Our first time here, and definitely won't be our last. We had two rooms, dinner and drinks. The room was great, very well appointed and really comfy bed. Good atmosphere and food in the pub. All the staff were great from the moment we checked in.

Nice pub. Had a booked meal with colleagues and it was very nice, though the table was in the main pub area with multiple tables conjoined. Food was amazing and the drinks fine. A nice evening overall, though a quieter eating area would have been nice-to-have

Amazing place, friendly staff, excellent service with great food ! We couldn't have aske for more! Despite the pandemic, Anestis (the manager) and his staff made our big day extra special!!! We can't thank you enough. The rooms were an additional bonus. They were clean, spacious and well equipped. We will definitely be back.

This pub is one of my favourites, its quietly tucked away and easy to get too and my god the food is amazing, hands down some of the best food ive ever had, its a great low lit lighting pub that offers a great place to knock back a few cold ones and the bar staff should should have been working with tom cruise in the move the cocktail, has a great little smoking area on the inside as well, one of the best pubs ive been too and trust me ive been too alot, if i could give it more stars i would!! I could not be better treated at my sister's wedding. Carlos, Carmen, Michael and Anestis (manager) were absolutely fantastic. We felt like home and the food was incredibly good ( thanks to the chef). We are so gretaful. Rooms upstairs are clean and nicely decorated with all the facilities you can need. You are a great team!

What a lovely pub this is. The staff were so friendly and the environment was nice and cosy and they’ve really done well with putting in good covid measures without it getting in the way of time there. The Thai food was excellent and a bonus for me was the Blue Moon on tap which I’m a big fan of. Towards the end of August I ended up going about 4 times for dinner because I couldn’t get enough of the food there.

The food here is absolutely brilliant! Some of the best Thai food I've had in London. I would highly recommend the the rendang curry and the green curry! HEAVENLY. Our waiter Carlos was also really lovely and helped us out by explaining the meal deals. Overall, super attentive service and delicious food!

Nice little traditional English pub/Thai restaurant combo. The beer is good and it’s well priced for the area. The food is tasty but maybe a little pricey. The staff are fast and friendly. It’s a bit small inside though so it can get quite cramped on a weekday evening, though this isn’t a problem in the summer when it’s convenient to drink outside. The toilets are clean too, which is always a bonus in a busy pub.

Pub that is now part of a small chain in the area that serves Thai food. Smallish range of dishes, but all of it was delicious (party of 7). A few of us felt that the Rendang curry was a bit sugary rather than Palm Sugar sweet. Reasonable selection of drinks. Good service. If you Pay at the bar, everyone can pay individually for what they ordered, including apportioned service charge - Simple!

Nice place with good beer! Tucked away just off the main road this pub is two mins walk from farringdon station. Staff are friendly and has a good atmosphere. The food is Asian style and really good. Can recommend the pork belly!

Love the dog theme in all the pictures and the beautiful ceiling. I’m a fan of their Thai soups. Broth is fantastic. Didn’t love the spongy texture of their tofu. Oddest tofu I’ve had. Ceilings are beautiful. Saturday menu has great prices.

Made very welcome by Leo and the rest of the staff. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this friendly, welcoming pub and rooms to anyone staying in London. This pub has a good atmosphere and vibe with friendly locals too. Room #1 was very clean and I couldn't fault anything. Next time I stay I would possibly request a room higher up from the pub, but it wasn't really an issue. Breakfast brought to your room and nicely presented (really fresh too). Other nice touches as well. I didn't try the meals but they smelt and looked amazing!

Very good main - green curry, creamy and flavoursome and the prawns were delicious. Calamari was quite bland. Service was pretty attentive though. Overall would go again. It’s also a little pricey for lunch. It was rather busy when I went, the local workers appear to come here for food.

Lovely Asian fusion restaurant. Disguised as a bar this place actually does the best Asian food in the area and is not well know. Amazing fresh food. Although be warned if ordering the prawns you do not get your money worth, stick to veggie or chicken options.

Very nice rooms with great beds! Excellent location. Only drawback is that there was no option to have a breakfast if not taken in the room. Why don't you serve a good traditional English breakfast in the pub below? Or then maybe make a deal with another venue in the vicinity for your customers to go and have a proper breakfast over there??

This public house is an exceptionally well run establishment. The staff are top knotch. The decor and overall aura is top class stuff. The area has numerous pubs to choose from and take it from the seasoned vet this is the best place in this part of town.

