Reviews of The New Inn
D. V.
Wonderful place for a delicious Sunday roast. First, the waitress was super nice and gave us a few tips about all discounts available that day. I ordered the roast beef. The meat was excellent and tender, the vegetables cooked to perfection. Very tasty. The portion were quite generous. For the dessert, we all had the chocolate brownie and ice cream. Top experience. The pub is also clean, just perfect.
A. G.
Great ambiance, attentive and helpful staff. Food was really good. Would dine here again. Great larger selection.
J. P.
Really decent Cornish ale and a lovely roast beef dinner. Pub has been refurbished and is very smart. Highly recommended local……
M. N.
We came here for the Sunday roast and was the best experience ever!!! The meat was super (I had beef) and so was the rest. The pub itself is really nice, clean and a great atmosphere. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
A. T.
Beautiful pub with great food and friendly efficient staff , nothing was to much trouble .
Exceptionally clean , even the toilet ( men's room ) was spotless at the end of the evening .
M. T.
Had a fantastic time at the New Inn, I only popped in for a pint but ended up staying for lunch. I had a couple of pints of Camden Hells which were lovely and cold and the steak pie with mash, brocoli and gravy it was EPIC! I will be back.
S. W.
A great pub, with a fun atmosphere and friendly staff. The vegetarian roasts are delicious (and a rare offering that isn't a nut roast!) - I would highly recommend visiting, although booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment for Sunday lunch.
L. J.
Trendy pub. Lotsa space. Good tasty food. Bit pricy. Nice atmosphere.
E. S.
The roast dinners are hands down the best in the area. Lovely and hearty, just what you need with the colder days. I'd recommend going no later than 2pm as it gets very busy and things start to sell out, and it's easy to understand why!
R. M.
This is the best pub in ealing period check out the qurkie styling it's an amazing pub very friendly staff I had the pleasure of going here the beer is quality, clean amazing atmosphere the owner is very welcoming start talking didn't even know he was the owner the rest is history I highly recommend going here when in ealing, great starting point to any night out or just casual drink with some friends. *****, Amar 🍺🥃

This place is great. A fantastic and varied menu. I don’t know anywhere else in west London that has a vegan buffet platter available. And everything is served with great enthusiasm, warmth and professionalism. Keep up the great work! We will be back very soon. Thanks from Rose and Family.

Food was lovely, and came quick however the service was poor. We were a party of two, when we arrived we were seated at a table of four (like many other parties of 2). After we had ordered drinks, we were asked to move so that they could accommodate a table of 4. We were moved to a much colder, more uncomfortable table in the thorough fair. Soon after we left another party of 2 was sat at our old table. We asked the server about this, and she said she would enquire with the manager, neither ever came back. When the main course arrived I only received one piece of broccoli whilst my friend received a much larger portion of veg. The server had vanished before I had chance to point this out, and no one ever came back to ask how the meal was. In fact, we had to chase for the bill. The person who appeared to be the manager also never wore his face mask correctly for the duration of our stay.

We've been here twice now for a Sunday roast since the refurbishment. The New Inn was closed for a while but it was definitely worth the wait. The decor is light friendly and welcoming!
And the food is delicious. Both times the Sunday Roasts have been perfect. The service is impeccable.
It has been easy to socially distance as they staff seat you well away from other customers. Will definitely go back, Covid dependent that is!
L. M.
Went to a 30th birthday party but hadn't been there for 3/4 years. The back area and garden is a great space and has a good atmosphere and vibe. The food was excellent, well presented and full credit to the staff who were top class and looked after our group.
Definitely recommend a visit here..
A. V.
We had a lovely sunday lunch here. All of the food was fresh and tasty, as well as the drinks. The staff did a fantastic job serving us despite all the pressure on the hospitality sector at the moment,
Well done all, cant wait to return! :) <3
A. G.
Lovely space with some heated outdoor seating too. Food was tasty, we had the burgers, and a good selection of beers.
J. T.
Just had the chicken and bacon sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. Haven't had a nice sandwich in ages. The food here is excellent. Definitely coming back. Staff lovely too.
T. T.
Perfect pub, clean, tidy. Food was delicious, well presented. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly. Nice garden,a lot of space between tables, nicely decorated and lit.
Nice experience, will come again
D. J.
The food here is amazing and cannot be faulted, but please management, buy actual toilet paper. The sand paper you have in the bathroom reminds me of my primary school and really lets the place down.
