What a great place!!!!! We visited for a birthday celebration. We had an area booked in the garden. Even though it was quite a chilling evening we were not really cold because there were enough heaters. They have lots of space available for booking (inside and outside). They let you order food from outside. You just tell the delivery to meet you at th door.

Brilliant venue, experienced under a live Salsa night. Love the decor. Garden is brilliant.
F. D. S.
One of the best pubs I've been due to their unique decoration. The outside area truly is something else. And to top it up they have live music.
J.
I love this pub , I have attended in two ocasión and the artist are always super good! Ambiance super fun, friendly , nice bar staff ! Great entertainment and pleasant atmosphere

Had pre fireworks drinks at this quirky little pub near Queenstown Road station. The decor is totally bonkers but I like that. They were setting up stage for live music so put your dancing shoes on. Decent selection of drinks at okay prices. Friendly staff.

Just been to a wake for a dear friend there...the staff were brilliant...👉❤👈ps great old school atmosphere too👍
S.
Absolutely awesome Pub to chill or get a bit to eat ..... Family friendly and rate 10 out of 10.

Wasn't impressed. Staff were friendly, atmosphere wasn't great. Clientel weren't friendly. Garden shut at midnight so everyone had to move inside but i was told there's another smoking area for smokers
G. C.
Great atmosphere. Fantastic live band the night I went. The burger was alright, just too salty but some starters were really nice.

One of the coolest places in London. Magic atmosphere, nice live music, cozy sofas, and a good selection of drinks and food beyond any expectations. Prices more than honest!

Came here on a Saturday around 17:30 for a friend’s birthday drinks… was really looking forward to having some food here after ready all those reviews about how good their food was, but to our disappointment we were told on arrival that there was no chef in the kitchen that day, and they did not serve any food whatsoever, not even chips. Out of 3 ales on draft, 2 were not available. The staff were friendly and apologetic. They have a gorgeous beer garden at the back which was partially covered; however, it was hard to breath there as it was full of smokers. Left that place stinking of smoke & hungry.
They also charge £7 to get in after 19:00 (no charge before that).

Quirky / bohemian style bar with a chilled vibe. Drinks reasonably priced
D.
Very cute, quiet pub with beautiful murals and garden. Setting up for an evening gig as we were leaving- wish could have stayed for it. But will definitely be back another time!
D. S.
Eclectic , fun and the staff are wonderful, if you are a people watcher as I am you will love variety of people that come here .
The live music is just amazing .
Outside is just wonderful in the summer , it becomes crowded but never rowdy and the security are efficient but v well mannered.
If your the designated driver there is never an issue getting water with ice and lemon for free , ask say the staff ate lovely .

Magic Garden is a nice relaxed place to sit and have a drink. It’s notably kooky and a bit hoolie doolie which is kind of a vibe. The decor is wild.
They run out of beer every now and then which is a bit odd but we forgive them because it’s a chill place
S. T.
Really unique place. Very eclectic beer garden with ample seating and shelter. Seats indoors can be hit-and-miss as some are a bit grimy. Big boho / student vibes, but unfortunately not student prices.
You can get in the beer garden atm without booking, but better to book ahead and be sure with a large party.

Came here for my birthday to see a band I like. Decor's lovely, woman on the door's a legend, majority of the staff are hardworking professionals. However there is one bartender who is just the worst person I've ever encountered in hospitality, and this is coming from someone who worked in the industry for six years. Like others have said on here, he was irrationally rude and impatient, and also seemed to take great delight in humiliating me for absolutely no reason. Managed to make me cry on my birthday! Would happily come back here again provided I don't have to see or interact with that dude.
J. D.
Very nice atmosphere and lovely outdoor area. Friendly staff and great live music. I haven’t tried the food but cocktails are not amazing.
G. Q.
Excellent venue, excellent pub, fantastic staff, and management.
All round enjoyable exper.

The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is nice and cosy, and the food is DELICIOUS. We tried the green lasagne and vegan risotto, which are both new to the menu I think, and they were fantastic. Gotta love a pub that offers varied AND tasty V and VG options.

