub in Paddington Sydney called the courthouse.. which had a lovely beer-garden, but late at night, the jab-tree is pretty ram packed.
A.
Great little pub on the Kings rd, very popular with the young office crowd in the area, fantastic huge beer garden with bbq in the summer with plenty of seating, great staff too. Great January offer, all food half price, burgers are lovely......happy hour too from 5-7pm Mon to Friday....What more does one need!
C. B.
They had pomegranate juice but not much choice for non-alcoholic and non-sparkling drinks..
R. D.
Service was great, prosecco was kept topped up as they promised. There was however no need to stuff us out the way up stairs on a rickety table. The food heavy handed and uninspiring.
A. N.
Not a bad place for a few drinks, particularly on Thurs nights when it's not too busy. Fridays and Saturdays can get a little too crowed with punters constantly shoulder charging you. If you don't mind constant spilt drinks, then Fridays and Saturday nights are for you.
L. P.
Cute bar. Great atmosphere. Very nice cocktails. 1 star lost due to state of toilets: 1 was blocked (grossly so) and other had massive puddle from leak.
M. Z.
Formerly the Jam Jar now the Lost Hours! Great refurbished and wonderful garden. Helpful staff and very Covid secure
J. F.
Delicious breakfast, fantastic outdoor area! Damieno looked after us very well and made this a memorable brunch
j. m.
Pretty nice place with decent style, really enjoyed coming here weekend the outdoor was area was nice and food/BBQ was tasty, bit busy but it was bank holiday weekend
J. B.
Typical of the area but OK. They are happy to give you a carafe of water with fruit and cucumber in it even if you only buy soft drinks, which is a welcome attitude in the hot weather.
A. F.
The place is nice and well decorated, during the weekend they put loud music and everyone is dancing. I went on a Friday and it was really crowed. Not recommended if you are looking for something cheap, prices over the the average.
Z. W.
Such a lovely spot! The vegetarian breakfast with extra halloumi was so so so tasty! The service was fast and friendly. Simple and unpretentious. I like it and therefore recommend it!
D. C.
Not a bad pub for a pint and something to eat if you are going to a match at Chelsea. Food not bad but not a lot of tables for eating. Quite a small beer selection as well.
A. P.
Very friendly bar staff. Great patio atmosphere. great inside as well. only downside is patio closing at 11, once you left couldnt get back in leading into it. Great food - munchy food.
Z. E. B.
Bright, contemporary restaurant / bar serving food all day, including a barbecue menu in the summer along with brunches, fishcakes, burgers and salads.
I'm not optimistic when choosing low calorie choices but my chicken salad with quinoa was fresh and tasty and didn't leave me feeling hungry.
R. L.
Alright food. They show sports which is a good touch if you don’t care for food and just want to grab drinks. Close enough to Stamford Bridge for a pre-game pint away from the baying crowds of Fulham Broadway.
T. W.
Nice cosy pub in the heart of Fulham. We ordered some beers and had dinner. Was very enjoyable. Staff were very nice and friendly too! Thanks
B. F.
Good food and they offer happy hour in the evenings. A great place to get a few cocktails in before a night out. Big space upstairs available for hire.
D.
Lovely staff nice little garden, great pizza, worth a visit
A. G.
Nice garden, and great tasting cocktails. Reasonable price in happy hour (5-7) but they are on the small side.
K. P.
Busy pub with plenty of covered outside seating.
M. A.
Nice place for a drink. Enjoyed the patio seating outside. Good place for to go if you're a group of people.
S. C.
Good food and vibes. A bit quiet on Sunday's and the bottomless brunch deal isn't as good.
Decent place if you're in the neighborhood.
K. L.
Very busy to many people and not enough staff to serve customers this was a Saturday night so maybe different through the day or weekday evenings all though lacking in bar staff they where very nice as was the door man
S. J.
Great little pub on Kings road, good variety of beers and although I have not eaten here, the food other customers had, looked really nice.
D. D.
Omg what they did with the place and the terrace! Friendly staff, good selection of drinks and food : a very good place to spend an evening !
W. X.
Great in summer with the outdoor area, but its just the usual english pub vibe only more posh area, better prices and finishes. Does get festive.
w. s.
Good atmosphere with prices in line with the area. the beer garden is brilliant but it gets shut quite earlly.
D. M.
Really nice outdoor area and the pub is quite quirky too. Was here for a burger and beers, good stuff
O. O.
Nice and decent staff could be a bit more relaxed. Food is tasty a bit off the high road but lovely environment.
R. C.
Nice but diffently not cheap. Has a nice garden which is open till 11pm but one vodka and lemonade was £9 !
S. P.