A. P. S.
Sat outdoors to watch the England match.Lovely garden with fairy lights.Superb selection of food at very reasonable prices.Service with a smile. Will definately be going back.Food was good too !
J. J.
Went to New Inn today best Fish & Chips we have had out of all the Pubs in Ealing Broadway great service and really nice atmosphere will recommend to my family & friends definitely 🙌🏻
J. C.
Been coming to this pub on and off for over 40 years, It has changed a lot and landlords and ladies have come and gone...still a nice pub, my favourite period would have to be the mid Eighties.
S. S.
Really nicely decorated and furnished. Very good selection of drinks (Only went for a quick pint so can't add much more)
B. H.
So happy with our experience here. The outdoor seating area has been done out so nicely and the staff are really attentive and helpful.
We haven't had to download an external app to order drinks and food which is a huge bonus. The service as been fast and flawless. Special shout out to Luca who has been totally on it and cheerful all evening.
The New Inn was never a go-to pub for us before lockdown, but after our recent experience here I think we'll be coming back much more.
S. P.
Done up very nicely after recent renovations and always been a solid Ealing however the price of drinks has gone up massively. An expensive pint but definitely worth it on a sunny day in the beer garden. Good food too!
A. D.
Beautiful beer garden, lovely interiors, friendly staff... perfect place for a cozy night out.
K. S.
What a find 😁 Stumbled across this place (tourist!) whilst walking between Ealing and Brentford (it was bloody hot and I was thirsty 🤷♀️). It looks a bit dark and dingy from the outside but inside is beautifully decorated and the outside area is large and well equipped with sun shades (and blankets 😁) to account for the UK climate.
Didn't eat myself but the food coming out looked good. I enjoyed the (huge) selection of Gin n Tonics.
However there are loads of pubs that do decent food and drink; what makes this place special is the staff. The waiter was SO lush - attentive enough to be genuinely interested in our visit, but professional enough to give us time and space. A real gem.
Thank you.
S. H.
Great pub. Lovely stylish interior, with fantastic back garden. Small 'cabins' that you can book, each with their own TV for watching the football. More private tables away from that as well. Friendly and speedy waiting staff
B.
Chilled atmosphere, friendly staff, decent food. Thoroughly recommended.
S. R.
Lovely staff and really lovely interiors. Almost too nice for a pub, feels like a home
L. A.
Interior and garden are incredible and newly refurbed! Staff are very helpful and polite! The service was quick and food was incredible 😍 the lovely barman called Tye was super speedy and super lovely, will definitely be returning! 👍🏼
S. C.
Went for Christmas meal. The food was excellent and the warm welcome was amazing. Thank you.
B. V.
Plenty of screens for football, food menu is great too. One of the best carvery in London! Massive beer garden too
A. M.
We booked a hut at The New Inn Ealing for a Saturday afternoon. Although it wasn't quite ready staff were welcoming and offered us a table outside while we were waiting. Really appreciated the sanitising clean and check. Everyone was well spaced.
Staff were very friendly and attentive and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It made our first pub visit even more enjoyable.
Food was very fresh and extremely tasty.
Loved the app to order and pay. Especially appreciated the waiter noticing that we had ordered a different bottle of wine from our first and offering to exchange it.
Top marks.
Definate recommendation.
J. G.
I had booked a table today for a sunday roast. (My first in 18months). My friend and I had a lovely table and the roast was delicious. We then ordered dessert and coffee, then we were told we would need to leave as the table was booked for someone else. We had only been there an hour and a half. So we had to return the dessert and coffee as we had no time to eat it. Very disappointing.
M. W.
Really nice place, food good, just good.
D. M.
Really good selection of beers. Really good food. Staff are all friendly. The outside area is beautiful. Can't say a bad thing about this place. There are cheaper pubs around the area but they won't be as nice or as good quality.
R. R.
Good pub with plenty of space and nice beer garden. Staff is so kind and their quiz night is very fun and interesting. Their food is also so good.
P. B.
Lovely pub. Great service too, though I was a little disappointed with the food.
S. D.
Staff attentive and helpful, food was great, ale was really nice. This pub exceeded my expectations, best one I've been to in quite some time. Had an awesome time, thanks!