I love this place, I went for my friends 50th with her daughter. This was all our first time, and it was so different, just based in Battersea. You would think that this place is like this when you look at it from the outside, it's like going to "Alice in Wonderland" kind of feel but as a pub. I really enjoyed the food there, I would recommend going there for a bite to eat if you like handmade chips and burger. To me, handmade chips when I'm out is the best! The flavour in handmade chips, you would never, ever get buying them in stores. Trust me already!
B. S.
Great pub with lovely covered large outdoor area. Chilled Live music on Sunday eve. Unfortunately no food but can bring your own. A few board games too. Great from groups/ a few friends or couples.
G. L.
With warm staff to meet you in a cozy place and nice food there’s little to complain about.
I had the roast beef for my dinner and it is extremely good value and tasted great.
I’d love to give 5 stars but the toilets are absolutely freezing on a cold January evening.
A. C.
Live gigs are back yay! Quality place to enjoy music, food and drinks. Menu is small at moment, maybe its temporary due to all the covid restrictions that happened but the logistics and the great effort put into place for people being able to enjoy live music is fantastic. Table service was also in place. Had a great time.
M. C.
I came here with my husband today and the visit was an absolute pleasure. I am very grateful with every single member of the staff. We had few drinks and we also ordered two fish and chips and were gorgeous... Our favourite side was the minted mushy peas. We also had desserts and coffee and is being one of the best I ever had. Thank you very much 🍀 to everyone in TMG.
A. M.
Food was great and the outdoor area has a nice vibe
g. g.
Very unique pub unfortunately we waited 50mins for roast dinner that was overpriced and lady behind the bar refused to serve a small glass of wine although all 3 sizes were on the menu
D. T.
Just a great pile of people, both behind and in front of the bar. Live band coming on. This is what pubs are about!
A. F.
Good food (especially scotch eggs) and heaters in garden were great if you get a heated spot. Unfortunately, took 35 minutes to be served for drinks on reopening after covid. Not enough staff in. Toilets were flooded too and not pleasant. No espresso martinis available either.
R. K.
Simply the best and quirkiest beer garden in London.
b. z.
Interesting place - wasn’t too sure from the outside but once in - What a great venue!!! We saw Miguel Muziq for the third time 😀
B. G.
Lovely and quirky place with friendly and personable staff. The food was also very nice and the place could have got 5 stars had it sorted out a few things... Firstly they had no ales on tap. All of them were out. Secondly the drinks seemed very pricey even for London. A pint and a glass of house wine cost £15?!? Lastly, we had booked an area for my girlfriend's birthday and despite booking online the table was reserved under the wrong name. On the booking email it stated we had the reservation from 8-11:30 and on Google it says the pub closes at 12. However, the pub closed at 11 and we were asked to leave.
K. K.
Really nice place for birthday parties or big groups of people. Very cosy garden with lots of room under roof. I tried a tasty wagyu burger with fries (15£). They also had live music while I was there which was really nice. Definitely a good option if you are in Battersea.