My stay at the One Tun has been great from any point of view. The location is most convenient and so close to the tube and such a nice area as Farringdon. The check in and check out were effortless and courtesy of the staff as in top resort. The room extremely comfortable, spacious (very rare in London!), furnished and decorated with great taste and where the guest can find anything he needs including delicious selection of fine and complementary teas. The location and room is extremely silent and I slept undisturbed and so good in the spacious comfortable bed. I will certainly book again and recommend this hotel with no doubts. Very well done to the staff and managers. Many chain hotels should learn from you!

I stayed one night in beautiful, recently revamped room which was surprisingly spacious. I had a warm welcome and very much a boutique feel as advertised. Unfortunately 2 gripes: a particularly awkward bath to stand in for a shower (very narrow) and poor sound proofing in room 4 - I could hear conversations clearly and people weren't shouting...

Really good fresh Thai food made better by the fact it was 50% off in January. We had chicken sui mai and a tasty pad thai. Nice pub setting gets really busy in the week but quite at the weekend.

The One Tun is located two minutes from Farringdon Station which makes it an excellent place to stay as its 15 minutes from London Euston. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. The rooms are decorated nicely and have air conditioning. Bathroom is large with sections of really good soap etc the floor is non slip and the towels are plentiful and fluffy. Room also has tea and coffee, a TV, WiFi and various lamps and desk. They're also relatively quiet given location. Only two issues there's very steep stairs to get to the rooms and there's no cooked breakfast. The last would have got the place 5 stars.

Went for lunch. Was hugely disgusted when I was given an orange juice that off. They did not charge for this. Food service was slow. colleague ordered Thai green curry with prawns, but pad Thai with prawns came out instead. as we were short for time for lunch. Miso salmon with rice was good.

Great place for a quick pint after work but it also serves some decent food. It's always packed after 5 pm with crowds spilling onto the streets. Friendly bar staff and highly recommended for a quick pint.

A Pan-Asian menu and a wide selection of on-tap favourites make The One Tun a great stop for an afterwork bite with a beer. The friendly staff, the presentation and the table service elevate this venue above the standard you’d expect for ‘pub grub’.

Probably my favourite pub in Farringdon. Would recommend reserving a table if you are staying for a few hours as it is small and can get quite busy. We ordered a food platter which was decent too!

The most cosy spot in London! The girlfriend and I booked a room there too spend the night after a long flight from Australia and wow they did not dissapoint! The rooms are spacious, the bed is just divine. All the facilities are superb and the room has a very cosy feel to it. Even though there is a pub downstairs you don't really notice the noise, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely book again when I'm back in London.

I had an extremely enjoyable stay in one of the rooms at the One Tun. The room was larger than average and was recently renovated so it had minor amenities like USB ports on the many outlets in the room, a nice bathroom, a large refrigerator not clogged with paid food and drink, and a new TV with Netflix that made the stay better. The room came with complimentary water and chocolate as well. Be ready to climb some stairs to your room, though. The noise level from the pub wasn't that different from what I've experienced in other hotels and flats in London. Saffron Hill was just far enough off of a main road that I didn't hear as much of the city traffic and construction as I had in other hotels. The staff was very friendly and hospitable as well.

A few nice draughts unique to the pub (Longhorn IPA in particular), but is regularly far too busy to chat inside, instead the need arises to stand out on the pavement and block their guest room entrance and occasionally clear out of the way for lorries and vans on the side road.

To go up, there is a door beside the pub, the stairs are quite steep and narrow. The location is close to historical places, shopping and food in London. If you walk from the hotel, 30 minutes can get to Buckingham Palace, Downing Street 10, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, etc. Oh yeah, the hotel is sometimes a bit noisy when other guests lock the door. Maybe because of the wood walls. (Original) Hotelnya bagus, bersih, dan pelayannya bersahabat. Meski hotel sudah lebih dari seabad, tapi dalamnya udah dibikin modern. Letaknya di atas pub yang bersejarah. Untuk naik, ada pintu di samping pub, tangganya lumayan nanjak dan sempit. Lokasinya dekat dengan tempat tempat bersejarah, belanja, dan makanan di London. Kalau jalan kaki dari hotel, 30an menit bisa sampai ke Buckingham Palace, Downing Street 10, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, dll. Ohya, hotelnya kadang agak berisik saat tamu lain mengunci pintunya. Mungkin karena dindingnya kayu.