R. W.
Friendly and efficient staff. Good selection of beers and wine. Great place to while away an afternoon IMHO
O. M.
Great staff, good food, nice pint selection, not too expensive, lovely outdoor area, much nicer since it was refurbished in 2021
M. O.
The New Inn is most definitely the best pub in Ealing. The refurbishment is stunning both inside and outside in the garden. The food was fantastic- I had a Sunday roast and it was divine. The management and staff are outstanding and completely focused on making sure everyone is happy and well looked after. The place was spotless and I felt completely covid safe and relaxed - thank you New Inn staff, you are doing an exceptional job despite these really difficult times we’re living in.
M. H.
Very warm and cosy pub, the American cheesecake was to die for !! Very nicely decorated (check out the bathroom wallpaper)
M. L.
Can HIGHLY recommend the New In. The outside area is lovely- extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean (and the sheds have their own TVs for sports) and you don’t have to download an app to order. The staff have been absolutely fabulous and even during extremely busy times we’ve not had to wait for service once and they check in regularly to see if we need anything. Lucca in particular has gone out of his way to accommodate us! We were not regulars here before but will definitely be frequenting more often. Also super dog friendly which is always a bonus. Great Ealing gem.
J. T.
We have been for a birthday party and the service was super friendly and the vegetarian food excellent.
L. D.
I have attended a few times over the last couple of months for dinner and drinks. The refurbishment has been great and the new layout gives you a totally new pub feel to the previous New Inn as I always knew it. The food was great on all occasions and the service excellent. I will definitely be back.
G. L.
Super friendly staff ; wanted to try a different kind of beer and they had me taste a few according to what i liked. The place is nice, they have a big garden, and the food is really good too!
S. F.
Not been to The New Inn before and I was very impressed. You don't expect the space and amount of garden from the front of the pub. Great outdoor heated areas and really good food. We will be back the other side of lockdown. Great service from Paddy and his team.
K. S.
Lovely decor. Nice garden area. Staff friendly. The food menu is limited, expensive and we had the most disappointing Sunday roast. Will be going back for drinks as the place looks beautiful but will give the food a miss next time.
S. K. C.
OK for a London pub - nice decor but it's in London so ultra expensive for average food
W. O.
Nice outdoor space. Attractive interior. All staff very welcoming. Guinness was good.
t. a.
Lovely garden, nice bar selection and friendly service. Only reason for 4 stars is my chips were cold, but quickly rectified by apologetic server...
R. J.
Always leave this place happy and content! Food is amazing and service wonderful.
T. G.
Lovely redevelopment of this pub. Outdoors is great, a decent selection of beers, and menu looks decent
B. K.
Great afternoon in the New Inn on Saturday 01 May. Delicious food, perfectly chilled booze and such fantastic customer service. so thrilled to have such a great pub in our 'hood!
L. R.
The refurb and civid outdoor indoor refit has gone well, great food and good selection of beers on tap, really friendly staff and good amount of seating, will be even better when you can sit inside.
M.
Wow this pub is really suave!! Love the decor, they have really made a good use of the space in this pub, the garden is lovely, staff are friendly... however the meat board gave me and my partner the squirts, but will return again.
K. S.
Service was good and good selection of wines. Ordered a glass of red and it tasted a bit off. Like it had been left open too long. The food was mediocre at best. Fries were cold and burger bun was so soggy it fell apart. Patty was bland. Not sure I’d be back for the food but perhaps a bottle of wine in the garden.
D. H. -. H. A. L. &. P.
I liked being able to park right outside!
There is a lovely atmosphere in there. No strong alcoholic old pub smell. Lovely staff and they were very accommodating.
I just didn’t enjoy the food very much. The prawn starter was absolutely amazing. Would have been 4 stars if the food was a better.
But I would go back.
C. V.
Fantastic service from the lovely staff. Excellent food and drink and a very nice garden. Felt very Covid secure as well! Great pub.
A. C.
Great food, amazing decor and style, great garden, go!
D. M.
Great pub massive road dinner & really good staff.
T. J.
Best Sunday lunch in London... (or at least Ealing).
I've been here countless times for a Sunday lunch and come away every time surprised how good and filling it is - it's my go to place any time someone new comes to the area. It's a carvery where you can choose beef, lamb, pork, veg, or all combined as well as your sides. They pile it on so don't worry about not getting enough. Aside from the Sunday lunch it's a decent pub with a good choice of beer but does get busy when the football is on.
K. S.
Been coming here for about 10 years and never had a bad meal or bad service. Seen reviews saying the cost of drinks is high, yet they seem to forget that we are in a London! Prices are low for this affluent part of London. Include vegetarians and have a lovely menu if you do not fancy a roast dinner. Lovely atmosphere and staff always acknowledge our presence. Always accommodate for my elderly grandparents and make sure they are comfortable. 5 starts is not enough!