**updated**
Still very hit and miss with the music, but really lovely staff and more hits than misses. Glad they're back open. And no more bad smell!
**Original*
Really hit and miss with the music, but such a nice looking bar that we keep going back. Great staff. BAD smell..
d.
Live music, Lively place. Great big garden, indoors great bands playing all night long. Excellent people, good drinks
J. A.
Lovely quirky pub with plenty of soft seating. Don't expect posh or refined (or cheap), but you'll have plenty of space and friendly staff.
L. D.
So quirky, nice!
J. B.
I love the decco and the staff are lovely. I just wish the food was better value for money! Don't get food there, save your money for the Morley's you'll need on the walk home after!!! Food there is an overpriced maccies
s. s.
Possibly the best pub garden ever! And amazing staff. Love this place just wish I lived a little closer to it
J. D.
Great pub - although doesn’t look that auspicious from the outside - incredibly stunning inside & garden and super friendly staff - highly recommend!
P. K.
Personally my favourite pub in London by far.
Almost feels like one of those worst kept secrets in london in terms of exceptional space, service, drinks and food.
The whole team from Conor, Fabio, Sam, Maria, Julia always make you feel at home the moment you step through the door.
With another amazing venue in Lewisham, these 2 pubs will always remain my first choice to meet a friend, go out with my girlfriend, have a meeting and coffee, enjoy great music or have the quiet pint.
Connor the Landlord seems to have made some amazing changes during the lockdown, Really a fan of these cool updates.
J. S. (. S. L.
Thanks Carl for the awesome open mic at sing for your supper! 🤟
S. “. L.
Absolutely wonderful place! Lovely decor, great drinks, utterly lovely staff. Looking forward to going back soon!
T. M.
We have had a very pleasant quiet afternoon with lovely food, good coffee, tea & wine & beers. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for a funeral reception meal. I believe the venue is open later for live music but we had place to ourselves. The outside seating area is bit ' of the wall' but fun & has very relaxed ambience. Price was reasonable. I would recommend
D. B.
An amazing bar which ticks all boxes. Service is amazing, outside beer garden is one of the best in London. The live music that play there defines this place, very good. Drink choices are good and the pub is very spacious with different areas for different purposes. Security staff were friendly as well. Will definitely go here again.
A. N.
Interesting bar. Often live music and a fantastic beer garden
A. W.
Great music venue, great vibes, great nights out!
M. T.
Great music venue and pub with a really welcoming atmosphere and a lovely beer garden. The staff were really friendly
D. P.
It's called the Magic Garden for a reason. Don't look at the pictures and spoil the fantastic surprise that's waiting just behind the plain front doors. Friendly staff and a great selection of drinks
A. S. T.
Nice venue and atmosphere! Good live concert. It gets very crowded on Fridays night, so do arrive early if you want to have a meal. The waiting time for our meal was veerry long (over 50min) but the food was good. Gluten free and veggie option available and tasty. I think it would be nicer in the summer when waiting for eating outside in the garden won't be so cold.
j. w.
Great Venue !!
Great Live Music !!
Great food n' Drinks,
Just Great !

Love the vibe of this pub. There's always great energy and the live bands are always amazing. Good food too
A. D.
Nice bar, friendly staff and love the garden with the black taxi in it!. Lots of outdoor seating so felt very safe! I definitely will go back for a longer drink next time 😊
M. W.
Really loved the decor and the salsa band that played on Friday night! They were so much FUN!
R.
Have been coming here for years and love it. Post Covid , service was quite slow but putting this down to staffing issues (which every pub/hotel/restaurant is facing) and new table service system, so sure it will improve. Was glad to see so many familiar faces in the team though. Magic Garden has definitely not lost its whacky charm!
T. L. L. a. H. M. K. T.
Always a good time to be had here. I'd say certainly unique in several more ways than one for example hot tub, naked sauna. Dining area inside and out. London black taxi photo booth in the garden wide fine selection of drinks available plus extensive menu. Polite professional security, management and staff. Quality live bands and entertainment every day
M. M.
Great venue with loads of space. The size of this place is deceiving from the front entrance. Would be an excellent venue for large groups. Highly recommended
R. C.
Truly magical experience...very friendly, quirky, and welcoming atmosphere. The food is amazing! the staff really friendly and the garden!!! .....full of surprises with a variety of seats and sofas including an old black cab, a wooden shed, sofas, benches, ornate chairs, complete with cushions, fairy lights, oil lanterns, a friendly black cat, and fleece blankets to use! You have to go there to experience it!
N. N.
Amazing pub full of amazing people always garaunteed to have a great time 👌👌👌
P. P.
The place is amazing, the garden is like being in another place. The service is wanderful.
M. H.
Friendly and welcoming

Really nice place for birthday parties or big groups of people. Very cosy garden with lots of room under roof. I tried a tasty wagyu burger with fries (15£). They also had live music while I was there which was really nice. Definitely a good option if you are in Battersea.

Great food (& beer), great vibes & great staff!
C. C.
Outside looks poor but inside is amazing! A unique and beautiful pub!
M. C.
Good live music bar with nice outside space
P. T.
Kitchen closes too early but good environment
R. F.
The place is ok.
The furniture is really beaten!
The beer garden is ok, but looks like they could put a little more effort to make it look good.
There is a good selection of beer.
I have not eaten here so I cannot say about the food.
I only recommend if you are not picky about cleanliness.
M. U.
Outside tables are good for groups
J. H.
My friend took me there for a quick drink. Staff is very friendly. Big garden at the back half covered. I was told that they have a live music as well. Unfortunately it is very far away from me to go more often but it is my friend's favourite pub.
P. C.
Wonderful pub tucked away on the edge of an estate. Understated on the outside but inside it's a warm and welcoming place. The garden out back is gorgeous, with an awning, candle-light and plush chairs, and they've a good selection of drinks
K. K.
Went there to listen to live music - and it was perfect! Also nice choice of beers and cosy garden, very warm even in winter.
The only discomfort is that if you dont want to listen to the concert there is no place you can hear the music all around the place.
C. M.
Very good venue and vibe, both pre and during covid-19. ✨✨✨✨✨
C. C.
Outside looks poor but inside is amazing! A unique and beautiful pub!
A. Y.
Great setting and great drinks. The food was awful, worst pub food we’ve had in a long time. If you’re going here don’t bother ordering food just go for a drink!-
C.
I have been to Magic Garden multiple times, especially on Fridays when they have a live band performing. Usually the band's are really good and the music that they play can vary from salsa to balcan, to reggae, to rock and electronic. Details about the events can be found on the Magic garden's website. Beer prices for a pint are close to £5 and food can be considered a bit expensive although is quite good for a pub. The food is typical food that someone can find at a pub (burgers, sandwiches, fish & chips, etc). The place has a garden which is mostly covered by a tent so that you can be protected from the English weather and usually the people that go are relaxed and quite friendly for English standards. Would recommend it to people that live in London and want to go and listen to music and have a drink.