B. B.
Very nice place, nice staff....little bit pricey for the food but the food is very good
c. C.
We was served by a lovely, charming young Polish gentleman called Herbert who had a free spirited, funny and charming sense of humour. And the ambiance was lovely
Unfortunately the food was not up to scratch but a pleasant evening x
J. F.
Staff mostly great. Be prepared to be asked to move tables mid drink so they can tetris as many punters in as possible.
Thanks for the response but this is not accurate. 3 of the last 4 times I have visited have been asked to move. So giving Rose and Crown my custom.
L.
Great food but the service was very slow and they didn't have everything on the menu. Having said that it was the first day of being open indoors for months. I would certainly go back
T. H. (.
We used to go to this pub quite a lot in early 70s, looks as if it has changed significantly.
Don't remember there being a garden.
Might try to return next time I am visiting from Queensland.
A. B.
Lovely pub, nice food and nice beers.
s. m.
Nice service and good food.
P. n. M. D.
Love the garden, inside is fab too
A. B.
Very nice garden, good place for drinks and food. Professional service, especially thank you very much for Laura - Brilliant people doing Brilliant job
M. D.
This place has been run by an awesome bunch of people and has done a fantastic sunday roast for years, unfortunately the pub is being taken back by the brewery and will return as a standard gastro pub as I understand.
Terrible shame and I wish all the staff well on their new ventures. If the new management here are half as good, then I'm sure it will remain a success.
P. H.
A friendly pub recently refurbished after a fire. Sunday roast is good value but bar meals have gone up in price recently and aren't great value, presumably to pay for the refurbishment.
Sports on all the time of you want football, rugby or anything else that Sky broadcast. Reasonable beer prices, nice and quiet Monday to Thursday but can be manic over the weekend.
Don't be fooled however. The owners are Irish but the pub is anything but.
R. S.
First time back last Friday since they reopened. Overall the refurb job is superb - really bright and well laid out with a fantastic garden. Staff were friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back.
J. S.
Great place! Amazing food and super attentive staff! We will definitely be coming back again!
S.
Fantastic old pub run by a lovely local Irish family in South Ealing. Fantastic carvery on a Sunday for a reasonable price for the quality of roast received. Terrific selection of beers and fine ales Great Tuesday quiz and a lively Friday night with a live band.
T. W.
Great place for a drink and their carvery is fantastic. Lots of events planned for the evenings throughout the week including Poker, Quiz night and Ladies' night. The landlady is great and a lovely character. What drops a point is the décor tired and old and needs a modern touch.
I. G.
Reopened after refurbishment and Covid closure. It was busy with good measures taken for social distancing. Food was good but service was slow; we weren't in a rush but it put us off ordering dessert. The refurbishment is very good but be warned - they don't show sport anymore!!!!
P. D.
Great food, really good service, loved it
d. s.
Hadn't been here for years. Mainly because I don't live locally now. Had a great evening, huge screen for the football. Very good food. Then we were crowd bombed by a local group of about 15 who sang a few sets of Christmas tunes, very loudly. Very entertaining, appropriately festive. Whether the in-house entertainment turns up every week I couldn't say, due to location, I am not a regular.
The Twickenham ales were exceptionally good.
E. C.
Excellent pub - many thanks especially to the bar staff on duty who were friendly, careful with the current restrictions but also made sure it was a fun experience for everyone. My friends and I are based in Chiswick and Barnes but will definitely be back!
A.
Surprise is the garden at the back. Very nice and enjoyable atmosphere. Will visit again.
D. N.
Big l-shaped pub with outside extensions. Range of handpumped and other beers - choice varies but some of interest. Food is served from a large menu. I thought the food was above pub average. Big TV screens for football, quizzes and music - something on almost every night. Looks like a fairly reliable place with interest for most visitors and locals.
e. s.
Top marks for carvery on a sunday, such good value, food was smashing and good choice of meats, im not a big pork fan but it looked delicious and did not disappoint! Really quick, land lady was lovely and helped us get a seat even though they were super busy! Got there at 12.30 just before the massive rush, get in quick!