Lovely little place in a rather “unique” area of Battersea. Garden is a little gem and eccentric. Fun place to stop off and their bloody Marys are amazing. Only problem is its a bit out the way. 3 stars may be a bit cruel but there is a smell of cat litter tray or something (i know... strange) that sort of made it short of 4
D. G.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere and excellent service. Musicians haven.
M. (.
A wonderful experience as a travellers with kids from Australia. Excellent food, great ambience, great service, friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Can see why its a local favourite, I highly recommend a visit! My daughter wants to go back tomorrow :)
S.
Interesting setting in the garden ,very friendly and lovely food I will come back ,very chill and cool ,for all
L. T.
It looks like walking into a festival with good vibes to match. Really great for smokers, as huge garden fully covered and well heated. Food good too. Staff are lovely. Love this place!
M. L.
To me this place will always be The Eagle. While I wouldn't describe myself as a regular I have visited many times over the course of what is probably the last 15 years.
In it's latest incarnation the interior decor seems to have improved to reflect the new name, with painted flora adorning the walls in the bar.
There is a spacious interior with a horseshoe type bar in the centre. One corner has a raised stage area which has a chaise longue and other more luxurious seating when not in use for live music performances.
The real stand out aspect however has to be the garden. Situated around the back it's big and has a variety of covered and open air seating options. On a sunny day it's a nice place to escape from the busy city streets and while away an hour or so in good company.
Food has always been good and when putting on a spread for various events I've always thought they have done a good job. My best friend met her husband here many moons ago and we have often visited to celebrate happy moments as well as mourn sad ones so perhaps I romanticise the place slightly, but it will always hold a place in my heart as somewhere that everyone came together and raised a glass to whatever needed a raised glass. An oasis of community hidden in plain sight in the big smoke.
C. K.
Ignore Shan Sun's review; she had to wait for five minutes at the bar as the place was full of people because of the great band. I was behind her in line. She typed this waiting and hit send when she was served.
j. A.
Worth a visit on a hot summer's day, certainly, A nice, shady garden with plenty of seats, and plenty of beers to choose from. Good staff too. Toilets are tiny and cramped, and the inside doesn't have much going for it by way of charm.
A. B.
Great place with good live music
R. C.
My local pub - absolutely fantastic. Food is a bit pricey but portions are large and the quality is top-end so the price is justified in my opinion. Atmosphere is also great and the staff are really friendly.
The Magic Garden Burger is the best burger I have ever had in my life - better than anything I've had at Byron, GBK or anywhere else. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
R. L.
Great pub with nice atmosphere, good and eclectic live music nights and incredible back garden (as the name says). Unfortunately as a result it's also often rammed and it can take 30 mins to get served at the bar. Add to that the crowd (often unbearable hooray Henrys) and you're best coming on a quieter night.
M. S.
Lovely pub. Good staff. Recommended. One crazy old woman told us to be quiet and move down the bar. We ignored her and she went away. Well worth a visit.
m. m.
The place is strange, that is why you should give a try, the garden is big and can accommodate lots of people, but check the seat before you sit. Live music every week, if you find the music you like you will have a great night out.
D. W.
Awesome place, tasty burger, excellent music and a spacious beer garden.
F. A.
Great pub. Good quality pub food (tasty burgers). Super friendly and welcoming staff. Large beer garden with covered space. Very near Battersea Park, so ideal for refreshments after a stroll in the park.
J.
With a distinctly festival feel, this bar has outside seating on plush, comfy sofas and low tables. Enjoy the trippy wall paintings, explore the den-like areas, an abandoned Taxi, etc. Or grab some friends and lounge around with cocktails, beer, wine and a European food menu.
r.
Is my local when I come back to the UK and I'm so glad. Food is lovely. People and atmosphere is brilliant. Couldn't ask for a better local. I love in the winter they give you blankets and hot water bottles when outside in the garden.
R. M.
Nice little set-up with a pleasant vibe and they promote quirky funky bands like the gipsy jazz orchestra I listened to for the first time there. Amazing garden, can't wait to try the food too.
D. O.
I absolutely love this place. Great live music venue, but also great for a quiet drink or a big night out. Friendly vibe and run by beautiful people.
V. N.
One of the best places in London to watch live music and discover new bands. The garden is great and big and people in general are quite friendly. One of my favorite pubs.
A. A. T.
Lots of great bands play here almost every night. Had Valentine's Day dinner here and could not have been more pleased. Super easy going vibe and great food!
M. H.
As the name indicates, the garden is magical. Great live music as well!
K. S.
How cool is this place!? Festival atmosphere in the heart of the city, taxi cab photo booth outside was a great touch. Loads of tables in the outside space and all the lights made it feel as magic as the name implies
A. F. P.
This place was amazing! The decorations are awesome and the staff is super friendly. It was the first pub we have visited in London and I felt super welcomed. Cheers from Brazil :)
M. U.
Lovely festival themed music pub with a large outside area covered in fairy lights. There's a modest selection of beers and a stage for bands. Definitely not what you'd call a corporate pub!
A. T.
Very unique pub in London! If you are tired of the usual British pubs and want something with a bit of character try this one. The outside garden is nice especially during summers. A must is the cab in there!
D. M.
Really nice outdoor area. Let down by the limited beer selection and beer price. Live music is great. Lunch menu pretty decent (but a pity there not much beer choice to pair with it)
J. H.
Great place!! All the family went including Oscar the red setter. We were made very welcome & had a few drinks with our Sunday roast!
A. D.
Excellent gypsy-tent style beer garden, gourmet food on the other side of the pub with the option of a lavish scotch egg for starters. Friendly staff, good beers and live music.
V. C.
Liked the music and the way the place has been done out, but the bar staff are way too slow and inattentive. Also, there were 3 ales on offer, but all were out that night. That just smacks of lack of attention to detail. Who runs a bar with beer that isn't available?
E.
Expensive for what it is. Some of the male staff members were slightly too “familiar” with members of my table, to put it nicely.
J. S.
Great pub, just not particularly great food. Although around average for a pub lunch/Sunday roast there are far better offerings out there for food. That said it's a fantastic place to sit and drink, they also have a lot going on.
A. M.
i have spent many an evening here and i must say it is one of the best places to hang out. the garden is a huge tent with warmer sofas, hot water bottles and the pub has a great selection of ales and amazing live music.
E. S.
One of a kind. Brilliant peaceful garden and environment in the day time. Always great music and really friendly staff. Great simple menu with that little bit extra
A. A. P.
The garden itself is brilliant. A very quirky place full of interesting, random types. The music evenings aren't my sort of thing to go to however. They do charge entry on these nights.
J. N.
Really random place. Lots of bohemian charm and if it’s your thing, you’ll love it. The massive garden is a huge plus.
Only giving 3 stars as I am probably too old to get it. It’s perfectly nice and a bit different.
L. J.
There's a definitive style that sets this place apart from others. The outside space is especially good, albeit very cramped in places, with its own bar and a variety of seating including low sofas, armchairs and wooden benches. Needs a wider selection at the bar to get five stars.
K. R.
Magic place. Looks nice garden, inside you can find a cosy places to sit and have a nice chat with friends. My first visit there and till now just only one, was with live music. Omg this woman and her voice is a real magic!!! ❤
M. M.
Ooooh I do love writing a positive review.... Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at The Magic Garden, being the health conscious drinkers that we are we ordered bloody Mary's and they were the best bloody Mary's ever!
We will definitely be back on our guilt free, non gym days to see what else Sam can whip (shake or stir) up for us ;-)
We may well have found our new hang out spot! ...... we will be back soon Sam!!
C.
Really nice, without being pretentious. Somewhere you could easily see kicking back for a whole day, live music, bbq and children's entertainer... what more do you want - Oh yeah great beer and cocktails!
B.
A great place to go if there is a group of you, the food is good but expensive (roast lamb £15) for a pub, a great outside covered area where the pub supply's cushions and blankets if the weather is on the chilly side. Good selection of bears.
L. S. (.
I visited the Magic Garden on a night that was to celebrate the owners birthday.
They had two briliant acts on, a band called Gallivantes and a guy called Sam Walker who got the crowd going with his steel drums.
As a pub/bar/restaurant I liked it. The bangers and mash were really rather good.