P. G.
£8 for a small ciabatta with a slice of Brie and barely one rasher of bacon and a couple of crisps. My friends and I were doing a 20 mile run and picked this pub to refuel a little. I'm giving it 3 stars because the pub's location and ambience are good and the beer was well kept. But frankly the food felt like a huge rip-off
N. h.
If you are looking for a place to eat good food. Here it is. For a panini meal you get charge for roughly 9 pounds but you get a meal that worth more in my opinion, good sauce, lot of ships serve on a plate, wide meat. Everything is perfect. Staff is friendly and I have been serve by a beautiful blond girl as kind as she is beautiful. You can watch sport on wide screen and they are some entertainment sometimes singer..etc. The only things missing to get 5 stars is the service at the table . People should be seen when they get to the place and asked what they would like to order straight at the table. Actually this is a bar service. Anyway this place is really good where you can lay back. I recommend it.
D. A.
Monster Sunday roast. All home made and seriously big. Best value roast in town, at £13 a head you cant go wrong there were also three vegetarian options to replace the meat. Huge beer garden at the back, plenty of free parking(on Sunday"s) outside. The staff are helpful, friendly and numerous. Enjoy 😎
M. B.
A really nice pub. The couple who run the business are very welcoming. They have quite a large variety of food choices on the menu. They show sports, are very dog friendly (Oscar is the pub dog), and a nice selection of beers.
R. F.
Excellent food and drink in a wonderfully decorated pub. Lovely staff too.
S. D.
Very pleasant place to enjoy a nice summer drink. Service via the app was very quick and staff very attentive
J. P.
Cannot fault this establishment. Been to a few family gatherings and food is simply amazing and huge portions. Staff are fantastic and so caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely family atmosphere
J. D.
A real family pub. Sunday carvery is always packed out. Staff are amazing. Seems to be able to cater for anything. Outstanding. And the closest you'll get to a proper Irish establishment.
S. N.
Really beautiful interior and lovely food to match
C. C.
The carvery is amazing. Just the best in London I reckon. So it's really busy as a result. But the landlady - caroline (proper Irish lady who took it over a couple of years ago and rules with a fierce but benevolent eye) - will try and help you find a table and we've never been kept waiting.
We really love it for a quiet drink in the afternoon during the week too.
G. J.
Nice pub but slightly over priced. Was told it was last orders, ordered our last drinks within 2 mins of receiving them we were being pressured to leave.
C. A.
Great place especially the Bike Shed we celebrated a Birthday Very Pleased with the whole experience 10/10
N. L.
Big, popular, but still intimate. A well run pub with efficient staff, fine beer and great food. Lively events schedule. TVs in the bar for sporting events, none in the dining room at the back. A place I'm always happy to return to.
Edit, Spring 2019: Under new management. Watch this space
k.
Great place to watch euro2020 ! Good selection of beers, food was delicious. Definitely come back !
A.
A large, spacious pub in a verdant area of Ealing. Didn't have food here so I can't comment on that, but the drinks were... well fine, to be honest I don't really see how you can have a bad drinks experience in a pub? I guess there's a fairly decent choice? Anyway, nice place.
m. b.
I need not say much, just look at the image! Christmas dinner here is highly recommended. Very tasty. Never disappoints. Larger than expected portions. Staff are lovely. Hurry up and get your christmas dinner booking in before they stop offering it.
S. S.
Great outdoor space and friendly staff. We love making this a part of our usual pub circuit.
M. D.
Excellent food and cocktails, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The recently refurbished.
Looks fab.
S. W.
It's a very popular pub and we did well to get in before 8 PM last night. There is a sports bar section at the front and a huge beer garden at the rear. The menu is extensive and not like the usual British pub menus. Good service and reasonable prices.
B.
Lovely friendly place! Great food and very large portions.
One of our party in a wheelchair, they went over and above what we expected to accommodate us.
We will definitely return.💯👍
T. A.
Decent range of beers. It was totally empty on a Saturday night at 7pm. Not sure what's up there. Despite the emptiness it has a nice atmosphere and board games are available.
D. D.
Big pub with a good menu and drinks selection. Has TVs showing sport. Bright and airy with a large seating area out back. Can reserve a table.
W. B.
Nice atmosphere, need to go back to complete review
L. H.
The best Sunday roast you could ask for (carvery) with an additional menu for those who want something a little different. Kids menu too. Friendly, efficient service. We'd eat here every Sunday if we could.
T. O.
The best place in Ealing for Sunday lunch. For £11 you have a choice of meats and a huge selection of vegetables as well as large Yorkshire puddings full of gravy. Best to book a table as it is very popular.