The staff were really friend and the patrons made for a very enjoyable evening.
The Garden itself is like something from a hippy festival, lots of comfortable chairs and its all undercover. Apparently on cold Sundays the staff bring out blankets, hot water bottles and yorkshire puddings.
Once the garden shuts at 11pm (it's right next to a residential area) they open up a very strange small, sound proofed open air space. Probably about 3 people wide.
K. K.
Great atmosphere, amazing staff, fabulous music!!! Love it 😀
M. C.
Good live music bar with nice outside space
P. H.
Ok beer selection, interesting music (at least when I visited), and very spacious and pleasant covered garden area. Nice atmosphere and excellent service.
J. M.
Brilliant outside seating area, folly live music and a good atmosphere with plenty of room. Inside is a bit cramped and the gallery but feels 'worst of both worlds' but generally a relaxed and comfy place
S. w.
Good outdoor space with cosy sofas and mood lighting. Lots of live music to suit various tastes. Very laid back atmosphere.
S. H.
Lovely, chilled and quirky!
L. H.
Garden is amazing and the do the best bloody Marys! Loses a bit of atmosphere as no music outside and really long waits at the bar... The staff just didn't know how to handle a large crowd waiting and I think some training was going on at peak time...
M.
Nice open space with live music. I was there on a busy saturday night so there was a lot of people and service was a bit slow. I did not think the entrance fee was necessary on the day as I barely got to see the band
S. M.
Went there for the first time today. Festival vibes in the garden and the best bloody mary I have had! Thank you! We'll be back
P. W.
Had a really great evening here with friends. Drinks prices are pretty average for London and the garden is a really nice place to sit with loads of sofas etc. Would definitely visit again!
J. J.
One of my favourite bars. Good selection of drinks, good service and live music almost every evening. Check what's on before you go.
A. W.
I've celebrated my birthday here a couple times, and have always enjoyed it. The live music is usually good, and the food is tasty.
L. J.
Nice place to chill. Good mix of people all welcome
G.
Great place and vibe, especially the gigantic outdoor bit on a summers evening. The one negative thing I would say is that given the location, the ramshackle furniture and decoration of the pub I was surprised at how expensive their food is - the burger was £14.50. I’m sure it’s good and top quality, but I wouldn’t know as I ended up just ordering chips. The next day I had to go to the Ivy in Kensington for a work thing and their burger is £14.75.
M. H.
A unique magical place with such a cool atmosphere. The cauliflower burger was the best burger ever. We are definitely coming back😁👐
N. N.
Amazing pub full of amazing people always garaunteed to have a great time 👌👌👌
H. H.
Decent little pub. Came in with some people from work. Good mix of people in there. Dinks were pretty cheap for the area. Sure I will be back there again.
C. S.
Quirky pub with plenty of outdoor space and not too busy, unlike most other London pubs with outdoor space in the summer. Perfect for hosting parties/gatherings.
F.
Great atmosphere, live bands, comfortable garden lounge area. All complimented with the opportunity if desired to obtain alcoholic beverages.
K. R.
Great place to share drinks with friends, have a chat, just generally socialise
Very spacious place!
And the staff is great!
D. J.
Great pub, great music, really disgusting toilets though, be nice if they got that sorted and someone cleaned them throughout the evening, would really make a difference to the standard of your night out here!
J. T.
Nice setting with an outdoor garden area with outdoor sofa seating. Nice lighting, and a good selection of drinks. It is usually very busy however
A. M.
If you are looking for unusual this is the place for you . Lovely indie garden area complete with a Black Cab. Dont be put off from outside appearances - you cant judge a book by its cover .
T. B.
Friendly staff, and good atmosphere, first time I've been in there. I will be going back. Large garden.
H. W.
Joe was a very nice manager! We have had a lovely time
J. B.
One of the best kept secrets in the area. Fun vibe, great decor and an amazing beer garden unlike anything else. Burgers and fish and chips are great too
J. N.
5 stars for service, place and fun but please rinse your glasses better as sometimes there was a washing up liquid taste undertone to your lager and coctails.
F. G.
It is an OK place.
Long wait for the food,
Food good quality, but I asked for a medium rare burger and got it well done, and after 30 mins.
Roast look nice
S. H.
Waterloo Bridge magic Garden will forever be imprinted on my brain as the Rebellion oasis of our troubled world.
The peace and tranquility this space has offered me this week has made me realise just how much pollution we force onto our race. So thank you rebels for creating it

Great venue, very open and lots of areas to chill out. Listening to live bands is immersive. Will visit again
G. R.
The garden is truly magical and this place has a great feel. Good for music and going out with a group of friends. The only thing letting it down are awful toilets
J. T.
Probably the best pub in London!
Basically feels like you're at a festival inside a pub! Great drinks/live bands.
Always goes off on the weekends
G. O.
Went to a party at the pub and the music was really good, place was kind of crowded but quite enjoyable. Staff at the bar were amazing and very friendly
b. b.
A little something different to your traditional pub with an amazing beer garden with sofas and blankets. Lovely
n. s.
Amazing for live music, festival vibes, fantastic garden, magical place. Good drinks and food but also find it a bit expensive for me for food but I'm poor and I'm sure its worthit. Good treat
G. L.
Amazing bar. Always fantastico people. Lovely staff especially JOHNNY depp lookalike SAM MALTY. Highly recommended it to all
S. R.

C. S.
Does what it says on the tin, a great pub with live music. Was quiet on the night I went. But I'm a big fan of this place.
J. M. M. S.
A bit too crowded, but always a good choice. Usually the live bands are great. You can sing for supper on Tuesdays.
S. S.
Nice pub with a covered cozy garden. Decorated nicely with candles colorful paintings and they also have blankets if it is too cold outside.
M. B.
Beautiful set up, comfy sofas and they even provide blankets so you can cuddle up and still sit outside despite it being winter.
P. P.
The place is amazing, the garden is like being in another place. The service is wanderful.
D. M. V. N.
Brilliant venue for a gig.
Great gourmet pub food and very nice atmosphere. Decorated like a vintage living room with a huge beer garden.
P. R.
Stunning beautiful romantic place, loved hiw the garden was done. Magic! The highlight was the fantastic live blues 😍
M. N.
Really enjoyable kooky little pub not far from Battersea Park, it's a little busy and they do charge on the weekends but it's the most vibrant place in the area and the live music is top notch!
y. b. (.
Saw some great bands here, the pub reminded me of several places in Bristol. Great laid back atmosphere but a strange clientele for such a venue.
I. M.
Great music vibe, friendly staff and large garden smoking area but beers massively overpriced. Six quid for a lager even in battersea limits it's appeal.
J. S.
great outdoor garden, and a good vibe.
they have a wide range of live bands playing throughout the week.
good bar service and friendly bar staff
D. 1.
Amazing location summer or winter brilliant! Wish these rules went away for Covid!vibe and crowd are awesome
A. C.
Thanks for throwing a fantastic New Year’s Eve party! From the cheerful bouncers and bar staff to the incredible Willy Wonka theming and high energy live bands....it was truly magical! Xx
E. M.
Really cool pub with expertly made cocktails by Chris : )
The beer garden is amazing, lots of comfy chairs and a lovely atmosphere.
M. C.
Went there for drinks with people from the office. Nice large garden and interesting decoration... as long as you don't mind a rat running around between the sofas.
L. W.
Absolutely a great pub. The service is a bit slow but the food and the atmosphere are both awesome. The outside is like a fairyland.
D. B.
Lovely place with live music and, magic venue outside with a lots sofa where to chill with a fresh pint in your hands!
s. h.
Stunning space, and an incredible garden
S. M.
Not a great selection of beers, and the interior has a bit of a weird ambience, but the clue to this pub's strength is in the name...
j. b. (. J. b.
Amazing place with a great stage, sound system and lighting. Good simple food with good entertainment. Definitely coming back.
L. A.
Absolutely my fav pub in London for a good night out or just beers with mates. Top ska bands and lively weekend atmosphere
A.
Atmosphere is AMAZING, drinks are always nice and cold and I've spoken to the staff many times, they tell me that they love working there because there's none of that corporate pub bull**** and that definitely adds to the 'feel like your at home' vibe that this place unmistakably gives off, the best beer garden in London in my opinion too.
S.
Very nice atmosphere and good live music... One of my favourite pubs in London
C. E.
A great venue for a celebration and some really cool bands visit to get you dancing!
C. H.
Awesome beer garden at the back, especially after dark. A few stalls offer food to go with your drinks. An oasis in the area.
S. M.

L. H.
It was ok but i waited at the bar to get a drink 40 mins which was pretty frustrating as i don't have alot of time to go out
H. P.
Great venue for some great varied music. If you want an easy relaxed, alternative night in Battersea... This is the place for you.
A. M.

m. B.
Lovely pub. Querky. Nice staff. Good drinks. Outside space lovely
L. J.
There's a definitive style that sets this place apart from others. The outside space is especially good, albeit very cramped in places, with its own bar and a variety of seating including low sofas, armchairs and wooden benches. Needs a wider selection at the bar to get five stars.
J. A.
It a really nice place I loved the event.
r. b.
Nice place to enjoy the garden and nice music. Serve food and awesome drinks!
S. M.
Not a great selection of beers, and the interior has a bit of a weird ambience, but the clue to this pub's strength is in the name...

Nice little set-up with a pleasant vibe and they promote quirky funky bands like the gipsy jazz orchestra I listened to for the first time there. Amazing garden, can't wait to try the food too.