Brilliant!!
T. M.
Had a lovely meal on Father’s Day
Warm welcome and attentive staff
Highly recommend
C. H.
Lovely Sunday roast lunch! Had the veggie option and it was yummy - great chef! Great service - nice and speedy and the prices were reasonable.
M. P. T. (.
Wonderful, attentive staff and the food was excellent. All round good experience. Thank you
J. T.
The roast was overpriced for what you got., Tasted good, though. Drinks were also good. (Note, apparently they just changed management. Hopefully with more time they will figure our their servings and pricing)
B. C.
Had the best food at this pub tonight. On a whim got off the tube and walked up the street looking for something to eat. The food was delivered cloud! Best steak and ale pie I have ever had in England!!!
L. J.
Lovely pub with great outdoor space. Sat in a hut and was great for a group of 6
j. e.
Enjoyed our food and drink first time visiting the New Inn , we would definitely go back there soon .
N. S.
We love this lovely relaxed, cosy pub. The staff are super friendly and know how to make you feel at home. The carvery is fantastic and I would highly recommend it 😋
Y. (.
Went for a lunch Sunday roast, quality and quantity were great value. Would definitely recommend, but make sure to reserve a table in advance as it gets very packed.
H. A.
Food was decent. Nothing special. I felt like the prices were too high for the food they were offering. Nice settings. Okay service. Food took a long time to come.
B. B.
Very nice fayre and convivial host
N. O.
We had such a lovely day thanks to Caroline we booked late for 14 of us and Caroline and all the other staff were fantastic we had the table for 2pm and they had another booking for a big group of people at 5pm and they sorted it out that we had plenty of time to eat and chat with my family,We were still busy chatting at 5pm and they arranged a table in the bar area for us it was such a lovely day and the food was lovely my sisters and the rest of my family were so impressed. We did not have to wait long to get a drink at the bar as there were plenty of bar staff who were all so nice and friendly.
I will be booking again Thankyou Caroline and all your lovely staff it really got us in the mood for Xmas. Many Thanks ,Neil and Cathrina o'Sullivan and family.
R. K.
Very spacious pub with conservatory and beer garden. Showing live sport of all types, decent beer selection in particular the ale which showed they have good cellar management.
D. D.
Nice pub, lovely garden. Would have given 5 stars but some parts do feel aged at the front. Food and cavery is great!
S. J.
Lovely place... The bar staff don't drop the ball for a second.. Always get served even when busy. Good music and large garden.
J. T.
Just had a lovely meal and great evening with colleagues. I would strongly recommend this venue. Food very good, service too. Lively atmosphere.
P. L.
Really good pub one of the best in Ealing. Great beer garden in the back, friendly staff and good food. It does not look like much from the outside but inside is really amazing!
s. w.
This pub is spectacular!
They allowed me to do a forever living (my business) presentation!
Thank staff we're amazing and the setting was perfect!
b. a.
First class but priced accordingly
J. M.
Very nice pub. Good food and drinks. Free water and soda water. Friendly staff. Spacious with a garden.
M. B.
Wow Sunday lunch. Great Sunday roast served up to you and you get masses. Can ask for a doggy bag. Very reasonable price. I will be back soon.
G. K.

We love this place, the staff always bend over backwards to get us a table and the carvery is amazing, the kids love it too.
A. G.
Can't fault this place, even though the food menu is typical English Pub menu and is not quiet simple, Sunday roast is pretty awesome, English breakfast is not bad either from a pub given the local cafes serve awful English breakfasts in the area, The extra friendly and welcoming staff and service makes up for everything imperfect and New Inn is one of the very few places in Ealing you want to go back once you've been there.
A. S.
Great atmosphere, brilliant carvery on a Sunday even if it is a touch steep price wise.
P. F.

J. N.
Beautiful looking pub, particularly the internal decor. However the service and food just doesn't match up to the expectation (or the price!)
Service was okay, nothing particularly wrong with it but nothing special either.
Food was the biggest disappointment. I had the burger and chips, which came to £16. It was very much on the small side and was below average in quality and taste.
Overall a shame as it really is a beautiful venue.

(Translated) I think that it is a good pub in this area around the center of Eels, where the pubs gather, in the ancient times.
It's clean but big, and the clerk is friendly and firm.
Good assortment of draft beer. Lager is also abundant. This is great if you have Japanese beer, but it is enough.
The food was delicious, and the mushroom risotto and hamburg were also good.
